That's your boy, Dame Martinez, a k A speed j K to spitting statistician And you are listening live to the Fantasy Freestyle right here on the award winning Fantasy Sports Radio Network. Big shout out as always everybody listening live on I Heart Radio on tune In Radio, if you're watching live on the Fantasy Sports Network YouTube live stream, we got a good show for you. On a Thursday. My man Chris Bovona is down there and keeping it
so hot that we sweat steam. We're gonna take your calls a little bit later on in the show. You know the number to call, It's eight four four eight four three six eight seven nine. I'll help you out. Trying to get a W four week five, which in fact begins tonight in about an hour down there at Tampa. While the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. They host the five hundred two and two worst defense in the league. The New England Patriots. Will chop it up about that game a
little bit later on. As usual. I'm also gonna be telling you about these practice reports. Remember I told you on Wednesday that there's a lot of people we manage the reps, We manage their practice, and that the key is to see if they trend in the right direction today, on Thursday and tomorrow on Friday. Well, in some cases that is happening, and in some cases it is not happening.
So I'm gonna let you know. And because you may need to make some decisions as it relates to tonight, I personally have a decision to make my own season long team with a guy who has not practiced yesterday and today when Theell Smallwood and my options are tonight. So who do I insert? I am dealing with this as well. On the commercial break, you may see me tinkering with my own lineup. But we also had a poll question up on Twitter at spitting Speeds at F and T s Y Radio. I ask you what's the
winning parley tonight? Okay, the Patriots our road favorites with the worst defense in the league. Going down into Tampa on Thursday night with the road team usually struggles. Okay, but the Patriots, I've seen it start as much as five and a half point favorites. It's down to four right now. We also have a big time total. Okay, the total is fifty four and a half. This is one of the highest totals on the board for all
of Week five. So that may be some rationale to get some of your Bucks and some of your Patriots in your lineups tonight. But I asked you, do you like the Pats with the points? Do you like the Bucks at home? Do you like over the total or under the total? That's what I wanna know. You can catch it at spitting speeds at F and T s Y as well. Now you could be part of the show as usual. I'm also gonna be breaking down some
of what I think are the spotlight games four Week five. Okay, So I'm telling you which games I want to focus on, which games are very intriguing matchups, and I'm gonna give you what you need to win your leagues and win that cash. You know how we do. We drop stats
over beats. It is the Fantasy Freestyle on the award winning Fantasy Sports Radio Network and a little bit later on, we're gonna open up the phone lines at eight four four eight four three six eight seven nine, so you could be dropping stats with speeds right here on the Fantasy Freestyle. When we come back, I'll go through some of the practice reports and I'll break down what I believe will happen Thursday night, Football, Bucks and Pats, all
that in Moore. Come on right back as the Fantasy Freestyle. Hey, I'm Melissa and I'm Jill, And where the interns. The Fantasy Sports Radio Network and d k MS want to send you to Minnesota this February. All you have to do is play our Big Game Tribua challenge sponsored by d k MS starting next week. Answer four questions right, and you're heading to the Big Game. Tune in to find out when the contest will be running. So what are you waiting for? Play the Big Game Tributa challenge
sponsored by d KMS, only on the Fantasy Sports Radio Network. Hey, you know what it is? It should boy Dane Martinez Speeds, the spitting Statistician. We're dropping stats over beats on the Fantasy Freestyle right here on the Fantasy Sports Radio Network. We got a good show on a Thursday, getting you ready for Week five, as the Bucks and the Patriots are gonna kick off in about an hour. We also
have the American League DIVISI General Series kicking off. The Houston Astros look like they're in a good spot to take a one nothing lead against the Boston Red Sox. Jose Altuve not one, not two, but three home runs tonight in Game one, Lore gonna solidify his case. I know they've already voted for the a L m v P, but it's gonna come down to Altuve and Aaron Judge. Will everybody all rise for the Judge? Or will Altuve at five six be, in my opinion, probably the shortest
m v P of all time. But let's turn our attention to football because I'm trying to help you guys get a win for Week five. A couple of interesting notes around practice facilities in the NFL today. Here are some guys that did not practice again today. Matt Forte here in New York with that turf toe, Why would you rush back if you were at FOTA, You're already being phased out. They want to see what they have and the kid Elijah McGuire as part of this committee
with Balao. Hello, Hello everybody. Hey, you know a lot of response Chris to the boom boom bilous long. I had some people hitting me up on Twitter asking me what that was. It's bom bomb by sister Nancy. Go on and search it for yourself. You know what I'm saying, every team I you know, but also Kenny Britt. He he was not practicing. And remember earlier, like about a week ago, Hugh Jackson was saying he would have benched Kenny Britt if he had other healthy, viable options at
wide receiver. I think this is just now an excuse to keep Kenny Britt off the field. He was not practicing. What what they are saying our knee and ankle issues, ja g I e not practicing because of that knee issue. Remember in the last couple of weeks he was practicing but then defecated the mattress when it came to Sunday. Maybe they're holding him out a little bit longer, trying to keep him fresh. And as I mentioned at the top of the show, Wendells Smallwood not practicing again for
