Was

it the outdoor Hockey Classic? To win a classic? Brick out there joint another one where you gotta wear diapers, you gotta, yeah, you got. I don't want nobody around me with a diaper rash, you know. And and nobody over the age of eighteen months should have a type of rash. you know not. I'd rather be in the warmth and comfort of my own home. I love it. Yeah I am. I am a bit of a hermit. What did you do to your lady do over the weekend? You know, she's friends with your boys and all of that. The crew crew love. Yeah, yeah, well we're all friends. But uh, it was more of a family thing on on like yesterday. Uh. Tony Michelle beasts. They ran all over the place over three and being on fancy teams of yours in two thousand and eighteen, you think, so, oh, yes they will. Do you think Nick Chubb has a shot to go to the Giants? I don't know. I can't. I don't know about all of that. I hope so that deep into it. I like that, dude. And then the other game. I missed most of that game because I was, like I said, I was doing the show. But I was shocked to see we both thought Clemson was going to

take that down. I mean, that's tough to beat the Alabama of opessially Obama coming off and lost to give a month off. And then this team, the Clemson Tigers, they don't have DeShawn Watson this year, and that makes it different. That makes it a big, big difference. Watson held it down. He's clutch. Let's talk about the Atlanta focus in their season to the six on the year four and two in the NFC South, that's where they made their hay at getting those debuts against Carolina, getting

those used against the Saints late in the year. Also big wins on the schedule versus the Dallas Cowboys versus the Seattle Seahawks, had a couple of big wins lost to the Vikings. Also had some nasty losses to the Dolphins and the Bills, but for the most part, defending NFC champion, they get back to the playoffs. They speak in at that sixth seed, they got to take on the Rams. A lot of people Chris criticized occasionally the job we did with the Falcon's offense this year. You're

comparing it to an historical offense last year. So it wasn't really that bad. When you look back at the Falcon season, what do you think? I think? You know, they obviously showed that they needed to make adjustments without Um, and you saw them grow throughout the season a little bit. Uh they started using Julio Moa freeman got banged up in the middle of the season. When he came back, he started going off. And you know that was a huge win last week against Carolina. They got hot when

they needed to, and I think that's dangerous. A team that gets hot going into the playoffs sometimes make that run and can make it all the way through. And plus they have the xp if the last year making it to the to the super Bowl. Experience e XP. I like. I never heard that, you know, I like it. I like it. He never heard it before. E XP. Yeah, it's like a gaming term we use, okay, experience experience. If you're an experienced game when they called you're not

called the ringer, you're called the e XP. Well, no, if you you know, if there's certain games where you level up and you get higher, you know, more powerful, So it's called gaining experience. And what you do to gain experiences you grind. Just grind, grind, That's what I'm I'm doing. You've been grind ground. I know, you hustle hen in the morning, them here now, And these kids can't eat promises, you know what I'm saying. They can't

promise don't taste good. Promise, don't taste because no, you gotta you gotta deliver. You feel what I'm saying. In this industry, you yeah, I mean at least what sixty of the time at the time, right, I'm just trying to be a hundred percent at a time, I know. Yeah, we're all trying trying my best. Matt Ryan coming off a m v p P year, not his best season, kind of disappointed owners, and now he gets a chance.

You think they can take this? Okay, of course they can in all likelihood, though, can they go in there and beat the Rams? I think they can, yes, which I think they have a shot when I picked them. Right now, I'm saying the Rams are gonna win by like three. Okay, I see, it's being a really good game. I just think the Rams are just a little bit too powerful them, too powerful for them offensively especially, and girl is gonna hold it down, you know, you know what,

But the Falcons do have a shot. I wouldn't be surprised if they wont, because this is the rams first year in the playoffs, with all these all these guys they don't have they don't have the e XP. They don't have it. When you don't have the XP or what do you like a non e x p er. You you were nube, A nube, a rookie, a new A Pube is different Pubanubi. They call him a pube. It wouldn't be nice. I mean, you know, it's actually

not admitted analogy. Chris Bottom of the battle, and I think it's I think I think the XP is important in the playoffs, and obviously Atlanta does have that, while on the other hand, the Los Angeles Rams lack that experience. Sean McVeigh, brand new head coach, comes in levels this look at that levels this team up. You like how I tied it all together. I just brought that whole thing right back. I just brought that whole thing right back, Chris. Anyway,

