Do? Did it do? Yeo? This is the Fantasy Best Friends Forever here on the Fantasy Sports right A network alongside for Franky Stample. I am Greg, Frank. What's going on right, buddy? Already? Bunny, Greggy?

What's a hashtag? Bolts up? Baby? I talked onto the next round against beat It would be a phone one, Greggy. But Dad just texted me, by the way, and he's a good NBA rob. He's a good NBA report today and I was just like, wow, Frank was a really nice job. It was not a good NBA report today. Thank you, buddy, I appreciate it. Did making Greg look good. It's making Greg great again. Frank Stamps show, did you? Um? Did you? Did you laugh at least when you're putting

this together? Oh no, no laughing is already crying. No, no crying either. All right, just just a new size in there. I agree, I agree. I was just really really struggling today. I apologize video editing. It's a usually make usually make Frank's job pretty easy most of the time. Idea, not today today. Welcome to squad. Josh Jackson. Huh, we got Josh Jackson. That's pretty good. Maybe we should start talking some fantasy basketball waiver wire. We will at some point.

That's That's not that's not gonna be today. It's not gonna be today. There's a lot of football going on. Man. How was your weekend? How was my weekend? Actually? From a betting in DFS perspective, it was pretty good. I was very happy that the Chargers won a lot of a lot of the predictions that we made on Friday, we're pretty well I made on Friday. We're pretty accurate at least, Greg Um. Sorry to tell you that three

of the four games went under this weekend. Great you said, you know, you bet all the over and literally thanks and Frank at halftime of every game, that's what's going over for sure. This one's going over for sure. I'm

not so sure. Greg. Frank's response, to be fair, I believe, was oh yeah, oh yeah, I did not bet the over, though I did bet Ebron touchdown plus getting that out on the first time that I just kicked off and Dontrell in man over you did bet that or no, I'm mad about that because all that all week, because I told you he was questionable. It came out like Saturday like he's definitely gonna play. But I went to Jersey on Friday to place my bets on the app, and I didn't want to take a chance that the

guy didn't play. Now, you know, if I lived in Jersey on Saturday or whatever that online on Saturday, then yeah, And if I knew he was going to play, I would have better, Greig, I used him in Fandel, So you know, I didn't put my money where my where my mouth is, Greg, And there's in second places. You did. You did finish in second place. So a woman who

won wants to call in later on. So we gotta open the phone lines forty forty everybody's playoffs thoughts and so from my fandel this week, I decided that I was gonna do it with Judy because doesn't a fantasy team anymore. It's playoffs, Like we'll do it together. Um so I gave her like choice, most choices, but it's obviously mostly the team. You just let hers like join herself,

like she can make her own team. She does a vandal account, I don't think she was gonna make one, to be honestly, you're kind of putting yourself at risk letting choose. It wasn't by yourself we did together unless you had two players that you both like, Like you have tough decisions and you're letting duty make your decisions. So it wasn't like that. It was mostly just a

discussion like here, like who do you want? Like there's certain things I didn't let her do, right, like she really wanted to put in Russell Wilson, and like I really don't like this idea, Like you can decide between Andrew Luck and Lamar Jackson, like I prefer Lamar and the truth story. I prefer Lamar Jackson. She was I want Andrew Luck. I put Andrew Luck. She was right about that. She really wanted Chris Carson. She was wrong

about that. Um, she really wanted in the high score and quarterback this week, wasn't he really wants She really wanted to get in um Tyler Locket, but he couldn't fit him, so he put in Key Qt instead, which obviously worked out very very well. Um, where I went wrong was was Anthony Miller, which I was very on last week. As I said throughout the week. So like you were on your guy Emman, who was great, I is on my guy Anthony Miller, who was terrible, and

I also had a really good feel about him. Hands with zero points. That really is what called me. Now he need that he behinds Anthony Miller combination is really where I went wrong, Frank, Yeah, I did. Because you scored ninety seven points and the third place at one eight one a weight, so you were off by eleven points getting a zero out of heem Heinz. Obviously there's a good spot for him. Actually, you know, I'll let

you in a little secret here. I had nahem Hans in my lineup up until about like thirty minutes and then I ended up changing it. What I ended up doing was I put Kiki in over forget who I had I think I had, I ended up putting Here's what I did. Put Taylor Gabriel to the flex. I had he Hens and the flex. I think I had Taylor Gabriel as a wide receiver. I had some other schmuck as a wide receiver. So I put e Qt in that wide receiver. Then I put Taylor Gabriel at flex.

Got uh, I got n Heem Heines out of there. I tried to be a little bit contrarian, went with Zach Earth because I figured no one's gonna use them. I was the only person to use them in the contest, just you know, five percent out of people. So I was a lone soldier. And honestly, if I would have used Ebron over Earth's I would have. I'm close to beating the first place guy. The first place guy had Allen Robinson, and that was Yeah, that was a different it was. It was obviously a fantastic pick in my

playoff pool. I think we're like the middle of the pack. I'm actually the only gentleman who used Allen Robinson. That's why he won. Why didn't we see more of this from Allen Robinson all season long, right. I think it's game plan I really do. I think it's game plan specific, because a lot of people are very in on Street Cohen this weekend and he did nothing right. He had

one catch. And if we when we recapped the games, which if you just want to jump into it, we wait to do where I want to go beginning to end, Tarik Cohen only getting four touches is one of the most baffling things, and I don't think it is, man.