the Philadelphia Eagles, this is a new knee injury. He didn't practice yesterday, didn't practice today. I believe he will now get the legitimate questionable tag in their matchup on Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals. The biggest thing I gotta let you guys know about if you don't know already, because it impacts the game that is kicking off in an hour. Rob Gronkowski, the stud tight end for the New England Patriots, will not play tonight. He has a five issue. He is not going to go tonight. I
think that is very important to note. Also in New York, head coach Ben McAdoo says, whoever the hot hand is will in fact wind up getting the carries for the Giants. But then again, is there gonna be a hot hand in the run game behind that offensive line? I told you Eli Manning was the second leading rusher for the Giants last week. Okay, So I don't believe in Paul Perkins or Orleans dark Wah or Wayne Gallman. If you want to know the truth, I stay away. I think
that is a fade situation all together. We're also hearing that Andrew Lucky he's practicing. He may think that get back. I don't think he's gonna be back until week eight. Look look there at Tennessee in week six for a big time divisional matchup. I don't know if they rushed him back on the road like that. But then at home week seven they have Jacksonville. Jacksonville gets pressure on the quarterback. I don't know if they want to run Andrew Luck out there in his first game with a
team that brings that much heat. I think he'll be back week eight. All Right, Dante Adams and Time Montgomery practicing for the Packers. I think if that happens, it renders Aaron Jones, the other hot free agent ad this week. I think it renders him obsolete. Marcus Marioboda gets an a limited practice, but all signs are trending that it's gonna be Matt Castle under center for Tennessee as they go to Miami. I think you gotta downgrade all these
pass catchers. If you had a guy like Richard Matthews in your lineup, if you had Delaney Walker in your lineup, I think exotic smath Mouth is gonna try and run the ball as it were. Okay, So I wanted to talk about Thursday Night Football. I'm so torn on this game. I look at certain indicators, I look at certain trends that usually holds true when I'm making bets on games or when I'm looking for reduction in games. All of the indicators look like this should be a Tampa Bay
Buccaneers win on Thursday Night football. I always love the home team. You know, it's very hard for the road team to sack up and go on the road on the short rest. So that's a little tick in the Tampa Bay column. I hate backing teams that are non conference road teams. I think the non every team has two non conference road games on your schedule. You play against one division in the other conference. You've got four games, two of them at home, two of them on the road.
The nonconference lot game against an unfamiliar opponent at their place is always a challenge. Another tick for the Buccaneers. Weird things always happened down in Tampa when they're at home. You remember that Seattle game a couple of years ago, when Seattle came in there and laid an egg. We get weather delays, we get all sorts of weird things that happen in Tampa. I don't think that's good for New England either. No, Rob Gronkowski, I don't think that's
good for New England. You know, the Pats are also working on short rest, but they get to integrate their running back Doug Martin, coming fresh off his three games suspension, you know, feeling spry and looking like he wants to prove his worth and his role in the backfield. I think he might be motivated. I know he didn't practice much. He may be limited usage, but I think he could be effective against this defense in limited usage. That there
is also a tick in the Buccaneers direction. But for some reason, but for some reason, I think this could be a big f you to the world by Tom Brady, Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots. People like, oh, you want to put dirt on our grave. Oh you think our defense is piss poor. Oh you think we're only a five hundred team, That we're unraveling, that we're getting old, that the messages stale, at the communication and is not there. That has been the narrative around the
Patriots for the last couple of weeks. Watch New England go on in there. Remember remember a couple of years ago they went to Kansas City on a Monday night, and the Chiefs handed them their launch right and maybe and everyone was like, oh, is it time for Jimmy Garoppolo? You know, is is everyone tuning out Bill Belichick? That's what people were saying. And then what did the Patriots do? They went on a run of when of like ten in a row and winning the and winning the Super
Bowl that year. This could be the spot where the Patriots start their big f You Tour. It could be. It could also be though that this defense is that bad. Everything points in the direction of taking Tampa, and now Tampa is getting the point to The Patriots are road favorites. You know how much. I also love the home dogs. We talk about it every week and tomorrow on the Fantasy Freety, I'm and tell you what home dogs I like. You know, I love the home team on Thursday night.
You know, I love a home dog. You know, I love fading this Tampa Bay pass defense and this defense which is literally thirty second and last in the NFL. But for some reason, it feels like this could be a big f you to the world from Tom Brady, Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots. Let's go to Twitter right now because we got this pole question up. I asked you what is the winning parlay, you know, between this point spread and the over under right now,
it's kind of close. Fifty of you like the Pats and would give the five points on the road on Thursday night in a nonconference road spot. Forty six percent of you to take the points and take the Tampa Bay Bumcaneers, who looked incredible at home their first game at home against Chicago. Gotta win in the last seconds against New York at home, the Giants at home as well. I'm so torn here. Let me see what some of you guys say on Twitter in response to this poll.
