It is a Tuesday show, So I'm gonna give you the injuries the next man up. You know that's gonna happen. We're gonna talk about what speeds got right and what speeds got wrong, and what those impacts are moving forward for you. What I'm also gonna do is I'm gonna go with the waiver wire. We're going to go a position by position. If you're part of the Status over beats Cipher, you know a position comes first. No it is not wide receiver. No, it is not tight end.

It is reverse cow girl. You know about this already. But I'm gonna give you my guys for every single position that I like. Absolutely my man's strong style, Lance Davis, where y'all at all? Right? I'm at six likes right now. We gotta pump that up as well. You see my boy Jeff the Skeleton, he's chilling right now. And by the way, special request, let me know when the Stats over beat Spher chat room when you see my man Jr. Because he's hitting me on Twitter and he's talking about

how he's got a match up with the spitting statistician. Um, So we're gonna talk about that as well. Yes, I know, Mario if you listen to that idea about the Arizona defense and probably hurt you last week, but some of those defenses I gave you. I also, if you remember, gave out the Indianapolis Colts as a defense. So we'll talk about that a little bit as well. We also have a poll question as well. All right, and I

think it's very interesting. Here is my poll question. If you ran the Jacksonville Jaguars, who would you start at quarterback? Moving forward? Is there a move maybe on the horizon for this team? My options are number one A Bortles, Odie Kessler or anything behind door number three. I think you know how the way this is going down right now. We will check this throughout the show. Um. That's that's that's kind of the way we're gonna get down. So let's dive on in. We got some questions in the

chat room. We're gonna answer those, will open the phone lines a little bit later on, we'll do a little game of inches. We got a brand new trap game my astros as well, So let's get on into it right about now. Listen injuries from last week. Shady McCoy is in the protocol. Okay, bang his head, Boy, was that fool gazy right? Like on his second run of the game, he winds up with like one yard hurting. You trust me, I know because on the team that I have where I was undefeated, I had Sony Michelle

and Shady McCoy as my two running backs. Okay, so Shady McCoy and that gets bumped bumped in the head, right. Sony Michelle has a knee injury. It looked horrible at first glance. They helped him off, they caught him to the locker room. However, the All Eyes says that they have avoided quote unquote structural damage and that Sony Michelle is week to week. This means that you may see this week on Monday Night against the Buffalo Bills, you may see a ton of James White. You also may

see some of Kenyan Barner sprinkled in as well. Okay, and that's something you're definitely gonna keep an eye on. But Sony Michelle doesn't look like at least it's not a long term injury, all right. Also, some people are blow pal with a neck injury. Okay, something to watch out there. Maybe Isaiah Crowell gets more opportunity moving forward. Here's the other thing I'm gonna tell you. Thursday Night

football is shaping up to be already depleted. Okay. On the UM Miami side, Albert Wilson gone, Kenny Stills likely out. They're going so far as to say they're going to take DeVante Parker out of bubble wrap for this game. Okay. This has an impact on some of the waiver wires that I am going to be recommending. There's a wide receiver in Miami who is only fifteen percent owned, who is gotten something like uh twelve or fifteen targets in

the last two weeks from brock Oswiler. And by the way, if you know the status over beat Cipher, you maybe know who I'm talking about when I say his mother makes the best meat balls. A Alright, we'll talk about that a little bit later on. On the other side of things, Kiki qt is likely out already for week eight because of a hamstring that he aggravated. All right, So a lot of people are asking me which of

these guys would you drop? My answer is Kiki qute t all Right, because also, this this Deshaun Watson thing is getting a little bit too crazy. Okay, this is something, in my opinion, I got right going into this week. We'll talk about that and in my opinion, the impact it has on pretty much every wide receiver not named DeAndre Hopkins. Will get into that a little bit as well before we get into the takeaway is what I got right? What I got wrong? Other news and notes here.

Obviously you know the big move. It happened yesterday. The Oakland Raiders traded a Marii Cooper forgot about AMR A to the Dallas Cowboys four the first round pick. I gotta tell you the truth. When I heard this at first, I was like, what are the Raiders doing? I don't get it. I think John Gruden the game has passed him by. Then when I heard it was the first round pick he got back, I was like, what are

the Cowboys doing? That is a ridiculous haul. Sort of like how the Spurs were able to leverage and get something actual for Kauai Leonard even though they knew. Everyone knew what the deal was, right, everyone knew what the deal was. That the Raiders are trying to move on from pretty much everybody right. But the fact that they still got a first round pick in response, I think is big. First of all, let's look at it from the Oakland side of things. I don't know what they're doing.

