Big shout out as always to everybody listening live on iHeart Radio, on tune In Radio, or watching live on the Fantasy Sports Network YouTube stream. We got a good show for you on a Thursday. As Week too of the NFL season kicks off tonight in Cincinnati as the Bengals take on the rookie Deshaun Watson and the Houston Texans, I gotta pull question up right now. I want to find out how are you betting on this game? How are
you putting your money on this game? The line right now is six. It started at four, four and a half. The late money is coming in on Cincinnati, making this a six point spread. But the point I made earlier in the week is that the number you really gotta look at is that the total for this game is thirty eight. That is incredibly low. Vegas does not think there is going to be much scoring. What does that mean for your fantasy team? What does that mean for
your DFS lineups? I'll be here to break it down for you. I got my man Chris Bovona on the ones and twos. He's keeping it so hot that there he is dropping it. And also, if you want to get at me this hour, you absolutely can at eight four four, eight four, three six eight seven nine. We've been taking a lot of calls this week and hopefully that continues. I'm helping you who to sit, who to start to accept these trades, who to pick up so you could win your leagues and win that cash. Like
I said, I got the pole question up. Will be going over some uh you know, news and notes and injuries and the implications of those as well. And I'm gonna end this show because we talk football all the time, but if you listen to the Fantasy Freestyle, you know we like to talk some other sports. And one of the sports we like to talk is boxing and on Saturday, we have not this Floyd Mayweather, Conor McGregor exhibition spectacle business deal. We have a big time fight in Vegas
Triple g Gannati Glovegin and Canelo Alvarez. We'll talk a little bit about that as well, but we will be focused on Week two of the NFL season. I'm gonna break down all the games that I can get to in the show here on the Fantasy Freestyle, and we will take your calls once once again at eight four four, eight four three six eight seven nine. You could always holler at medium Twitter as well at spitting speeds. Is the handle in case you're wondering. A lot of people
have been answered asking questions. I'm telling you right now Thursday Night Football. I do not like the Texans and the rookie Deshaun Watson on a short week. You give the kid who was banged up with an ankle going up against against a good defensive front in Cincinnati. I know why this total is at thirty eight and it should be that low. I think the Bengals have a better chance of bouncing back because they face the better defense and the Ravens in Week one and they are home.
That short turnaround really matters in the NFL. You know, we talked about that and how it relates to players safety and recovery. But we come back, we focus in on Week two. Martinez Speeds and spitting Statusasian holding you down. On a Thursday, as we get ready for NFL Week two, I am excited, Like my name was Tim Tebow joining the Jets. We got some of your calls line up right now. We'll be taking your calls this hour at eight four four eight four three SI eight seven nine. You could also holler at me on Twitter at spitting Speeds is the handle. We got a poll question up there about Thursday Night football as well. I'll be giving you my lock pick
of this game later on in the show. We'll also talk a little Triple G and Canelo Alvarez big fight night happening Saturday in Vegas. But let's start with news and notes around the NFL. First of all, Beat reporters are saying that there's a lot of optimism that Odell Beckham will in fact play on Monday Night against the Detroit Lions. Listen this Lions team. They have a bad secondary and the Giants could use Odell Beckham as soon as possible. Remember, I think that all it's doing is
making them pay that man even more. Remember he's gon trying to negotiate a new contract. The Giants last week had only two hundred and thirty three yards and three points of total offense. They need him back as soon as possible. However, later on in the day, Odell Beckham himself said that he's dealing with an injury that is
normally a six to eight week injury. He got hurt about three or four weeks ago, so that may make him Maybe he's trying to hedge his bet and say that maybe he will not be ready for Week two against Detroit. I think this is something you're gonna have to watch. He will be one of the questionable tags to watch. And last last week it was bad because he was on Sunday Night football, so you had to wait. This week, he's on Monday Night football, so it's even
more interesting of an option. You need other Giants or other Lions if you want to take the risk of having Odell Beckham in your lineup. You need another Lion or a Giant that you could switch to, just in case at the very end if it does not work out. Jordan Howard popped up on the injury report as well for the Chicago Bears. He's dealing with a little bit of a shoulder issue. He was limited in practice yesterday. Listen, the stars are all aligning for him to be a
little bit downgraded. I know you drafted him as a running back. One I was telling you I was fading Jordan Howard. I expected a little bit of sophomore regression and the end of course, Tyreek Cohen is blowing up like Hiroshima or Nagasaki after his Week one performance that maybe Jordan Howard you need to downgrade and start to think about him as a back end RB one, maybe even a high end r B two. We are getting reports that the speechter John Ross is gonna give it
a go and debut for the Cincinnati Bengals tonight. Remember he's coming back from that knee injury. It's either gonna be tonight or Week three four Cincinnati. Remember I told you yesterday that c J. Fedora. What's the tight end of the Houston Texans is uh on i r because of back to back concussion as well. Free agent tight end Gary Barnette, who used to be with the Cleveland Browns, he is visiting the Texans and it's interesting maybe he
fills that role for Houston. Also, this is you know you always think about you hear all these injury reports all the time, and but they tough through it. And this is something that I think is very interesting. I don't think it impacts the Dolphins in the short term, but keep an eye on this. There stud running back and also first round pick RB one j A g I E. They are saying that he has been dealing with knee soreness for a while. This concerns me greatly
for not one, but two reasons. One dude didn't even play in Week one. Dude got the irmabi on Week one. And this is supposed to be the healthiest you're ever you know, all season. I talked to you guys about this over the summer about how everyone should have these kind of greatest shape of their life stories and the buzz should be positive before you've actually played games. For him to be saying right now that he's still dealing with his knee sore nous, that's a problem to me.