I think it's game plan specific when you when you have out, they're passing the ball down down the field yesterday, and that's why Alan Robinson at ten catches and then Miller should have much longer catch when you get into that playing a second um, Taylor Gabriel did a bunch right, Like the game plan was to push the ball down the field. Now there's dump off crap tre Burton especially, none of the dump off stuff, and that it was obviously the game plan, very very clearly. That's why this

surprised me. What to recond, That's why I'm not mad at Mattnigie for what Toreen did. I hear what you're saying. But and yes, you can attack the Eagles through the secondary. Although you know, there were some names that popped up, like some of the guys in the secondary, like the corners that they picked up halfway through the season. They played pretty well yes today like you know, and the

near interception that was a great play by the Eagles secondary. Um. But when it comes to the Eagles defense, they were very good against running backs on the ground this year, but they were like twenty three in d v O A defensive d v A A against pass catching running backs. So that's why I thought this was gonna be a good spot for Trecon. And they allowed and ten receptions to running backs this year, Greg, that was second in

the NFL. I talked about that stat on Friday. So while you can target the Eagles secondary, that is a way to defeat them. They also struggled to get his past catching running backs, which I thought was gonna be a direction that the Bears offense was gonna go in with three Cohen. To be honest, Greg, I thought Matt Maggie coach a little scared yesterday. I didn't think so. I really didn't think so, just because it wasn't like he was like at any point he was running the ball,

Dan taking like crazy shots. That's not true. They did take shots. I disagree. I really knew, but it see didn't seem to like he was coaching not to lose. No, I didn't feel that, man, I didn't. That's what their job like. People are gonna talk about. Well, you know, the Bears should have played better at home. They limited a team the sixteen point. They limited the teams sixteen points. But Nick Foles, it's two bad interceptions in the first half.

It could have been more. And I know you gotta even you gotta get Chicttle credit of the interceptions obviously, but he had bad interceptions that that was ultimately took them out of more points, at least six, probably probably ten. You know, So do you want to start with that game? You want to start at the beginning where you want How do you want to do this? You're already talking about this game? So the Bears, the Bears and the Eagles.

It was really interesting because Judy's family was at my apartment yesterday for the entire game, and we sat there and at halftime it was what three, three, six, six, one of those two and because Judy, like you should feel really good about that. Bears. I thought it was tied at that they did feel to go in net they had a feel going to go in net half. No, they didn't though, And you're walking at the box score right now, right the Eagles second quarters six zero Bears. Okay, fine,

so it's it's anyway, it's six three a half. That fine, it doesn't matter. The point was like, you should feel really good about that. If you're an Eagles fan, you were six point dogs coming into this game. You've held the Bears to six points ultimately, and I know it should have It felt like it should have been a lot more from the Eagles have had their chances. I just mentioned Nick Foles's interceptions. But the Eagles were playing really, really well, And I told everybody in that room, you

should feel really good about the Eagles here. And I thought they played a good first half. Um. I'm surprised that we did not see more job Adams. I understand that was games plans, plans specific as well with the Bears, with the Bears good rushed defense. Um, but I thought Eagles fans should feel really good at halftime. How what did you or was your take in the first half as someone who had I had a two team like

teaser parlay whatever. I had the chairs at the charges at plus eight and a half and had the Bears money line. I put those two together and got them at like minus one fifteen or something like that. As a Bears money line player, I did not feel good.

So on the opposite end of that spectrum, if you're an Eagles fan, I think you should feel good because and I agreed with this take from game on Friday, he said, either the Eagles are gonna win this game, would they ultimately did, or they're gonna get blown out. There's no in between, the in between. Believe the Eagles would have lost. Sure, the Eagles would have lost, and and it it was a closer lost the guys the field goal. It wasn't like it was a cheap playing. Okay, yes,

I understand saying no, like they played it out. Well, I'm not like taking it anything away from the Eagles. They won, and he did so strategically. They I used to aker, you don't want to kick there, you lose. So they won and they did so strategically, but they easily could have lost. So this was kind of like the in between game. That we didn't really think that would happen. I agreed with game on that second half more the same, to be honest with the teams couldn't

run the football. Now, if you just look, both teams were one dimensional in terms of offense. The Bears in this game eighteen rushes for sixty five yards, both over forty times. In this one. Um darren Sproles led the Eagles and rushing thirteen carriages twenty one yards one point six yards per carry, and Jordan Howard only had ten yards ten carries in this one three and a a half yards and carry. They didn't be really try to establish a run at all. No, they didn't. But if if

you weren't going to even try and run. But I just don't understand. I thought we should have saw more screen passes to Tarik Cohen or quick slants or something get him out in space, because that's stuff that we've seen all year long, and you know his game breaking ability, we saw it on the final kickoff of the game when he actually gave there is an opportunity. I just thought it, And you know, Matt Naggi has done a

great jobs here. I don't want to take anything away from him, But in this game, I just thought he should have done more to get to Riek Cohen involved in this game. You tell me that Matt Mitchell Trobisky throws for three hundred yards, a touchdown and no interceptions, the Bear should have won handily. No, he got he got based on that stat line that I mean, neither team could run the ball. He's gotten killed that Mitchell Robinsky to that, I don't really understand why three for

three d yards and touchdown. Like you said, I didn't feel like it was a bad Robinsky and it wasn't a bad Trabinsky game, but it was a Tribinsky game, right, because like if you do what we're doing right now, right, you just look at the box score where I told you, right, he throws three hundred yards, he throws for a touch on no interception. You think, all right, the Bear should have won easily. But this is the Trabinsky that we've pretty much seen all year long. Like there's very high highs,

there's very low lows. He's inconsistent, he can make all the passes. You saw it on the final throw to Allen Robinson. That was a phenomenal throw. Probably the best story that Mitchell Trobisky has made in his career. That was a great throw, but the other throws were like he's throwing off his back foot. He looks flustered. And you heard the stat from collins Worth throughout the game too, is once he gets out of his first progression, his

numbers go way down the tube. So he's not a guy that can like really stand in the pocket and look through one to three progressions. You see that with a lot of young quarterbacks, but he's really a I'm gonna look at my first progression, my first read if he's If he's not there, I'm gonna go to my second one. If that's covered, I'm taking off and I'm running.