We got Clayton Trey hand as usual, big shout out to Clayton, responding to the poll says this also taking the words right out of my mouth. Clayton says, this also feels like a bit like that time after the Week four beat down by Casey a few years ago, and then Brady goes off of five hundred yards and six touchdowns. I kind of feel the same way. More likely bucks cover than paths, but I'm not touching that spread with a ten foot poll. Give me the over,
but that's about it. I agree with Clayton Trey Hand I would take the over in this game. Both of these secondaries can be had, but this just feels like the Patriots are backed into a corner and that they are going to respond big time with Tom Brady tonight. I want to take the bucks and the points, but something is telling me that the Patriots are not gonna
go to two and three under five hundred. It looks to me like they are gonna show up and show out Tom Brady four hundred yards, five touchdowns, Brandon Cooks, Chris Hogan, Danny Amndola, and James White to pick up the slack for Rob Gronkowski. I think that is how it might go, but however it goes, if you have your little DFS lineup, going over to Billy Rhodo dot com, going over to Rhodo Experts dot com, slash d k MS. Okay, we're partnering with dk MS here to help fight blood cancer.
If you listen to the show, you already know you could win tickets to the Super Bowl up there in Minnesota. If you win the DFS contest any week weeks one through sixteen, you entered into the final Week seventeen. If you win, you get two tickets to Super Bowl fifty two in Minnesota. But even if you don't win, you can still be a winner. As you learn a little bit more about how to help the fight against blood cancer,
you could be a match. You could be a blood donor, or a bone marrow donor really be a mattress and struggling against this disease and help them save a life. When we come back, here's what we're gonna do. We're gonna open up the phone lines at eight four four eight four three six eight seven nine. We're gonna start to take your calls. And I'm gonna also be going through some of my spotlight games for week five. I think there's some interesting matchups that I want to talk
about how I think they're gonna play out. We're gonna do that when we come back. We're dropping stats over beats. It's the fantasy freestyle, which your boy speeds the spitting statistician right here on the award winning Fantasy Sports Radio Network open phone lines called me now under Henry Sterling, Shepherd Michael Thomas. These three NFL softwares are not due to slump. They're due to break out. Just like the Fantasy Sports Radio Network in year two, things are only
getting better. Make sure listen live and dell o the app F and t s y R Radio. It's free and it's twenty four seven. The best Fantasy sports ten. He's on the Fantasy Sports Radio Network. The champ is here. The champ is here. You know what it is, the Championship Boys Speeds. It's spitting statistician right here on the Fantasy Freestyle on the award winning Fantasy Sports Radio Network. The phone lines are open right now at four four eight, four, three, six,
eight seven nine. We're gonna be getting to some callers in a hot second, helping you win your leagues and win that cash. Four week five, Week five a pivotal week. Let's say you're two and two or something like that. Three and two sounds a whole lot better than two and three, and some teams can start to separate themselves as the cream of the crop. As we enter the by portion of the schedule, I want to talk about one game before I get to the calls, and I
want to talk about this Bill's Bengals game. I think it's gonna be interesting. I was surprised by the total. The total of this game is only thirty eight and a half, which speaks to the fact that Vegas and you know, people overall are starting to believe in this Buffalo Bills defense. This Bill's defense has only given up fifty four points over four games, and one of those games was at Atlanta, and that is a legitimate test. Okay, So what does that mean for for Cincinnati and the
new offensive coordinator, Bill Laser. Let me tell you something. We've been talking about Joe Mixon every week since this offensive coordinator change. I don't know that this is the week. I don't know that this is the week he breaks out. I would temper my expectations if you've been writing Joe Mixon mix a lot, as one of the fans actually nicknamed him recently. I don't know that this is the week he breaks out. I do, however, think you can still roll out a J. Green as a target monster
under this new offense. I think Dalton tries to get it done with a J. Green. But they are stout up front, and they've been the Buffalo Bills that is, and they have been playing great defense. Let me talk to you about this other side though. On the Buffalo side of things. I think this injury to Jordan Matthews means that all's Clay. I've been talking about Charles Clay for a couple of weeks. Now Charles Clay is gonna have so much opportunity. Okay, now he's already leading the
team in target. Now when their number one wide receiver goes down. I don't think it is z A Jones that picks this up. I think they just double down on guys like Charles Clay and of course Shady McCoy. And I think if you've got McCoy or you got Clay running, I'm out there. I think they will be the kind of workhorses for the Buffalo Bill's offense this week in Cincinnati. The last note I'll give you on this game, Uh, Tyler Croft popped off and not one
