Will tell you what I think about that. Some prop bets to play just in case you didn't get your cash in season long, you can still do it on any Monday night. Football will get you ready for that. Also, you have to acknowledge there are still some people who

play in week seventeen. So I gotta give you a couple of things that Speed's got right, a couple of things that Speed's got wrong, and even some people on the waiver wire. We will also talk about some of the league's we have been following for a long time. All right, we will talk about you know these Remember I was in two finals, I was in four semifinals, fo finals. I'll let you know how we did. Knows. We've got the Stats Overbeats final and by the way, people,

it has not been decided yet. Okay, so we are we are going to find out who will win first ever Stats Overbeats league. But we got a whole lot of other stuff to do, okay, because the cycle just keeps turning, right, So we have to talk about who got banged up, who laid duds, and what that means for you moving forward in fantasy or in other ways. If you're capping the games, if you're gonna play DFS regardless, Dwayne Haskins with that ankle. He got carded off the field.

That looks like he's gonna be you know, obviously they don't have any more games left. It was the worst thing possible, right. I'm glad he avoided catastrophic injury that would you know, be surgery or something that he had to you know, impact his offseason program. But still the ankle doesn't look good. Spa, he'll be gone for a week. Seven teen Spencer wear out with a shoulder. James Conner

with a thigh. A lot of people were riding him now that he was back with the Pittsburgh Steelers, thought that he would have a shot to deliver a fantasy championship. I had shares of James Conner in a championship matchup. I'll tell you if I want to lost that one a little bit later on zach Ertz with a rib. This one could be very interesting, Okay, for a number of reasons. One, Earth is clearly a championship caliber tight end for your fantasy team. There are probably some big

deal teams that have zach arts. But also, you know, it was the emergence of Dallas Goddard, as we told you about over the last couple of weeks. And also Jordan Howard is trending like he may be coming back for the Philadelphia Eagles against the New York Football Giants coming up in week six seventeen after come back from

that shoulder injury. D J. Moore in the Concussion Protocol, Corey Davis in the Concussion Protocol, Kyler Murray with a hamstring Now they said he also avoided catastrophic injury and that it's just like kind of a normal strain. We don't know if he's going to wind up playing in Week seventeen. They don't have much to play for, so you know, maybe the better part of judgment is to keep him on ice for Week seventeen against the Los

Angeles Rams. Keep an eye out for that. We'll give you an update on that on the Thursday edition of Anacy Freestyle. Mark Ingram with the calf injury. That's a big one because listen, they've got they're calling it maybe a three week thing. They're gonna arrest them this week regardless. Then they have the bye week, right so right there for divisional matchup. They are now hopeful that he'll be

okay for a divisional matchup. But remember They've got so many other running backs and that scheme is kind of plug and play guys like Gus Edwards, guys like even Justice Hill. All right, so they have plenty of options over there. Will fully reaggravated that groin injury. It looks like he's gonna miss some time now. And even you know Houston in the playoffs, it's looking like he is going to miss time. We'll see if that has impact. You know, they at least have this week. Um, they're

locked in. They're gonna make the playoffs because their w on Saturday, big knock to the Seattle Seahawks running game. I think Seattle, more than any other team maybe had the worst Week six team. They lost Chris Carson to a hip injury. He gone rest of the season. They lost c J Process, the backup out of the backfield, to an arm injury. He gone. We're getting reports people that maybe Beast Mode Marshawn Lynch is flying up to Seattle. He may work out and sign a deal. Jay A

g i E was cut today by the Eagles. Maybe he goes out to Seattle. Seattle, we know this. They have a huge game next week that's been flexed to Sunday night against the San Francisco forty Niners. But they're in the playoffs, right, So will it be you know, with a by getting somebody time to get caught up to speed, or will they be playing and turn around and you know, traveling to uh potentially a Philly or Dallas for a wild card game without these running backs.