Here's the second issue. He had knee issues going all the way back to college and Boise State. Okay, they've been saying, hello everybody here on Rock and Riley Studio thirty four. I got people waving at me in nonsense. There it studio thirty four. But I'm trying to give you what you need to win that cash, Okay, j AGII. They've been saying that he was bone on bone ever since college in Boise State, and now if this knee
issue pops back up. I am sounding the alarm on jay A G I E. And as you know, in just about an hour's Thursday and football kicks off, it will be the rookie Shaun Watson under center for the Houston Texans. But they're on the road. He's got a banged up ankle. I am worried about it. I'm telling you right now, the defenses might be the way to go if you want to play this game. Think about some of the defenses that could have value in uh, you know, d dfs or in your season long leagues.
I like both of the defenses. Tonight, Hey, Chris Pavona, looks like we're gonna be going to the callers right now. I want to if you want to join the show, you absolutely can dropping stats over beats on the Fantasy Freestyle. It looks like our first caller Chris tonight is Randall in Chicago. Randall has a question in Chicago about wide receivers and quite frankly, how far do you downgrade a guy like t Y Hilton based on the piss poor offense we saw the cults? Hey Randall, you are on
the Fantasy Freestyle dropping stats over beats with speeds. What's going on up? How you doing? What's your question? I'm doing good. My question is if I should start Okay this week? We're talking about for a week two? Yeah, listen, I am off t Y Hilton for a number of reasons. So my answer for you is Adam Feeling and thanks for the call out there in Chicago. Here are the two reasons I am off t Y Hilton. The first you already know, Okay, Scott Tolzine, Jacoby Brissette, whoever it is.
I don't think the Colts offense is gonna be able to go down the field. Remember I talked to you about earlier in the week. I also mentioned they're starting right tackle is out there, starting center is out. I think that's bad. Also, they're playing the Arizona Cardinals, who have number one cornerback Patrick Peterson. I think he's gonna be on t Y. He'll be able to limit him, and I don't trust the quarterback. So given those options, I like Adam from Feeling for the Minnesota Vikings going
up against Pittsburgh. I like that as my option. Our next question, it comes from Dan in New Jersey. Dan in New Jersey, you have a question about Das and others at the wide receiver position. Dan, you're dropping stats over beats with speeds and spitting statistation. What's up? So I got a ten team Standard league, Uh three, I need three guys out of these bunch. So we got Dez Mortavis, Bryant Hill, Macklin Cobb, Corey Davis, Corey Coleman,
and d Jacks. Wow, Okay, that was a lot. You're gonna need to tell me some of them over again. But I got dead. I got Martevis Bryant, I heard Tyreek Hill, I heard Jeremy Macklin, I heard DeShawn Jackson. And there was a couple of others. Who are who are these other guys? We got a Cob, we got Corey Davis, and we got Corey Coleman. Alright, alright, hold on a second, old. First of all, want five, six, seven, eight.