That's pretty much Strobisky's game at this point. The next step for Trabisky and Matt Naggie is finding a way for him to go through his reads, make him feel comfortable in the pocket and have confidence in himself, because as of right now, I don't think he has that confidence. No, I don't think so. Also, it'll be a big offseason for Michal Robinsky. Let's get in the second half here, now, Frankie, where the big play. It turned out to not matter

obviously the Eagles one. It was a big play is long pass up the middle to Anthony Miller, which naked eye seems like an incomplete passion, the big deal, but then you look closer, it is probably caught wrestled out by an Eagles player. Referees blue whistle in complete and nobody picks up the ball. That was a chance for the Eagles to get the ball back. It was a clear fumble or really Chicago to hold on the ball and have a longer uh and be down the field.

There was the instant replay. It was one of the first times I've ever seen this where they cannot change the call on the field because what would have happened was it was a reception fumble and picked up by the referee, so they couldn't change the play. Very strange call, very wrong call. I don't know that I agree that it's the wrong call. Was watching that play live, what

I thought was that was a great defensive play. Even watching the replay, I'm thinking to myself, there's no way you reverse this call because it was a great defensive play and if if anything, and I know, like the defender didn't have possession of the ball, but I would have like there was like simultaneous possession, like his hand was on the ball as much as like the receiver's hand was on the ball, and then at the last

second he ripped it out. So while Eddie Miller technically had the ball and took three steps, the defender's hand was still on the ball the entire time. So I know that they're watching the replaying there saying technically he caught the ball. I don't know that he called the ball because like the defender's hand is inside, it's in there the entire time. I saw this tweet from Mike

pereira Um while it's going on eighteen hours ago. If the replay was correct in staying with incomplete pass in order to go from incomplete to catch and fumble is if there is a clear recovery by either team, or if the ball goes out of bounds, and then everyone on Twitter is like killing them, Like I see, like former athletes, we were always taught to pick up the ball the like on the field the play was ruled incomplete, instantly thinking like offensive and defensive players are not picking

up the ball after a play is ruled incomplete, So I'm not gonna kill even the Eagles or the Bears for not trying to pick that ball up. To me, I know when you watch it you slow it down, it looks like you caught the ball three you know, took three steps and it was a completed pass and fumble. In my opinion, I thought the correct call was an incomplete pass. At the time, I thought, so it was a great difference. They saw the replay, Um, I felt less.

So to be totally honest with you, it was a great had nothing to do with you having Anthony Miller and you'll line up, No, no, and would have made a different would have been a difference, But no, I thought it because it was a complete pass and if fumble, So you know, it didn't have anything to do with Anthony Miller, being that it was Anthony Miller. Um again, Nick Foles brings the team all the way back down the field. Ultimately legend of b d M and listen.

The first two players were runs to make sure Chicago use their time outs. I liked the first one. I didn't love the second one. Um third down, but Alston Jeffrey should have caught fourth down. Gold Golden Tate, Let's catch it, Trito when you mentioned it was all the way down the field. Uh, that's the throw of Mitchell Jerbius's career. You seid up Cody Parky for the forty three field goal. He did what he did all year

blank whatever you want to call it. You can't make this like this is something that five times right in like a TV show or a movement effect that he's been He's been doin king field goals all season long. He does it twice on the same field goal to win the game, and now everyone's playing today. You gotta feel for the guy. I feel for Bears fans. Got sucks. Sucks, absolutely sucks all right, one game down, three ago, your calls coming as well, three six, seven nine, you'll be

This Colts team is the kind of team that's coming in hot, with an ascending defense, with an elite quarterback that's getting better figuring it out. And the Bears and the Eaggles not necessarily just for this game, but we were talking about a tweet during the break that I thought was super interesting, and you know, I

raised a question to you. It's kind of a ludicrous question, but her Evan Silva, if you give the Eagles quarterback Nick Foles a pass for his one year with Jeff Fisher. Over the past five seasons with playoffs included, Folds has a sixty five touchdown to twenty one interception ratio and his twenty five and seven over that span. So I brought this up to Greg saying, if you're an Eagles fan, why don't you keep Nick Foles and trade Carson Wentz?

Although you could get like the world back for Carson Wentz. I mean that would be the only reason for doing. You know, still like a top three He's very young. It's been great when he's on the field. But it's like at one point you can't really argue what Nick Foles has done. You no who happens? Well, so what happens this weekend? Would anybody surprises he goes in New Orleans wins? Probably not crazy and just early. Um, the early spreads for these games it complete opposite from like

last week. Everything was like super close spreads. I think, um, the biggest one obviously was the Bears. They were laying I think it got I think it clods it like six and a half. Every spread is between four and a half and eight points as of right now for next weekend, so bigger spreads. The Cowboys are getting seven and a half in l a. Um right now the Things are laying eight at home against the Eagles, so

lots of big spreads. Um, I'm probably just gonna go back to like, I'm gonna make those spreads even bigger and probably just go yeah, that makes sense all or anything else. On the Bears and the Eagles, my friend, No, I think we're good there. Oh you know you gotta talk about next Greggy Charger. You want to go that, well, we'll go back on. It's fine. The Chargers and the Ravens. It was a Sunday after new a Fair. The Chargers led all game long. It was all about Mike Badgeley

found a kicker. It was one of several kickers they had this year. They went to Badgeley when their kicker got hurt. Who was the kicker? Do you remember who? Wasn't the time I remember anymore earlier on the season, I don't remember. I remember they had Badgley when somebody got hurt, and then they brought him back when their kicker came back and was terrible. Alright, well regardless, it doesn't matter, but yes, you're oh they were. It was