They also lost tackle Dwayne Brown. That's a huge offensive line. Last Seattle got beat up bad in this game, and then they went ahead and lost to the Arizona Cardinals, giving the seat San Francisco forty Niners the kind of inside track on the NFC West Division and quite frankly a bye in the NFC. Talking about in week seventeen, one of the things that we're going to have to be talking about is like where resting their team their

players are not certainty. Teams are have already come out and said they will probably rest some of their stoughts. Baltimore has said this, we will not see Lamar Jackson. His m v P regular season is over. We'll probably not see We're not gonna see Ingram, We're not gonna see something Earl tom As some of their linemen. Okay, I think Mark Andrews got a little bit gimpy, might not see him. However, the Houston Texans, they are gonna

play their guys. They were Bill O'Brien's already come out and said, guys like DeAndre Hopkins, Kenny Stills, they are going to play. Deshaun Watson is going to play Week sixteen against the Tennessee Titans. Now, remember Tennessee needs that game to win to uh make the playoffs. Okay, if they lose win, If they lose, excuse me, and Pittsburgh wins, then it would in fact be Pittsburgh. We also got a big poll question up. All right, I got a

poll question up at spitting speed. You can always check him. Because I thought about the Tennessee game, makes me think about New Orleans and what Michael Thomas has done this year. He broke the all time record and he still has a game to play. He's got a hundred and forty five catches. So I ask you, if you're in a PPR format next year, where are your drafting Michael Thomas?

Are you drafting Michael Thomas? Literally? First, overall, it's been a while since the wide receiver really was in consideration from true number one to overall. Would you draft him first overall? Would you draft him somewhere in the top five maybe like you did with a guy like DeAndre

Hopkins or Antonio Brown in in recent years. Would you just take him no, just late first round because you say, hey, maybe I can get that production from other wide outs like Julio Jones or DeAndre or someone else that you think could have send and be in that level next year. Or are you someone who, like you, don't go wide receiver in the first round. You just get that that work horse running back in the first round. Let me know, okay, right now, you say that Michael Thomas is a first

round top five pick. Interesting, that's kind of where like Alvin Kamara was last year? Has he passed Alvin Camara? Let mean know at spitting speeds my takeaways, what speeds got right? His production is still there when he's there, Right, He's still gonna be the lead back of a Pittsburgh Steelers offense with big Ben back likely. Right, Let's say he's ranked as like an RB eleven and you're there at the turn and

James Conner is there? Do you pass on James Connor because of the injury history and like the injury prone nous? You know, because I would ask you, what about a guy like Dalvin Cook? Do you pass on him because of injury prone nous? It's an interesting question to me. And then Tom Pierce, Yeah, I'm talking about top three from Michael Thomas, like who would it be? Right, Christian McCaffrey, do you go back to Sa Kwan even though it

just what about say Kwan Barkley yesterday? Huh? Right, further removed from the ankle injury, looking good, he's probably still a top three, top five pick. Someone in the chat room was talking to me about what about Kenyan Drake. I don't know if I would count on him again to have this over the course of a full year, but maybe he could be an RB one next year. You go back to a guy like Zeke I mentioned

Cook What about a guy like Lamar. Someone's gonna take Lamar in the first round of draft next year, right, So does Michael Thomas fit in there? Guys like Miles Sanders, that's interesting, you know, I like other ascending running backs. What about a guy like a Devin Singletary. And obviously there's others, you know, don't forget about guys like obviously Todd Gurley, lev Bell. You know where all these people, Alvin Kamara, you know, we know about this, Aaron Jones

who was playing tonight, um. But where Thomas fits in there is pretty interesting. But not even let me when we talk about takeaways. You know, let's let's talk about what big takeaways, what we got right, what we got wrong? And honestly, you know, we'll save the Michael Thomas. But you know, I want to talk about this because tanking, and it has been such a big issue all year. Players don't tank. Look at that Cincinnati Miami game. First of all, you think Andy Dalton is tanking because he

