You're listening to the Fantasy Sports Radio Network Fantasy Best Friends Forever. Do To To Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do do it do Yeah. This is the Fantasy Fast Friends Forever here on the Fantasy Sports Radio Network alongside Frankie Stample. I am Greg Susman. Frank what's going on? Man? Absolutely nothing is going on. Greg. I'm gonna be honest with you. So Frankie walks in here as he always does. Um,
I hopingly admit that I'm grouty today. Definitely, let's appreciate that he walks in at ten am and don't really, Frank and I have a nice better in the morning. I'd say, you know, it's pretty pretty good Banterer. Today it was a little Bitffericus, there's no cart And so I was up here at ten when Frank walked in and then Frank did uh last board even into the hour? Um, so I'm back. Then it staries down to work. So then eleven am he comes downstairs like he would walk
in normally. And since that moment in eleven am, what you just saw where I asked Frank what was going on is the first words we have spoken to each other all day. Breaks upset, You're not wrong, pretty upset me. I have a pretty good reason to be. I don't agree. Why don't you tell the people we're upset about and then we'll find out. And you have a good reason to me. Well, if you watch yesterday and you listen to our betting advice, that's the one good takeaway from
last night. Right, we're right, We're right on it, right on. It's crushed it now the curl thing immediately now, the and noon was thing. I was right on that, uh now, David and joking like five yards, Um, what else nail Jarvis Landry? I had the Browns and I had the under and you nailed the Browns and the under the only one you would have gotten wrong? Was the noon law. I got the Jets in the over incorrect um. But that's fine because I would have hit all the props,
wouldn't bet anything. So that's the good news. Frank, What are you upset about that you haven't spoken to me until this spray moment um. Well, the results of the game was not ideal. Obviously, the Jets blew a fourteen point lead. We all saw that, and you're following my twitter feed last night. That was pretty much a lock to happen. Once they were up fourteen. Tyrod Taylor comes out of the game, Baker Mayfield comes in, and it's at that point all the momentum is shifting and Baker
Mayfield makes his debut. Obviously electric. You have the whole crowd behind you, have the whole city behind you, all of one light behind you. Dilly dilly, everyone excited Baker Mayfield coming in the game, momentum shift everything, defense craps the bed, and it was pretty much his story from there on out. So that's what your said about, Yeah, why aren't you talking to me? I didn't I didn't do anything wrong. Well, I mean, there are other reasons. I woke up this morning I was told I had
to do something. I had no idea how I had to do today. To be fair, you weren't told that. You asked me like, hey, I don't want to do this. I know it's coming, and I'm like, yep, I didn't tell you. You knew you were going to do it. I'd like to prepare for stuff, Greg, but you knew you were going to do it. No, I didn't know that. Come on, what did you think? I told me earlier in the week. Hey, Frank, you're doing the vandel videos on Friday where you have to preview every single time?
He said, I I graciously said I would take half. Sure. Now you say yes, Well, now I didn't prepare all right, So you can be mad at yourself. I'm not man, I'm never mad man. I'll make it work, It'll be fun, it's all good. All Wow. I am very upset. Now you did you bench? Carlos Hide? Is that way you know? I started Carlos side on your advice? Actually, there you go. I just found out birthday great Dave, Carlos Hide and Brown's crazy man. His child was born on his birthday. Unbelievable.
