Standall ladies and gentlemen, your pffs, wait that we will get you inside Studio thirty four. This easy the BFFs His Frank Staffle. I am Greg saucepan e Wise on a plane home from Bakersfield, California.

What's happening, Frankie, Greggy? Very eventful Monday night football game last night, which I'm not sure how much you actually watched of or how much anybody actually watched it, because dude, I watched none of it. There wasn't really much going on in that game outside of a ton of running back production for the San Francisco forty Niners. It was a complete beat down, but our Yankees got the Bruins baby sweep. There there was a lot going on last night,

just from a sports perspective. You had Zion's debut, NBA preseason basketball, MLB playoffs actually a terrible football game. There's a lot going on last night. I'd just sleep not long enough. I went to bed late last night. I stayed up to watch the Yankees, and I I was I just wasn't gonna go to bad. I mean, it's like, it's the playoffs, and this is when you stay off obviously for these games. And not that I kill announcers often because it's like that's not worth it. John Smalls

was like brutal last night. Man, Like even like Alan Han was tweeting about it, and he was just like, I don't get what this like, people like um Neil Keith and and Costos tweet about like, oh announced just being a homer. But like John Smoltz got so annoyed anytime the Egkees like did anything, oh man, things going the Eggies away again, Like wow, what are you talking about? The old objective broadcasting it was. It was weird. It was like this interesting. I did not like the announcer

at all last night. I did like the outcome, though you knew Chapman and making interesting in the ninth because he is what he does. Becauabra Torres has lost into a star obviously before our eyes. And it's awesome. Man. Yeah, he's move on. Hopefully Tampa Bay will get a win tonight. Let's go raise so if nothing else, Garrett Cole will have to pitch on Thur's night. It should be awesome.

What does this? What does the series start Saturday? By Saturday, which means Verlander would probably still be good to go because he's pitching tonight, so three days will be three days rast on Saturday. Yeah, I'd probably go grinky. They probably go Grinky in Game one, Verlander in Game two. That's probably fine. Greggy didn't look great against Tampa Bay race. He's obviously have everybody lined up to go in as as they want. Who knows what could happen. Carl Stone

stinks by the way, He's been so bad. He's bad played, he's bad in the field. What is his US? Put Cameron Mayban out there? He hit a run that had uh the average I mean do more. He makes more happy average balls like one eight, and he he can steal basic at least he can play the field adequately enough. Labor Man with the with the glove, DJ with the glove last night, I judge with the glove last night. Defense was phenomenal this year series long, everybot push the

right buttons, which is kind of crazy. I feel like we have to stop talking about baseball. I don't have to do anything we want. We do whatever we want. Um. I thought like, though, it was nuts that he took out of you after one batter. I thought out of you knows that I like murder him. That's not the first time he's done that this series. No, it's not. It was equally crazy the first time too. Is he taking a page out of Joe Girardi's book? Huh, Finder,

here's a problem. And any of the other relievers got bombed. He was screwed. He didn't know when he left. And cecilies are good lions left love those guys that less off to the next series then Eric, Yeah, he's going because of that. I really didn't watch anyone that night football, and I got a text at mab Brito on that

bread is eighty three yard run. So and then I turned to it, so, I mean his first runt of the games, and I saw Baker maybe'll get sacked a couple of times and were back the Yankees and the board Niners of a million points. He's like, all right, don't watch this. Yeah, the Browns are a complete disaster right now. Outside of Nick Chubb, who still managed to run for over five yards per carry against a very good San Francisco forty Niners defense, Baker Mayfield, under pressure

all night long, was sacked four times. Joey Bosa all up in his face. Biker loved the trash talk from Joey Bosa as well. But ultimately, this Brown's offense is broken right now. Offensive line is not good, can't get the ball in the hands of his playmakers. Odell Beckham another dud, two receptions twenty seven yards. Jarvis Landry really the only person who showed up in the past game four catches for seventy five yards. But this Browns team

is in disarray right now. Freddie Kitchens, man, you gotta swallow your pride. You gotta handover play calling duties to Todd Monkein. Monka did a great job last year with the Tampa Bay Bucks. You know, with a team that it was really not all that talented either. You know,

he got the most out of Jameis Winston. That offensive line for Tampa Bay was not a great one last year either, but they can pass the freaking ball last year, and you know, I think the only chance that this Brown's offense has to kind of meet their potential is turned the play calling duties over to Todd Monket. But frankly, I just don't think that. I don't think that Freddy Kitchens is gonna be able to swallow his pride and make that happen on the other side of the ball.

I was talking about this downstairs with a couple of guys. The San Francisco forty Niners actually have a recipe for success right now. If you look at this team, their offensive line has played amazing so far this year. Entering this game, they were number one in of Football Outsiders run blocking Analytical tools, which means, you know, obviously they showed that off last night. Matt Brina Levin carries a hundred fourteen yards a touchdown. Tevin Coleman first game back,

throw this guy right back in the mix. Sixteen carries nineties seven yards and another touchdown there as well. Matt Brina added a receiving touchdown. This team can run the football. They have a really strong defensive line, they're strong against the run. Their secondary, I think it's solid. They have that veteran anchor in Richard Sherman as well. This San Francisco forty Niners team is a really, really dangerous team. And you have a quarterback that I believe can make

plays when asked to do so in Jimmy Garoppolo. You know, maybe he's not, you know, one of the best in the league. Sorry, venture I know you're downstairs, Gucci Garoppolo enough, but I think that he can make enough plays where you know, when they need him to actually make a play. It's not just one of these smash mouth football teams like the Jets, for example, from ten years ago, where you know they needed Santis to make plays and ultimately

