I'm gonna give you my diamonds and fool gazees for some of the spotlight games that I find most interesting. In week number thirteen, we're gonna

talk line ends and Ravens. We're gonna talk about a big game in the NFC Vikings and Falcons. We're gonna talk about a battle in the a f C South with the Houston Texans and the Tennessee Titans. Will talk more NFC South with the Panthers and the New Orleans Saints. And we will also talk about Thursday Night Football, which kicks off literally week thirteen of the NFL season. We talk about the Dallas Cowboys and the Washington football team.

You know, Zike Elliott still suspended. Dez Brian facing a legitimately good cornerback. You know what that means. He disappears in his full gay z he forget about it. We'll talk about some more. We also got a poll question up about Thursday night football. You know, how do you parlay it? Right now? Washington are road favorites going into Dallas and giving up two points. It's under a field goal.

So I still think you could lay the point and go with the Washington football team because the Dallas Cowboys have showed you that without Zeke Elliott with a um less than Offen silve line than what it's been in years past, and Dac is turning the ball over and I really like some guys. I'll tell you who my diamonds in the rough in that game is a little bit later on, and we will also take your questions. Like I said, the number of call is eight four

By this is big times right now what people are actually started to talk about and think about actually winning their leagues and

winning that cash. So for the next couple of weeks, I gotta be on point and giving you the information you need. So check this out. I know We've talked about this guy a lot. People want to press my buttons about this guy. Uh. Hugh Jackson says that Josh Gordon is gonna start this week for the Los Angeles Chargers. He's I mean, excuse me for the Cleveland Browns against the Los Angeles Chargers this week. Um, He's gonna start, but I'm still not riding with him. Okay, listen, I

actually think this actually hurts him and helps Corey Coleman. Okay, I think that Casey Hayward is actually gonna wind up then having to defend Josh Gordon for the limited amount of snaps that he'll be out there, and I think that means it pushes Corey Coleman down to the number two cornerback, which is not Verette anymore, because you know, he's been gone, long gone with a season ending injury.

I actually think that Gordon is only gonna be out there for maybe half of the snaps I've been saying for weeks or months even to not be on Josh Gordon. He has not played in a regular season game since Week fourteen of two thousand and like fourteen, Okay, someone on Twitter hit me up or one of the trolls out there was like, what is this guy talking about? He played in the preseason in two thousand and sixteen. Yes,

I know, go rewind the tape. I said, he's not played in a regular season game since two thousand and fourteen. I do not believe in Deshaun Kaiser throwing him the rock. I think, if anything, that provides a little bit of cover for Corey Coleman to do a little bit. You know what, Josh Gordon, I'm gonna put my money where my mouth is. Four catches fifty seven yards. All right, we'll talk about it Monday. Uh. In Tennessee, Mike Mullarkey has said, quote unquote, we have two starters at running back.

This is kind of a shot called by your boy species and spitting statistician. I told you to Derrick Henry was ascending every week. I'm telling you that Derrick Henry is the guy. And now even Malarkey is admitting we have two starters. You know what that means. That means the door is open for Derrick Henry to start ascending, and to Marco Murray with his injuries and his you know whatever. I don't know. I I think that's a

real committee. Moving on, speaking of which he are the people that uh did not practice today, and we start with Marco Murray. They say it's just an illness. But listen, I think they're providing cover for him. Like I said, Derrick Henry is my guy in Exotic smash Mouth. Richard Matthews, also in Tennessee, did not practice. Here's the question, though, do you go back to the Corey Davis Well, I don't know. I think he's burned me too many times. I think he is the wide receiver version of Joe

Mixon this year. You love the skill, you love the talent, you think there's opportunity, But does he deliver or not? Is the question I'm still waiting to see on Corey Davis, even with Richard Matthews potentially out. He did not practice today. Chris Hogan still not practicing. You need to you could at this point in the season. I think you could go ahead and if not bench him yet and you may be able to drop him. Okay, this has been

an injury that has lingered for a long time. He's now getting to the point that when he does come back, you don't trust him the first week out because he's mitched so much time, and obviously in New England there's a lot of mouths to feed there. Adrian Peterson did not practice yet again in Arizona, putting his availability in doubt for Week thirteen. DJ Foster would be the next

man up there if you were desperate. Doug Martin still in the concussion protocol, not good for his week thirteen availability. My man pop Quiz Jock quiz. Rogers might be the lead dog for the Bucks up in Lambeau this Sunday. Kelvin Benjamin did not practice because of that knee injury. That's a bad sign, Okay, that's trending in the wrong direction. You want to see him get on the field at some point this week. If you think he's gonna go out there, maybe Zay Jones becomes the number one wide

receiver out there. I think Charles Clay would actually lead the team in targets, catches, and yards. Greg Olsen did not practice again as well. Remember maybe he had a setback. He reaggravated that foot injury. Ron Rivera, though says he could play even if he doesn't practice all week. You know, the kid is a veteran. He's not a kid. He is a veteran, and maybe he's good enough to you know, miss all the week and still go Week thirteen. Amera Doula also not practicing yet this week because of a