Good for him, good for him? Indeed, Um, I just spent an asharance at MetLife Stadium, and I didn't know. Uh, that's that's your biggest problem. I mean, I kind of I'd like to go. Maybe he's playing two nights. I don't really know more more on the Jets and Browns. Um, that was pretty much a lock to happen once once Baker Mayfield came in, they came in ran their own
version of the Philly Special two point conversion. UM. I said this on the Frenzy with Friends early on the difference between teams that are learning how to win and teams that know how to win. Our the teams that know how to win put the game away. When you're up fourteen. You don't just run the ball and throw screen passes to Quincy New move behind the line of
scrimmage for the next three quarters. And then when you're down four seventeen, then there's a sense of urgency with two minutes left where you need to put the ball in the hands of your rookie quarterback and Sam Donald to go out on the road against a strong defense in the Cleveland Browns, to go out there and try and win a game. That's that's just not it's not winning football, and that's why the Jets out of the
Jets um and shout out to the Browns. They actually, um did something they haven't been able to do in six d and thirty days. Whatever it was, six hundred and thirty five days. I believe this number. Listen, so I know you have this whole speech yesterday when I picked the Jets to win or to come of the sprite and picking win, um that everyone was kind of forgetting how good they look just two weeks ago that ultimately, um,
they had to let down game against Miami. And I thought it against Cleveland where everybody was picking the Browns, that the Jets will come out and win. And let's be clear, they just would have won if Tarrod Taylor staying in this game, because he was a mess against him the entire time. Unfortunately, I thought Jeremy Bates was way too conservative last night, not letting Sam Donald really
do anything. And I read a lot about how everything was kind of east west and nothing was just down the field and letting Sam Donald a b a quarterback. What impressed me about Donald was just his ability to move. And I said this with Corey a couple of hours ago that the most frustrating thing about being a Giants fan, and specifically being a Nieli Manning fan. He said he can't move anymore. And in today's NFL, nobody's an offensive line, not the Jets, not the Browns, not the Giants, of
the Seahawks, not anybody. Nobody has a good offensive line. But it's your quarterbacks ability to create that will make a team good or make it team bad. Sam Donald last night was able to escape a lot. And yeah, he proved on multiple occasions. He's still a rookie and he's still learning. But nothing happened last night Frank that I'm sitting here and I'm like, oh man, this guy sucks.
Right like that, that didn't happen. He was able to break away, being able to move, and while he made some throws that were very, very poor and he was a bit indecisive, I still look at someone to grow on. The coaching has to be better. When Hugh Jetson out coaches you, that's a problem. But I don't think anyone
thow On. I hope you didn't think that the Jets are going to the playoffs or anything like that, or they're even finishing over five hundred to me, this is still a team is gonna wins five six games and this that what happened last night didn't change that at all for me. I did think coming into the year that they were the second best team in the division. So I don't know, maybe I was just sipping the kool aid. Maybe maybe they could be, Maybe they could be.
I mean, they're one and two now, and the Dolphins are in a very very good position to get off to three and oh with the Oakland Raiders coming from the West Coast coming east for one PM game against a Miami Dolphins team that looks very good right now on both fronts, both defensively and offensively, it looks like the Dolphins are gonna be three and O. I thought there was a legit chance to the Jets could win seven or eight games this year because they have what
I thought to be a defense in place. UM. I was excited about Sam Donald coming in looked okay in the preseason. I wasn't overhyping him. I thought some people were a little too excited about his preseason. He didn't really show much. UM I do agree with you in the way that he's able to get out of the pocket and make plays with his legs and keep his eyes down the field. But so there's a lot of mistakes here and you have to expect that with a
rookie quarterback. I mean throwing into double or triple coverage off your back foot when there's nothing there. Like he needs to learn how to just throw the ball away or you know, take a sack when there's nothing there. You can't just throw the ball towards you know, um, double coverage when there's absolutely nothing there, especially with the game on the line. So we saw that for fantasy purposes. You know, if you play in a super flex league, I think there's gonna be a lot of people bidding
on Baker Mayfield. And rightfully so, he looked, he looked poised, He had anticipation on his throws. Uh, he went through multiple reads throughout the night. Uh. He he likes Sam Donalds can get out of the pocket and keep his eyes down the field. He didn't turn the ball over a lot in college either, and we saw that last night. He took care of the football. He didn't you know, throw into your too much like tight coverage or anything.
I thought he looked apart as the first overall picks seventeen for one yards, and I think having him as the quarterback ultimately just raises the value of everybody around him, whether it be Charles Landry, David and Joke who still needs to be more involved. But Carlos Hyde looked great one, so I didn't I don't disagree with any of that. Baker Mayfield took this offensive a completely new level last night, and there's there's no arguing that. There's no disputing that.
And everyone today is talking about at Joeku, Callaway, Landry, Everyone's value up, and that's fair. But I want to remind you, Frank, he as a Jets fan, and I don't know why I'm propping up the Jets fans today, but the just fan stifle Tyrod Taylor. Their defense look amazing in that first half of Tyrod Taylor right, like, it was incredible, And a lot of that to me is game planning, right. They game lab for Tyrod Taylor,
and they destroyed him. They absolutely destroyed him. And when you have a totally different quarterback come off the bench, it's different, and there's a lot there's a huge difference in my opinion, to starting at quarterback and having a defense prepared for you all week than coming in in relief and being that spark plug. Well, Baker Mayfield be able to do what he did last night going forward, I'm not nearly as sure as I think a lot of people are. I mean, it's not a walk again.