they leveled up with McDaniels. You saw Jared Golfeld like an NFL quarterback. Todd Gurley bounces back big time a home playoff game for the Los Angeles Rams. That's amazing how he took them from I think they were like dirties in offense last year, and yeah, they were stale, they were nothing, and now they're one of the offenses. They gotta be top three in points, right. I think they did the tiest scoring team in the NFL. So

that kind of transition. I mean, you gotta give a lot of credit to McVeigh, and I think he pull us out even though he doesn't have the experience and the team don't have the experience. I think he's got enough where he could pull this game out and be the Falcons. But I'm going for the Falcons. You know, I love Julio, is my favorite player, so I want I want to see him win a ship. Better player Julio Joe Todd Gurley right now? Tie, You know the

difference is the Rams their best player, Todd Gurley. It's going to touch the football time that's running back. Yeah, I mean they should be thrown a whole like. That's the thing the Falcon about this he might catch. I wouldn't be surprised if Todd Gurley caught more passes than Julio Jones this week. Oh I'm I'm down to to go the other way on that. You think Julio will catch absolutely, Todd Gurley just in Week sixteen, when even

paying the Championships, he had ten catches. I don't think Julio had a game who had a ten catch game this season. You might be right, But I don't think he's gonna have ten catches. Girly, Let's say he does even have six or seven. I still think you're gonna see Julio get involved out of this game. They ain't gonna play games. Who who you? Who do you want to get the ball to on this team? Freeman Julio? That's it? What did you see? The Super Bowl was

eleven and twenty four. Wasn't getting the ball in the fourth quarter? That's terrible? And then they throw the ball three times when Julio made a huge catch won the game for them. Basically should have won the game for them. They're in there, you know they're indoors, and you're not letting you kick. Give him a little chance by running the ball right up the gut three times, that's what you should have did. A mistake. Interesting, No, No, I agree with you. I agree with you. I think listen.

I think the Falcons have a good shot to going there and pull off the upset. I do think this game comes down to late in the fourth quarter. I do think the Rams are going to pull the football game out, though, But I think the Falcon's play a very tough game. Battle test in Atlanta Falcon team. So I think they're going there and think they do they want to do. But I just think in the end, I think the Los Angeles Rams that momentum that they have this young team that kind of fine, they got

their betty right now. I think they take that and they go ahead and they knock off the Falcons. I agree. I agree with you because I think that they're gonna execute. The question is will the Falcons execute, because sometimes they don't execute or the play calls, you know, not the right play calls. If the Falcons do that and the coach coach, and you know, he coaches really well, then they have a legit shop. But I still think the Rams, I agree with you, They're gonna execute. They're gonna get

it done. You don't think about going in the coaching coaching. I think I could be a great coach. First thing I do, I draft all d lineman, all all and then I go out. But you have to get a quarterback and other players too. I get a game manager. I'm a ground and pound type of coach. So you want to run the football, yeah, I want to sit day and and just pound the ball. The problem with that is at some point. Game manager quarterback is going to have to make a play throughout the course of

every playoffs series, every every championship run. Your quarterback is going to have to make a play. Yeah, I'm saying, like a quarterback like Tyrode Taylor is okay with me. I'll take him, you know, and work around him. But he's not. He's no like superstar quarterback. He's you know, he's a game manager type quarterback, gets it done. He's safe, safe QB. I let my d ride and then I ground, ground, and pound until they d get so tired by the end of the game. We'll blowing them out. That's it.

Yeah, but don't do nothing crazy in the parking lot, Chris, unless you want to do the power bomb thing, then that would be cool. But the other thing you're gonna just

watch creep. So let's talk about this team though, Shady McCoy. They tried to clean house and tank it ended up making the playoffs. How about that? That and in the coach on Honestly, he should almost get fired for bench That was a horrible moment. But a good job. Yeah, that was they made a mistake. He had a brain fought that weekend. Right, He's lucky that this happened because they could have won that game and not have to

be worried about all the panic of Baltimore Ravens. If they want to lose, and then the Ravens lose anyway, So maybe it's fate because I don't see. I mean, I didn't really watch a lot of games watching red on, but I saw, like what happened. The Bengals got a second life here. They just beat the Lions. They just beat the Ravens. Everybody today quit right, They just like they're beating team that's the playoff teams here. I don't know. Ravens should be a little bit at home at home.

They should be a little bit ashamed about that. I gotta right quick and you get back to the builds. I got a buddy of minds that I know through a personal friend. He is a part of the Baltimore Ravens organization. Like he's deep in the organization, Like he has with the organization, travel with the team and stuff like that. Hi, I can't tell you all what he does because then you're like, oh, you can information from him, but that's not true. He refuses to give me information. Honestly.