neck injury. He is dealing with limited practice. This is a very interesting one. Aaron Jones back on the practice field today for the Green Bay Packers. And I say this because if Aaron Jones dresses and his active, Jamal Williams is no longer to taste the option that we've been talking about for the last couple of weeks. Okay, Jamal Williams part of his value because he had that backfield to himself. If Aaron Jones comes back, that is not the case. Lamar Miller also got back on the

practice field. He was probably just rested yesterday because remember Houston was playing on Monday Night football, so maybe they gave him a day to manage his reps. Back on the field today, This is good news. Christian McCaffrey back on the field. He'll play. He's a PPR beast. Matt Forte back on the practice field. I don't like this because it muddles the running back situation for the Jets. If there's no Forte, I like blah, pal with Forte and Powell and even Elijah McGuire. I don't like three

headed committees. That causes me concerned. Sterling Shepherd is back practicing again for the Giants. You remember he was dealing with those migraines. You know he's gonna play. And whether it's Geno Smith there or not, you know what I actually think. I actually think this is good news for Evan Ingram. I think Evan Ingram needs a little bit of help, you know, with the defense focusing on other people.

And then I actually think Evan Ingram against Oakland, who is notoriously bad against the tight end, I think that actually boosts the stock of Evan Ingram. DeVante Freeman, who I told you had cleared the concussion protocol yesterday, he they say now, quote unquote, he will not be limited against these Minnesota vikings. And if it's regular old to Vante Freeman, I mean he was an RB one right.

He was struggling a little bit before these concussions. But if he had some time to get back into it, I can see Vonta Freeman being right back in the RB one conversation. I know Coleman was decent in his stay as the lead back. But I think they go right back to their roles, and I think that means RB one. Uh excuse me. I think that means Freeman is a back end RB one, high end r B two, And I think Coleman goes back into the into the

flex conversation. Alex Collins is back practicing that remember you had a calf injury. I think that was just managing his reps as well. He should be good to go. Shady McCoy, though, popped up on the injury report today with a knee. That's not good. Remember anytime someone comes onto the injury report on a Thursday, that means maybe something was tweaked in practice. The good news is though he was listed as a full participant, so maybe it's not that bad. But keep an eye on Shady in

tomorrow's report. And also back practicing. This is a big one. Also to um Juju Smith Schuster backpracticing full with that hamstring. So he goes back, in my opinion, right back above Martavis Bryant to be the second wide receiver for Pittsburgh, and I think that means you could fade Mark Tavis Briant. All right, let's talk a little bit about Thursday night football. Tonight, let's talk a little bit about Thursday night football. We got the Washington team going in there to take on

the Cowboys. The Cowboys are home underdogs. You know how much I love the home underdogs, but I don't love what Dallas has been doing lately. Um, I think they are deserving underdog and I would not be on them because as long as this, as long as this spread states below a field goal, give me Washington. I think

Washington has figured out that they still can score. I think some j p Ryan could be a viable back for them, and he could get the ball twenty times, and I think that he really actually helps Kirk Cousins. Kirk Cousins in real life. In fantasy, Kirk Cousins used to be this volume thrower, and we like that in fantasy. That's why he was match up proof because he was gonna be throwing, throwing, throwing, because you know, Rock Kelly couldn't run the ball, Chris Thompson couldn't run the ball.

But if p Ryan can run the ball, that makes him less of a volume rower. And I think you may need to downgrade some of the wide receivers. The one ride receiver that I do like and I love it for Washington is Jamison Crowder. I think Jamison Crowder in PPR formats is actually gonna be down the stretch, a high end wide out three, maybe even a back end wide out too. He might be in that two kind of conversation in the rankings because I think, listen, he is the guy tried and true in there that

Kirk Cousins knows about. He would actually be my diamond and the rough in this game. He is the new go to guy for Kirk Cousins. I think he now leads the posse with some j P Ryan, Josh Dotson, and Vernon Davis. I've said this before. I like Jamison crowd or Chris Pavona. He is my diamond in the rough. There it is. And Yo, when I give you my diamonds, I gotta give you my fool gazes. First of all, I'm gonna tell you that in this game on the Dallas side, I actually think I like Rod Smith better

then Alfred Morris. I think, especially in PPR formats. Okay, rod Smith I think is gonna be the checkdown guy. I think he's gonna get some catches tonight and I like him PPR scoring. I like Rod Smith over Alfred Morris. But my fool Gazzy for this game Dez Bryant. I've been saying it all season long. When Death matches up against average to below average cornerbacks, He's able to do work out, physical them out, you know, and and really

have good production. When he plays good cornerbacks, he vanishes. Gener's Jenkins took care of him, Xavier Rhodes took care of him. You know, We've seen some other teams actually eliminate Deaz. Patrick Peterson did as well, and I think Josh Norman is gonna do that today. They got a commercial back and forth where they talk smack to each other. So I think Josh Norman is gonna be all over Des and I think he does effectively take him away. So Dez Bryant is my fantasy fool Gazzy forgot about