he couldn't do it. There is a team that can run the football, they can play good defense, and Jimmy Garoppolo is an adequate, adequate quarterback, so very dangerous San Francisco forty Niner team. Cleveland Browns gotta try and figure this out this weekend forty Niners and Los Angeles Rams. Good. We'll see that Cleveland Browns can get back on track. We'll take a break here. When do we come back? We'll dive into this week's waiver wire. It's fantasy BFFs

here on sports Trading. Daily Rhodo dot Com learned from the game's best DFS players. We don't just give you premier advice. We play every day, all major sports, all year round. We never stopped industry leading DFS tools and custom projections, and now the Daily Rodo dot Com optimized in minutes, building optimized line up for cast games and turneys learned from the game's best DFS players joined Daily Rodo dot Com. All right, Bay, let's jump into this

week's waiver wire. As we said yesterday, pretty barn, pretty baron in general, Well, I guess before I do, I do want to, you gotta do it a little bit. Just a few moments ago he spent on Baker of course in Cleveland, but San Francisco's running game. Just for a few moments here there was a four headed backfield that last night was three with Jeff Wilson Jr. Despite

being a fantastic goal line presence inactive last night. The going into the game, the over under for yards for each running back was like fifty, like forty five for Brita, thirty five or Coleman for Moster. All three went over. Obviously, most of Brida's yardage comes on that long run. How do you see this backup playing out going forward? I think that Matt, Brita and Tevin Coleman are probably gonna combine for eighty percent of their production, and then Raheem

Moster will get mixed in a little bit. Maybe just give these guys a break, maybe give him a series here or there. But I do think that we're looking at, you know, probably a pretty even split between Brita and Coleman. Um let's say twelve to fourteen touches per game, and then maybe a few mix in there for Rheemoster. I tweeted this out last night. Drink their usage from this game.

Matt Brida lad the team with twenty six snaps, eleven carries, had three or set fourteen total touches, obviously had the two total touchdowns as well. Tevin Coleman snaps so just one less snap than Brita had sixteen carries, so actually touched the ball more than Matt Brita ninety seven yards for a touchdown where he most are played seventeen offensive snaps, so a little bit more than I probably would expect moving forward. But he only had seven carries for thirty

four yards. So I think we're looking at most of the time it's gonna be Brita and Coleman with you know, maybe when these guys need a break, he moster is mixing there. I think most are can probably be dropped in mostly. Was there any rhyme or reason to how they deployed Britta and Coleman, Not that I saw, I might have just it might have just been a drive, you know, one drive for this guy, one drive for

the other guy. I still feel like Coleman was used more in the red zone, um, but I would have to I don't know if the red zone numbers from yesterday came out yet for San Francisco, but it seemed to me like Keevin Coleman was used more in the red zone, which is more of that Jeff Wilson role. Uh. And then Matt Brita did line up, you know on that receiving touchdown, which was inside the red zone, but ultimately he ran a route out of the back he

wasn't in there and run the football. Uh So maybe they do view him as a better pass catcher of the two. Uh So, Ultimately it was on a third down play and he caught it, receiving touchdown. Um. But I do think it's gonna be pretty even. Maybe Tevin Coleman, because he's the bigger body, gets more work in the red zone. All right, So Tevin Coleman arrow probably pointing off, you have to choose one guy going forward? Would you rather have Tevin Coleman? M I would take and that's

a close one. I would go with Tevin Coleman. I'll take Tevin Coleman because that offensive line of San Francisco is just much better than where the Los Angeles Chargers are at. The Charges have dealt with all offensive line issues. UM, injuries to their offensive line as well. Uh They've dealt

with injuries everywhere. But ultimately, I think that once Melvin Gordon starts to get going, while Eckler is going to see some work in the past game, he only had what three carries this week, you know, and that's only with Melvin Gordon's first game back. Uh, Tevin Coleman here, I do think it's gonna be in the mix for you know, twelve to fifteen touch super game behind one of the best run blocking offensive lines in the NFL on a team that wants to run the football as well.

So it's close, but I'll take Tivin Coleman. I think Coleman, Brita, and Austin Ekela are all in that mixes like low end RB two's high end flex options. Okay, so there you go. That's what you're looking at, a high end flex option, a r B two. Let's look at some let's look at the waiver wire, Frank for some other high end flex or widers or RB two's. Are there any out there this week? Yeah, I mean, hold your nose. It's not a great list, but ultimately, looking at Adrian

Peterson and Kenyan Drake, it is disgusting. It is very bad out here. I've seen other people tweeting about this as well, how bad the waiver wire is this week. When it comes to running backs. There's a few other names that all mentioned, but ultimately we avoided big injuries this week outside of Wayne Gallman. Uh we don't know. It doesn't look like he's gonna be good to play.

Obviously he's in concussion protocol. Tay Kwon Barkley, it doesn't look like he's gonna play either, So shout out to you, Greggy. You were right about that all long. You expected him to be back in week seven. He has ample amount of time to get ready. Uh and in a game where they are nearly seventeen point underdogs. I don't know that it makes sense to russ a Kwon Barkley out there.

But yeah, we're not dealing with a lot of injuries, so we have to look at players who have really good matchups who might be available on the waiver wire. And yes, it is disgusting Adrian Peterson going up against the Miami Dolphins with their new interim head coach taking over Bill Callahan. He's been an offensive line coach in his career. I believe he was the assistant head coach and offensive line coach for Washington this year as well.