I think they're tanking. But when you think about it, honestly works for Gruden. Gruden has a ten year, one hundred million dollar contract and he doesn't give a damn. He doesn't give a rats ass about the Oakland fan base. I'm sorry to tell you all my people out there in Cali, he don't give a damn. You know, when he gives a damn about he gives a damn about a team that he can build excitement around. As they moved to Vega US that has young, ascending kind of talent.

He's got a ten year window. What does he want to do. He traded Khalil Mack for two first round picks and picks in the following year as well. He's got a Marie Cooper. Now that's a first round pick. The Raiders this year will have the Raiders first round pick, which in my opinion, is gonna be top five, the Cowboys first round pick, which is gonna be somewhere in the middle in my opinion, and the Bears first round pick, which my opinion is gonna be in the low twenties.

He owns the draft, He's got multiple picks next year. Also, what does that allow him to do? Package combine assets so that in about year two of Vegas year three of his contract, he is ready to start contending. He is playing the long game. And while I listen giving that context, given that perspective, I am mad at you, I still think it does not help the Oakland Raiders this year. Remember, by the way, guys here in the stats over beat Cipher fantasy freestyle, I've been saying that

my biggest over underseason win total. I said it at the beginning, Jilly Dilley, send a the notes if you have them, I said, run, don't walk. You bet the under on the Oakland Waiters season win total. Hopefully you did that for the Dallas side. I think, as I you know, change of scenery. You give Dak a weapon that he needs. He needs a number one wide receiver. This puts Cole Beasley back in the slot in that role.

That makes Michael Galloped as kind of you know, explosive, stretched the speed kind of guy in that role I think it leaves Alan Hearns s o l out of luck. I think it leaves Tavon Austin irrelevant. Okay, here's what it does though. I think it helps Ezekiel Elliott. All Right, if you were Ezekiel Elliott, you knew defensive coordinators or scheming to stop you. And now at least there's something else they have to worry about. They have to honor a Marii Cooper on the outside, and I think that

is an interesting difference. I think this helps Ezekiel Elliott. Obviously Dak Prescott as well, so keep an eye out on that. But the Raiders, as you guys know, are blunt got trashed. I hope you listen to me and picked the under all right. The other thing, Maron has said that he's going back to Blake Bortles to start against Philadelphia in London, after going to Cody Kessler mid game for like a kind of a spark. But here's

what he's also saying. That Blake is gonna be on a short leach and that Cody Kessler is gonna get first team reps. Remember last year in the preseason when they were gonna do this with Chad handing out La Vodka. Right, they've been down this road before. They had now yet another opportunity and out if you would to go ahead and make the change, and they mden hard and didn't

do it. Similar to had a New York Giants had an opportunity to make the change at the end of the last year, but then they couldn't stomach the pr of it all and they went back on it. Look at how that lasts. Now, here's what I'm gonna tell you, And the poll agrees with me. You know, right now, the pole that we're asking about the Jaguars quarterbacks right now is something like sixty eight percent or saying anything behind door number three. Okay, so this is the issue.

I don't know why there's not making a move right now. It is impacting your locker room. There's strife and struggle and fights in the locker room because of this. This defense knows what it is doing. The defense is now writing checks that their overall team cannot cash. And here's what needs to happen. I'm gonna give you a couple

of options. I talked about the Eli Manning thing. Okay, I'm saying that might be pie in the sky for a guy here in New York who's listening to sports talk radio, why do they not call the Arizona Cardinals right now, who have both Sam Bradford and Mike Glennan on their roster collecting dust. You're telling me, if you're the Arizona Cardinals and the Jags call, you would offer like a third round pick for my Glennon, you wouldn't take it. I have seen Mike Glennon be a starting

quarterback in the NFL before. I'm not saying it's great, but I think it could be a refreshing wake up call for this Jacksonville team that might rally around him. And maybe he doesn't turn the ball over. Maybe you just made a trade with the Cleveland Browns for Carlos Hide. You're telling me you can't pick up the phone again and be like, hey, and what else would I have to give you? From a man to Rawd to Rod Taylor does not turn the ball over. That's like what