Caleb Sturgeon. Oh yes, it's Caleb Sturges. Yes, so Badgic comes back because one kick blocked yesterday but was really really good, and the charges were up all game long. They were blowing out the Ravens in the fourth quarter of the Ravens had minus two passing yards on the day. Lamar Jackson does lead them down the field for a couple of touchdowns. Uh late made it a game. Melvin Ingram comes through with the big fumble recovery on a sack and the Chargers get out of Baltimore with the victory.

Your Chargers, Frankie, Uh they let all game on. It wasn't pretty by any means. Yeah, they dominated this game from start to finish, forcing three turn turnovers and interception, two fumbles, loss, a sacked Lamar Jackson seven times. Melvin Ingram, Joey Bosa did what they were supposed to do in this game. But from a DFS and a betting perspective, I mean pretty much how we thought this game was gonna go, Greg happened like there was no big like

standout fantasy performance. Yes, Michael Crabtree had two touchdowns, those were his only two catches of the day, so you know, couldn't have really predicted that. Keenan Allen didn't do much in this game either, four for thirty seven, Mike Williams leading receiver forty two yards, I couldn't really run the football and Melvin Gordon scored a touchdown. Philip Rivers only a hundred and sixty yards five yards per TIMEPT. So the Ravens defense, for the most part, did what they

were supposed to do. The problem was they were giving a lot of short fields because of the turnovers with Lamar Jackson. Um, you know, with the sacks and the and the fumbles and uh in the interception and then

Lamar Jackson was actually brutal passing the ball. But we knew that coming in and exectually what we said on Friday, Greg is this is the only defense that will have seen Lamar Jackson twice this season, and it's easier to game plan for when you see the game plan, which was crazy is they had seven dbs on the field for like of the snaps. It was something that they had only done this season five percent of the snaps

the entire season. So and you know that that's seventeen weeks they've only done this five percent of the time. And you know that in those situations is probably we're talking hail marriage, We're talking BIGU. When you have a bunch of dvs in the back back there right like there.

Lineup was literally just the three guys along the line, one linebacker and sevent That was the entire You needed speed on the field in case Lamar Jackson got out, and you've seen it all the guys like Derwin James chasing him down on the sideline and forcing him out of bounds. There was I remember there was one specific play where it forced a punt. It was like a fourth and one, whereas if Derwin James is not on the field there, if you have like an outside linebacker there,

he's not catching him. R Jackson. Jackson is probably running down the sideline for thirty yards. There was one play where Derwin James, and they showed it you in the broadcast where dirty where Lamar Jackson rolled left, Derwin James rolled left, they roll right, He rolled right, and it was literally just following all over the field, just literally doing nothing else but staring at Lamar Jackson. And it worked. Hell of a job by Gus Bradley. Hell of a

job by Gus Bradley. And this shows you in this game specifically, that there's no one way to win in the NFL in terms of coaching, right because everyone's trying to find the next Sean McVeigh. Me personally, as a Jet fan, I'm very I'm very intrigued right now by all the head coaching candidates, right, who's the best head coaching candidate. You gotta get the next Sean McVeigh. Let's get Cliff Kingsbury in here. Let's get a young offensive mind. There are multiple ways to win in the NFL. Look

at the coaching of the Chargers right now. You have Anthony Lynn, who came over from the Buffalo Bills. Correct, He's pretty much the leader of men, right, This is what we talked about. He's like the leader of men. He's very invested in the game, he's paying attention. He has a guy who runs the offense, and Ken wizzen Hunt. He has a guy who runs the defense, and Gus Bradley hands off for Anthony Lynn. I mean, maybe, you know, he'll have like his opinions and he'll offer his opinions

to his coordinators. But there are multiple ways to do things in the NFL. I just think it's really really interesting that, like, you know, everyone's trying to find the next Sean McVeigh, the next Matt Naggie, the next offensive mind, and rightfully, So like, yes, you do want a great offensive mind, but you're great offensive mind can be a coordinator, so they are more you know, there are different ways. It's not like everything is sliced one way. There are

different ways to do everything in the NFL. And it's early, but I think the Chargers go into New England and they and they pull out the upside. Greg. I think both ANFC teams have a very good shot to go into their respective games and pull off a victory. I think will be really really fun weekend with Baltimore. A lot of questions your main right, I know Joe Flacker won't be back, but it is Lamar Jackson in the future. And and how do you feel about the fans booing

Lamar Jackson? Right, because this is your first round pick. They're booing Lamar Jackson pretty much the like the start of the second half, right goes three and out And I tweeted yesterday after he went three and out on the first drive in the second half and like Joe Flacco was coming in that turned out not to be true. Well, and you said that probably the driving after that and then drying after that. I didn't, I just quoted it.