Has already come out and said we need to hashtag established the run exactly what we want to hear in the year two thousand and nineteen. But I think it makes sense based on the quarterback play that they've had so far, from case Keenom to Colt McCoy to Dwayne Haskins. It makes sense for them to maybe run Adrian Peterson and Chris Thompson more this week and ultimately. The Dolphins have allowed nine total touchdowns to running backs this season,

that is tied for the most in the NFL. They had a bye week, they played one less game than most of the teams in the NFL, and have still allowed the most total touchdowns to running back so far this season. Again, that number is nine. They're allowing four point seven seven yards per carry to opposing running backs and that is the seventh most in the NFL. So I think that Adrian Peterson in a game where Washington has favored, can actually see around fifteen carries and could

have some success. Really, this is just a desperation play. If you're if you have David Montgomery on to buy, if you know Josh Jacob's on a bye and the other one is Kenyan Drake on the other side of the field. Greg, I'm really hoping that Miami Dolphins figured out during the buy that Calon Blage is a very bad player. We recreated him, you know, running around and when a ball came his way, he ducked out of the way of the of said ball. So doesn't want

to catch the ball. Not a good pass catcher. Averaging under two yards per carry, Kenyan Drake has accounted for fiftent of the Dolphins targets so far this year. You know, uh, he's averaging under four yards per carry as well, but you know it's still better than one point five yards per carry for callon Blage and Washington just allowed two thirty seven total yards, ten receptions, and to total touchdowns so Patriots running backs a week ago. So I don't

think this is a great defense. I think Kenyan Drake could actually have some success here. Who would you rather start this week? Adrian Peterson or Carlos Hyde. I haven't done ranking. You see that Carlos Hide is going up against the Kansas City Chiefs. Yeah, I'll take Carlos side, okay, because I thought I thought it carries twenty carries a week ago. The Kansas City Chiefs are obviously vulnerable against the run. I think the Houston Texans are gonna want

to keep the Chiefs offense off the field. The way you do that is you run the football. We just saw him all in. Mac has success and obviously just a much better offense overall for the Houston Texans in Washington, So I would take Carlo side. Speaking of the Kansas City Chiefs, that's obviously a team that Carlos Hide played for briefly during the summer game, and one of the guys that he helped replace was Kareem Hunt. Creem Mollins about own, he's not coming back till a round week

ten or so. He's somebody that you're looking to add right now. Frank, how come because I think we're just getting closer and closer we get to that week ten, Mark Um, the more he's going to be added. And he's still owned in just fort of Yahoo leagues right now. He just needs to be added. If you are a Nick Chubb owner. I actually added him last week in

a league where I was a Nick Chubb owner. You just have to own him because if anything were to happen to Chubb, Kareem Hunt instantly vaults up to high end RB two territory, low end RB one territory. They don't really have a lot of quality depth on the roster. You know, it's been Dontrelle Hilliard, de Ernest Johnson. Um.

We know that Kareem Hunt has the talent. He's been successful at the NFL level already, and they took a pr hit in order to sign Kareem Hunt, which means that he at least have a role on this team. I'm not saying that he's gonna be a flex option as long as Nick Chubb is healthy, but he's going to be one of the most valuable handcuffs in fantasy football once he does return. I think now is the time to Adam Gregg. I agree with that Nick cho has been way too effective and way too good for

this team that he's just gonna take a backseat. I don't think he does. Green Hunt is going to have a role like you mentioned, Frank, and maybe that's how they get this all offense going, Greg. You know, maybe it's more running between both Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt. You know, maybe they get Kareem Hunt involved more as a ask cancer. You know the way that other teams are deploying to running backs on the field as once.

We've seen Chicago Bears do that. Where David Montgomery is on the field, Three Cohen is also on the field and where they have a dual running back system where one guy can run the football, one guy can catch the football. So maybe they kind of, you know, get creative with this Cleveland Browns offense, maybe the way that

the Pittsburgh Steelers were doing it a couple of weeks ago. Obviously, Baker Mayfield, you know, you draft this guy with the number one overall pick, You're expecting more out of him, and eventually we hope that he develops. It's not happening right now. But the way that the Pittsburgh Steelers used to running backs where they ransom wildcat and they got creative,

maybe that's the answer for the Cleveland Browns ultimately. You know, even if Kareem han is only getting five to seven touches per game, with Nick Chubb healthy, he will be one of the most valuable handcuffs in fantasy football. Now other running backs that could be out there if you're desperate. John Hileman for the New York Giants. Obviously, it's a tough spot for New England, their double digit underdogs in New England on Thursday Night, But Stagon Bark is not

gonna play win. Goland's not gonna I don't even know that John Hillman's in the next guy out like Elijah Penny. Maybe the guy that gets the most carries you're absolutely desperate. Maybe one of those guys potentially. Um. I also think Benny Snell. We know Jalen Samuel's out for a month due to a knee injury. There, so dye Benny Snell takes on something that wild cabin that's not really his game either. I think you'll just see more James Conner

and then listen, Jase Edmons shouldn't be owen. David Johnson has his back injury and he has not been cleared yet, so Jas Edmonds the number one guy on this list. Yeah, David Johnson not a model of health. You know, he's had the risk injuries in the past as well. So yeah, if you're a DJ owner, make sure you own Chase Edmonds as well. We'll continue on the waiver wire with different positions and we'll do that next daily. Rhodo dot Com learned from the game's best DFS players. We don't

