My question is, uh, what are the Dodgers fans going to do when one Uri Gurriel steps into the box

against him tonight? Remember a little bit of controversy. Hey, we got some kids over here in Studio thirty four saying what's up to the spitting statistician? But remember Uri Guriell after he went Yard made that gesture. He has since apologized. I wonder what the fans are gonna do the first time he steps up to the plate tonight. Also, remember it is a Wednesday, it is a waiver wire Wednesday. So we're going to go around the league and get

our practice reports. Who did not practice, who was on a limited basis, Who do we believe will be just fine for Week nine. We got some good nominees for people that lost Jess by the hair of their chinny chin chin on some very interesting plays. Maybe it's a loser. I'm not exactly sure. I'm also gonna start giving you my diamonds and my fool gazes for games in week nine. There's a couple of spotlight games that I really want to get into. this was going to happen. Brian Hoyer visited the Patriots today and he signed a three year deal. It looks like he will finish his career in New Orleans, in New England as Tom Brady's backup. I told you this was what was going to happen. After the Niners made that move and got Jimmy Garoppolo, and the corresponding move was them dropping Brian Hoyer, I told you he was gonna wind up in New England. I said, that right away on the Monday or two Tuesday show. And it

has come to fruition. Jeremy Lane, who's a cornerback that was traded for Dwayne Brown in that Seattle Houston trade. He failed his physical with the Houston Texans. Trade is still on, but he's been pulled out of the trade and they changed up the draft picks, but Dwayne Brown is still the new left tackle of the Seattle Seahawks. I talked about a little bit. Uh yes today, I said that there was no way Vans Joseph and the Denver Broncos can stick with Trevor Simeon. I said that

they would lose the locker room. In fact, if he did stay with Trevor Simeon. Well, what do you know today, Head coach Vance Joseph comes out and says they are going to Brock Osweidler, formerly known here on the Fantasy Freestyle, is the seventy two million dollar noos around the neck of the Houston Texans. Well, he's back in Denver, and apparently they have more faith in Brock than they do in Trevor Simeon. I'm gonna tell you right now, fire

up the Philadelphia Eagles defense in DFS this week. They are going to come hard and heavy against Brock Osweiler him stepping in for Trevor Simeon. I don't think it's gonna go well. Broncos haven't done much on the road this season at all. Anyway, UM head coach Shanahan out there in San Francisco says that Jimmy Garoppolo may not play at all this year. Forget about after the bye, after their Week O leven By. He might not pay for the Niners at all this year. The Kyle Shanahan

system is notoriously hard to learn, hard to grasp. Member it took Matt Ryan Awhile as well, So maybe they're gonna take all of that time for Jimmy Garoppolo to kind of train up on that system as they get ready for next year. I kind of think they're gonna run Garoppolo out there in the last few games of the year just to see what they have. And also I mentioned this yesterday, but uh, the Cleveland Browns are

so Browns. They had a trade in place for a J. Mccarrion of of the Cincinnati Bengals, and they didn't get the paperwork into the League office in time. What kind of minor leagues slapstick stuff is that? Man? I'm just I don't understand it. Here's what I will say though. The Browns are in the news today again. Wide receiver Josh Gordon has been conditionally reinstated to the NFL. As per Roger Goodell, the news crossed just a couple of minutes ago. I broke it on Lineup Block Live Last

Hour with me and Tony Sencada. Let me tell you right now. Let me get ahead of it, because I know people are gonna call me about this today to morrow, and people are gonna be like, oh my god, Josh Gordon, Oh my god, he let the league in receiving. Oh my god, what a skill. Calm down, Okay, I'm officially here to tell you to calm down. Adams relates to Josh Gordon. I want no part of Josh Gordon. Okay. He is only eligible to practice with the team starting November.