He is still a rookie, but he is in the right position with Todd Haley as his offensive core nator. We know what his history is with the teams like the Pittsburgh Steelers. He get the most out of his weapons. And I think you're time. Your window to to buy Jervis Landry Low has closed because fifteen targets last night eight four, one oh three, he looked to be the apple of Baker Mayfield. I um, he's He's gonna be his go to guy. And I said that earlier in
the week when we did trade special, I mentioned Jarvis Landry. Um. I just think based on the targets it I liked him as a Bylow. I don't think people realized what he was getting himself into after the Josh Gordon trade, So I liked Jervis Landry moving forward. Obviously, Carlos Hyde just continues to dominate touches for this team like he
is not going away anytime soon. I just bring up Baker Mayfield because anytime a quarterback, a starting quarterback becomes available or super flex purposes, I think we have to be aware of that. Now, is he the starting quarterback? Hugh Jackson refused to name a quarterback? Okay, so people are shaming that too today, Frank, And that's bothering the half out of me that people say it like that, Like what do you want Hugh Jackson to do? Be like, yeah,
of course Bakers are a starter. I mean that's a super d bag move to Tyrod Taylor, who is your starting quarterback, who literally got a concussion, So you want to due that's concussed immediately after the game, immediately in the press conference following it to find out find out he loses his job. Now, so what do you want? Of course he is, what do you want you to say? You he said absolutely did nothing wrong, he said, it's fine whatever. But people are killing him tonight, like use
a moron. No he's not. I mean that it's just a popular thing to do to kill Hugh Jackson. And and that's fine, but what he did last night in that particular answer is ridiculous. That he gets killed for that, I'm gonna evaluate her options. Of course, that's exactly what's gonna do. And he's gonna watch the tape. Bs. Fine, he's gonna go to the facility next week. Is gonna talk to Tyron and be like, hey, we're making a change. We're going to Baker and that's it, and that's fine.
The fact that he will kill Hugh Jackson that yesterday really really he bothered me. That was like the first thing I saw my Twitter timeline. Want when I will will go up this morning? Please? It was ridiculous. I mean everything obviously. I mean it's pandemonium. The Browns winning a game. We knew that this was a good team. They could have been to win. Oh coming into tonight, well last night they're not a bad team. Yeah, okay, any they also Cleveland the Jets or props a crushing
it by the way, No, that's pretty much it. Uh, but all Powell verse Isaiah corll Is, it's more of the same pretty much at SLIT. I think once they get inside the red zone, it's a lot of Isaiah crow Well uh and Baal Powell is there between the twenties guy and he's going to be the guy who catches passes out of the backfield. It's gonna be frustrating unless someone gets hurt here. They're pretty much just flex
options weekend and week out. Isaiah Roll was on my bench in multiple leagues, and I don't think you can be mad at yourself for that. I knew he was going to score a touch of this, but like, if he finished the night thirty yards and a touchdown, you're not killing yourself for him getting nine points on your bench. The fact that he gets thirty yards and two touchdowns,
Carlos Hide, it was awesome last night. He rushed for ninety nine yards, he had two touchdowns, and it's clearly trusted around the goal like him two opportunities to score. He really looked good. It didn't matter who's a quarterback Tyra Teyler Baker Mayfield certainly more holds open note when there's a throat of the passing game. But he really really looked good last night. He's now scored in each of the first three weeks of the season. And I
was a Carlos Hide guy. You were actually Carlos Hide guy coming into this year. Uh. Certain people believe, Hey, Nick Chubs, the running back you want to own, and maybe he will be the second half of the year. But let's not think that Carlos Hides. Frank Gore here, that's the thirty five year old running back to the prime of his career, had the best season of his career last year, remained healthy, he's back at home in Ohio. I think there's a lot to like with Carlos Hide.
Where do you value him going forward? Frank, he is a solid RB two for me, especially with workloads like we've seen the past the first three weeks of the season, twenty two carries in week one, sixteen carries in week two, and then last night he had twenty three carries and additional two receptions. He's not gonna do much in the passing game. He's better in standard leagues because, uh, he's
dominating these touches. He's gonna get yards on the ground, and once they get down near the goal line or in the red zone, he is clearly their go to guy. I think what we were anticipating with Chub was if something were to happen where this team falls out of favor, or you know, they want to see what they have for the future, then they'll go to Chubb. But this team, I'm not saying they're gonna win ten games, but they might be competitive, you know, towards the end of the season.