Yeah, I mean everything that's going on with David Johnson. He's dealing with this back issue he we saw the wrist flare up earlier in the season as well. You know, he got tackled the defensive lineman fell on top of him. Uh, it's a surgically repaired risk as well. And Chase Edmonds he

had a long touchdown last week as well. He's explosive. And while the Arizona Cardinals offense is not a good one, Gregg and their offensive line is certainly not great either. They run so many plays. They ran the fourth most play offensive places so far this season, So just based on volume alone, there would be huge value for Chase Edmonds. If something were to happen to David Johnson. It's a back injury for David Johnson. He was in and out

of late later the game. He didn't play on the last drive, so he was in there, but he has not been cleared for this. Some day he has not. It's a It's definitely something to pay attention to play attention to the practice reports and everything else that's going on with David Johnson. Did play his full compliment of snaps though, so you know, maybe it was just like the adrenaline was going and then afterwards tightened up on

him a little bit. But yeah, definitely pay attention to David Johnson because there is massive fantasy implications based on his health. Obviously, will move on to Frank to the wide receiver position. I want to actually specifically go to the state of Florida where the question that fantasy owners have this week Parker Preston Williams. Are you mocking me? Because I always try to talk about these Dolphins wide receivers. But ultimately it's a good matchup. Again, Look, I understand

it's two terrible teams, Washington going up against Miami. Somebody's gotta win this game. They might both just be trying to lose. But ultimately, the last time we saw Devontae Parker, he had a four for seventy and one touchdown line. With Josh Rosen as his quarterback. He's accounted for eighteen percent of their targets, share thirty five percent of their air yards, a twenty point three average depth of targets, so he's being targeted down the field. He's seeing a

lot of those you know, long pass play targets. He's a big body for first round pick finally getting an opportunity to play, and it's a really good matchup against this Washington secondary it's a brutal defense, but specifically their secondary has not showed up. Josh Norman is a ghost of his former self. They're allowing the second most fantasy

points to opposing wide receiver. Has just got ripped by Julian Edelman, just got ripped by Taylor Gabriel a couple of weeks ago as well, gave up three touchdowns to him. So if you are in a pinch where you have people who are on a buy where you've had Bills wide receivers or maybe an Allen Robinson, uh, and you need someone to fill in, I think Devanta Parker and

Preston Williams. Preston Williams over the last two games with Josh Rosen as the quarterback has nineteen targets and they were backups together, and we talked about this a lot for fantasy football. When these guys are second string players together, they develop a connection, a rapport, and we've seen even going back to preseason games that Josh Rosen and Preston Williams do have that connection, uh, and we're seeing it kind of play out the past couple of weeks as well.

So I think Devantay Parker and Preston Williams are in play. As you know, low end wide receiver threes bye week replacements in Week six. That's what most of these guys are this week on the waiver wire, probably besides one, maybe two of them. Um On on Tap we talked about a lot last week stepping in for John Ross AJ Green. You have said repeatedly on our program, Frank, you do not expect John A. J. Green to ever play another snap where the Cincinnati Bengals on Tap we

talked play on yesterday's show. He's somebody that I think can help you long term. He's probably the number one AD at the wide receiver position this week. Yeah, I think it's between Audent A and D. D. Westbrook. If D D. Westbrook is available in your league. I believe he's owned in fifty eight percent of YAHOO league, so I usually use sixty percent as the cut off for me. So maybe you play in a ten team league or a shallower a twelve team league where D. D. Westbrook

is available. He's actually been pretty consistent. He's had at least five catches in every game but one this year. Of the targets share is actually the same amount as DJ Charks so D D. Westbrook not scoring the touchdowns like DJ Chark is, but still seeing the exact same amount of targets so far this season. And it's a really really good matchup going up against p J. Williams in the slot against the New Orleans Saints in Week six.

So I like the way that targets have been trending for D. D. Westbrook, and I like the matchup overall as well. But Audentate might have more long term value. Again, it's a big body. He's been used in the red zone. The targets have been there for him the past couple of weeks. It's basically just been Tyler Boyd and him in the past game. This defense is not good, so they're likely playing from behind a lot. There were a lot of three wide receiver sets in the Zach Taylor offense.

I don't think A. J. Green plays another game with the Cincinnati Bengals, and they're going up against the Baltimore Ravens in Week six as eleven point underdogs. The Ravens secondary has not looked great the past couple of weeks. They're beat up. Tony Jefferson, their starting safety just went down for the season as well. So I think Audent Tate is a sneaky play for this week and probably has more long term upside than D. D. Westbrook the rest of the season, as well as a starting wide

receiver of the Cincinnati Bengals. I agree on Audate should be somebody that he went. You go out. How much would you spend? It depends how desperate you are for wide receiver, Probably between eight and ten percent. If you really need one, you can go over ten percent, you get into the twelve percent range. Last week, I had an NFC league where I spent over twenty percent of my fab on Audent tape. But I really really needed him, was desperate for a wide receiver a league where I

owned Dvante Adams. I knew I wasn't gonna have him, So ultimately it comes out to how desperate you really are. But I'm probably looking at you know that eight to twelve percent range, probably a little bit lower, more like six to eight percent, I think, for I know it's the same thing to you. Last week, obviously he scored a touchdown, but the matchup for Cincinnati was as good as it gets last week against Arizona. I'd like to see him against the better defense, which we will against Baltimore.

Do you think who do you think has more long term upside? Audentate or d. D. Westberk Because there is a chance that Nick Foles is healthy takes back over that starting quarterback job, and that's part of the reason why we love d. D. Westbrook coming into the season. Yeah, I think it's a fair question. I think probably I stand by what you said. Okay, other desperation plays this week.

