The lower levels a lot less breaking pitches and can just sit on the fastball. And that adjustment has been so bad for him, so crazy for him. And you would think, and this might be the this may just take this away that we ever think this happens, but nothing rubbed off on him. No, oh, Tani and trout with this kid every single day. Sure, nothing rubbed off. Nothing seemed to catch on. So, you know, cross your fingers. We see plenty of these guys that we get frustrated with.

These teams think what they're going to do is they're gonna, you know, save a million dollars at the top, and then they're going to use that later to convince a player or overpay slot. Listen, you don't do that with the first overall pick or your first round pick.

In my eyes, you don't go in.

Maybe if you have like the twelfth pick or something and you want to save some money, Okay, you got.

Like a top five pick.

I'm not saving money for later in the draft. I'm taking the best players. The amount of times one one.

It's amazing how often the one pick is not.

And the number one team that does it has the number one pick this weekend, and the Orioles they continuously do it. They did it last year taking Cowser, they took Heshton Khurshtad the year before, and there aren't he.

There are so many injured, injured high school and college pitchers out there that are dealing with Tommy John issues and stuff that they can go and spend big money in the compensatory round on some of these guys that are first round

Brady Aiken in twenty fourteen, Mark Apell in twenty thirteen, Korea in twenty twelve, Garrett Cole, Bryce Harper, there was a good run there, Steven Strasburg for a little while, Tim Beckham in two thousand and eight, David Price in two thousand and seven, Luke Hoacheverr in two thousand and six, and other thoracic outlet syndrome guy and Tommy John, Justin Upton in five, Matt Bush and O four, Delman Young and O three, Brian Bullington in two thousand and two,

So Matt Bush is another one of those overpay or underpay at that first overall slot save a bunch of money, and that did not.