And if that's the case, I think we're just gonna see a lot of Carlos Hide until he breaks down or gets injured, because he does have an injury history. He's a solid RB two. Though I'm top running back easily. I think so too. I think the two thinkers there. The offense, as you said, potentially does get better. I like Carlos Hide as well. Let's take a break here. When we come back, all the fantasy best friends forever, we look to the rest a week three start sits.
I'll tell of those phone lads, I'll take your calls right now when we come back. Eight four eight four, three six seven nine. Daily Rodo dot Com learned from the game's best DFS players. The proble code is F and T S. Why alright, Frank, the latest news and notes as we look to Sunday, j H I Darren Sprowles will do not practice at all this week that includes today. It certainly looks like Corey Clement I got to own on Sunday for Philly. Yeah, and he got it done last week to scored a
touchdown in that game. Looks like they're gonna be using him on the ground as well as the receiver out of the backfield. Wendell Smallwood probably that next guy up who you know gets worked in. But I think Doug Peterson has a lot of trust in Corey Clement. So with everything that's happening, I had j Ji ranked as my nineteenth ring back. So basically, Corey Clement is going to slot right in and take his spot. He's gonna be a top twenty running back this week against the
Colts defense, which is not very good. Yeah, I like I like Corey Clement quite a bit this week. Is there any loving any other guys like Wendell small Wood or anything else in Philly? No, I mean Wendell Smallwood. He's gonna get worked in. He'll probably get his I don't know. Six to eight touches something like that. But I think Corey Clement gets a big workload here, something like fifteen plus touches in a good matchup against the Colts, like we mentioned, so uh not even in flex discussion.
I think there are a lot of running backs, um, a lot of other running backs that you can use in the flex over a Wendel Smallwood, guys like Philip Lindsay, Dian Lewis, uh, Jamal Williams, James White, any of the Patriots guys going up against the Detroit Lions. I don't think there's one stare for Smallwood alright. The other running back situation that I know we're looking at, Frank, I haven't seen anything on this yet, but Dalvin Cook did
not practice Wednesday or Thursday. His availability this week huge for DFS players, huge your fantasy owners as well as we look to see if he's in or out this weekend, which means a lot of time of course. Phila Tavia's right, Yeah, again for DFS purposes especially I think DFS this week. I know you spoke to Jim about this, and normally you'd like to really start the running back position. You'd
like to pay up, especially in cash games. But I think regardless of you play cash or GPP this week, there's gonna be so much value to be had at other positions because you can just slid in running backs like Giovanni Bernard, like Corey Clement, like Latavius Murray. If Dalvin Cook doesn't go, especially going up against the Buffalo Bills. Bills since they've lost Marcel Darius have not been able to stop the run whatsoever, and that's gonna be the
same case this week. The Vikings are favored by seventeen points. Do they cover that spread? I'm not so sure, but I think they will be winning by a lot in this game, whether Dalvin Cook plays or not. I think Latavius Murray gets run this week if Dalvin Cook plays, Murray's in the flex discussion. If Dalvin Cook is out, Lettavius Murray is a high end r B two low nd RB one totally agree. I just looked at Courtney
Cromins Twitter pitch. She's a Vikings reporter over for ESPN, and Dalvin Cook doing rehab work all week long, that includes today doing a lot of stuff. On this side. There is the speculation that that hamstring injury is to the same leg as the A C L was. Will see if he was limited or deemed out at practice, and we'll see what his injury status is, probably in a couple of hours from now. So of course you're gonna hold off making your dfens ladus until Sunday. But
that's the latest on Dalvin cook. Um. Let's go to the phone lines. Frankie, I want to start with Jeremy in New York eight four four eight four three six seven nine. What's up, Jeremy? Hey, what's up, Bens? I love the show. I got a couple of start to sick questions for you. Brady, Brady Mahomes Holmes is my number one quarterback this weekend. I'm gonna continue to rank him that way until we see something different from him.
So I go with Mahomes as well. I had a similar question, not with Brady, Frankie, I was my question was actually Mahomes or Big Band Big Ben Monday Night against the Bucks A very good matchup. You say Mahomes the number one guys, I guess that's the answer. Yeah. I still do like Ben Roethlisberger a lot too. I don't care that he's on the road. I know road big Ben is like a thing. It's a real thing.