but two touchdowns last week in that Tyler Eiffort role. Okay, my man Tony Sincat on Lineup Block Live says, it's really about scheme and opportunity and the Cincinnati tight end. You see how much they go there in the red zone. Remember Tyler Eiffort with double digit touchdowns that year. I think Tyler Croft could once again, return some value if you're in DFS. His his price is real low. But uh, I think he's legit, especially because of the opportunity that
he has. It's not a thing on his skills, but the tight end of Cincinnati could get some room to roam against Buffalo. So that's what I'm talking about in terms of that game. I think Cincinnati at home might get it done against this Buffalo team. But I don't think it's gonna be a high scoring game. Remember the overrun there is thirty eight and a half. I think it's right around there, you know, maybe a one seventeen
kind of game. All right, So we got callers on the line already at eight four four, eight four, three, six, eight, seven nine, So I want to get to some of their callers because Week five does in fact kickoff very soon. So I want to help you guys out when your leagues and win that catch. You know how we do here on the Fantasy Freestyle, we open up the phone lines. First person up today is Dave in the glorious state of Washington in the Pacific Northwest. Hey, Dave out there
in Washington would drop in status over beats. How can I help you in Week five, Hey, what's going on? Man? I totally blew out my guy. I mean, so I gotta so thanks to hell. That's what's up. I appreciate the love. I'm trying to help everybody. How can I help you go back to back this week? I hear you. But yeah, so I got a little running back situation going on. I got Freeman and Elliott, you know, but
I need a running back for this week. So you have ze right, you have Elliott, So you're fine with Zeke, you just as Jonathan Stewart. And I think that Alfred Morris still his handcuffs this case. Elliott. I think about maybe Melissa, you think this, you know, for tonight or what do you think? Now? I wouldn't we go Dion Lewis. I think James White is going to be the back that does, in fact receive the passing work. Listen. I think Jonathan Steward is viable for you as your sp
as your RB two. Like Jonathan Stewart is actually the perfect guy that you have on your roster for the bye weeks. You know, he's a guy that you say, oh, when the bye weeks come, I'm gonna put him in, right. I think Jonathan Steward right now, I'm trying to find he's rated for me as running back thirty one this week is which is definitively kind of in that flex play. But because you're struggling with the bibes with DeVante Freeman,
I'm okay with you going Zeke Elliott and then Jonathan Stewart. Listen, this is gonna happen in the bye weeks with some of the teams that are out. I I don't think you go crazy and and try to outthink yourself. Okay, you have Jonathan Stewart for this exact reason. I think you run them out there. It's not gonna be sexy. They're playing against the Detroit Lions, and obviously Christian McCaffrey is gonna get some work as well. You gotta hope, you gotta hope that Carolina stays up in this game
and that they want to run the ball. But if i'm you out there, Dave, I go with Jonathan Stewart and Zeke Elliott, and I'm okay that you did it, because listen, you're gonna have Freeman and Zeke most weeks. All right, So I think you're okay. Thanks for the call and thanks for the love, Dave. Hopefully you call on back next week and say I got you another win.
All right? Our next call we go to Joe down there in San Diego, and yesterday we were talking about hopefully moving the Chargers back to San Diego because of the road like non home field advantage that they have. Maybe the Spaniels will sell the team and they can move on back to San Diego. Maybe Joe, you'll appreciate that. But in the near term, let me help you out for week five? How can I help you? Joe? Oh? Yeah, for that Deans final good to me to sell the
team before San Diego accepts the charges back. Fair enough. I listen, You're not the first person I've heard say that, but uh, you know, we'll see what happens with the charges. There's certainly not uh doing work or getting any kind of love or home field advantage in the stub Hub Center. I'll tell you that. What's your question for week five? How can I help you? Man? All Right? So I've been doing pretty good. I'm the first place right now, but I'm kind of been a pickle with my nex
flex Um. I gotta I gotta choose between Chris Hogan with that horrible Buccaneers defense, Mark Davis Bryant with that huge upside at home, or DeVante Park or against the Tennessee plans which bring up the most packing touchdowns. Thanks for a call, Joe, I really appreciate it. And and you seem to know your stuff over here talking about how the Tennessee Titans give up the most touchdowns already, you know, kind of giving me the little thumbnail sketch
on all the ears. I'm gonna tell you, though, I go with Chris Hogan tonight, Okay, And most of it is because I don't know if you've heard, but Rob Gronkowski is out tonight, so I think that's a boost to guys like Cooks and Hogan and a Mendola. And I think, listen, this Tampa Bay secondary can be had. And I think Tom Brady is gonna be on a big f you tour tonight. I think he's gonna put the ball up a ton tonight. And I think Hogan
sees a ton of production. So given those options, Joe, I'm going with Chris Hogan tonight, mostly because Rob Gronkowski will not be playing for New England tonight. But thanks for the call. Next up on the Fantasy Freestyle, we go to Alan, Chicago. A Al. I don't know if your last name is Compone or not, but Alan the Windy City. You're dropping stats over beats on the Fantasy Freestyle. What's going on? How can speeds up you? Hey? How are you doing all? Right? Man? What's going on? Well?