You have eight wide receivers on your roster. That's kind of ridiculous, man, How many like how many spots do you have on your on this team? Uh? Well, I only have three running backs, So three running backs, no backups for tight end? Got so rest of all, I mean you may want to down the season, maybe package some of these guys for a running back. Okay, but let me tell you the top three in my opinion in this for this week. I'm gonna definitely go with
Tyreek Hill and I'm gonna go with Martevis Bryant. I like them this week. I don't like Dez as much because he's going up against these Broncos cornerbacks Chris Harris to Keep to Leave and the like, So I think that could limit the potential of Dez Bryant. Okay, I like um, I like Tyreek Hill this week. I like Tyree Hill going up against the Philadelphia Eagles. Tyreek Hill has scored a touchdown of like over fifty yards and something like six straight games. You saw the bomb seventy
plus yard touchdown in the opener against New England. I love Tyreek Hill the going back at home against Philly. I remember Philly had lost their number one cornerback Ronald Darby last week to a bad ankle injury. So I like Tyreek Hill and I like Martevis Bryant. Okay, I think Martevis Bryant has the opportunity to pop. If you got Martevis Bryant, it's because you thought he had the opportunity to pop, and when else will that be except when at home? I know I like the Minnesota Vikings secondary,
I know they are good. However, you're gonna have bumpy roads on Antonio, Brian. You're gonna have the age. Just wonder the thirty nine year old Terrence Newman on Brian, and I think Brian could in fact go off and get you a touchdown. All right, our next call, our next call, and we're up against the break. So let's be real quick. We got Renee in Connecticut. Friend of the show. What's up, Renee? You got a question about tight ends in week two between Jason Witten and Austin Hooper. Correct,
what's going on? You're on the Fantasy Freestyle something? Man? How are you doing? How you doing? I appreciate the love? No, yeah, man? Um, So should I be getting real excited about Hooper and throwing him in the lineup like that? Or should I stick and roll with uh? Alright, fair enough, fair enough, here's the question I think. First of all, let me tell you right now, these two guys are in the
same kind of tear. Okay, so it's it's gonna be pretty close, and it depends on what kind of narrative you want to buy into if you want to know the truth, I think I think that I would go with Austin Hooper to answer your question. Okay, and here's why I think Jason Witten against this Denver past defense is a problem. I also think that then that the Dallas Cowboys are gonna try and win this game on Sunday at Mile High against Denver by running the ball,
chewing up clock in a time of possession game. With Ezekiel Elliott on the flip side, This Sunday night football game between the Falcons and the Packers is going to be a shootout. The total in Vegas is something like fifty five. They expect a lot of points to be scored, and I just think that there's way too much production out there in that game to not grab any piece of it that is possible. You know, the Green Bay Packers past defense is not one of the tops in
the league. In fact, it's one of the worst in the league. So I like Austin Hooper. I don't know if he's gonna get another seventy yard touchdown, but I do think there's a lot of production to be had there, and I think there's enough to go around. So given those I like Austin Hooper over Jason Witten, we got a ton of calls to get to. Okay, I'm still gonna take you guys. When we come out of break,
I'm gonna take all you guys. We got Latif and Philly, we got Jacob in Vegas, Hill in San Diego and more. It's your boyd Speeds, the spitting statistician. We're dropping stats over beats right over on the Fantasy Freestyle on the award winning Fantasy Sports Radio Network. We two previews in your calls. Let's go when we come back, Red heat Hunter, Henry Stirling, Shepherd, Michael Thomas. These three NFL softwares are not due to slump. They're due to break out. Show us.
Like the Fantasy Sports Radio Network in year two, things are only getting better. Make sure listen live and tell o the app F and t s Y Radio. It's free and it's twenty four seven the best Fantasy sports ten. He's on the Fantasy Sports Radio Network. Hey, welcome back to the Fantasy Freestyle. Right there on the Fantasy Sports Radio Network, Dane Martinez, a spinning statistician, holding you down. Getting you ready for Week two of the NFL season
and Week two of the fantasy football season. Listen, the phone lines are burning up. If you want to join the show, you can at eight four four eight four three six eight seven nine. We're gonna open it up this segment and take your calls because I am truly a man of the people and I want to help you win your leagues and win that cash. I gotta be honest with you. During the break, I had to go to the bar here at Rock and Riley's, do your thirty four and get a water, because you guys
got me so hyped up. I'm so excited for week two. We go to the phones and start. It is Latife in Philadelphia, Land of Brotherly Love. Latif has a question about some running backs. You are dropping stats over beats on the Fantasy Freestyle. What's going on? What's up? Man? How you going? Thank you? Thank you so much for the love. How can I help you? What's up with your question? My question is would you start Ezekiel Eli