Was like he I lied, But I think I think it was the right decision to not go to Joe Flacco because if you look at what Joe Flacco has been, he's a statue in the pocket, he can't move around, and Lamar Jackson still got sacked seven times. How does Joe Flacco give you a better chance to win if the offensive line isn't blocking anybody, like at least Lamar Jackson can move around. You saw it on that crazy play that he threw to Kenneth Dixon right like floated

it right over. I believe it was Derwin James at the time. Joe Flacco was not making that time because he's getting sacked ten times before that play even happens. So I agree with the decision not to go to Joe Flacco because then again, like if you go to Joe Flacco and you end up winning, like what happens next week, you have this whole entire like QB controversy. He Lamar Jackson used the first round pick on the guy you went six and one or five, whatever you

did with him as the starting quarterback. He got you to this point. I like their decision to write it out. I didn't like the fact that the Ravens fans were booting. I think I would have man to be honest with you, like you're sitting there and like you said, you tweeted, here was Joe Flacco. Didn't happen. If you're trying to win one game, and I understand your point that you this is your first round pick, this is your future at quarterback. You're gonna win with him and you're gonna

lose him. You can't turn back. Now. I get that. I do, I really really do. But you're trying to win one game. Did Lamar Jackson the second half of that game give you the best chance to win? Now, he did come back with two touchdown drives, They had a shot to win it. I I get that, as

it turned out. But at that time when you make the decision where you made your tweet, and everybody on Twitter and everybody the announcers Tony Romo specifically are talking, but Joe Flacco, at that very moment, Lamar Jackson give you the best chance to win? I don't know that he did. What is Joe Flacco gonna do that? Lamar Jackson didn't because you saw what he did and find you it's like a catch twenty two because at that point, the defense is playing back there, letting a bunch of

underneath stuff happen. So you know, the Ravens came back and it looks better than it actually was. Okay, but with the way the offensive line was playing greg, how does Joe Flacco give them a better shop? In Lamar jack you would think that he just pushes the ball down the field war theoretically, Now, I understand what we saw from Lamar Jackson was him scattering around Flac. It was four and five on this team and Lar Jackions took over and went. You know, he only lost one

game the rest of the year totally. I get hold of that. He did have a favorable schedule, but you know they nearly beat the Kansas City Chiefs. You're right about all of that, But here's none of that matter there because even if you win, then it's like you have all these questions to answer this week, like who do you start, Joe Flacco or Lamar Jackson, and you you pulled your young rookie quarterback, and it's like, here's the future of the organization and there's something I get

to answer. I get it all. I get that all, I really really do, But I don't know that it matters. You're trying to win that game. You figure the rest of that trap that later. It's not like a regular Stevens players came out after the game in support of la Mark. Yes they did, Yes, they did. So they stand by that decision. Eric Wedell, Jimmy Smith absolutely And also if John Horriball rings in Joe Flacco and they lose that game, he's fired. I don't think so, because

everyone's with their own eyes. He leted one pass for a half one. Well, there is there no credit to the Chargers defense of asking you what Flacco do in that situation that makes them better. He was getting crushed. There was pressure in his face every single play. Greg And I'm not just solely defending him because he was terrible. He was definitely terrible, and he needs to get better

as a passer. Like as of right now, he looks like a wildcat running back running a college style offense where they're just going to try and ground and pound. And a lot of people said last week this is not sustainable at the NFL level, especially when a team sees you for the second time. That's exactly what the Chargers did. He's got to make improvements, definitely in the office, like he's got to pass better than this. There's no doubt about that. I'm not making excuses for Lamar Jackson.

I just don't think Joe fly who gave them a better chance. We'll see what we can do or what the Ravens will do next year. They start the season as we expect them to do with John Harball as the head coach and Lamar Jackson as the quarterback. Saturday night you have the Dallas Cowboys take on the Seattle Seahawks. Everybody like Seattle in this game. Every pick I saw was all on Seattle. They spread state of two and

a half four Dallas. And listen what we said on Friday, Frank I really thought, betting perspective, this is a real bad let's talking about a second um. What we said on Friday held true, spot on. These two teams were exactly the same, but Dallas did it better. And that's exactly what happened this offense was the two offenses were exactly the same, and Zekiel Elliott and the Dallas Cowboys were better and their defense was a little bit better, and that was it. And both of these teams, no

matter who is who is trailing. You know, you talked me out of the Zeke over and I need two and a half. By the way, I'm sorry, a lot of yards. It is a lot of yards. The forty yard is all that forty yard runs. And someone someone tweeted me off. I feel so bad. Sorry, if you're listening, I'm sorry. I apologize. Someone tweeted me and said, what player propped you like Saturday in the nikeing the game, Carson over sixty instead of the z sucks. You talked me down from the ledge a little bit. I would

have told him. I would have Mike prop also would have been wrong and obviously said gold Beazley over fifty did not happen. Um, But whoever was trailing at the time or go or throughout the game, they were going to get killed on Monday. And why because they're stubborn. The OFVITGE coordinators in Scott let A Hand and Brian Schottenheimer are stubborn. For Dallas worked out fine, right, A

lot of Ezekiel. Elliott Zekiel was fantastic, Um, Dak Prescott was really really good, great, But Seattle, Brian Schottenheimer and you know this is a Jets fan, Frank, he is as stubborn as any coach in the NFL. And two a stupid, stupid, stupid degree, because when something does not work, you have to change into something that is working. Russell Wilson passing the ball down the field, specifically to Tyler