I'm chuby like calcaholm, but it's more to love, that's all all. How can I help you? Yeah? Quick question for you? Um who Um, I'm sort of skeptic now on Well, I'm kind of like my hopes are down now on Martevi's brilliant, But do you think I should start him or trust? Curse now from the jets? Um? Bye week is killing me? Yeah, yeah, no, I hear you. A lot of people have by week concerns. That's what we're here for, though. Don't worry about it. Don't worry
about it out. That's what we're here for to try and help you out. Um. Here's the thing. Here's the thing. You're not gonna like my answer because I'm not gonna give you a definitive one. Okay, Um, look at your matchup. If you're projected to kind of win, if you're projected to do better, if you are like a kind of favor to win in that situation, give me Curse because I think he's the safer play. Okay, I think his floor is safer. I think he's gonna have you five
catches for fifty seven yards something like that. So if you just need a stable floor, I'll take Curse. However, if you are projected to lose, if you're going up against one of the big boys in your league or one of the big women in your league, as it were, then I at Martavis Bryan because Martavis Bryant is that boom or bust guy. Okay, Curse is gonna get to
the stable five catches for fifty yards. Martavis Bryant might get you three grabs for thirty yards, or he might get his six grabs for a hundred seventy yards and two touchdowns. So all the way I go with it is, if you need that kind of big time play, if you're playing up against one of the you know, favorite teams in your league, then go the boom or bus
play that is Martevis Bryant. If your favorite and you just need something um more conservative, then I think you go with Uh, I think you go with curse out there in New York. But thanks for the call. We keep it moving. On the Fantasy Freestyle, We've got Dan in New Jersey. Dan has called the show before friend of the show. On the Fantasy Freestyle, you're back on it man, getting ready for week five of the fantasy football season. How can I help you out? You're wrong
with speeds on the Fantasy Freestyle, um Dane? Um? So, yeah, we spoke a couple of days ago about my running back situation waivers a run and we kind of found out more information about time Montgomery. Uh, you recommend doing Collins, but now even to have more more information that time I play, it might not be a full complimental load. Um So, I don't know if it still would be like a Collins or maybe trust someone in that back
for the time Montgomery. I also have as my roster on mixing and Gillesley as well, So I don't know got you got you And thanks for the call. I I throw away Gillisle because I think the game script of this game is gonna be both teams throwing the ball a lot. Okay, So I don't like gillis Lee. You're you're the touchdown dependent with gilless Le. Okay, when it comes to mixing, you heard me and on the top of the show, I was really high on mixing for the first couple of weeks after the change of
offensive coordinators. But I'm not so much now. I think you have it right. You have correctly kind of diagnosed your situation. Okay, if we get news that Time Montgomery is practicing tomorrow, if he's good to go and it looks like he's gonna play, then Time Montgomery is your man. I love the Packers this week against that Dallas defense. I think they're gonna put up a ton of points, so I like tie. But if he doesn't go, then
I think your answer is Alex Collins. I revert back to what I said before, then I think it is in fact Alex Collins. But if you get good news, if we get more good news a tie, then he goes from say, a limited participant in practice to a full participant tomorrow. That's the kind of news you want to hear. And then if you feel comfortable, you run out Time Montgomery and you're happy that you did. When we come back here on the Fantasy Freestyle, We're gonna
continue to drop stats over beats. I have no idea what Chris Pavona the Manimal, is gonna put on as a drop when we come back, but I know I'm gonna be bobbing my head. We got big l in my ear telling me it's time to go to break, but don't worry about it. Renee in Connecticut, Garrett Seawan out there in Houston, and Blake down there in Florida. I see your calls here at eight four four eight
four three six s seven nine. We're gonna get to you guys, and then we're gonna go talking about some more matchups in week five, as we dropped stats over beats with your boy Speeds, the spitting statistician right here on the Fantasy Freestyle and the Fantasy Sports Radio Network. Let's go holl at your boy. Have you ever wanted to have a fantasy expert in the palm of your hand, in the pocket of your capys, We'll check it out now you can. We're dropping stats over beach. Which boys speeds the spitting statistician. I want to give a shout out real quick to my man Eduardo Alvarez on Twitter. He says, at spitting speeds, bro, please change with the water on Ted Finn Jr. You have to change the water and get a good filter so the water can stay clean. My man, Yo, I don't know. All I know is how to make the bubbles go. I try and do what I can. You know, at Rhodo Experts in the morning, they always feed the