That would be week thirteen in most leagues. Week thirteen is your last regular season game before the fantasy playoffs. You're telling me that if you need to win in your last week of the season to get into the playoffs or to get a bye or to you know, win some money in your league, depending on the settings that you were gonna trust Josh Gordon, who hasn't played for two years. You're gonna trust him on the Cleveland Brown's offense. You're gonna trust him with Deshan Kaiser throwing

him the ball. I'm not so. Let me tell you right now. If you call me at eight four four four three six eight seven nine, if you hit me up on Twitter at spitting speeds, if you hit up my guy Chris the analyst Ventra on the YouTube feed, and your question for me is about Josh Gordon, and you think Josh Gordon is viable as soon as he comes back from a two year layoff. We don't know if this kid is in football shape. We don't like the offense that he's in, we don't like the quarterback

that he's with. Remember they just lost their left tackle Joe Thomas as well. I also don't think it's a one bet that he won't get into trouble between now and November twenty. I am not riding with Josh Gordon. If you ask me about it on air, I'm gonna tell you he's a Fudaizy forget about him. Okay, However, with players that are involved in the NFL before week thirteen,

let me tell you about the practice reports. Remember Wednesday is a big practice day in the NFL where we first get reports not practicing today for the Washington football team, Jamison Crowder popped up on the injury report with a hammy. Could this be rest or? Could this be something to watch? Also, Jordan Reed with a hammy as well. He did not practice. They don't think he's gonna play. I think Vernon Davis catch a little case of the VD this week in

daily fantasy lineups. I like a little bit of a Vernon Davis. Delaney Walker did not practice, Remember he had what looked like a bad high ankle sprain or bad ankle injury. Even after the bye, he is not practicing just yet. However, DeMarco Murray is practicing for the Titans, and so is Corey Davis. Corey Davis expects to make his return. I like him. I like him long term, I like him short term. Also this week, if Delaney Walker can't go, Pierre Garson also not practicing for the

San Francisco forty Niners. Remember he left in the last game with a neck kind of a head neck injury. I think this could be a concern for the Niners in Week nine. Yet another reason why you're gonna roll out Jimmy Garoppolo with no kind of weapons. Would it be what Marcy's Goodwin, George Kittle, those are your best options, and I would wait and I would fade. The San Francisco forty Niners. Devon Tay Freeman was limited in practice. Remember I told you he was gonna be limited all week.

I think they're just managing his reps and his bumps and bruises so he can, in fact go for the Falcons this week in an NFC South tilt. Also practicing. It's important to note Manny Sanders back practicing. Remember he has that ankle injury, missed the last one or two games. Joe Flacco practicing in full. Remember he got his block knocked off um in Thursday Night Football and what looked like an ugly hit um on Thursday Night Football. He

was concussed. He is back and practicing in full. Leonard four Nett back and practicing after the by Remember he had that ankle injury. I already told you about both to Marco Murray and Corey Davis practicing as well. All right, let's keep it moving here on the Fantasy Freestyle. Remember I also told you that a guy was sending me his like live projections. That was Ryan exclamation point on Twitter. He had a tie projection like down to the fractional points. He wound up losing that game by one point four. I'm sorry, Ryan, but that's not even a nominee this week. Here are

four nominees we got. First off, um Patrick coos jash at pek Wu's on Twitter. He won, so you know he didn't lose, he didn't get burned. It wasn't a bad beat. He won though Bavona. He won by point three eight thirty eight hundreds of a point after defensive stat correct actions. In his league, a tackle for a loss by his defense is worth a point. He had

the Minnesota Vikings defense in that London game. He got a stack correction for tackles for loss and wound up winning by point three eight after Monday Night Football stack corrections as your first nominee, winning by point three eight on hashtag Game of Inches. Here's another one. Check this out my boy West Littleton at West the deal on Twitter. He hits me up all the time, friend of the show. He lost by point to eight, less less than three tenths of a point. And guess what he had the

Kansas City Chiefs defense. They gave up that garbage time touchdown. At the very end to Darby and that's what lost him his matchup. Okay, Also check this out, Chris, we have a troll version of hashtag Game of Inches. Shout out to read Hammer at read Hammer on Twitter. I I preface it with this. He hit me up in the direct messages Dan Martinez. It goes down in the d M direct message Dan Martinez. He hit me up on the d M over the week and asked me

if I would start Philip Rivers or Deshaun Watson. And I told him I would start Philip Rivers going against the worst past defense, and that I didn't like Deshaun Watson up against that Seattle defense. Obviously, Deshaun Watson put it in my eye and he wound up losing by three points because he had Rivers in for Deshaun Watson. So those are three nominees. But here's my last one. This is the one I think is the favorite. I'm gonna reel this one off and then we'll get to

get your perspective after the break. Chris um Pasha Koslov at mcpavlick on Twitter. Check this out. He lost by one point four. You know who he had. He had Tyreek Hill, who got a minus two because of that weird interception that he threw on the goal line on like the running back pass play that he had had. Tyreek Hill, who then continued to defecate the mattress, only got like three points for him, lost by one point four points, and I got minus two from the interception