it for Thursday Night football. I like Washington and win this game something seventeen continue. They're very, very slim hopes and completely ineffectively do away with the Dallas Cowboys tonight. a couple of reasons. One Week thirteen kicks off in about an hour when Dallas Cowboys are at home to take on the Washington football team. I told you in my preview I think this trends for the Washington football team. The point spread is only one or two. If it stays below a field goal, give me Washington as a road favorite. I also think this game could be under the forty seven total um I can see this being like a twenty four to twenty seven to like a

ten to thirteen kind of game. Even if it's twenty seven to thirteen, that's only forty I think. You know, Dallas has not impressed me. Um without Zeke Elliott, Doc has been turning the ball over Dez Bryant, I think can be effectively covered by Josh Norman. And so I I like Washington tonight, and forty seven percent of you agree with me with Washington and the under under. The twenty six percent say Washington and the over. That combines,

I'm gonna do some quick math that combines. For seventy of you, three quarters of you like the Washington football team tonight. So I can understand if people want to fade the public and go the other way with Dallas. But I really think that Washington still is fighting for some things and Dallas is unraveling. They you know, continue to defecate the mattress without Zeke Elliott the other game. I want to talk to you about real quick before we get into the calls, and I see you guys

out there lightening up the phone lines. My man Chris Bavona taking good care of everybody. Will open up the phone lines to the stats overbeat cipher in a second. But I do want to talk about this Vikings Falcons game because I think this is very interesting. I think this is a very interesting game, the Vikings and the Falcons down in Atlanta, where the Falcons are actually a three point favorite at home. Forty seven is the total. I think this game could be a high total. I

think this game. I think there could be a lot of points scored in this game. I think there could be a lot of production in this game. Here a couple of points. I want to make you know how Minnesota has been killing it lately, absolutely killing it lately. Okay, and you know I respect that, right Adam Feeling is now like wide receiver. Oh like three I think. But here's the thing. The um the Vikings are incredible at home.

You know, this defense has been incredible at home. They beat the Saints at home, they beat you know, Tampa at home. They're only lost this season at home is Detroit. They are a different team. On the road, they're a great team. There's still nine and two overall something like that. But here's the thing. Their defense has not been as good on the road. They're giving up a good five more points a game, at least on the road. And these Atlanta Falcons don't look now, but they're starting a

round into form. They are starting to get familiarized with what Steve Sarkiesian is trying to do with this team. You see Julio Jones absolutely go off. They're getting Davonte Freeman back as well. I think this Everyone loves the Vikings, think that they're, you know, prime to maybe be that team that can handle Philadelphia in the NFC. I'm not so sure, are I think that because they're on the

road in this game, it could be very very interesting. Ultimately, I think this is a field goal kind of game. I think this could be a last team with the ball kind of game. I think this could be a field goal game. So I would take the Vikings with the points, but I think the Minnis, uh, I think Atlanta could win this game. I think Atlanta could win a you know, thirty to twenty eight kind of game, a twenty seven twenty six kind of game, a twenty six twenty four kind of game, a thirty one twenty

eight kind of game. So I would take the Vikings with the points, but I think Atlanta is gonna be far more competitive, and I think this game goes over the forty seven total. For this game, my diamond in the rough, though, I'm gonna go away from Julio. I'm even gonna go away from my man Mohammed. HiT's a new day. I'm gonna go with either Tyler Gabriel or Austin Hooper. And here's why I respect this Minnesota Vikings secondary. I love Xavier Bumpy roads roads closed. I think Terrence

Newman continues to do it. I think they can. You're not gonna shut down Julio. You're not gonna, you know, like Snoo's not gonna have a bagel. But I would tamper expectations. And so I think Matt Ryan will look elsewhere where. He has matchups that could be UH Tyler Gabriel at the third wide out, that could be Austin Hooper as the tight end matched up against the UH the linebackers there. So my diamond is either Tyler Gabriel

or Austin Hooper. My fool gaze, and if you listen to the show, I've been saying this for a long time. My fool gaze in this UH game is Latavis Murray. Okay, I think that this is a Jerrick McKinnon game. I've been saying. I've been saying for a minute that the reason Lettavis Murray has been going off the last couple of games is because the Minnesota Vikings have been up

in this games. They're getting big leads on their opponents. Okay, that's why they park the bus and then are able to have Latavis Murray get into the end zone at the end of the game. I think this game against Atlanta is much more competitive, and so that means Jerick McKinnon is back in play. Latavius Murray for me in this game is a week thirteen Fantasy fool gaze forgot about him, he says, means phony. That's what it is,

all right, lat Murray is my ful gayzy. But now we have arrived at the best time of my day. First of all, let me tell you something. leg from the eighth floor. But if he does not go and it doesn't look like he is, he was d NP yesterday and today. I actually believe that the return of Sterling Shepherd helps Evan Ingram. When he was the only option out there, he was going for like, um, you know, one for eight and stuff like that. I think Sterling Shepherd actually helps them. Uh, you know, coverage has to focus on more than one pass catcher. In the Oakland Raiders are notoriously bad against the tight end.