I go back to Thursday Night football. Want to go back to the New York Giants, where Darius Layton is gonna have a big role for New York this week. Sterley Shepherd is not gonna play with a concussion. Evan Ingram may not play as well on Thursday Night. You're not gonna get stake on Barko, You're not gonna get Wayne Golan's or it's the next man up. Golden Tate's going to have a take on all the responsibility that he can. You know, it's a really tough match with

New England. But we've seen Darius Slayton have a rapport with Daniel Jones here. They've been talking about it since training camp. He's gotten more snaps. That's gonna continue. He's not owned pretty much anywhere. I think he's take a shot on Darius Slayton. Let's just get this straight first and foremost, Greig, Next man up. That's the Yankees motto. That's the New York not in New York Channel, it's literally every team in every sports modo. But it has

been the Yankees. I mean, based on everyone that they lost this here, come on, it's every team and everything. Next ban up. Now, get standing off the field. Let's get Cameron maybe on the field, but waiting on baseball again, because that is actually the model that they've been running, the motteo that every team ever has. Every year they had a record for the most players placed on the i L and MLB history. Sure, if any team can use it, it's in But like any NFL team loses

the billion players. Yeah, but it's relevant right now, It's relevant every team. The Giants, entire team is hurt. Let's go next man up. Here's here's the honest truth. You don't want the next man up when it comes to the New York Giants. Because the New England Patriots are

the best defense in football right now. They are allowing the fewest fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks, the fewest fantasy points to opposing wide receivers, the second fewest fantasy points to opposing running backs, and the second fewest fantasy points to opposing tight ends. I understand they haven't faced many good teams so far. Well, guess what the Giants are. They're not a good team. I mean, they're sixteen and a half point underdogs in this game for a reason.

I understand. Darius Slayton just had a four for sixty two and one line last week against the Minnesota Vikings, and I believe that what we said about Josh Rosen and Preston Williams is similar to Daniel Jones. Daniel Jones was working at as the backup, so was Darius Slayton. Now they have a report we're seeing that come to fruition on the field. But ultimately this is one of the best, if not the best secondaries in the entire NFL. I am not starting anybody on the New York Giants

offense this week against the New England Patriots. That includes Golden take Gregg and the other wide receiver is worth talking about. Frank I did want to bring up and you can laugh at me if you want it. Greg. But Duke Williams, the Duke, former CFL star, Yeah, that's right, the Canadian Football League, big body, six ft three, And I believe the reason why the Buffalo Bills were okay trading is a Jones last night to the Oakland Raiders for a fifth round pick is because they really liked

this kid, Duke Williams. So he's a big body. Just scored a touchdown in the red zone this past week against the Tennessee Titans, and I think coming out of the bye, he's gonna start on the outside alongside John Brown with Cole Beasley in the slot. There is more of a deeper league ad maybe four teen teams are deeper, or if you're playing in NFFC format where there's eight bench spots, deeper PPR leagues. I'm looking at Duke Williams. You do have to hold them because of the bye.

And then the other one is Byron Pringle. You know, once you pop, you can't stop. When it comes to Byron Pringle, but he is a darling of the NFL scouting Twitter. I spoke about this a little bit yesterday. Apparently really really good route runner, a lot to like about him, very athletic, good hands as well. We saw that all on Sunday Night football against the Indianapolis Colts. And we don't know as of now if Tyreek Hill is going to be back, and we don't know what

the status of Sammy Watkins is as well. So if you need help at the wide receiver position, if you own Tyreek Hill, or if you or if you own Sammy Watkins, and you just kind of want to cover yourself, and Byron Pringle could be in the mix, because, as we've said before, when it comes to Mikole Hardman and de Marcus Robinson, greg you just want as much exposure to this Kansas City Chiefs offense as you possibly can.

And they clearly like him because his first game where you know, he was kind of thrust into action, he played more snaps than Mikole Hardman already, So it must say that must mean they like him. That says something about Byron Pringles. So I think in deeper leagues, those are two names that you can look at. Pringle and

Duke Williams. Yeah, I'm not doing the Duke Williams thing for me like this has I don't know much about him and then it Dawson all over where people obsessed over the metrics and don't realize as that the metrics aren't even great. I was looking at it downstairs Adventure. I mean, this guy's player profile like a four point seven forty. He's just a really big body that can be used in reading in the red zone. But yeah,

it's just more of a deeper league play. Yeah, I'm not I'm not interesting in the Duke Williams thing personally because the Jones wasn't doing anything. This guy's not gonna do anything either. You're probably right, man, I just thought I would throw it out there. Yeah, John Brown seeing a lot of the target chairs as is coldbas Okay, So we'll come back from the break. We gotta hit on quarterbacks, specifically, if you're missing a quarterback due to a bye this week, like Josh Allen super Flex, I

know you're struggling. Good news for you, Kyle Alan Owners that's me. Cam Newton already ruled out for this week as well. Carolina goes to London they played Tampa Bay. I would expect Cam Newton to return after the bye after the London game. I think that makes a lot of sense. I saw today that Cam Newton actually showed up to practice without the walking boots, so he's clearly progressing. No, Kyle Allen hasn't let the world on fire, but he's

done enough to help them win games. Both he and Teddy Bridgewater are six and o combined for the past three weeks. Uh, you know, filling in for their respective starter. But you're probably right. You got the London game this week, the bye next week. Ham Newton probably back after that. Honestly, I don't even know if that's a good thing. We'll tell you some more quarterbacks that are available and starting this week hit on the tight ends to stick around.