thrown by his wide receiver. Those of the nominees. Was it Reid Hammer who wanted to throw me down in the d M, saying that you know because I recommended starting Rivers over Watson and yo, come on, Rivers. Was against the worst past defense in the league. Deshaun Watson was at Seattle. I had no idea. He put it in

my eye. I acknowledge that he lost by three. Starting Rivers who got him fourteen points instead of Watson who got him forty four on his bench, or my my my favorite. To be honest, my pick is Paska Karlov, who lost by one point four had Tyree Hill, who threw an interception. As a wide receiver and your wide receiver production, you don't usually see a wide receiver with an interception. He threw an interception, lost two points because of it, and then Pasha Koslov lost his matchup by

one point four points. That is my pick, But we have said before you are the one who gets to a crown, the quote unquote winner. Here here who's your pick for a Week eight game of inches? This one's extremely biased to me because I only just traded Julio Jones for this guy and from the first round picking my Dynasty league, and I am going with the guy

who had Tyreek Hill. That that interception was just I I ridiculous, unbelievable, and I never want to see anybody else throwing the ball in Kansas City except Alex Smith. Fair enough, I agree with you. So we have a winner for Week eight hashtag game of Inch. It is Poshka Koslov had Tyreek Hill lost by one point four

points after his wide receiver through an interception. Listen, I have Tyreek Hill on my main season long league as well, but lucky enough, I had the Baltimore Ravens defense and DeAndre Hopkins as well, so I was not in a hashtag game of inches. So Chris, you gotta chart this, okay, Because to recap Week six, we had the guy who had Austin Safari and Jenkins and the touchdown turned into a touch back. Also had a tie and Jamis Winston

was his tiebreaker. Last week we didn't have a formal winner because we had Young Cos with the Amari of verse. We're gonna maybe here a little bit more from Young Cos a little bit later on in the show if we have time. And this week it is Poshka Koslov Tyreek Hill on his team lost by less than two points and got an interception from tye Reek Hill. Okay, it is time for us here on the Fantasy Freestyle

to open up the phone lines. We're gonna open up the phone lines right now at eight four four eight four three six eight seven nine. As we get into week nine of the NFL season, people want to talk Dolphins running backs. People want to talk trade questions. People want to talk Zeke Elliott. And I'm sure I'm gonna get a call at some point this week about someone who wants to run and pick up Josh Gordon. I'm

telling you right now, he's as forget about it. You don't want to go into Week thirteen or your fantasy playoffs relying on some someone who hasn't played football in two years. And oh, by the way, is on the Cleveland Browns offense with Deshaun Kaiser, not even a J mccaren throwing him the ball. Let me give you a spotlight on one game that I think is gonna get a lot of chatter this week. It's the Broncos going to Philadelphia, where I hear it is always sunny in

Philadelphia to take on the Eagles. The Eagles are at home and they are seven and a half point favorites. The total for this game is forty three and a half. I think it is very intriguing. Okay. A lot of new faces will be in the lineup in this game. Okay, And everyone wants to ask me what do I think about Jagi with the Eagles. And here's the thing. I would not start j g i e on DFS this

week if you have been season long. I understand you gotta write them out Week nine six teams on a buy, but I am not looking to put A G I E in my line line up if I don't have to this week. And here's why. There's a lot of talk out in Philadelphia that La Garrett Blunt may still be the lead back as J GI E ramps up. I don't buy that. I think j A g I

E is the lead back. I think La Garrett Blunt becomes a goal line buch down vulture, and I think Whendel Smallwood still gets love of in that Darren Sprowls role in the past catching role. I know Smallwood defecated the mattress for owners last week, but I think that was more of a function that they were a big and Corey Clement got that work that would have been when small would. But I do think we may have a true three person committee. Okay, and then you want

no part of that. It becomes kind of like the New England Patriots, Okay. I think it's gonna be a gy in early downwork twenty to twenty um Smallwood and PPR settings as a past catching back and the Garrett Blunt in the goal line, which makes me actually want to fade all of them. The entire fair Philly running back situation is now a fool gazzey for me. Okay, you know who else is gonna be a fool gaze?