he does better than anyone in NFL history. You're telling me you put him as the game manager role with that defense and running game and it won't be a contender. What about Teddy Bridge? Who would up? What about him, called the Saints and be like, YO, second round pick Teddy Bridgewater. You spent a third round pick to the Jets to get him, We'll give you a second round pick for him upgrade? Why not? Or the last one that I think is truly legitimate. Okay, I can understand

why some of these other things may not happen. Here's what I think is absolutely legitimate. I if I were the Jags Tom Coughlin, I would call Ballard the new GM of the Indianapolis Colts, and I'd be like, YO, second round pick Jacoby Brissette. What's good? If you're the cult, you're telling me you won't take a second round pick for Jacoby Brissette right now? You believe that Andrew luck is back, you know, like you we've seen it. Jacoby

Brissette can be an NFL quarterback. We've seen it. You're telling me that's not a better answer than what they're running out there right now. I'm telling you what sixty six of you agree, So I will leave it at that. All right, let's do a little bit here of we have five minutes left until the break, and my guys down there in the fantasy pit of misery, I can't hear you get what guys that? Well, okay, so you're

gonna have to let me know. You're gonna have to blare that music or hit me up when I'm down at two minutes or one minute or something like that. But I digress. Let's talk about what Speed's got right and what Speed's got wrong here looking back on week seven before after the break, we look ahead to week eight, we answer some questions. We hit the phones. What Speed's got right in week seven? So someone on the stream being like day in the defense you gave me was wrong. However,

here's what I'll tell you. To the twenty eight likes that are out there, here's what I'll tell you. The number one defense I gave you was the Indianapolis Colts. I told you to stream the Indianapolis Colts against whoever was playing quarterback for the Buffalo Bills. And what they do. They gave up three points, They had five turnovers against Derrick Anderson. All right, that would have worked if you

listen to my number one streaming defense. I also told you that I was scared for the health of Deshaun Watson. And I gotta tell you something. It's coming to be true. Right now? Did you hear reports this weekend that the Houston Texans said they wouldn't allow Deshaun Watson to get on a plane. Instead, they bust him twelve hours to

Jacksonville for this game. Now, here's my thing. If you're gonna acknowledge that putting him on a flight is bad for his health and you don't want to risk what some reports are saying or a bruised or maybe a punctured lung. However, you're okay with him for fifty plays behind that bull crap offensive line with Calais Campbell and Dante Fowler coming down on him. You're okay with that, But you're not okay to put him on a plane player safety forget about it, and it's starting to impact him.

DeShawn Watson went twelve or two nine yards, a touchdown and no interceptions. You don't want a fifty completion percentage anymore. I'm telling you right now, I do not believe Deshaun Watson will finish the season healthy for the Houston Texans or your fantasy football team. You may need to start considering other options. You may need to start considering if you could flip him right now, the same way I told you about Davonte Freeman and Leonard Fournette and jay

A g I and others. I don't think Watson is making it. I think you need to get pennies on the dollar right now. Okay, and by the association, I've said it before. The problem with him now is he's getting footsteps. He's here in the footsteps, he's here in voices. His eyes are dropping from downfield where Will Fuller is running his go route to the oncoming rush. So I downgrade will Fuller. He doesn't have enough time to get to the deep plays that Will Fuller does. I downgrade Fuller?

You know about QT, who's hamstrung already. Pardon the pun but you gotta go DeAndre Hopkins and not a whole lot else. For the past catching game in Houston, we already talked about Blake Bortles. The man went six of twelve before getting punched or pulled. Okay, And y'all we're telling me how crazy I was because I didn't want to believe in the Jacksonville Jaguars wide receivers a month ago. And I was like, now, I'm not on cold, No, I'm not on d D now I'm not on modern crief.

