Episode description

"I am capable of atrocity." In this episode, the really rather wonderful comedian and campaigner Jack Rooke drops in for some fat chat with Helen. It’s the first time they’ve met sober and not in a field at an arts festival but don’t worry, Jack still brings the party atmosphere to our little studio! They discuss having too many lasagnes (is there such a thing?), being fat in gay clubs, the dangers of self depreciation and, well, balls...

Fat Lot of Good is presented by Helen Thorn and produced by Maddie Hickish. The theme tune was composed by John Thorn with jingles by Simon Toner.