Whoever is playing quarterback for the Denver Broncos. I don't care if it was Simeon or it sounds like it's brock Osweiler, the seventy two million dollar noose around his former franchise. Let me tell you why. The Philadelphia Eagles defense they get a pass rush on you, they also are good at stopping the run. I think C. J. Anderson is starting to decline in his opportunity. I told you on Monday Night Football that my diamond and the rough was gonna be DeVante Booker. Okay, and DeVante Booker

had a decent game, alright. He had forty yards on the ground, three catches. I think, listen, they're clearly turning it over. They're looking to see what other people can do, including at the quarterback position. I think that's gonna go to the running back position as well. One of my diamonds in the rough four week nine is in this game, and it is DeVante Booker at the running back position, Okay, at the wide receiver position. I'm not happy with Manny

Sanders coming back. That's fine. I think Manny Sanders and d T against this Philly past defense is the way you would attack it. But I have no faith in them with Brock Oswiler as their quarterback. I love zach Ertz as always, and I think he might be the way to attack the Denver Broncos. I don't think the running game looks good against the second ranked run defense

of the Broncos. And you know what the no fly zone does, so that zach Ertz over the middle of the field, just like Travis Kelsey did against these Broncos last week. I like zach Ertz and I like DeVante Booker in the game. That's about it, all right. Let's go to the phone lines, because I see we are lighting up right here on the Fantasy Freestyle. The second one is I just got a trade for Corey Davis for Time Montgomery. And then third if um,

if I should drop Jamison Cancalder for Devin Booker. I was a Zke owner, so I'm kind of need to help a little bit on the running backs. Al Right, fair enough, let's handle them one at a time, Okay, Tyler Croft of Vernon Davis. Listen, Tyler Croft has been good. Uh as you know, if you have him on your team, you know he's gotten in the end zone. I believe he's reasonably approximating the same production that Tyler Eifford had in that spot. But I'll tell you I love Vernon

Davis if there is no Jordan Read. Okay, the only problem is if you make that move and you got Vernon Davis, it's gonna be great for you this week. But then what happens next week when Vernon Davis is I mean, when Jordan Read is back Vernon Davis takes a back seat, and then you've lost your boy Tyler Croft. Um so I love it for this week. I like Vernon Davis better than Croft this week, but in the medium and long term, I think that could be Harry when Jordan Reed comes back, if that makes sense. I

love Corey Davis. I love Corey Davis. I'm down on Time Montgomery with Brent Hunley as quarterback down there. I love Corey Davis. I think Corey Davis maybe not right away this week, but I think Corey Davis in your season long leagues will be good down the stretch and into your fantasy playoffs. And then Victor, I'm sorry, what was your third question? Man? The third question was if I should drop Jamison Crowder for Devin Booker. Um, well, it's hard because one's wide out, ones are running back.

I'm actually high on Crowder, Okay. I think Crowder and Thompson and v d are all of the offense. Okay, in Washington, they don't run the ball, and you see with Terrell Prior and Josh Dotson on the outside, they

are not doing anything. And with the offensive line problems that Washington has had, I think Cousins is gonna have to get the ball out real quick, and that to me means more of Chris Thompson in the back, out of the backfield, more of Jamison Crowder, to be quite honest, in the slot with those little two way go kind of routes, and Vernon Davis quick over the middle. So I actually think, and I believe they're playing Seattle as well,

so they're gonna lock up the outside. I actually like Jamison Crowder and Davante Booker is something of a spec play. He's someone who I think is gonna ascend a little bit as time goes on, but I don't think right away. So I like Crowder, I like Corey Davis and Vernon Davis. I like this week, but I don't know if that's the way I would go in season long leagues. All right, Victor, thanks for the call up. I don't think you need to worry about you know that this week this week, you got Kareem Hunt and Alice Collins, You're good to go.

Brieda is a stash, right He's a guy who could pop later in the year, But so is DeVante Booker. Right the Miami Backs, I wouldn't go for Draco Williams right now. I wouldn't go for Rod Smith either. DeVante Booker is interesting. The question is, do you think DeVante Booker is a better stash at the end of the year than a guy like Matt Breeder. I highly do, Okay. I actually think that the Denver Broncos offense is gonna be better later in the season that Santan Francisco where

they're trying to figure it out. So yeah, man, I think you could drop Breeda, to be quite honest, I also think you could drop a Mirror Abdullah if you wanted to do that. But of those, I think DeVante Booker is an interesting stash for you for the rest of the year. But you're not starting these guys right now.