or okay? Okay? First of all, first of all, shout out to Latif okay not also also for being a fan of the show. We love all the fans of the show. Thank you. Everybody can follow me at Spitting Speeds all that good stuff. But shout out to you, Latif, because if you're picking between Ezekiel Elliott or DeVante Freeman, you have the best running back room in your fantasy league. And I think you're gonna be primed to do well if you're choosing between Zeke or Freeman. I gotta tell you, Latif,
and thanks for the call. This week, I'm going with Ezekiel Elliott. I think Ezekiel Elliott is the man to own for this week. And let me tell you why. Zeke is going up against that Denver Broncos defense, and that defense is great against the past, not so much against the run. The way to try to beat the Denver Broncos is by the running game. And so I
think Zeke sets up great. And that shootout Sunday Night football with the Falcons and the Packers, I think that ball is going to be in the air a lot. And when you talk about Atlanta, I love Devonte Freeman, but you also got to understand Tevin Coleman is going to produce as well. So given that I know Freeman is still in RB one, but I love Ezekiel Elliott, especially in that matchup this week against the Denver Broncos in uh in the late game. That should be one
of the games of the week for Thanks for the call, Latif. Alright, our next call. We have Jacob in Vegas. Jacob wants my opinion on a trade offer. So let's hear this. Jacob. You're in Vegas. It's supposed to stay in Vegas. I've told you this before, but you keep on coming back on the Fantasy Freestyle. How can I help you out? Jacob? I appreciate the love, my man. What's up? I'm in a standard league club, man, um, I have a guy offer me Kerwyn Williams, uh, David Johnson and Jonathan Stewart
or Girly and Golden tape. No, do not do it to keep the girly and Tate side. Okay, here's the thing. Here's the thing, and and you know what that gives me. That gives me opportunity to talk about something I wanted to do today. It was gold girly and golden Tate. I love the girly and golden Tate side. If you have girly and golden Tate, don't do it. He's trying to fool you. Man, He's trying to fool you, Jacob, don't do it thinking about Kerwin Williams and David Johnson.
David Johnson is not going to be valuable for you this year. Let me say that again. David Johnson is not going to be valuable. This other owner is just trying to trick you. Don't let it happen. And Kirwin Williams is just a guy. He is not going to uh, you know, kind of approximate the production of David Johnson. And then Jonathan Stewart is also another back in my opinion, that is worse than Todd Gurleyman. I think Girle is a back end RB one this season, and I think
Golden Tate is a wide receiver too. And also here's the thing, So no is the answer to your question, Jacob. I would not do that trade. I keep Girly and Tate. But also you what you propose here is a three for two trade. There are other people that were asking me a ton of questions on Twitter about two for one deals, you know, and and generally speaking, I'm looking right into the camera right now, hey, Chris Vnture, You see me right now. Let's stay on this camera. I'm
telling you right now. In two for one deals and in three for two deals, especially early in the season, i am keeping the one. I am keeping the two. I'm keeping the side of that deal that has fewer players. Why what people are trying to do. They're trying to
get your true studs, your elite talent. The way to win fantasy football in the season long is to accumulate enough elite talent that are weak winners and a weekly basis, you want talent like that in this trade off for Jonathan Stewart, is not that kirtwin Williams is not that Golden Tate has the opportunity to pop off and when you a week, Todd Gurley has the opportunity to pop off and win you a week. That's why they're offering
you three people for two. In these kinds of trades, especially early in the season, keep the side that has fewer players and you can go ahead and thank me later. That's spitting speeds with a little mini rant on the two for one deals. For example, my man bird Gang fam on Twitter, he has at cork Driver eighty two. He had a trade question where he had the Michael Thomas side was being offered McCaffrey and Corey Davis. No,
you keep the Michael Thomas side. Michael Thomas is a rock solid wide receiver one in that Saints offense with Drew Brees. You drafted him early for a reason. Don't take two guys that are borderline starters for someone that your wide receiver one, especially in the next couple of weeks when things are settling. Keep your elite talent. You drafted them high, play them week to week. All right, I digress, I got my water here and all that stuff.
We got another question right here on the Fantasy Freestyle. It is Phil in San Diego. I love it out there in San Diego. I don't know where in the world is Carmen. Is the real question? Phil? You got a question about some running backs. You're dropping statue over beats on the Fantasy Freestyle. What's up? What's going on? What's your question? How can I help you out in week two? All right? Man? So my RB two position, I need uh? Allso four at you, Mike Bilo, pal Giovanni,
Giovanni Bernard or should I go Shane Green? And you need one of them? Just one? Of them. Yeah, I got Lashawn McCoy and RB one and solid fantastic. Yeah yeah, of those options, I'm going with my man Boom boom, bilal pal Pal, I'm taking balal pal here with Mike Gillesley. Yeah, he had the touchdowns in week one. But picking a New England Patriots running back from to week is a problem.