But against Tampa Bay, they are getting Brent Grimes back, That's what it seems to be back in their secondary, so they're not going to be as beat up as they were before. But I still think that the way to target that team is through the air. So I like Ben Roethlisberger as a top five quarterback this week. But again, Patrick Mahomes is still my number one. All right, So there you go. More calls A four four, eight, four, three, six, eight seven nine Frey. Let me throw this out at you,
um or any start questions that you particularly have for yourself. Well, I was debating put putting Isaiah Roil in my lineup last night, but seems like you should have asked this question yesterday. Yeah, but I still don't regret it yet.
We'll see what happens on Sunday, obviously, But um, I have a team where I have Mike Evans as my wide receiver one, and then I have a whole hosts posh of like lowan wide receiver to high end wide receiver three type guys, and that includes Chris Hogan, Sammy Watkins, Ellen Cole, Chris Godwin, and he Stills um, Mike Williams. Who I mean, he isn't really there yet, but yeah, basically I have three spots for Chris Hogan, Heiling Cole, Sammy Watkins, Chris Godwin Stills. All right, so let's take
it one by one, all right. I'm locking a Healing Cole in there. I really like Helan Cole. I think it's a good match It's a good matchup for him. I'm locking in Healing Cole. I'm going to lock in Sammy Watkins as well. Is in the matchuck in San Francisco highest scoring game on the board. Uh. I really like Sammy Watkins, especially after when he did last week. So I'm locking him in there, Which leaves Chris Hogan, Chris Godwin, who else? And he Stills and Kenny Stills.
I'm so Hogan plays in Detroit on Sunday Night. Might be without Darius Slayer. Might be with that Darius Slay were the other matchups Tampa. Tampa gets Pittsburgh Wow god Win on Monday Night. Joe Hayden expected to return for the Steelers as well, and who does god play? Who does and he Stills plays the Raiders? Readers don't sleep on Rashaan Melvin. He's actually played very well in the secondary. For that, it seems like we're both leading the same
way here. I probably, yeah, that's who I have in there right now. I'm very bullish on both Keeling Cole and Sammy Watkins as well. I have those guys. I think I have Keeling Cole as a high end wide receiver three this week, he's inside my top thirty. And then I have Sammy Watkins is a low end wide receiver to just based on his usage that we saw last week and the fact that he's going up against the San Francisco forty Niners. Yeah, they have Richard Sherman,
but there. I mean, Andy Reid is creative with his wide receivers. He moves them all around the field, and I really like the usage that we saw to Sammy Watkins last week, So I'm excited about that matchup. The Titans secondary is interesting for the Jaguars receivers because they were expected to be much improved this year. A lot of people like a Dory Jackson in that secondary, and
then they signed Malcolm Butler. But to this point, the Titans are allowing the second most fantasy points to wide receivers. They allowed over two hundred yards receiving, at least sixteen receptions per game and at least two touchdowns per game to wide receivers in both games against the Dolphins. In the Houston Texans, they've allowed at least fifty four point eight PPR Fantasy points to wide receivers in both games to collective wide receiver groups. So, I think you gotta
like Clan cold. I think you have a little bit low to be honest with you, and I have to go in your rankings. I don't have Luve right now, but I really like Healing Cole a lot this week. I think he eats that I have ranked just ahead of him. Include Actually I have more than I thought I have at thirty one. Okay, I know this is in PPR for standard. I have Keelan Cole at twenty nine, just ahead of him. I have Will Fuller, Sammy Watkins, Allen Robinson, Brandon Cooks, and then Cooper cup I think
the Cooks one's interesting. Cooks and Robinson that's kind of just like a respect factor for what they've done so far this year. In terms of Brandy Coleman too man his efficiency for Brandon Cooks has been great plays for the number one offense in the NFL right now, and then Allen Robinson just getting targeted a ton, but does have that tough matchup against Patrick Peterson and the Cardinals secondaries.