Well it's a conflict of interest, right, I guess he just like he knows what I do, and he's like, no, I can't share that information with you, just in case, just in case. So he's the person you know, and I felt terrible for him. I mean, it's texting him, texting with him over the weekend whatever, And he felt pretty bad. But he did say, but I am tired. He was like, when I am talking, be honest, but a playoff check would have been nice. But I don't know,

Like I don't know the NFC playoffs. The bottom teams were just I don't think most of them should be ploff teams. Ravens, Titans shouldn't have made the playoffs. Man, do you understand those teams would get smacked in the NFC. Oh, yeah, what I'm saying, they don't get killed. The NFC teams would destroy them. NFC teams that didn't make it destroy those teams. So Mariota had I think more picks than

touchdowns this year. Like we're talking about a team that couldn't get it done somehow, but the Buffalo Bills they got it done. They do advance. Shady McCoy will see him go out with the injury. It's gonna be tougher than to generate office against Jacksonville Jaguars defense. That scheme they got going on the road without Lea Shaw McCoy, it's probably not gonna be if he does played this weekend, that was a big injury. What do you think Buffalo has to do to try to plot a victory here.

I mean, I think they're gonna have to rely on Tyrode a little bit more. They're gonna have to be a little bit more balanced. You have Calvin Benjamin. I think he you know you've got for a reason. Let's try to use him a little bit more, try to get him involved. I know they have at times, but he's still not you know, having five seven eight catchers. He's having like three four catchers, you know what I

mean going up because Jackson five. It's kind of like they're gonna need the right Shady that's the problem, has to put the whole thing on his show the order for them to get a w that's I mean, you're run into a kind of a powerhouse defense like this. It's very difficult. You're on the road. But if tyro could do with his legs, he could possibly get it done.

I mean, I don't know what's gonna happen with the run game that's gonna be important to I just don't see them winning this game because you know, there's too much lacking. I think, But I don't think Bill's Mafia is gonna get first playoff parents in seventeen years and just go out there and roll over. I think Bill's Mafia gonna come fight. Oh, They're gonna fight. It's gonna be the dog fight. Yeah. I'm looking forward to that game,

probably the most out of all the games this weekend. Okay, I'm looking forward to Carolina and New Orleans the division. That's gonna be a good year right there. Now. On the other side of football, to Jacksonville Jaguars, they more or less take a more traditional route, playing defense, drafted Lina four Nette, running the ball, Tom Coughlin, Doug Morone's

chained the coach of that organization. But we've seen Blake Borders kind of rod that ship up in down on that Blake Border the coast, up and down, up and down. All season. We've seen some breakout performances by the wide receivers on that team and the young man cole. Remember this is to the lost Allen Robinson earlier in the year, don't by the way, they lost Allen Robinson. So a lot of things going on with this Jacksonville Jaguall team.

But you gotta feel pretty good about them this weekend at home, even though they're coming off back to back losses. I know, uh and one of those last week I understand because they had pretty much their position locked up. So I get that. But um, I still think that this team can make a run because they got one, you know, obviously one of the better defenses. They got a great defense. When you have a great defense, things

can happen for you. It's gonna a lot of it's gonna ride on if Blake Bortles could be a smart quarterback or not in these games. A lot of it's gonna run on that because you know, for net could get done on the ground, and you know they're gonna pound the ball. This is the type of team I like. I told you if I had a football team, it would be ground and pound and defense. That It is

my type of team. So I think they're gonna I think they're gonna win this game pretty handily, and I think they could even advanced to the n C Championship. So you don't think Buffalo is gonna be able to

keep it close, Like you said, pretty handily? All you mean, like in that five or seven type thing, Like I think, like early on, it's gonna be like, you know, a low scoring game like ten seven and a half of something, you know, and then by the end, you know, the Bills are gonna get won down by the Fournette running the defense too much for them. They're gonna get overpowered and it'll look like a blowout on paper at the end. But most of the game will be low scoring and close.

I think, did your own phone it anyway in fantasy? I did not. He was one of my busts. Man, I was wrong about that. But listen, I'm I did you were meant enough to admit that. Oh yeah, absolutely, yeah, I always tell the truth. Um, But he surprised me. And yeah, he's very obviously the talents there. I knew that.