Yas wraps up right after this. Daily Rodo dot Com learned from the game's best DFS players. We don't just give you premier advice. We play every day, all major sports, all year round. Learned from the game's best DFS players

joined Daily Rodo dot Com. I thought I was crazy, can't hear anything in my ear and I was just gonna let you go for as long as you possibly could. I appreciate it. Right back here at the BFx, he's Frank, I'm greg out of quarterbacks and tight ends to get to here, and we mentioned Kyle Allen's gonna get the start once again, and this time in London against Tampa Bay. That was the game, remember against Tampa Bay on Thursday Football earlier this season that we realized how injured Cam

Newton was and how bad that he was. But well, Cam Newton is still out. Doesn't mean all the quarterbacks that have been out aren't returning. Sam Donald officially making his return or the New York Jets this week because an angry Dallas team, Franky, I can Sam Donald wake

up the Jets? I think it can't be worse than Luke Fowk, or at least I'm hoping he can not, even for the sake of the Jets or being a fan of the team, just for the sake of everybody's fantasy value that is involved the New York Jets right now, from Jamison Crowder to Robbie Anderson to Levian Bell and now Chris Herndon as well, who we will talk about, not just talk about him, right now. Look, Chris Herndon

last year tight end fifteen overall as a rookie. You don't normally see rookie tight ends show up that well, but he was ninth among tight ends in yards per catch. He was seventh in among tight ends in yards per target as well. So he made plays. He's explosive, and they've had Ryan Griffin on the field a lot this year running routes, and I think Chris Herndon just fits into that seamlessly. On a team that is start for talent, they need help on the offensive side of the football.

They need help everywhere, but I think Chris Herndon could be a big boost for them. I don't know that it happens necessarily right away this week for Sam Donald, because I still do you know, I respect the Cowboys secondary while uh, you know, they haven't showed up as as much as we had hoped ultimately coming into the season. But I do think that the schedule softens up a lot for the new for the New York Jets, and obviously that's gonna help. Saying Donald's gonna help all the

weapons involved here. Um So, if he was dropped in your league, you need a second quarterback, or you're just looking for someone I can streaming good matchups moving forward. Maybe not this week, but actually that the schedule does lighten up a lot for the New York Jets. Uh. Any other quarterbacks you want to talk about in terms of streaming, Like we we have Gardner Minshew on the list you mentioned Kyle Allen. The Bucks have allowed over

three passing yards four straight weeks. It seems like, you know, teams are starting to pick on their secondary once again. They've been really good against the run, but not great against the past. So I do think you know Kyle Allen as a sneaky stream as well. But I do like Gardner Minshew and Kirk Cousins ahead of both Donald and Kyle Allen this week. Yeah, I think so too. I like I like Gardner Minshew, I like Kirk Cousins

both in the opportunity, both in spots to stream. I do want to mention the Super Flex League devln Hodges. How would you spend on this guy two Bucks? I don't know how long he's going to be the quarterback. I don't really know what to expect from him. He went to Samford for college, not Stanford Stamford Uh, so, don't really know what to expect from this offense. We probably just see more James Conner overall. Maybe we see Benny Snell mixed in as well. Um, Hodges didn't look

terrible last week. You know, he helped the Pittsburgh Steelers stay alive in that game, help them go to overtime against the Baltimore Ravens. But ultimately, and that is the Sunday night football game. So great for us we get to watch Devil and Hodges against the against the Los Angeles Chargers should be a lot of fun. But you know, the only way I'm picking this guy up is in a super flex league where I had Mason Rudolph starting, where I lost Ben Roethlisberger. You know, no more than

two bucks. But ultimately, if you need a stream, Gardner Minshew going up against the New Orleans Saints, um min. She has been really consistent so far this yere. I know this was a stat from your boy Field Yates. Great, he told me about this QBS with sixteen plus Fantasy points in every game this season. There's only three at my homes, Gardner Minshew and Kyler Murray, so pretty exclusive

company there. He's been consistent. Uh could get into a little bit of shootout with the Saints and Kirk Cousins. I don't think they're gonna be able to run the football as effectively against this Eagles defense allowing just two point eight one yards per carried to opposing running backs, and they could be had through the air. A lot of injuries to the secondary of the Philadelphia Eagles, and Kirk Cousins coming off his best game of the season.

So I think Cousins and Minshew are your clear streamers this week. If you have a quarterback on a buy, let's go down to the tight end position. Frankie Evan Ingram may not play on Thursday night for the New York Giants. And it's funny because they got a question earlier saying, Hey, these three tight ends are out there on the waiver wire for me, what do I do?

Gerald Everett, Chris Herndon, and Hunter Henry. Well, those are the three tight ends that are out there, mostly if people are interested in picking up Herndon, Henry and Gerald Everett. So I have to ask, how would you order these guys and how much would you spend on them? Yeah, it's not often that we see tight end is the best position on a week for the waiver wire. We're constantly trying to find tight ends to stream or pick up that have value moving forward, you know, long term value.

But I think all three of these guys do. If I'm ranking them, it's weird because I would rank them differently for this week as I would for long term him for the season. So I have long term I would still rank un Sir Henry the highest of the group, then Chris Herndon, and then Gerald Everett. But for this week, I'm actually going to rank them in the complete opposite order. For this week. You know, Brandon Cooks still in concussion protocol.

Gerald Everett over the past couple of weeks really involved in the game plan. He's been the tight end five and tight end one respectively. Over the past two weeks. Targets have gone up as well, even with Tyler Higbee back. There's more snaps being played for Gerald Everett, um more routes being run for Gerald Everett as well. And remember we were excited about this guy when Sean McVeigh took over.