So if you had to choose, would you use Keelan Cole over both Allen Robinson and Brandon Cooks this week? So I would. It's tough because it's not like Healan Cole is dominating target. I think I would use him over I think i'd use him over Cooks, but not over Robinson, even though even with Patrick Peterson that's the scary part, but he's just targeted so old secondaries. I mean, even for Brandon Cooks. If you gets chattered by Casey Hayward, Let's let me ask you about the rams here, because
that's kind of the situation I'm in. And I know they've talked about this a lot on our program um. But for me, I gotta start two of these three guys, Robert Woods, Cooper Cup, and Chris Hogan. I have Cup and Hogan ranked the highest. That's who I have. That's who have in right now. I have. I have Woods on the bench because there's always a chance that Robert Woods gets one of you know, both perimeter corners for Los Angeles are actually very good. They have Trevor Williams
and they have Casey Hayward. So regardless, UM, we've seen Robert Woods is pretty much their outside receiver who actually is getting targeted down the field. He leads a team in air yard. So I thought that was really interesting so far to start the season. But it seems like it's not going to be a great matchup for Robert Woods regardless. I think he's still like a low end wide receiver three. But I like Chris Hogan um and Cooper Cup more so this week. Alright, So there you go.
Those are ours start and sick questions gonna be. Let's get to yours at eight four or four eight four, three, six seven nine. Let's go to Joey Minnesota. Let's going on, Joey. Do you have a Joey Hey? Joey? Alright, we dropped. Let's try mel in Springfield. What's up? Mel Hey? How you doing one? Uh? I got a quick story for you, and I got a flex question for you. So I'm in. I'm INNA ten team PPR Deep Fantasy League and with my number twenty overall pick. I picked James Conner. I
don't know. Everyone thought I was crazy until now, okay, and then everyone you know. I've been getting a lot of office for him and my My flex question is carry on Johnson or Rex Burkhead. Carry on Johnson rex Burke had played each other Sunday Night football mat tresure versus Bill Belichick. Carry on Johnson Rex berkeheads two guys you like Frank who need? Who got? I have Rex Burkhead ranked inside my top thirty this week at running back.
I think he's a high in flex option, even a borderline low En RB two, just because of that match up right against the Detroit Lions, even absolutely shredded on the ground this year, allowing five points six yards per carry. They have allowed three hundred fifty nine rushing yards. That's the most in the NFL, and they just got torn apart by Matt Breeds. So I think Rex Burkhead and both Sony Michelle are very very sneaky plays this week
as high in flexes. I don't think the game flow here really works out well for Carrie on Johnson either. I think the Lions will be trailing in this game against the Patriots, and if that happens, that lends itself more to Theo Riddick beyond the field. I probably lean Rex Burkhead, And I know it was weird usage last week in the first and the fourth that people are expecting a Sonny Michelle um break out a bit this weekend, and wouldn't be surprised in prime time for Bill Belis
to be like, here's my new toy. Here's our first round pick. I'm also gonna be surprised for them to be like, here's our new toy, Rex Burkhead. Sure you know we're both score against the uh Against the Detroit Lions, they're there. The way to attack them is running the ball. I mean, and they still have Tom Brady too. But I highlighted last week that without Helodi Nada on the Detroit Lions last year when he went down, they've just absolutely been treaded by running backs in the second half
last year. In the first two games this year, the way to defeat and really run all over the Detroit lines is with your running backs. And that's the way they're still here, all right. Eight four four eight four three six eight seven nine. I go back to my question here Frank, on my team that's really struggling. As owen two, I have to start two of these guys. Oh this is that team. When you asked me about yesterday,
can I start Jordan Wilkins against the Eagles defense? You shouldn't know, he said, no. So I currently have Brandon Marshall and Geronimo Allison as my flexus. Oh my goodness, gracious, and I don't know what to do. You have Mercy on your fantasy team. Greg, We're you gonna do some crazy trade where you you gave away Antonio Brown and got like three really good players in return. Uh? He said, no, Oh, so you're one of those guys. You're like, I'm calling
in you know what? No, no this trade? No? No, no, no no. Well did he accepting it or you're just thinking about offering you It was not the conversation. Frank was like, I'm going to offer this trade. Frank, what do you think is if fair? Like it's good for me? I like, yeah, it's good for you. Well, he said no, ask me about so we were having a discussion. The offer last week was he asked for Odell Beckham Jr. And gave up Davante Adams and Chris Thompson. And you
said no before last week. You had us no to that um in a week, so I had countered that with Odell Beckham for Adam Feeling. God, this sounds really bad now. Adam Feeling, Chris Thompson and Carlos High three for one. I think I threw in Jordan Wimkins. Well, I've I've heard of I've heard of Frank trade offers before. How are you gonna hear three players? I'll give you Odell Beckham with the Eli Manning led offense behind that offensive line. Yeah, so that didn't working out. I feel