Now you have a passing game that is blunt, guts trash, and now you have pieces of it. I told you to be leary about that. Another thing Speed's got right. Also, I said that I like to read Cohen last week a lot ahead of Jordan Howard. Well, they both scored touchdowns in that game against the Patriots. Jordan Howard forty eight yards tread Cohen eight receptions and eighty three yards. Another one I got right in moving forward, I like

to read Cohen over Jordan Howard. I think that's just the way that offense is now being designed as they pick up more and more of the Matt Nagy system. I got two more for you, Jamis Winston. Yet again, how many times do I gotta tell you he's gonna be a great streamer. He had more yards passing than any quarterback who played on Sunday, both Eli and Matt Ryan, and more than him last night. But you'll take three

hundred sixty five yards. I know he had two picks, but that's canceled out and more by the fifty five yards rushing and the one touchdown. I hear you, brother man, that means we got two minutes left in this segment, right. So another thing, by the way, guys, I've been on two ascending rookie running backs all season long. One is the stereotype who you know, not Panasonic, not meant to be. She him talking about my guy Sony Michelle, and that's

played out well injury. Notwithstanding. The other guy, who I have been talking about as an ascending rookie is carry on on and what do he do on Sunday? He went for a hundred and fifty eight yards on the ground under the twenty one in the passing game, a hundred and seventy nine total yards. Okay, the window to buy low on him is now closed. Hopefully you listen to me a little bit later on what did I

get close at Cousins and feeling stack. I was on that feeling had the nine catches, a hundred ten yards and one touchdown. Alright, Cousins with two touchdowns, not a huge game, but on that stack, if you will with me, it helped you a little bit. I cashed a little bit on Sunday. I hope you did. Here's what I got wrong Thursday night football. I got all wrong, okay. Arizona defense Arizona Home Dog. Clearly there's a problem there.

Their offensive coordinator was fired. I apologize, um, I said Cam Meredith over tray Kwon Smith as the wide receiver too in New Orleans. I was wrong. Tray Kwon Smith three for forty four and the guy moving forward who could play that role? I want a piece of this offense. It's tray Kwon Smith. Apparently not Cameron Meredith. Okay, I acknowledge that I also gave you Andy Dalton out there against Kansas City. I was loving and the Dalton everywhere that did not take place. He only threw for a

hundred forty eight yards, one touchdown and one interception. I apologize for the States. When we come back, we're gonna talk waiver wires and we're gonna answer your questions. That's about it. They don't look to David Johnson. Rookie Steels Jones is hurt. So I like Kirk in that matchup or in that decision? Point fulal L Should I

trade Cohen for DJ? If you're talking about trading Tarik Cohen and getting David Johnson back, sure do that if they If the David Johnson owner is so piste off with David Johnson that he's dangling out DJ like that for Tarik Cohen, yes, do it and be happy about it, all right, Mr Brooks, Trabinsky or Dalton this week? Now that's an interesting question. Trabinsky or Dalton this week? Well, let's look at the matchups. We would have Cincinnati at home against Tampa Bay. You know, I love that, or

Trabinsky is at home against the Jets. I think the much better matchup is Cincinnati home against Tampa Bay, and I'm attacking that Tampa. I don't care about the new defensive coordinator. Like my man Emory Haunt says, it's still up to the players, and they did some of that. But still for me, in that choice the matchup, the answer for me is still, uh, the red rifle Andy Dalton against Tampa Bay. What do we got here. Now,

William H is asking me drop D. D. Westbrook. If you would listened to me, you would have never picked D. D. Westbrook up at all. I do not believe in the Jaguars passing game, never have, never will. Yes, you can drop D. D. Westbrook. Victor C has asked me Chubb or Howard at RB two. Listen, that's an interesting question. I can understand either way. I gotta slight lean towards Nick Chubb. I'm going full Chubb Howard He's gonna have

Trek Cohen in there have other options. I think Nick Chubb is now locked and loaded and ready once he's uh, you know, back in that saddle there. He got eight yards and a touchdown. I believe in his first stead as they you know, as a lead running back for the Cleveland Browns. Let's get into some waivers, guys. Okay, I talked about what I got right carry on Johnson, Colts, Defense,

Bordal Service, Trek Cohen. And also, by the way, one other thing, I've been telling you all season long how much I love the Los Angeles Chargers, and they faded a little bit and people aren't paying attention to them. Don't look now, but the Los Angeles Chargers are now five and two. Okay, the Chiefs are the only one lost team in the a f C. The Chargers in the Patriots are the two lost teams. Really, all right, they now have a buy right, they get Melvin Gordon

back healthy, they get Joey Boza back healthy. I think that is huge for the Chargers. And also check this out. They had a home game on October seven. They do not have another home game in Los Angeles until November. That's a long stretch, okay, and they're about to get through that. They're getting through that right now. Just how to win in London. It's three road games, the London home game, and a buy in there for the Chargers. I think, don't forget about the Chargers. I can't say

that enough. All right, let's go to waiver wire. Waiver wire, I'm gonna talk running backs. First. Here are some running backs that I like. Maybe they're available for you, maybe they're not. Is the ownership right now of Jalen Rochard, Okay, I think he is going to be the lead dog here for the Oakland Raiders. The A side, if you will remember, I've been talking about the A side and the B side of time shares. Jalen Richard is the A side. To me, I don't care about Doug Martin.