You're gonna kick yourself when you're like, oh, this is the week that Gilleslei pops off again because he had the touchdowns and then all of a sudden, Rex Burkehead and Dion Lewis and James White are gonna go off in the Dome against the Saints and you're gonna be piste off. It's gonna be like it's like playing Russian Roulette with Patriots running back. So I'm off them. I love Shane Vereen. I love Shane Verene. I think he is a great player, special in PPR leagues. I've been
high on Shane Vereen all season long. I think he is the Giants running back to own. But I like Bilal Powell even better, especially they're going to be down big time to the Oakland Raiders in the second half. I wouldn't be surprised if Blow Power had eight or nine targets in the Pats game. I think BLA. Powell is going to be the lion's share of the Jets offense. You're great in shape. You're in shape right there with your RB one is Shady McCoy. Of the options, I'm
going with blow Powell. I hope that helps fill in San Diego. Thank you for the call. We got another call. A lot of callers here right now, and if you want to the party you can at eight four four eight four three six seven nine. My man Chris Bavona will take good care of you, keeping it so hot that we sweats team. Our next caller is Eddie in Seattle. Eddie in Seattle looks like he's got an issue at his flex spot. Some running backs to consider, Eddie, you're
dropping stats over beats on the Fantasy Freestyle. What's up? And at what's good? Brother? Just want you to know I'm a big fan of the show and network for that matter, and love what them Fellers is doing. Locked in. Thank I got Shadim Koy locked in m R RB one, and last week I made the last second change and swapped out Ingram for Blunt which paid off. Am I in the same position this week with the Adrian Peterson and Ingraham committee. Um No, I like I like mark
Ingram better this week. I like mark Ingram better this week, especially over I think you said, Legarrett Blunt, I like mark Ingram this week. Remember they're playing these Patriots. That game is going to be a production fest, Okay. I could see both teams scoring over thirty points in that game. The over under in Vegas for that game is like fifty four or fifty five. And surprisingly you wouldn't think about this that kind of high paced, high scoring game,
ring gaming game game. Peterson, I think it's gonna be mark Ingram and the rookie at of Tennessee Alvin Kamara that are on the field for the Saints the most. And because of that, I I like mark Ingram this week. I think you roll out mark Ingram. There is your r B two along with Shady McCoy, and you're in good shape. But thank you so much for the call, Eddie. Thanks for the love, not only for the Fantasy Freestyle, but for the network on the whole. That's what we
do here on the Fantasy Sports Radio Network. We help you and we do it seven and we do it for free, whether you're listening live, whether you're listening on the Fantasy Sports Network YouTube stream, or whether you're listening live on the Fantasy Sports Radio Network app. That's what we do. We help you out. And what we're also doing, we're partnering with d k MS to help fight blood cancer this season. Okay, go to Daily Rhodo dot com or go to Rhodo Experts dot com slash d k MS.
You could take all the advice I'm giving you, or like Eddie said, all the advice you get on the entire network and put in a DFS lineup. You can enter for free, and if you win any week from week one through sixteen of the football season, you get entered into a DFS contest for week seventeen, right, and if you win, you get two tickets to Super Bowl fifty two in Minnesota. I love this. Okay, this is
a no lose proposition. And then what also happens is you learn a little bit more about the disease that is blood cancer and why you could be a match to be a donor and really helps someone out. We're doing this with d k MS all football season long because listen fantasy football. It's a lot of guys age and that is the perfect match to be a blood donor as well to help people that are fighting blood cancer.
Like I said, go to Daily Rohdo dot com, go to Rhoto Experts dot com, slash d k m S. Put in the lineup for the DFS contest that we're doing every week. If you win, you go to Week seventeen. You win that, you get a chance to win the tickets to super Bowl fifty two. And if you're lucky, I'm not. If you're lucky, if you win, do me a favor. Holler at me at spitting speeds. I'm down to go to Minnesota in February. I think that will be a whole lot of fun. That new stadium. Maybe
the Vikings will be playing a home game. I know the Tony Sankada things. So when we come back, we'll take some more of your calls. We'll talk a little bit more about Week two, and I want to talk about fight Night in Vegas to Triple G and Kanello Alvarez. Maybe we'll do some of that tomorrow with the way and because I gotta help you guys out, Week two starts tonight, Bengals and Texans. We'll be right back to break it down into a fine little powder fantasy freestyle

Welcome back to the Fantasy Freestyle right here on the Fantasy Sports Radio Network. You away, Dane Martinez spitting speeds holding you down as we go into week two, and you guys must appreciate the advice because the phone lines are blowing up like a Samsung seven hotter than liquid hot Magma. I'm here to help you out though week two. Okay, I'm gonna be opening the
phone lines. If you guys want to holler at me. You can't had at eight four four hey four three six eight seven nine. A lot of you guys are also getting at me on Twitter at spitting speeds is the name they're like. For example, Here's another thing. This
completely personifies the idea of overreaction theater. Someone Adam Conley on Twitter at Mr Knights guy for asked me about a trade about Kareem Hunt or Odell Beckham Jr. Now, I understand Kareem Hunt popped off in week one, and I understand Oldell Beckham Jr. As yet to play and maybe dealing with a longer term injury. But no, you keep Odell Beckham. Okay, Kareem Hunt probably had the best game of his season in week one. Now everyone's on
him now, everyone's scheming. Yes, he could still be a back end RB one, but Odell Beckham is made a truly elite talent that can win you week's, weekend, and week out. So that's where I am going. I also told you guys that I have a pole question up
right now about tonight's game Thursday Night Football. You got the Bengals and the Texans right now, thirty seven percent of you believe that the Texans are getting too many points and will take two points plus six and you like it to be a low scoring game under the total of thirty eight. I personally think that the Bengals have a better chance of bouncing back. If you listen to line up Block live with me and the Tony Sankada. I told you I am being conservative in this game.