Lockett worked all game. Letting Russell Wilson create has worked all season, and over the last six years of Russell Wilson's career it has always worked. I know what your DNA is this year, run the football and avoid mistakes. I get it. But through the first thirty minutes of the game, that didn't work. And it wasn't just gonna all of a sudden work after halftime when you didn't change a damn thing, it didn't work. The only thing that worked on that final drive and over and over

again was Russell Wilson creating, and he created. But the problem was you only gave him one down to create. Run the ball, get into two yards, run the ball gaining yard. It was third and six, third and seven, third and eight every single time, which made Russell wilson Seahawks offense job impossible. And even still they had a chance to win the game without their kicker, which I'm gonna tell a story about a hilarious story in just a moment. But Frank, a horrible job by Bryan Schottenheimer,

absolutely atrocious. We're gonna sit here and kill Brian Schottenheimer. Then we're also gonna sit here and kill Pete Carroll because this is what Pete Carroll wants him to be. We know that, Greg and we've heard, We've heard the King Scott ang will talk about it for how many years? They want to get back to running the football like they did in their glory years. Marshall Lynz turned and hand the ball into the stomach of Marshall Lynch, you know,

twenty five times per game. This is what they want to be. At their core, the Seahawks want to be a running, defensive team. They'll have to make plays when they need to. The problem is, you have a quarterback in Russell Wilson, who is better than a quarterback that just needs to make plays when you needed to. You know what? You know, no, you know who? That is exactly exactly to the Tea's gonna bring everything back to

the Jets, Mark Sanchez. That's exactly what they did when they made it to back to back a f C Championship games. What they did was they played defense, definitely ran the football. When Mark Sanchez needed to make a single play, he made a play, or when he didn't, that's when they didn't advance in the in the a f C Championship. But with Russell Wilson, and I told you that the path to the Seahawks advancing was if this turned into a shootout with whatsoever and it became

a quarterback versus quarterback, it's obviously advantage Russell Wilson. So you knowing that, why don't you come out in the second half run if you play action plays, catch the Seahawks off catch the Cowboys defense off guard, and throw the ball down the field. Kyla Walckett had four catches for a hundred and twenty yards. That's thirty yards of catch, thirty yards of catch. You had a fifty three yards reception in this game. Russell Wilson, arguably the best deep

ball thrower in the NFL. Just keep running. You're running the football twenty four times for seventy three yards. Three yards. To give the credit to Dallas, the game plan right now that Seattle didn't but Dallas was able to open that game up earlier. For Russell Wilson, absolutely absolutely, it made no sense. My favorite part of the game, of course, I was going in a halftime Seattle's driving most kickers, warming up that leg right, kicking it into the net,

getting good for you. You know what, basses. He was standing there laughing. You stand on the sideline, Hay that his hip laughing comes ever and you should have been stretching, you know, comes every fyth year you to feel what immediately hurts himself. I was hysterical, why because he sea bass idiot? But it helped better talk about that week a man. The promo code is f n T S y so Sea Bass Missing the entire second half of the game changed a lot because the Seahawks needed to go for it on every fourth down. They needed to do two point conversion every time they scored, and because of that, there's a big time catch on the left sideline bug baltin relief who was big time toe tap there, big time two point conversion, and the next touchdown another monstrous

two point conversion. With the Seahawks being two and a half point dogs everywhere, the two point conversion allowed them to lose by two. Everyone at the seas walked away victorious. Yeah, and that was a killer too. I know my dad does a confidence pool where he has to choose all the games, and you know, you have to lay down. I think you have like one to like twelve points throughout the players, twelve or fifteen whatever however many points

you are. And you know I told you he asked me what picks out Like I said, I like the Cowboys and I think they win the game. And obviously if they win the game, I think they cover the spread. But each that is ah, that's yeah, that's a really tough way. I I had the I had the two team teaser with the Colts at plus seven and a half, and then I had the Seahawks at plus seven half together, so I was worried I would score touchdown. So I see that big playdown fields like tile locket or whatever,

I'm like freaking out. Yeah, yeah, you're gonna score. I mean, at least give me something, anything, touchdown, field goal. At this point we know they're they're probably not gonna kick a field goal. Definitely working. And it was on fourth down what they do. It's like J D mckissic, Oh my gosh, sound well I thought touched I was the first down play? Actually was it? Or I think they think they converted fourth, But I believe because if you you get stopped there, they're not even covering the plus

seven a half. I am with you, man, I'm with you. Um So Seattle walks away losers but winners for so many betters out there. I was watching the game in my buddy's place, and so my friend and I just put that pool together rooting for Dallas, who wanted Zekiel Elliott to move on. We didn't take Chris Carson. Judy was unning Russell Wilson Jersey, so she was written for Russell Wilson and Seahawks and the other buddy she thinks he's hot. Russell Wilson doesn't look like you can. Can

we have Judy Collin? She loves him, She admittedly loves him, and we'll always root for him. You do both kind of have like the like curly hair thing going on. Maybe that's kind of tan, right, kind of tan dangah. So then, um so my other friends rooting for Seattle. So when Seattle hit the two white good version, he's like, yeah, like, what what happened? Well, my bet because I was you bet on plus two and a half and she was like,

I don't understand you're rooting the Seahawks to win. She goes, I don't care about the Seahawks, like care about plus two and a half, And he got it, and Judy was jud So Amura told you you watching football and you get upset by the end of Sunday, by Sunday night, by Monday night, when your team just sucks, you don't want to watch football anymore. On the Uber home, she was just like, I hate this, hate this like, you get it now, you feel it, you feel it. It sucks.

And unfortunately, my buddy was like, you're playing with fire, you know that. What do you mean? He goes, You're gonna root really Cowboys because you want to see you early in your pool, right, Yeah, he goes, Okay, you're rooting for the Eagles because you have no Bears. Yeah, he goes, you want the Cowboys and the Eagles, both people like shot to go to the NFC Championship Game. Do you realize what kind of fire you're playing with

right now? If one of them get upset in the NFC Championship Game, either the Cowboys or the Eagles, and you're a Giants fan, I'm like, you are right, I am playing with fire. I'm rooting for both of those teams tomorrow and I did and it worked. Now I want them both to lose very badly. Fire. I'll just say this, Greg, I will have a small number of bets on the Cowboys money and the Colts monting line. He said as well, Yeah, Colts money line for sure.