fish every morning. My man. The King's Scott Angle and those guys Matt Modica Wall Street. They're taking good care of Ted Finn Jr. I am surprised that he has made it this long. He's made it through week five of the NFL season, so you know, but listen, if you have advice for me, holler at me at Spint and Speeds. Remember I put out the call for bad beats on Monday night football mad people told me what to do, tell me what to do, how to help out Ted Finn Jr. And I will pass along your
suggestions absolutely. I know we've gotta get to the phone lines and we're gonna get your calls at eight four eight four three six eight seven nine. I want to talk about one more game that I think is really interesting on Sunday. I'm talking about that Panthers Lions game. Okay, let me tell you something. And I know I went off on Cam Newton before. You would think that Cam knows what it's like to be stereotyped, you know what I mean. But the comments he made yesterday, we covered
that a little bit. You know. Yes, I will leave it be for now. What I do want to tell you, though, is that everyone who's talking about oh Calvin Benjamin, oh Devin FUNCHI is because of the games that they had last week. They are going to regress back to what they were before last week week. Okay, last week they were up against New England Patriots. The Patriots past defense makes everybody look good. They're gonna make Jamis Winston and
the Bucks look good tonight. Also, in my opinion, remember though before that they were backing the new New Orleans Saints and they couldn't do anything. This Carolina offense is in flux, is in transition. Do not buy you know what you saw out of KB, what you saw at a Funcius last week. I think they regress back to the mean. I mean Benjamin last week with four for one oh one oh four. It was Funcius got in the end zone twice, seven for seventy. I don't think
that happens this week against the Lions. You got slay on one side, and the Lions defense is a little bit improved. Okay, don't just go crazy thinking that Cam and these wide receivers are gonna do big things. On the other side of things though, on Detroit, listen, I think a mir Abdullah you can now run out there with confidence. I mean he's getting over twenty touches and he's staying healthy. I think that is really big. Give me the Lions in this game, and give me the
Lions big. I think they cover the spread because they are at home. Jim Bob Cooder and these Detroit Lions are for real. All right, let's go back to the phone lines. We're gonna take some calls here at eight four four eight four three six eight seven nine. We picked it up. I believe we picked me back up with Renee in Connecticut, Renee, friend of the show, dropping stats over beats out there in Connecticut? Where are you are you on? Like the Merritt Parkway? Are you on?
How can we get to where you are? Renee? You're on the Fantasy Freestyle. How can we help you out? You know? Speak? What's up? Man? That's one of the things I love about your show are the beats. Man. Every time a beat, I'm just like, um, I'm just I'm just because I make beats, all right. I hear these beets and I'm just like, like, man, he's bringing it back, bringing the back. Let me ask you something, Renee. You say you make beats, Hey, Bavona, do me a favor.
After Renee gets his call out there, Okay, after that, keep him keep his information, yo, Renee, if you want to make beats for the Fantasy Freestyle, We'll put him out there for you. Okay, Renee, stay on the line after your call and Bovona let's let's talk to him about maybe putting out some more beats for the Fantasy Freestyle. But in the interim, Renee, how can I help you? Uh? Man? Um real quick man? Um? So I got three UM wide receiver spots. I got four that I want to play,
but I gotta pick out of the four. So Um, I'm the one I'm benching his Cobb, but the ones I'm starting are or. I think I should start our Landry uh Jackson because I know he's probably gonna go off tonight and um obviously a J. Green. Am I making a choice? Good choice with sitting cob or should I start him? Um? Thanks for the call, Renee, And like I said, bevona get his information. If he wants to make beats for the Fantasy Freestyle, we can make
that happen. Okay, here's the thing I'm gonna tell you, Nay, the same thing I told another caller. Okay, you know that DeShawn Jackson is this boom or bust option? Okay, I mean a J Green obviously Jarvis Lantry. I think actually Landry is gonna have a big game this week. Okay, I like him against Tennessee. So I think those guys, you're really talking about Cobb verse DeShawn Jackson. And I'm gonna tell you the truth, man, I like Randall Cobb.
I like Randall Cops slightly ahead of DeShawn Jackson. I think DeShawn Jackson has a chance to be boom or bust have a fifty R touchdown tonight, and that chance is definitely there. So I tell you, Renee, look at your matchup. If you are like favorite to win and you need to be conservative and you know, then I like Randall cop especially if you're in a PPPR league. Okay, Renee, if you're in a PPR league, I like Randall Cobb
over DeShawn Jackson. If you're in a standard league, or if you're in a position where you're playing against one of the favorites, if you're predicted to lose and you need to make that home run play, then you go with DeShawn Jackson. Because yes, they have been able to rip apart the Patriots past defense everybody so far this season, so DeShawn Jackson might be able to do that as well. But I actually really like Randall Cobb this week against Dallas.