I'm taking the Bengals straight up without the point spread. I think they bounce back at home. I believe in the weapons that they have better than the offensive talent out there in Houston with the Texans. However, Chris Bovona, we have a lot of callers. They are lined up. Who do we have next? Chris? Uh? Who you're taking care of down there? Is keeping it so hot that we sweats team. Who's next? On the Fantasy Freestyle, We're going out to North Carolina talking to Jason. Jason and
North Carolina. You're dropping stats over beats on the Fantasy Freestyle. What's up? How can I help you going into Week two? Hey? What's up? And is from my my money leagues, So I appreciate what you're doing. Alright, let's wind, let's win some money. So for my flex position, it's a standard league and it's between Lamar Miller, Tyreek Hill, and Stefon Diggs. Okay, uh And it's only one spot you gotta fill. I'm gonna tell you right now, it is not Lamar Miller.
I think Lamar Miller in this Houston Texans. Remember they're on a short week, traveling on the road for Thursday Night football with a rookie quarterback. I am fading this Houston Texans offense with the lone exception of DeAndre Hopkins. I also, to be quite honest, man Dante Foreman, who is the backup running back in Houston. I'm high on him throughout the season to ascend and take more of the share and have that become more of a committee
in Houston with Lamar Miller. So it is not Lamar Miller. It comes down for me to Tyreek Hill or Stefon Digs And, to be be quite honest, I like them both. I love Stefan can you digs it? I think he is going to make that leap and a wide receiver back end wide receiver one or a high end our wide receiver to this week. However, I'm gonna go with Tyreek Hill. I'm gonna go with Tyreek Hill slightly over
Stefan Diggs. And the funny part is if you go to Fantasy Pros where they have the rankings that I subscribe to as a conglomerate of a lot of different places, my boy Jake Seely the all In Kid, contributes as well. They literally have Tyreek Hill listen as wide receiver thirteen
and Stefon Diggs listen as wide receiver fourteen. I'm going with Tyreek Hill, and the reason is because they're facing the Eagles and Ronald Darby, their number one quarterback, got hurt in Week one, and they just look to get Tyreek killed the ball in so many different ways the end of rounds, the Jet sweeps the Wildcats, and the potential for the big time blow up play. I'm going
with Tyreek Hill, but listen, you can't go wrong. Both of these guys are in the same tier, and to be quite honest, I'm wondering who your other wide receivers are that you have a choice between Digs and Hill. But thank you for the call, hey, Chris, who were going out to next on the Fantasy Freestyle. A lot of people want advice from Speeds help them win their leagues and win that cash. Where we're going. We're going
out to northern California talking to Raider Carlos. I wonder who he's a fan of, Raider Carlos, whether he's a fan of all right, Raider Carlos. It sounds like you got a question about wide receivers in a week two part of Raider Nation. Uh, how's it going? Man? Man? How can I help you? Hey? Oh, I gotta say I love all the hype you got going on up in your network. I likeusiasm going on. Um, I got a question with my redivers I have but Martin Cooper,
Mary's Thomas, DeAndre Hopkins, and stan Fon Diggs. I have a Cooper, Thomas and Hopkins lined up right now, So my flex would be Stefon Digg are Hopkins. Thanks sure, Thanks, thanks for the call, Thanks for the love. I appreciate that I'm going with Stefon Diggs in that situation. You heard me talk about how I like with the last call on how much I like Stefon Diggs. I do like Stefon Diggs, and he's ranked right now for me number fourteen going into week two. Uh. The other guy
you said was Dion Ray Hopkins. He's down a little bit lower. He's number eighteen for me this week. Um, and here's why. This Houston Texans offense is blunt, guts trash. Okay, it's a dumpster fire if I ever saw one. It is just pool like a monkey would fling at you. The only player there is DeAndre Hopkins, right, So I think if anything, the Bengals may look to uh, you know, roll coverage over to DeAndre Hopkins, whereas Digs you know,
he's got feeling on the other side, Dalvin Cook. You know, that opens up the offense and I think that makes it a little bit better for a guy like Stephen Can you Digs it to eat out there and Raider Nation, I hope it goes well. I'm a Jets fan, and they're gonna be going out there, uh you know for the four oh five start on the East Coast. I know a lot of people are gonna be on the Oakland Raiders in their Survivor pools this week. I am actually saving the Oakland Raiders. I think you can get
the Raiders in a tougher matchup. I'm going on with guys like you know, I like the Carolina Panthers and Survivor this week against the Bills. I like the Chargers this week against the Miami Dolphins, who still have yet to get their sea legs as well. You know who does a lot of great uh survivor pools. That's those