I mean that's to give it plus five. You know, I said the Chargers were the most complete team in the a f C on Friday. I think the second most complete team the Indian Apples Colts, And how can you argue with it? Right now? The way that the defense is playing, and then you have a quarterback and Andrew Luck. And when the offensive line is completely healthy, we just saw it with Ryan Kelly and uh and and Marlon Mack. When that offensive line is healthy, they

can run against anybody. The Texans going into that game, we're allowing three point one yards per carry to opposing running backs. That was best in football this year. I remember I was talking someone downstairs about this on Friday. In terms of rush defense dv away, the Texans run defensive dv away was like top five all time in NFL history this year. What happened didn't matter Marlon mag In the Indian Apples Colts. When that offensive line is

completely healthy, they can run against anybody. They did it against the Cowboys about a month ago. Now this time, they did it against the Houston Texans, who were one of the best run defenses this year as well. That offensive line's health, they could run against anybody. I'll throw this question at you because I tweeted about it. Why in the world would the Colts want anything to do with Levan Bell. You're not gonna be in on him. They're gonna have the most caps based to play with

this off season, which is just crazy to imagine. They're gonna have like a hundred and twenty million dollars in cap space. Indianapolis Colts. Apparently it's been rumored Levon Bell would like to play for the Colts. Why would they

want him? They just used draft picks on Marlon mack on Niheam Hines And I know, you know, some people at home listening watching might say, well, it's LeVar Bell, you know, But why do you take on that kind of distraction when you're getting this type of performance out of And I'm not gonna say anybody like Marlon mack is. He's proven to be a solid running back this year. But behind that offensive line, I think a lot of

people can run well behind that offensive line. The line finally improves the spot where you needed it, and listen. Embarrassing performance for Bill O'Brien's Texans from the beginning to the end. They got embarrassed on their home field. That's the second time in a round they lost the Colts on their home field with a lot of the line an embarrassing performance by the Texans. As I said during the game yesterday, Bill O'Brien should be fired. He is

not a good head coach. You have everything you need. You were the third see you were home against the division arrival. You have played twice this year and you lost twice on your home field, and the only time you won away from your home field was because Frank Wright went for it and overtime you could have lost, and maybe he should have lost all three times. That's embarrassing, embarrassing. You got outcoached, out man handled. It's a joke. That

game was never close. It was never interesting. Pathetic, Frank pathetic interesting for me, It wasn't interesting for you. It was easy for you. Ernst Erst on the first drive we had run in our pool, seven and a half teasers. Great. I love this. It was great. It's great, perfect. And this is why Matt eber Flews, the defensive coordinator of the indianapole Is Cults, is getting head coaching interviews. So look at what you limit one of the you know,

the better offensive teams all season long. Seven points. And you know, I think you gotta you gotta give some criticism to Deshaun Watson in this game too, because twenty ninety nine did not play well. Four point eight yards per attempt, a lot of digging and duncan I know DeAndre Hopkins was not acent throughout this game. He left and came back in Kiki was awesome. And this was also something that I tweeted on UM after this game, is the Texans receivers could have like a Los Angeles

Rams type effect. Obviously, DeAndre Hopkins is way better than anyone the Rams have, but in terms of like having three fantasy viable wide receivers, three let's say top thirty wide receivers for fantasy, the Texans can do it. Removing Fuller is healthy, you have Hopkins and Fuller on the outside. You have Peky Qt in the slot. If these guys could stay healthy, they have an awesome trio of wide receivers. But DeShawn Watson played terribly in that game. He was

seeing easy throws. How about the touchdown towarded to DeAndre Hopkins, He just short armed it, threw it into the ground. Horrible, so horrible. You know you give you give a lot of criticism to Bill O'Brien, but I think you also give some criticism to Shawn Watson for this. The other than I was going to say about this Matt Uberfluce was this. Do you know who hired at Eberfluce Josh

Ry Daniels. Josh McDaniels made it clear wherever he was going he wanted Matt Everfluce to be his defensive coordinator. Leading came from Dallas, I want to say, and he wanted to Refluce his defensive coordinator. So what the coldst was just turning out defensive stalwarts everywhere? Sure, so even flu So they wanted to hire even Fluce and they had him sign a contract before Josh McDaniels obviously signed his contract. So his coach is coach for the Cowboys,

soasically so and he's essentially replaced by Christopher Shard. Interestingly enough, now, they wanted Evenfluce his contract in place for when Josh McDaniels officially signed his, so they would have a head start when Josh Madaniels didn't take the job the Colts, and we remember giving him credit at the time, they honored Evenfluce his contract and said, listen, you want to stay here, you have a contract. We will not reneg on your contract because McDaniels reneged on us, stayed there,

and now he's a head coaching candidate. It's just super interesting that in like a different head coach comes in and wasn't And I guess that's the credit to Frank Wright to for him coming in and kind of realizing the job that ever flu is done with the Cowboys. And that makes sense because Frank Wright came from the Eagles, so he obviously saw the Cowboys defense a lot and

and knew that that they were doing things correctly. So, I mean, you don't see that every day because normally, if if a head coaching candidate comes in and brings one of his coordinators, the next head coach isn't gonna come in and be like, yeah, I want to keep that guy. It was obviously a strange situation because we don't normally have a head coach take a job and then back out and then another head coach come in. You do, you wouldn't normally expect some of that fun

weekend of games. Next week, Colts visit Kansas City. Obviously in the early window that's where the Kansas City Chiefs and Houston Texas always aren't That's the early window for you. The late window you have Dallas and the Rams should be a good one. Then on Sunday early you get the a f C matchup once against the Chargers taken on New England. In New England as of right now, expecting five inches of snow in that game. A lot

of snows that we're getting snow here as well. I haven't seen snow yet, but we are about to hit like a very cold front. Graz um. And then Sunday, the last game is the Eagles visiting the Rams. Already beat him in l A once, can they do it again? With that, we gonna start taking your calls eight four four eight four three six seven eight four four eight four three six seven nine. And we begin our telephone calls today with Andre in l A. What's up, Andre?