Thanks for the call, Renee, and Bavona. Let's see if we can work something out with him. All right, Next up on the Fantasy Freestyle, it's Garrett, Garrett down there in Louisiana, down there in the Bayou. How can I help you? Were dropping stats over beach? How can I help you? For week five? Garrett? What's going on? Heay? What's up? Speed? Thanks for taking my call. I love the show. Thank you, beach. Um, I got um two and two go back to back, and I need some
flex help. See the uh Mike Gillislie Parker. Or hold off and see what's going on with the time of even though he played his last Or hold on and see what's happened with who moy um. Okay, here's how I do it. Here's how I do it. I do not start Gillislee tonight. I do not start Gillisle tonight. I think the game flow of this game. I think it's gonna be a lot of passing. Okay, Gillislee is the between the tackles goal line kind of guy. I don't think he's gonna get that much work. I think
this is a James White game. You touchdown dependent when it comes to GILLESLEI okay. So to me, what I would do is, I would put Parker in there right now, but then, if you get good news on time Montgomery, put them in your flex. Okay, I would not. I would not use that up tonight with Gillesleie. I put
Parker in there for now. But then if tomorrow you see the time Montgomery is a full participant, if the word looks like he's gonna get a normal, full workload, then I insert time Montgomery in that spot in for DeVante Parker. But right now I put Parker in there. Thanks for the call, Garrett down there in Louisiana. We got time for a couple more calls. No problem, man, no problem. That's what we're here. We're trying to help
you out. And by the way, guys, if you like what you're hearing right now, if you're watching on YouTube, hit the like button, write a nice little positive review, subscribe. Do something to help your boy out. If you download and say on iTunes, write a review, tell him five stars. You'll tell him. You know, your boy Speeds is helping me win my league's and win that cash. You know, help us out a little bit. Tell a friend to tell a friend on Twitter you know, we could all
use the love. I appreciate the love. I appreciate the calls. Let's keep it moving. Next up is Blake in Florida. Blak you down there in Florida. How can I help you? For Week five? Moment? What's uh? I got to trade? Questions to? First? One is uh, trade zach Ertz for Gronk, and then the next is to trade McCaffrey for Lamar Miller. Then both seas are ptr all right. I don't like either of those trades. I like McCaffrey better than Lamar Miller.
If you listen to the Fantasy freestyle, you've heard me say I'm actually worried about Dante Foreman down there in Houston becoming a legitimate time share with Miller, and so I like McCaffrey, especially in the PPR format. Okay, on the tight end one, I know it's crazy, but I actually think rest of the season, Zach at the Arts when I P is gonna be better than Gronk. Gronk, listen, Gronk, if you tell me what are we in week five?
If you tell me that Gronk after tonight plays in every game for the rest of the season, then the answer is Rob Gronkowski. But I don't know that that's the case. I don't know that that's the case. Okay, So if you have Art's right now, I don't know why you one would want to assume the risk on a week to week basis About Rob Gronkowski. It is already early on, and you hear him with a thigh, you hear him with a back, you hear him with a leg injury. That is to me too much. I
like the consistency that I get with zach Ertz. I think zach Ertz is gonna be a top three tight end for the rest of the season, you know. I think it goes Arts and Kelsey and Gronk, and of those three, Gronk is the one that's the mo most uncertain. So I like zach Ertz for the stability that he offers for the rest of the season. And I like McCaffrey over Lamar Miller because I'm really worried about Dante Foreman out there with the Texans. All Right, we keep
it moving. We got time for one, maybe two more calls, so let's keep it moving. We go to Artem in Massachusetts. A Artem, Uh, you gotta trade you want to discuss, give it to me. We're up against the break. I'm trying to fit in these calls. You're on this, you're on the Fantasy Freestyle. How can I help? Okay? Yeah, so I have a trade. So the other guy is off for me, Zeke or my Michael Thomas and Montgomery. You're getting Zeke and Davante Adams and you're giving up
Time Montgomery and who Michael Thomas. Listen, man, this all comes down, This all comes down to Zeke Elliott. Man. What I would do. I would not do it this week. I would not do it this week. I'd wait. I'd wait to see what happens with Zeke Elliott. We're gonna get word, not for this week, but for next week. For sure. I would wait. You don't want to make a trade acquiring or giving them away and then not understand this news. I don't want to get ahead of this.