wants the Bengals to draft Joe Burrow to replace him. No, he goes out there and throws three nineties yards and four touchdowns. Players ain't tanking, Okay, you think Ryan Fitzpatrick has a tanking bone in his body. Coaches don't take Okay, you see Flores for Miami all season long. He's been getting it after it, yelling at officials, going hard, guys playing for him. Teams don't tank what players don't tank. Coaches don't tank. They are preparing, They are working their

ass off. You know who tanks though front offices and general managers. That's why you'll see a team like Cincinnati go to Ryan Finley to evaluate him. That's why you'll see Miami go ahead and trade everyone. That's how they were trying to tank. Okay, and think about it. They traded away Kenny Stills useful for Houston, Jeremy tunsl why excuse me, Laramie Tunsel useful for Houston. DeVante Parker it though, decided to keep him Gaze didn't like him. Now he's

blowing up signing an extension. Uh minca Fitzpatrick, they like all him now he's a consideration for Defensive Player of the Year. That's how you tank. All right. I'm gonna tell you also, a big takeaway from me, this quarterback Merry go Round is gonna be very interesting in the off season. Okay, add Now Derek Carr potentially, Okay, they've been talking about he. They may be in the market four quarterback add Jamis potentially. Okay, we're here. Oh, they're

gonna franchise tag him before the game on Saturday. Then Bruce arians after the game saying, now I don't know, I don't know about that. We may be in the marketplace. All right, we're gonna do it one day. We'll do a full on thing one day of like all the teams, all the musical chair stops, and all the potential quarterbacks they may be out there. It's gonna be very interesting.

Same with head coaches. And I also one of my big takeaways, you know, I was talking with Ariel Epstein, our homegirl who you guys see on a lot of shows. Now we do Put Football Today together. She's on the Morning After as well. Um, we were talking on Saturday because she was wondering about them putting Daniel Jones back out there, and I was like, no, you gotta get him the reps. And she was like, well, what about

the injury concerned? What if he gets hurt? And I was like, yeah, but the only thing you'd be risk is if he has a really bad injury, and then what do you know, rookie Kyler Murray gets hurt, pulled a hamstring. It's not the bad injury though. And then Dwayne Haskins, though, gets carded off the field with an ankle injury. And that's a problem, right, And it's always we talked about this in preseason, like are you gonna get hurts? Why should they be out there? Same kind

of thing. Now do they learn? Do they get better? Remember Baker at the end of the year last year, Remember uh Sam Donald at the end of the year last year, or you know, or should a guy like Haskins not be out there right now? A guy like Danny Dimes, a guy like Kyler Murray? Should they not be out there right now? And that's something that's interesting. We're gonna hear a lot about that going into this week as people are getting shut down or rested. So

I think that's interesting. Let's talk about some things that Speed's got right. Okay, and let me tell you something. The number one thing that I got right, and I've been talking about this for the last couple of weeks, and now, Sandro, if you're down there in the pit, Yang, if you're down there there in the pit. Remember that I've been saying this, because you're gonna start to hear more and more people talk about this. I was early a couple of weeks ago, telling y'all look out for

the Kansas City Chiefs defense, all right. I was saying that their defense has been playing a lot better. Everybody's on Baltimore. Everyone knows about the Chiefs offense. I'm saying that the Kansas City defense is what makes them live in the a f C. They are still plus seven fifty elect eight to one odds to win the Super Bowl, and I am listen, I'm not on New England. Everybody is on Baltimore. So the pivot for me is Kansas City and Mahomes is getting healthier and that defense is

getting better and better. They gave up three points at Chicago after a three points the follow the previous week against I believe it was Denver. They're averaging less than ten points a game against them in the last five or six weeks. Tyron Matthew the honey Badger. He don't give a damn. And I've been saying for the last couple of weeks. A Steve Spagnolo new defense takes a while to get the arn't okay, and now they're doing a lot. I'm telling you this Chief's defense, if it

continues to improve, makes them very dangerous. I've been telling you about that. I got that one right. I hope you are listening to me about this another thing that Speed's got right. I told you about the Eagles. First of all, I had the Eagles winning that game. I've been telling you for weeks that I thought the Eagles would still win the a F NFC East, mostly because of the schedule, and then that this game yesterday was

at Philly and that did matter. Okay, But I've been saying with the Eagles and a ton of teams, Okay, what has been my narrative almost all season. If you're real deal stats over beat Cipher, it's the idea about how the run game must be there to provide balance because you don't want your quarterback turning into a volume thrower. Yeah, that's cool for fantasy if you have Philip Rivers or Matt Ryan or Jared Goff or Carson Wentz, one of these guys who might put it up forty five times