I just didn't think the Jaguars offense was gonna be capable of allowing him to really reaches like you know, even his three quarters of his potentially or what I mean, because I do think the offense had it in them. I didn't think the line was gonna be that good. I didn't think, you know, at any quarterback there was gonna get it done so, but they did. I was sur I knew that the the Jaguars d would be good. We all saw that coming. Now you definitely saw that coming.

They got some cruel a good young players out there, and Jack Woke got them coached up real good this year. When I look at the Jacksonville Jaguars and look back on their season, I think a lot of it has to come with the steady hand to Plake Bortles, running that football and playing defense. That is a recipe for success, especially when you get to the month of January, because

running games travel and defensive travel. They get past this matchup with the Chicago Bills, They're going to Pittsburgh, a place where they've already won this season. Well, I want to see that so bad. I'm hungry to see that. I can't wait. I think they win that game. Do you think you think I'm skipping hurdy over the first game? You think Jacksonville jack wasn't gonna go to the to the to the NC championship game. Yes, you gotta beat

and slay the Pats. Yeah, I gotta beat the Steelers on the road in pit which is a tough place to play. But would you rather play there than New England. I think that's where they had a better shot. Yeah, that's probably because you could put Ben on tilt. You got beat on until you get pressure on him. Hill start throwing picks. You know how it goes. Seen him messing up. Interesting the young homey Chris Matris thinks that

Jacksonville Jaguars to be in the AMCY Championship game. They've already beat they They beat Pittsburgh down earlier this year. So interesting eye that one plays out. And the year I went into to Albany, it was the number three party school in the country. Nice. So I went in and it was already crazy girlfriend No from the neighborhood? Yeah, no, girlfriend from there? Now, okay, bad not not those days after that. I think I was like a senior or junior at that point, and we were having a house

party for the Giant game and everything. All of a sudden, when the Giants won, the whole block came out. It was like this one block where everybody hung out. We have block parties, and everybody was going nuts, flipping now, breaking stuff, causing scenes. The cops came. I was on top of somebody's car. I don't know who, but I put a dent all over that hood. I'm lucky nobody

pummeled me or something. I got wild and it was something I'll never forget because I haven't seen a championship to that point for the Giants, and I was dying for him because I think I'm a big Giant fan, a Yankee fan, slightly so Giants fans out there while them. But I tell you what, nobody got thrown through a table and set on Fine, they got nothing on bills, mafia, don't until you one of your co fans on fire for fun. You know what I'm saying. I can't compete

with that fans. That's that's crazy. Yeah, you're right. You go to a Giant game, it's very Uh, it's a lot more mellow yeah, yeah, mellow crew. New Jersey guys out there. I don't know. Yeah, I wish it wasn't like that. I wish we more like the Jets are more like the blue collar you got five man. Yeah, but it's nothing blue collar about Jet fans. Some of them, you know what I'm saying. It's kind but it's just like that Manhattan the atmosphere, you know what I mean.

But you're like the j E T Jets, Jets Jets, they like that, they love that, and um yeah we're more okey. But I feel like that the Bills FIA is crazy and the Philadelphia Eagles those two, that's Philadelphia. That's not crazy, that's dangerous exactly. It's on a new like a different level, evil evil slap down. I've been to. I've been to two or three games, uh at that venue. What I will say about that venue was this when

when I went, I went neutral, you survived. I did not go to Dallas cowboy fan, didn't put a Cowboys jersey. I did not go to I've seen the Eagles play the Seahawks, and I didn't actually go to this game, but I had tickets to this game. Remember the Classic Week fifteen, Calman Johnson, Lashawn McCoy, the snow up to everything. I had tickets to that game but couldn't get down the Turnpike to get to Philadelphia on your I was on my way, but the snow was so bad that

we couldn't make it in time. So we ended up just like literally turning me around and coming back to New York. I had tickets to that game, but I saw them play the Seattle Seahawks that next season and h Seahawks drug. But I was in there, black hat, black scully, you know what I'm saying. I wasn't fooling with those people. And I put on the Cowboys jersey with talking on your No, I'm not putting because those people don't know how they they They all those people

will try to hurt me. They will or they'll do something, you know, they'll break your car down, pop something like that. And one thing about me, Chris, I'm about that action. You know what I'm saying. You're about that, about that life. Yeah, I'm about that action. Boss. I think I got you. So if they want to jump in there with Fantasy Executive, then we wouldn't have work. So to prevent that, I went new through. Oh yeah, because you gotta go down

there with a crew. If you're by yourself, there's a crew of twenty of them. You know, you need a crew of fifteen at least, you know, because it's a lot of it's a lot of anger out there. Ye playoffs. Hm oh, Kansas City see the Chiefs. What the hell is that? With the said you look at this somethings of a gun. They went in week one and put up punishing on the New England page. I was surprised

that what a way to kick off the sea. But what are they the Patriots whore gonna go stupid people with taking pages, whore gonna go on sixteen sixteen and they went in kick their ass in week one, made them own one. Then they kind of was like looking like the best team in the NFL out four minute there were five and all right, and they were rolling. Andy Reid coach Coach of the Year and Andy Reid thing started having low city in the middle of the season.