I think Zeke is gonna play. And that said, I would like to Zeke and Davante Adams side better than the Michael Thomas and Time Montgomery side. But I'd wait and find out what happens as the dust settles on this court case with Zeke Elliott. Okay, so I would kind of push the can down, kick the can down the road on that one. But thanks for the call. Last call here on a Thursday on the Fantasy Freestyle Randall in the Windy City out there in chicag Go. Hey, Randall,
do me a favor. Get out your question real quick because we're up against the break. So if I don't have time to answer it right now, I'll answer it right after the commercial. What's your question? Randall? Um? Thank you for start? Or Mike Gillis. DeVante Freeman is on by this week, Bro, DeVante Freeman and the Atlantanta Falcons are on by. Are you sure you're talking about DeVante Freeman, Dante Foreman? Okay, Dante Foreman or gillies Lee. That's an
interesting one, man. I you've heard me talk about these other callers. I'm down on Gilliesle. Gillies Lee is touched down dependent if gillies Lee gets in the end. Here's what's gonna happen with Gilliesle tonight. He's gonna get ten carries for about forty five yards. The question is are there touchdowns with it or not? That's what you gotta think. If you think the Patriots are gonna score touchdown and get down to the one yard line on a pass
interference call or something like that, Go with gillies Lee. Otherwise, ride Dante Foreman. Okay, I think and Castille his touchdown dependent. But you know what, there's gonna be point scored tonight. Go with it. Dante Foreman is gonna be tight in that game. We'll talk a little bit more about it when we come back. I got this commercial break right now, Fantasy Freestyle and the Fantasy Sports Radio Network Freestyle. Andrew Luck, he's practicing. He may in fact get back. I don't
think he's gonna be back until week eight. To look there, at Tennessee in week six, we're big time divisional matchup, But I don't know if they rush him back on the road like that. But then at home week seven they have Jacksonville. Jacksonville gets pressure on the quarterback. I don't know if they want to run Andrew Luck out there in his first game with a team that brings
that much heat. I think he'll be back a week eight week days from seven to eight p m. E. Stern on the Fantasy Sports Radio Network, Welcome back to the Fantasy Freestyle right here on the Fantasy Sports Radio Network. We had a call Randall before the break talking about Dante Foreman or Mike GILLISLEI. I believe Mike gillislely is touchdown dependent, So I would hate to tell you to start Gillisle and then watch them go over like eleven carries for forty yards and you're sitting there with just
a four heading into the weekend. But this total is so high tonight. I think both teams are gonna score. I think there's production to go around, so you know what, and and and Houston has that tough match up with the Kansas City Chiefs and their defense coming to town on Sunday night football, so you know what. You know what Randall out there in Chicago, man, go with Gilliesli, Go with Gillislee, Randall, I think Gillislie will get in the end zone tonight and make it worth your a while.
I hate saying that for someone who's touchdown dependent, but I think there's gonna be a ton of points scored tonight. So that brings me back to our pole question right now on Twitter. I ask you guys, what you think is the winning parlay tonight, and since we've gone throughout the show, more people are showing love for the New England Patriots, giving the points as road favorites on Thursday Night Football with no Rob Gronkowski and the thirty second
ranked defense. Right now, of you say take the Pats and the over say take the Pats, and the under. Tonight point spread is moved, I believe, from five and a half all the way down to four because a lot of people are on the Bucks the Bucks. Now say take the Bucks and the over say take the Bucks and the Under. I agree with the sixties percent of people that say take the Over in this game. I think there is definitely gonna be some production tonight on both teams. But I am so conflicted. All the
indicators say to take the Bucks in this game. Home Dog Thursday Night, no Gronk. But for some reason, I think this is a week where they have the national stage. Everyone knows the Patriots, know the narrative that's been going on around them, and when they have this standalone national game, I think we see the a effort from New England. So you know what, give me New England and the Over to night. But I also gotta tell you guys, we get a little bit of drama going on on
on Twitter right now. I told you before that my boy out there, um who wasn't Eduardo Alvarez said that we gotta clean this uh, we gotta clean this tank. We're getting replies right now. My boy Mikey Florio, the guy from Fantasy Best Friends Forever. You can catch him on the Fantasy Sports Radio network. He says, that's just the reflection of the table. If you're seeing it on the YouTube stream and you think it's dirty water, it's
just a reflection. My man Nando out there, Nando Dfino, one of our heads over here at the network, says it's the bad angle. Just switched to camera three. I think it's hysterical how right away people are like, na, na, na, the water is fine, Na na na, don't worry about it. Ted Finn Jr. Will be okay. And then my man Maddie Modica missed the Wall Street right there, says if
he dies, Florio will have blood on his hands. So a lot of people are obviously very excited and very interested in the well being and the welfare of my man Ted Finn Junior. Let's get him a little let's get him a little bubbles. My man Chris Bavona over there talking about hashtag fish Lives Matter. Don't get me started on Cam Newton anymore. I already had my diet tribe on him. This is a guy who should know
what it's like to be stereotypes. That'd be like Cam Newton doing work in the pocket and being like, oh, it's funny to see It's funny to see a quarterback like you understanding schemes and understanding coverages. Like if he got that kind of question, he would go off with his top hat and his die goatee, you know, and his glasses. But understand said that he perpetuates the stereotype that I can't really get behind. But a that's another
topic for another day. And speaking of another day, we will be right back here tomorrow seven a a p m. Eastern Time on the Fantasy Freestyle on the Fantasy Sports Radio Network. Tomorrow. It is a football Friday. Some of these practice reports and a lot of people are gonna be wondering about Time Montgomery. It sounds like a lot of I'm gonna be wondering about Onedel Smallwood as well. We'll give you the practice Reports. I'll give you my DFS line up for week five. I really like it.
I'm doing something a little bit different. I'll tell you about that, and you know we're gonna talk about the home dogs and which home dog has a chance to win outright in week five. We got a home dog tonight, it's Tampa Bay. I don't know. I gotta sneaky feeling that the pad step on the throat and do big things and Jamie's turns it over. We'll talk about it tomorrow on the Fantasy Freestyle. I'm out piece