guys over at www Dot Fantasy factor dot com. Okay, I told you guys about that that they were doing free entries for a thousand dollar knockout pool and if you entered, you already beat me, because unfortunately I had the Texans in Week one against the Jaguars and they shut me up and eliminated me. What they are also doing over at Fantasy factor dot com. They're doing great DFS tournaments. And what I like about them, it's single
entry tournaments. Okay, I like that because I don't like these guys that put in twenty lineups to compete with me. It's single entry tournaments. And you should go on over there at www Dot Fantasy factor dot com. Hey, Chris, I know the phone lines continue to light up. We still got more callers. Hey Manimal, where we're going next on the Fantasy Freestyle. You know, we're going to Venture's hometown of Brookland. It's Brooklyn in the house. What's going on?
I'm a Bronx boy myself all the way at the other end of the two train and the five train. But that's I I've got love for Brooklyn's bread. Love is the Brooklyn Way. What's your question on the Fantasy Freestyle? It was going on, UM so my cute my starting QB is Marks Mariota. And so I know that Joe Flacco is playing um Cleveland at home this year this week and last year I took Joe Flacco against the Browns just because I figure it's the Browns, so what
can go wrong? And it actually worked out extremely well. He got me, uh like thirty plus points. So do I take that risk again this year over Mariota against the Jaguars? Uh? Thanks for the calling my man out there in b K. And here's the thing, And I think this is a great question that I could talk about a little bit of a philosopher philosophy. What you're looking at, you know, Mariota against Jacksonville right he's listed right now is a back end QB one, high end
QB two. He's the guy that you have as your starter on a week to week basis for you to be entertaining the idea of Joe Flacco. You're looking to make this kind of like home run play, all right, and I personally know I personally would go with Marcus Mariota. However, I understand the way you're thinking. I understand you're trying to attack the matchup and hit a home run. Here's what I'm gonna tell you philosophically, because here on the
fantasy Freestyle, we don't just give you a fish. I'm not just telling you start this guy over this guy. I'm teaching you how to fish, okay, so you could reel in that cash. I understand the home run play in the following scenario. Go on your website whatever it is. It's Yahoo, CBS, ESPN, whatever it is. And if you are projected to like lose your matchup, that's when you need to take these risks. That's when you need to
make these kind of home run hail Mary plays. If you are in a matchup and the projected points, the predictions, and you gotta take those with a grain of salt. But if it looks like it's gonna be a close matchup, if it looks you're gonna be ahead, then I don't think you try to make the swing for defensives kind of move. Okay, However, if you are projected to lose this matchup and you need to make a home run play, then I can see yourself going with something like this.
I personally, however, my man, I would not be going Joe Flacco. I think Joe Flacco is just a guy. I do not believe in the potential and the dynamic nous of the Baltimore Ravens offense. That's just me. I'm going with Marcus Mariota against Jacksonville. Even though this Jacksonville secondary is much improved with Jalen Ramsey on one side and a J. Boullier on the other side, and with the pressure that Calais Campbell is getting, I'm still going
with Marcus Mariota. I I said this last week when people were wondering if they should have Oldell Beckham in their lineup. So one guy called me. He said he already had Kareem Hunt that had played and had got like over forty points for him. And I said that if you are already are in the lead, then you need you could be conservative, you know, but if the opponent had a guy like Kareem Hunt, if the opponent had a guy like Alex Smith, then you need to
swing for the fences. And in that situation, I understand it, but that's not the situation that you're in at this point of the week. Okay, So I understand that he did great last year, but I'm going with Marcus Mariota in that situation, A Chris, we got time for one more question? When trying to fit it in up against the break? Who do we have on the fantasy freestyle? We got time for one more caller? Chris? Who's gonna be? We do not have time for call? You know, Chris
pavona is you know he controls me. I'm over here telling you being my enthusiasm and thanks everybody for the love. But it sounds like we do not have time for that one call. Well, I will say though, is right now, you guys still like the Houston Texans tonight laying the point and you think that that is going to be a low scoring game under thirty eight. I, however, I believe since he gets this win, I don't know if they win by more than six. So I'm going with
the conservative route. I just taking the money line on this game that looks like a Dumpston fire remember bad football gets played on Thursday Night Football, So I understand the under but I'm not worried about these teams. I'm taking since on the money line. Let's come back and end the show here Fantasy Freestyle on the Fantasy Sports Radio Network, Fantasy Freestyle ja A Giese. They're saying that he has been dealing with knee sore nous for a while.
