History is important . The time in which Pentecostalism begins to show up is no accident. In part 1, we cover the history & authorities and begin to dive into some of the doctrines concerning this ever popular movement.
There is an element of this message that we hope will forever change the way you evangelize. It is an element that has revolutionized our missionary's field in London, and we pray it does the same here. Today, we come to the focal point of soul-winning: stirring up the boldness to ASK.
An oft neglected, but necessary talking point concerning our witness is HOW we communicate the gospel message. The Bible surprisingly has plenty to say about the manner with which we speak the truths of salvation.
DO NOT let your familiarity with the gospel be a reason to not listen or follow along with the study sheet in this link. Aside from fear, one of the reasons we don't witness to the extent that we should is because we don't know how to effectively communicate the truths of the gospel.

We often think of David as a beast for slaying a bear, lion, Goliath and thousands upon thousands of Israel's enemies. Yet, God tells us that as a teenager, he refuses people that have it all together on the outside. David's heart and humility as a teenager set him apart from the rest.

The last words of Joshua serve as both a send-off message to our seniors as well as a charge to the underclassmen: when you cleave unto the Lord, you will be a force to be reckoned with. But if you choose to cleave to the world and your flesh, you'll find out that God is very good at keeping his commitments.