Jamis Winston, But that doesn't help the real team. Well, the Eagles have found balance. And remember how I said, I thought, Jordan, how it was that balance. And then over the course of the last couple of weeks, I was like, listen, Miles Sanders is great and all right, and I said, Miles Sanders was getting more and more in the receiving game. But then over the last couple of weeks, I had Miles Sanders in my DFS lineup and I was like, Miles Sanders, if he can provide balance,

this is gonna be big for the Philadelphia Eagles. Well, what do you know, Speed's got that right, Okay, because Miles Sanders got twenty carries and it's about the touches. It's about the commitment to the run game. Miles Sanders twenty nine carries, seventy twenty carries seventy nine yards and a touchdown, another five catches in seventy seven yards in the receiving game. Okay, a total of a hundred and fifties six yards from scrimmage and a touchdown on twenty

five touches. That is giving you balance. Now, what happens even though Eagles only scored seventeen points, Look what happens whence. Yeah, he puts it up a lot, but a seventy six percent completion percentage when he goes thirty one forty. And you need that run threat, especially guys like Earth's and Godard. You need those linebackers respecting the run, whether it's Miles

Sanders or Jordan Howard. I told you all about how he represented this balance for the Eagles and how that was going to be important, and what do you know, they win a big NFC's divisional slate and pull into the driver's seat for the NFC's divisional title over the Cowboys. Another defense I told you about was the Indianapolis Colts

last week. I said, I like the Colts defense potentially as a stream I was giving you guys those in the waiver wires, and if you picked them up and faded Will Greer, well, not only did you get three interceptions from Will Greer, not only did you get five sacks by that Colt defense, but you got not one, but two hunt returns for our touchdowns from Nahem Hinds.

If you listen to your boys speeds and you picked up the Indianapolis Colts as a streaming defensive defense, I told you I had a time you could have gotten You probably won your championship matchup, but it wasn't all smiles. Okay, I must admit Speeds got some things wrong. We will acknowledge what I got wrong. We'll check in on the pole.

And for those of y'all who need to play a little bit of Week seventeen, if you got banged out and a lot of people did get hurt, whether it was Connor or Urts or d J. Jordan Howard because is the early down back, all right, Jordan Howard is the between the tackles early down back. Remember, earlier in the season, Miles Sanders was more of a PPR guy.

Now Miles Sanders will get some carries too, but Jordan Howard takes his role back in my opinion, of being the early down between the tackles runner for the Philadelphia Eagles, and they may need them against the New York Giants because that Giants offense will score some points gainst Philadelphia on Sunday. All right, but Speed's got some things wrong.

Got to admit it, got to acknowledge it. The first thing is, every time we've been talking about coaches that I think are gonna get fired, I've included Atlanta's dan Quinn. And Atlanta is now won three games in a row. They've put it into my eye a little bit. I thought that they were kind of unraveling. Remember I was on Atlanta early in the season. Early in the season when I was on their thirteen home games, and I thought they were gonna take a step forward. I was

on Atlanta to be, you know, a playoff team. Um, and then they started off really bad. It started to unravel. Matt Ryan got banged up, Freeman got banged up, and then I thought dan Quinn was gonna lose his job. There was a lot of smoke out there about that. They've been playing for him. Okay, they've won three in a row. Remember they had that big time come from behind win against at San Francisco and then they beat Jacksonville yesterday. What was it though, And my narrative stage true.

