DadRant: How to be a provider AND be present with your kids

In this very first DadRant solo episode, I address the crucial issue of work and home life balance that so many dads face. In a recent poll we ran, the #1 issue and question dads have is "how can I be a monetary provider AND be physically and emotionally present with my kids?" The answer is straightforward, but confronting. To cut to the chase: it's very possible to do both, but you are going to have to work incredible hard and fully dedicate yourself to the task.