He drafted him. We thought that this was gonna be his Jordan read because if you remember Sean McVeigh came over from Washington's offense where they used Jordan Read a lot. It seems like that is finally coming to fruition. So I like the usage for Generald Everett right now this week and the fact that Brandon Cooks is in concussion protocol. Chris Herndon, you know, maybe he doesn't see his full compliment of snaps his first game back, but ultimately a

pretty good matchup going up against the Dallas Cowboys. You know, Jimmy Graham didn't do much, but we've and other tight ends have big games against the Cowboys so far this season, and Evan ram in Week one comes to mind. Chris Herndon could get right back into the mix, so I like him second most for this week. And then Hunter Henry. We don't know if he's gonna play yet. That's what it comes down to, so you gotta pay attention to that. They said there's still a chance he can play, but

I don't know that they're going to rushing back. I think they need him for the long term this season as well, so I would rank it Everett, Herndon, Hunter Henry for this week, but for the rest of the season, I would rank it the complete opposite way. Henry Herndon still second and then Everett third of the group. And look, if you really need a tight end, I'm willing to go as high as, you know, eight percent of my

fab budget on any of these guys. You know, maybe if you really need one long term, you could go twelve percent, maybe even more than that on a Hunter Henry. But um, yeah, this is a really good week for tight end pickups in in fantasy football, and we don't normally see that. Gerald Everett, Chris Herndon, Hunter Henry were all viable. And I agree, Frank, Hunter Henry is the one I want to own long term, But if desperate this week, I think the one you have to go

with is Gerald Everett. He's been the one we've we've seen on the field at least obviously, Hunter Henry has played in a while. Chris Herndon no guarantees at Gordon Adam Gas. He's gonna be activated this week. Wh I thought it was kind of weird, But Gerald e the Patriots have done the same thing. Like them, they caught him, yeah, so you know he was eligible to return. Obviously, the Jets are not gonna cut Chris Herndon, But we do see this at times where guys are eligible to return

and they're not brought back right away. So it's an interesting situation want to pay attention to. But yeah, still really do like Herndon, really really. Athletics showed that rapport down the stretch last year for Sam Donald when he started to um yeah better as well throughout the course last season. So I am interested in Chris Herndon for sure, but pay attention to make sure that he is actually going to be active this week. So you move on from those three tight ends you wrote down on our

show sheet here Darren Fells his desperation. Yeah, he had two targets last week, he had two receptions, both of them went for touchdowns. And they're going up against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week six. Could be the game of the year, honestly, could be a really really fun game between Patrick Mahomes and DeShawn Watson. Uh, you know, it's Darren Fells and Jordan Aikins who are basically splitting

time right now. So it's a messy situation. But the Chiefs have actually performed better against wide receivers this year than we were expecting and to have struggled against tight ends. So if you are in desperation mode after all three of these tight ends, Darren Fells. You know, if you were a Darren Waller owner and all three of these guys are already owned, then the next man up that I would look at is Darren Fells. Basically because of

the matchup against the Chiefs. Moving on to a streaming defense, I'll ask you from our own perspective, Frankie, we owned Carolina, we picked them up as a stream against Jacksonville last week. Can we start them this week against Taba in London? I don't think that I would want to. I like what the Carolina Panthers have done so far. This here, Brian Burns has looked really, really good, you know, coming

off the edge. They're getting a ton of sacks. I know, heading into last week they were leading the league in sacks. They just had defensive touchdown against the Jacksonville Jaguars as well. They had a few forced fumbles. They've recovered those. Really good defense. But this Tampa Bay offense is a scary one to go up against. Right now. Jamis Winston throwing for a ton of yards, been over three hundred yards believe three weeks in a row now, Chris Godwin obviously

getting things done. He's top five wide receiver for fantasy football. Mike Evans has been inconsistent, but we know the talent is there as well. Um So it's a tough situation. Man. I don't think I want to get in front of Tampa Barry Now. I know that Jameis Winston could be turnover prone at times. But if I own Carolina, I think I would be trying to add the Cowboys defense if they were available, just because they're going up against the Jets, and even with Donald back, this offensive line

for the Jets is just dreadful. Collectiosemily is hurt. It started a rookie third round pick last week and too much adoga. They gave up ten sacks two defensive touchdowns to the Eagles last week. If the Cowboys are available, I would rather stream them than the Carolina Panthers. Yeah. I tend to agree with the Cowboys are out there,

That's exactly the direction I would go in. Um same, Donald b Max certainly helps things from the New York Jets, but the offensive line, much like Cleveland's last night, not something that worries me at all. Would you rather have

Miami defense or Washington's defense this week? I would rather have. Man, It's it's tough because looking for streaming defenses this week, there's really not a lot, So I would I think I would go with Washington and your Both defenses are not good, but I would expect the Miami Dolphins to be more mistake prone. I mean, as bad as Washington is, the Dolphins are worse. I do truly believe that. I mean that's what the line says so far as well.