The balance was back twenty carries combined from Hill and Freeman a hundred and nineteen yards. They had the balance. So Matt Ryan, yea, he puts it up, but he completes over sevent of him. That's what happens when you have balanced. Julio another big time game, ten catches for one sixties six. I got that one wrong. They may be playing for dan Quinn. They may care about him a little bit more than I thought. Maybe he wasn't

dead man walking. Also, here's another thing, you know, I thought that Saints offense was not going to be as good outdoors against Tennessee on the grass, but they put it on me. I mean, breeze that his thing. Kamara, finally a little bit out of mothballs, had seventeen touches a hundred and ten yards from scrimmage. Maybe with Camara it's kind of like what we've been talking about with Todd Gurley, and they're kind of doing the load management, and they're saving him a little bit because they do

have designs on playing multiple games in January. Okay, so maybe they're just starting to get him going. But Michael Thomas is the story right now. A hundred and forty five catches on the season, eight yards, nine touchdowns. But here's the thing. I'm gonna give you a couple of other stats, and I think are absolutely ridiculous. He has his hundred forty five catches on a hundred and seventy

six targets. That's eight two completion rate. Drew Brees is completing eighty two percent of the balls he throws to Michael Thomas. Excuse me, Drew Brees and Teddy Bridgewater and Taysom Hill or whoever else is throwing him the damn ball, and he's averaging eleven point six yards per reception. So let me say this again. What that means is, if the Saints decide to throw the ball to Michael Thomas, it is an eighty two percent proposition that he will

catch a general average eleven and a half yards. You throw it to Michael Thomas three times, you get a first down. You know, it's absolutely crazy. And here's another ridiculous stat from what Michael Thomas is doing. To remember, here's the records for the most catches all time in the first five years of a career. Jarvis Landry has the record foe catches in the first five years of

his career. Larry Fitzgerald for Tory Holt for three, A. J. Green for fifteen, Julio for fourteen, Randy Moss for fourteen. Some pretty good names, right. Remember I said Jarvis Landry was first at four av one, Larry Fitzgerald was second at four six. Larry Fitzgerald is not second. Michael Thomas is already second with four sixty six. But I said

this was the first five seasons. Michael Thomas has one game left of his fourth season, okay, and he may with another, you know, normal game for him catch another what fourteen balls tie Jarvis Landry for the most of all time for five seasons in his fourth season. I think it's absolutely ridiculous. Uh, This Saints offense can do whatever it wants. It scored forty some odd points against the San Francisco defense. It's gone outside. This team is

going to be very tough to beat. And they got the inside track for this game's in the end, see going through the Dome just like it did last year. Look out for the New Orleans Saints right now. I may be on a sneaky Saints Chief super Bowl. I might have to look at see what those odds are for New Orleans Kansas City super Bowl. I may have to bet that, all right, Um, And the last thing that I got wrong that I gotta tell you, remember a few weeks ago, I've been saying how Jilly Dilley

probably has a note. How I've been saying I wanted to get ahead of it and said that I want the number one wild card team to win at the NFC East to four seed the NFC East Division champ in wild Card weekend. I don't know if I want that anymore, not as a futures bet, because I'm on this Philly team. And I told you about Carson Wentz, I told you about Jordan Howard. We see the revelation of Sanders. I don't care if Earth has a broken rib or not. We'll see. We'll learn more about Earth's

and his ribs this week. God are coming back, they say to Shawn Jackson, may even come back. Okay, but what if it's Seattle. Seattle may wind up be in that five seat. I'm worried about this running back position. I'm worried about the sensive line injuries. Let's say San Francisco beats them next week and Seattle is the five seed, they would travel to Philadelphia. Well, guess what a couple of weeks ago they traveled to Philadelphia and they won

nineteen to seven in a very close game. Right, But this would be a team now with the Eagles that would be getting more healthy, the Seahawks getting less healthy. And to continue what I'm saying is my narrative the entire time. Remember volume throwing. What would happen in those teams if Carson Wentz did not have to become a volume thrower, could complete seventies scent of his balls. And what if Russell Wilson, because of no run game and

no balance, does have to become a volume thrower. I don't know that I'm saying Eagles could win this or that they'll even we who knows, they may not even win the division. But I'm saying, you don't want to get ahead of yourself anymore. I'm causing I'm pausing all of that because I think the Eagles may have found something. Now, could they go ahead and defecate the mattress against the Giants on Sunday? They could? Will the Cowboys beat Washington?