What's a guy doing? Cool? Cool? I just want to thank you guys for that very competitive contest you got going over there. You know, I played every week, they playing every week and close Holster and finally got that number one spot. Man. I just want to take you guys for that. There you go, man, Congratulations buddy, Yeah, Andre taking home the number one prize in the BFF Fan duel contest. Uh. He squeaked me out. It was the last drive he had Trobisky and Allen Robinson. I

remember I was in first place. Mitte Trosky hits Allen Robinson on that big gainer down the sideline. There you go. Andre takes it home. Oh cool, cool, Yeah, Tropisky and Robinson and gay Room they want pretty much wanting it for me. Man, that was awesome for you at the end, that was awesome. He went with the bat through. Yeah. Man, So I just want to thank you guys for running that over there. Man, I'm cool. I'll keep playing, keep it going. We're having next weekend. For sure, one was

having more games. I think we'll still be able to do it into the challenge the Conference championship games, because as as you have two games, I don't know if we could do it with one for the super Bowl unless we can set up like some kind of showdown contest where like we'll figure to choose your MVP. But prop game conte. At least the Conference Championship people have this going. So again, you're already in the contest, so you just got to make sure to set your line

up for next week. Um, and if anyone else has what happens. We appreciate it. Screening the question is actually very embarrassing. My screen name is x blaze x ninety one. I created my FANDU account like ten years ago. Um yes, that was also like my A O L screen name, So very embarrassing. I'm happy you asked, but yes, I finished the second place with x blaze x nine one. Mine was just Jesus Levin. Yeah, I said, well, y'all know me. Can you catch up? So we will try

to catch you. Try our best this weekend. We appreciate you playing, Andre and everyone in that played this weekend. All right, Frankie, we are into divisional weekend. When your what's your early

fuel in these games? My early feel in these games, I've touched on it a little bit already. I'm gonna have some on the Chargers money line, Colds money line for sure. Um, just the Cold to me, I think are the second most complete team in the a f C, behind the Chargers, just because of the way the defense is playing. The offensive line. Um, you know, they can instill their run game on anybody right now. I don't try.

As much as I like Patrick Mahomes and as as fun as the Chiefs offense are, like, I don't want to take anything away from them, but I just don't know if I trust the defense, It's it's gonna be loud, it's gonna be raucus in Arrowhead. But I'm gonna have some money on the chief on the on the Colts money line for sure. Um. And I'll probably just do a bunch of like teasers again, Like I'll tease the Colts up. I'll tease the Cowboys up. I don't see the Cowboys getting blown out. You know, one way, how

do you keep Sean mcveigy McVeigh off the field. You're run the football with Ezekiel Elliott, and the Rams actually gave up a high yards per carry this this season to opposing running backs. The reason why opposing teams couldn't really established a run game that much against the Rams is before you knew it, you were down fourteen, zip, you were down twenty, you're down seven, and then you have to throw the ball to get back in the game.

But I do think that the Rams defense is susceptible to running backs in terms of yards per carry and having efficiency. So I do I can see Ezekiel Elliott having another big game or the Cowboys. I think the cow Boys cover that number easy. I know that the Rams are close. Uh the Chargers game with like weather in the mix and snow, you know, it changes things up a little bit. But I'm not going to back down from where I've been with the Chargers. I do

think that they can win this game. And I know you're you're gonna see a lot of numbers this week in terms of the Patriots success in the divisional round, well straight up and against the spread. Now, Greg, I'll throw this at you, get your opinion. A lot of the winds that the Patriots have have had over the years in the divisional round have come against like young quarterbacks, teams that like sneak by. I just think that this is like a different beast here. The way that the

Chargers defense is playing right now. And you know what's the one way to beat Tom Brady, you know best, Greg, you gotta get pass rush up in his face. And the Chargers are gonna be a team that's gonna be able to do that with Melvin Ingram and Joey Bosa. So you're gonna see a lot of numbers that say that, like this is a favorable you know, the divisional round is a favorable spot for the Patriots at home, But facing facing Philip Rivers and the Chargers, I think it's

a different beast. Greg, alrighty, there you go, the evasing Philip Rivers. It is a bit different beast because Philip Rivers and the Charges are not afraid to go into England. That's the thing. They're not afraid to be like if I could pull this up real quickly like the past rounds, Like they don't normally see a quarterback in a defense

like Rivers and the Chargers in the divisional round. They normally see like young teams are like you know, teams that squeak by like the wild card right, Like, they don't see teams like this normally in the divisional round. But if anyone's gonna get them ready, it's gonna be Bill Beltchick. Yeah, that's that's obviously true. The snow will be a very very interesting, uh interesting little nugget for

this weekend. We'll see what that could change and lend itself to a guy like James White, hopefully a guy like Keenan Allen. That would be idea. You have them in the playoffs. We have them in the playoffs, we have perfect playoff line up. Hopefully it will bring us home that cash. Franzy's up next, Corey Parson, Jim Day, Chris vent shall look forward to that for Frank E. Stample. One name is Drexels. Thank you so much for watching

and listening to Fantasy best Friends forever. We're gonna do it all again tomorrow, we hope
