The year is 1907, and Korr is still at war with Vitaru. Navy Lieutenant Lel Drozdov is caught in the crosshairs of the Dragonborn fleet, stumbling upon a briefcase filled with evidence implicating his Tsar’s plot to kill his own citizens.