I think so, even though case Keenum under center maybe better than Dwayne Haskins. Will see. But I like some of the things we're seeing with these Philadelphia Eagles. But for those of you, you know, I said, if you want to call, and by the way, guys, the number of call is eight four four eight four three six eight seven nine. Will put it in the chat room. to call just to gloat, I'm okay with that. Okay, Because fantasy football, you work hard for four months sometimes longer in dynasty leagues and key believes, and it call came to fruition like over the weekend, last Saturday, Sunday, and maybe tonight. So if you want to go right ahead, there you go. We got Ray Ramirez in there, we got untouchable j in there. But if you want to gloat, you'd only be joining your boys. I told you about these finals that I was in, and there was one that you know, I thought it was gonna be cool because I need to add speeds. I need to represent the entire stats over Beat Cipher. still be able to be efficient throwing the ball. And if you lose your balance, if you're not able to run the ball, it's gonna be a problem. All right. And so my leading thing here is I don't know if Minnesota's gonna be able to have the balance that they've enjoyed all season. Law, Dalvin Cook is the top five rusher in the NFL. Okay, I take you back to Week two when these guys played last time around. Okay, green Bay won that game. Um, green Bay won that

game sixteen. So green Bay won that game by five. Dalvin Cook went berserk in that game. In Week two, Dalvin Cook had twenty carries for a hundred and fifty four yards and a touchdown. He also cut three balls for another thirty seven yards. Dalvin Cook had a hundred and ninety one scrimmage yards in that game. Okay, Alexander Madison went four for five in that game, so the running backs had you know, over two hundred scrimmage yards. I'd say that was balance. Okay, they still lost that

game the Green Bay I'm worried. Everyone loves Mike Boone and in the chat room, you know, uh, Dexter needs fifteen points and he may get points. But the question is, remember what happens for the real team and the fantasy team of two separate things. I say it all the time with volume throwing. I say it all the time with target share the fantasy heard and I'm gonna say it was providing balance at the running back. I don't know. I don't know that Boone is gonna be able to

provide the balance. And the way you want to do it. You want to run against Green Bay. You don't want to necessarily throw. And I know that Zimmer. I heard Gabe say that he's got the best all time record against the spread, and that's all well and good. I know Minnesota is a much better team at home. I know their defense is a better defense at home. This game will be at home, unlike the first game Week two in Green Bay. I know all of that, I also know that I don't trust Kirk Cousins in prime

time spots or in big spots. I also know that I trust Aaron Rodgers to rip out the heart and soul of his division opponents. And I also think that the Minnesota Vikings may lack some of the balance in the run game that they've had in the previous weeks. I am weary that Kirk Cousins may have to become a volume thrower, and if that is the case, I don't think that is a good thing for the Minnesota Vikings. So for this game, I lean with it at four and a half points to five or whatever it is.

I lean to the points, and the Green Bay side give me Green Bay plus two points in this game. I also lean under in this game. I think both teams are going to try to establish the run. They're going to try to have that balance. They're going to try to keep Davante Adams and Adam DeLand and Stefon Diggs and the throwing attacks, and unfortunately the Crypto Tooker and the Tampa Picks six is quarterbacks from their passing

yards that they need. I think the running game is going to try to be the leading indicator, but unfortunately, I don't think it will be effective for the Minnesota Vikings, and I think Kirk Cousins will become a volume thrower. The prop bet that I saw was Kirk Cousins thirty one and half attempts. That is too low to me. I think they're going to half to the throw because the Packers, I think are going to get up to stop Mike Boone, Amira Bulah, c J Ham or whoever

it is. And then I think Cousins is gonna have to throw. I like Green Bay to win the NFC North. I like them to win this game.