Even with this game in Miami, Washington are three and a half point favorites, So, uh, the Dolphins could fall behind in this game. They're gonna have to throw. Offensive line is not good. We could see some sacks, some turnovers as well. I would go with Washington. Don't really love them. I'll throw it back your way, Greg. So we own the Carolina Panthers. I picked them up everywhere

last week. Are you scared enough of the Tampa Bay offense that you are willing to drop the Carolina Panthers for a defense that's in that Washington in Miami game or the Ravens who are going up against the Cincinnati Bank. I much prefer to dropping for the Ravens next week. They see I wouldn't drop it for Washington m Aavy because they both stink like I like you're We always say they don't want necessarily play against a team that is doesn't score because they could wind up scoring. They

don't get enough turnovers, that kind of that. That whole thing. Neither the teams really turned the ball over. Um, the defense has turned the ball over all that much. With Carolina, no matter what, you're gonna have to change defenses next week because Carolina is gonna buy. So I don't mind dropping Carolina. So one of these we on Carolina and Frankie I have I have the available defenses when run down, run them down, and you let me know who you do a dig. That's okay with you, all right? San

Francisco look great last night they're facing the Rams. I wouldn't want to do it. Hitsburgh against the Chargers, Nope, you just look good. Green Bay against Detroit defense has played better, but the Detroit offense has done well. Kenny Gallady and carry on Johnson, Nope, in our lead. By the way, they had nine points four to five weeks. Pretty defense pretty good solid Tampa against Carolina. I don't want to have his defense New Orleans Jacksonville sounds like

a winner, does it? Though Minshew has played well, they're going to run it with Leonard Forday, yeah, last week, min you play as well. Carolina's defense was good, that's true. But the Carolina Panthers defense is just better than the Saints. Next three weeks, New Orleans defense, Jacksonville, Chicago, Arizona. M Okay, so Minshew Minshew whiskey, Yeah, that could be nice. It's not New Orleans Detroit against green Bay probably not. I mean I need it. No, I don't want to do it. Man,

Aaron Jones is running well. They still have Aaron Rodgers. We won't star Kansas City, we won't, do you think? I mean, would you use any of those teams over Carolina? I would use New Orleans over Carolina? Yeah, I sually, no, that's fine. Yeah. I mean, look, if you're looking for it more long term, but the game is in Jacksonville. We know the New Orleans Saints the past couple of weeks have been home and they play much better inside

of a dome. Obviously against Tennessee, that one's interesting. I was looking at that as well. Returnovers finally, Yeah, but they lost Bradley Chub Washington, Arizona, Arizona, Cincinnati, Miami. Yeah, I mean the Saints might be in the mixed. Green Bay's interesting just because they've played really well. I don't think getting a lot of sacks that passed for USh is revamped. Pittsburgh's crazy is good. There's their defense has played better. One more week from Melvin Gordon to get

more involved. Austin Ekeler is going to do his thing. Hunter Henry might be back. I will Pittsburgh has all by next week as well. Yeah, I think the Saints and the Packers are the ones that I would consider dropping the Carolina Panthers for. But hey, the Carolina Panthers are stilly, really really talented defense. Green Bay this week, pleas is Detroit bases Oakland next week. Always after that

the base case. Yeah, I don't think you want the Green Bay Packers going up against the Kansas City Chiefs. Definitely dropped the Panthers for the Cowboys and the Ravens. He's Frank Snaville, I'm Greg Salzman having awesome night. Wager talks up next then out the window will see tomorrow. We hope Daily Rhodo dot com learned from the game's best DFS players. Off to the next series, then Eric, Yeah, he's going because of that. I really didn't watch anyone the night football, and I got a text at Matt

Brida on Matt Rida's eighty three yard run. So and then I turned to it on his first front of the game, Yes massive, and I saw Baker maybe'll get sacked a couple of times and were back in the Yankees and the boarders of a million points. It's like, all right, I'm watching this. Yeah. The Browns are complete disaster right now, outside of Nick Chub who still managed to run for over five yards per carry against a very good San Francisco forty Niners defense. Baker Mayfield under

pressure all night long, was sacked four times. Joey Bosa all up in his face. Biker loved the trash talk from Joey Bosa as well. But ultimately, this Brown's offense is broken right now. Offensive line is not good, can't get the ball in the hands of his playmakers. Odell Beckham another dud. Two receptions twenty seven yards. Jarvis Landry really the only person who showed up in the past game four catches for seventy five yards. But this Brown's

team is in disarray right now. Freddie Kitchens, man, you gotta swallow your pride. You gotta handover play calling duties to Todd Monkin. Monkey did a great job last year with the Tampa Bay Bucks. Uh, you know, with a team that it was really not all that talented either. You know, he got the most out of Jamis Winston.

That offensive line for Tampa Bay was not a great one last year either, but they can pass the freaking ball last year, and you know, I think the only chance that this Brown's offense has to kind of meet their potential is in the play calling duties over to Todd Monkett. But Frankly, I just don't think that. I don't think that Freddy Kitchens is gonna be able to swallow his pride and make that happen on the other side of the ball. I was talking about this downstairs

with a couple of guys. The San Francisco forty Niners actually have a recipe for success right now. If you look at this team, their offensive line has played amazing so far this year. Entering this game, they were number one in Football Outsiders run blocking analytical Tools, which means, you know, obviously they showed that off last night. Matt

Brina Levin carries a hundred fourteen yards, a touchdown. Tevin Coleman, first game back throw this guy right back in the mix sixteen carries nineties seven yards and another touchdown there as well. Matt Brina added a receiving touchdown. This team can run the football. They have a really strong defensive line, they're strong against the run. Their secondary I think it's solid. They have that veteran anchor in Richard Sherman as well. This San Francisco forty Niners team is a really, really

dangerous team. And you have a quarterback that I believe can make plays when assiduced. So in Jimmy Garoppolo, you know, maybe he's not, you know, one of the best in the league. Sorry adventure, I know you're downstairs, Gucci Garoppolo, but I think that he can make enough plays where, you know, when they need him to actually make a play.

It's not just one of these smash mouth football teams like the Jets for example, from ten years ago, where you know they needed Santis to make plays and ultimately he couldn't do it. There's a team that can run the football, they can play good defense, and Jimmy Garoppolo is an adequate, adequate quarterback, so very dangerous San Francisco forty niner team Cleveland Brown has gotta try and figure this out.