bad now, it's too much to give up it. Yeah, you probably should have taken Adams and Chris Thompson. But I will say the fact that you didn't do it, I mean we there is concerned with Aaron Rodgers right now, definitely, and this passing attack. I could have gotten feeling instead of Adams. I'm sure you would have given me that feeling and Chris Thompson for Odell. I mean, it looks bad right now because Odell hasn't done anything and Adam Feeling just went off. But I mean by season's end,
we'll see. I mean there's there's a lot to play out, but I think that is something that you have to explore. You have to give up one of your best players to get depth back because you don't want to be starting Brandon Marshall and Geronimolson as your flex plays. Every You have Marketing Ham coming back on that team soon, don't you? And four that's not do it? I help you. Eight four four eight four three six eight Sevenine, that's
gonna Drew in Arkansas. That's of Drew. I was going, all guys, not much man, Hey, I got a wide receiver to Uh started to sit in a flick starting fit question. Uh should I keep all Day as rod receiver too? Or plugging Corey Davis or Chris Hogan instead? Kenny, Yeah, Kenny, okay, okay? And then flex one and there to have Alex Collins in the flex. But I also have a Clement in the schell available on a bench, and I was saying
about rolling. What's Clement? I see if the Giant is out, Giant does look to be out for me, it's going to be between Collins and comment at that spot. Frankie, the Collins guy, what do you think? Yeah, if if a Giant is indeed ruled out. Um, I would use Corey Clement over Alex Collins just because I think he's gonna be the main guy. I don't think Windel small Wood is gonna eat into his production all that much.
This team, again, they trust Corey Clement, and as much as I like Alex Collins, he's a solid to low end RB two. This week in that matchup against the Denver Broncos, he still has to contend with Buck Allen for touches, especially down near the goal line. So if a g I and Darrence Prowls are both out, I'll take Clement. If a GYS in there, I would use Alex con I agree with that. You're gonna have to wait until win those small and just breaks everything reason
one's hearts this weekend. Yeah, I'm looking at when the time of these games start, just to see if it's possible for him to know, because that could be a tricky situation. You'll know, you'll know, j g I pretty immediately. That's one o'clock games, So yeah, you'll know if I mean, if you ruled out today, for all we now that's true. UM, And then the Denver and Baltimore games also one o'clock start, Yes,
so you'll know if a's out. Then one more question. Uh, silly for me to start o j Howard and Mike Evans and the on the same team. It depends who your other tining options. I had Jared Kirk, but I just dropped him. Actually, but I could probably go back and pick you brought back up. I would start with Howard against the Steel there's no problem. Yeah, I think that's I think that's close. I would lean. I would lean greed could really because I think you sa safer
bet to get targets. But I don't mind it. It's close. If you want to roll with both bucks, I don't think you and you give me a dude on Monday night, Yes, please, absolutely, you gotta dude eight four four eight four three six seven. Now we need to take your questions. We'll give it our our picks, our survivor pick, and now we'll lave

I mean it should be Survivor picks every single week. Technically is probably sponsored by Fantasy Factor. The red ages read yeah,
so that makes sense, all right? See Greg and Fraser Pick of the Week sponsored by Fantasy Factor dot Com. Then read the read over. Theoretically, I'm not going to do that. So Frank, who you got this week? I think we're going to continue to roll with. Just play the team against the Buffalo Bills, right. I think this week for Vikings makes a lot of sense. I will say it doesn't really matter to me if Marcus Mariota plays or not. I think the Jaguars are also an
option here. You might want to save them for later on in the year. Well. US divisional matchups can sometimes be a little weird, so I think the Vikings are the one that you're locking in. But i'd also look at the Jaguars. Uh yeah, I'm I'm locking on the Vikings. I'm not thinking twice year. I almost did it last week with Houston against Tennessee. The divisional games I really do try to stay away from. I know I picked the Rams last week against Arizona. UM, so I divisual
games are always just weird to me. When you have Minnesota, arguably one of the best teams in football against arguably one of the worst at home, tough conditions for Josh Allen, Um this is an easy one. Don't overthinking. Just take the Vikings. Yes, sir, we've We've used the rates I used the Ravens in Week one that was our Bills matchup, and then we had the Rams last week against the Cardinals. So it seems like the teams that you really do want to pick on are going to be the Bills
and the Cardinals. I will not that this week with the Chicago Bears, though, because Cardinals are I believe their home in that game, um and they've just been absolutely destroyed, so I think they bounced back a little bit. This we no reason played with some pride. It was gonna be tough. Is when we ultimately lose Survivor and then we have to continue picks on the show. That's gonna that's gonna be their frustrating. I just locked in my pick, all right, one play one player by the way in DFS.