I want Jalen Richard over Doug Martin. Why because he's gonna be the passing down back anyway. The Oakland Raiders are gonna be down in games. Do you really believe in the muscle hamster after age thirty speeds? Doesn't? I like Jalen Rochard. He would be at the top of my list. Is the ownership percentage? For you know, we had a little criss cross going on before the song going in and to break, and my number two waiver ad here at the running backs position is the Migoty

Magoty Magoty Magoty Mac Daddy. He makes you want to jump jump Marlon Mack okay, coming off a nineteen carry, one hundred and twenty six yard and a touchdown effort, it looks like Mac is going to be the lead dog. And they are now positioning not hem Hines to not be like a PPR guy, but to be a straight change of pack. Pays handcuff to Marlon Mack. Give me Jyleen Richard, give me Marlon Mack. Two other names that I do kind of like one is Chris Ivory, but

this is a shorter term thing. Right when ms Lashawn McCoy is out, Chris Ivory will be the lead dog if you need them, if you need him in a one week kind of position, because maybe you have Melvin Gordon or Dion Lewis or Tevin Coleman or Zeke Elliott on buy for those teams. I'm okay with Chris Ivory. Similarly, I'm okay with Kenyan Barner as a one week thing. Okay, because it looks like Sony Michelle is at least gonna miss this week. But I don't like him over Ivory

because Kenyan Barner will still have James White to deal with. Okay, And the last running back I'll get your name I'll give you is keep an eye out on Capri Bibbs. Caprie Bibbs is a guy who I think is usable. Adrian Peterson continues to be banged up, although he's toughing it out um, and there's not really a lot of options there for the Washington football team. So I'll say Jalen Richard, Marlon Mack, Chris Ivory, Kenyan Barner. Those are names that I like Barner and Ivory are just one

week solutions. I believe in Jalen Richard and Marlon Mack going forward, find Doug Martin as well, but I would prefer Jalen Richard to Doug Martin. Okay, let's switch positions. Okay, let's talk quaride receiver. Now, I got some names I like in wide receiver. Remember I was telling you there's a Miami wide receiver. He's only ten percent owned, but he's got an eighteen targets from brock Oswad the last couple of weeks. There's gonna be no Kenny Stills. There's

gonna be no um Albert Wilson. Right, give me Danny Ammondola. His mom makes the best meatballs. As you know, eight teen targets. I think he's gonna be utilized a lot this Thursday. So he's a wide receiver. I would like. Let me give you three other names, okay, that I like. Also one I admit I was on Cameron Meredith. I was wrong. Trey Kwon Smith is guy that you can have right now. He is seventeen percent owned. So go out and check to see if Trey Kwon Smith is

available at the wide receiver position. Also, Christian Kirk, who I just said in answering someone's question, is only owned in twenty of leagues. I think over time he is going to ascend and become Josh Rosen's number one option. I'm not saying he's the best wide receiver on the team. That is Larry Fitzgerald. But what I'm saying is that over time, the way this offense is going to evolve is going to be to really heavily target Christian Kirk

in my opinion, so he's valid pickup. I gave you Amendola, I gave you Tray Kwon Smith, I gave you Christian Kirk. Here's the one other name I'll mention. And remember how I always say guys that, um, you need to with these bye weeks, you need to look and see who other people dropped because they could be laying out there and available. This guy is thirty seven percent owned, and

he needs to be on rosters right now. He missed the team's last two games and they just had a bye I'm talking about the Green Bay Packers and Geronimo. Geronimo Allison needs to be owned. He's only owned in thirty seven percent of leagues I know, but he's back practicing over. I believe it was he had the concussion at first, but then there was a shoulder as well. I think it was. He's over that, he's practicing. He's back ready to go. I'll take a piece of that offense.

Geronimo Allison is someone to look at. So Geronimo Allison, Danny Amendola, Trey Kwon Smith and Christian Kirk are four wide receivers that I'm intrigued by, all under ownership.