What's the real team, Chris? What's the real team? What's the team? Is the real team the team he saw in the beginning of the year. Was the real team the team he saw in the middle of the year, or is the real team the team is trying to put it together now. I think the real team is not what we saw at the beginning of the year. I don't think it's that level because at that level Kareem Hunt was rushing all over the place. Alex Smith wasn't throwing picks and he was lighting it all up downfield.

People figured out that game a little more than they had to adjust, and they all making the adjustments because they got it done to make the playoffs. They almost fell off that too. And uh, now they're speaking. I think they're gonna take Like Reads a really good coach though, so you know, he's gonna take advantage of what he can. He's gonna figure it out. And this game against the Titans, he should, you know, handily win, especially there in the Red Sea. You know, at home, that's a tough place

to play. That's the loudest and so loud. I thought, Seattle. But Seattle has fake noise. This is this is this is real, That Kansas City is real. That that noise nothing fake about that noise. Seattle pumps in noise. Yeah, I see the Chiefs. That's real, live, legit Bush and yeah they get I loved it. I like Chiefs, like one of my favorite teams. Like besides the Giants have some other favorite teams, Chiefs and one of them because I loved watching them play at home. You know, like

you just see that place rocking. It's all red and it looks like a college. Crazy college. Yeah, the Rose Bowl, the Rose Bowl in Kansas City. You might see a square like that too. I don't know the other side. Tennessee Titans. H you know, I like Mariota, but there's not enough that d isn't that good. Their offenses lack lest The offense was supposed me better than this. I know. I think Marioda was hurt a lot of the year. I'm gonna buy back in on Marioda next year. Absolutely,

we're buying the trash. Nobody saying that, but you're the first person I had to say, they're gonna go back to Mariota next year. He's playing Why are you going back to Mariota next year? Because I think that a lot. Well, the beginning of the year, he started off looking okay. He like I remember when he played the Jag Like you said before I played Jack was during this season he was running all over them. He I think he almost came back and won that game, but then he

got hurt. But I think he was hurt after that. He was hurt. He was banged up. He wasn't playing like his normal self. We've seen him last year. He went off at times, he showed that he has talented. The guy's not, you know, not talented. So I could see now he's gonna drop so low that he's worked the investment because he could easily bounce back and get back to the levels he was a year ago. You know what I mean. He could get back to that

level or at least somewhere close to it. And I'll take that because he was like a top twelve crew be at that he was blowing out. He's blowing out so um, you know that. That's why I would reinvest it. I mean, I'm not gonna make him my two be one, but yeah, he could be my backup. Happy with that. Take the risk, take the investment, going back in as the quarterback to I have no problem with that. For the most part, it was pretty sad. We still saw

the same thing with the running backs. Split Everybody want hearing me to be the breakout guy, but split carries looks like the Marco Murray. It's gonna be a game time decision this upcoming game. Um, so that's interesting. Corey Davis didn't really pop like we thirt he would until Week six. Team and nobody was. People have finally brandished him, so they do got some pieces on the offense. Do you if if they didn't make the playoffs, do you think the coaches are to get fired? Milwaukee? How long

has he been there? Now? This might be ending up his third season. I give him one more year even still, because I think there's things you kind of fixed. There's pieces there, but like for instance, like Corey Davis should have been used more recently. But when he got and when he got when he got healthy, it didn't seem to like him. And Mariota had a report, right, I guess they're easing a man he used to learn the playbook a little bit and trying to get a report him.

Like you said, I think Mariota m used to be learning the playbook. That's what I think the problem is, you think so you don't think he has I don't think Mariota is. I think Marioda is gonna stay beat up. And I don't think Mariota has the goods. I think we saw his We may have seen his ceiling in that stretch that he had in two thousand and sixteen. I hope not. I mean me too, for because it's too young. Wants to peak that that that's like the

closest thing with you. Who wants to peak at that moment? Yeah, such a low moment, you know. I mean it's a nice moment, yes, but it's too early.