This concerns me greatly due didn't even play in Week one. Dude got the irma BI on Week one, and this is supposed to be the healthiest year ever, you know, all season. For him to be saying right now that he's still dealing with his knees soreness, that's a problem to me. Here's the second issue. He had the issues going all the way back to college in Boise State, Okay, week days from seven to eight pm E. Stern on the Fantasy Sports Radio Network. We back to the Fantasy
Freestyle right here on the Fantasy Sports Radio Network. Questions are coming in fast and furious. But I told you I also wanted to talk a little bit about that big time fight coming up on Saturday, Triple G Gnati Glovegin against Canelo Alvarez from Las Vegas. And interestingly enough, these guys sparred against each other, sparred with each other back in the day, about five years ago. Check out what Triple G had to say about that back in the day clash. No, I know who who did, like
Big Prospect from Golden Boy. He worked with different promotions and I know him. I know him, yeah, a long time ago. It is different story, different way in different age right now, like you have more experience and just maybe I'm older a little bit like right now, like small interest work help both. No, I'm just I helped him. He helped me like just boxing not not true, not true to fight up in sparring, not to inspiring, like very hard. I remember he's a little bit young, he's
been is good. His power for one, if you for it's okay enough from sixty and it's a different power, different different time right now. And so what's a couple of fights, and he has power, he has more experience, he is more more bigger, more stronger, he's more better. How do you think he has changed during proved as a fighter? Canelo Alporith It's a good question. Not big change really not change, you know, for this fire Canello. Everybody knows his style, everybody knows my style. You know.
Right now it's very injured because you know when I was both together. You know, just we'll see on Saturday. It looks like okay, Triple G saying Cannello, has it really evolved as much? Listen, Triple G started this week as a minus one ninety favorite. He's gone down to minus one sixty. That means the money is coming in on Cinnamon Ganelo Alvarez, the stud out of Mexico. I'm very excited for this fight because this is gonna be
a good fight. This is gonna be worth your money, not like that ridiculous nonsense that happened in August with Floyd Mayweather and Connor McGregor. This is, in my opinion, two of the best fighters on the planet, closer to the prime of their careers. This They've been trying to have this fight for like three years. I've wanted it.
Triple G is getting a little bit up there, but I love this fight, and I think Triple G is a deserving favorite at minus one sixty, and ultimately he will have his hand raised and be known as the best pound for pound fighter in the world, Okay, but tune into that. It's gonna be an explosive fight. The style matches up, and I think it's gonna be a great fight. I know who else thinks it's gonna be a great fight is my man, Gabe Morancy at Sports Rage.
Gabe Morancy always loves the fight game. I know he's gonna appreciate this triple g Canelo Alvarez fight a lot more than the ridiculous business deal exhibition that happened in August. And you know what else Gabe did. Gabe gave me the San Diego State aztex last week in the second week of college football. They were an underdog and they won outright. Hey, Gabe, if you're listening, thank you for
the pick. I had them, and you know I went on over to my bookie dot A g I put a couple of shekels on them, and you know I have now more shekels. All right, so check it out tomorrow night. Though we're gonna do this. I'm gonna take your calls. I'm gonna answer answer your six start questions, your trade questions, and I'm gonna break down as many lineups and as many games as I possibly can. We're also gonna give you my d f S lineup for Week two of the football season. I cast from what
I gave you in week one. I'm gonna do it again four week two. And I'm also gonna give you my home dogs of the week. But I like to fade the public and take the points in tonight's game. I'm gonna go conservative if though I'm not worrying about these points. I'm taking Cincinnati on the money line. It is a very low total and I think these offensive lines are trashed, so it could be a very low scoring game for my man, the bounty killer, Chris Bovona.
This is your boy, Dame Martinez Speeds the spitting statistician. We've dropped stats over the beat. It's another episode of the Fantasy Free Stop. I'll see you tomorrow where we got into Week two of the NFL season right here on the Fantasy Sports Radio Network. Here's