I absolutely love this week, and I want to know where he is in your rankings, Frankie, That is Will Fuller of Houston generous. Jenkins would will be most likely matched up with DeAndre Hopkins on one side of the field, which leaves will Fuller against Giants third quarterback b W Webb because Eli Apple, who has actually had a nice opening the season, he's out with a groin injury. Will Fuller has scored an unbelievable amount of touchdowns with Shawn
Watson the quarterback, the Giant secondary, certainly Vernibal. I really like will Fuller a lot this week. Yeah, I like that call. When did the Eli Apple news get announced? Was that something today? So he did practice all week, he heard himself in the second half of last week's game, and then the Giants released their practice report and announced he is out on Sunday. Alright, So yeah, that definitely
does push will Fuller up. I had ranked him as if Eli Apple was going to play this week, because as you mentioned, he was playing lights out, so Genara Schenkins and um and Eli Apple on the perimeter there, I was a little bit worried. So I'm gonna go ahead and move Sammy Watkins up a little bit here. I'm gonna move ahead of Brandon will Fuller. Okay, I'm gonna pull. I'm gonna put will Fuller ahead of Brandon Cooks and Allen Robinson. I like that call. I like
him as a high end wide receiver three. I haven't thought it in as wide receiver twenty six. I like this usage a lot last week as well, and I brought up this concept on the other day with Mike Blewett, the concept of buying a player high, right, which seems weird, but if you trust that a player is going to be this good and the fantasy owner who has him doesn't think that this production is sustainable for a guy
like Will Fuller or even Kenny Golladay. I was gonna bring up, Greg, what do you think of the idea of buying a player high, because I kind of like that idea right now. With Will Fuller. I like his usage a lot. He was a fishing last week, called eight of nine targets over a hundred yards in a touchdown. I like him a lot in this offense. Yeah, I
mean his role as offense is absolutely secure. I think it's just really really hard to do it though, knowing and we talked a lot about this earlier in the week. We're talking like Tyler Boyds in the world and the John Brown's in the world. Um, when there's this mega's star on the other side of the right, like DeAndre Hopkins is always gonna be option one. As good as Will Fuller is and as good as the Shaw Watson
isn't getting him the ball. It's just scary trying to predict this week's a week production um all the time. So it's just a little bit harder in my estimation. So I don't necessarily I hate buying guys high man like Kenny Golladay. Another example, like how much better is it getting for Galaday? Like I don't know, I don't what are you saying buying high Like what do you feel comfortable giving up? The thing is, so say, say you value Kenny Golladay as a top twenty four wide
receiver rest of season, which is very high. Say he is the Marvin Jones from last year, like where we had Marvin Jones ranked for this season? Right, Kenny Golladay has stepped into that role. What if the Kenny Golladay owner doesn't believe that, it doesn't value him that way right like through the first couple of weeks. So I so I think that's if they're worried about Marvin Jones taking over or something like that. So I understand what.
I understand what you're saying. But I've realized in fantasy it's like nobody knows how good of a player. A good or batta player is better than the player that owns him. And I completely understand that you're recognizing I want to sell high on Kenny Golladay. I I want to just get rid of it now before Marvin Jones
steps up something like that. I get it, but more likely than not, and you maybe right, but more likely than not, in my opinion, they're gonna be like, oh my god, this guy uses a potential because you're watching surely the red zone, you're watching Kenny Golladay highlight right like you're seeing every play you got makes and you're
seeing him dominating. And to me, it's much more likely that they have the opinion while like I gotta steal in the eleventh round, Kenny Yalladay, he's going to step up. You want to pay me, You want to pay me a healthy price for Kenny Yalladay. He's yours. But I'm not going to just sell him off. Essentially, how do we not know and you said this about um will Fuller playing alongside DeAndre Hopkins, who is absolutely a star. How do we know that will Fuller is not a
star with DeShawn Watson as his quarterback. I don't think that we don't know that. I agree with that, but there's a chance he can be a top twenty four wide receiver. Like, if you have Brandon Cooks right now through the first two weeks, and you know that there are more matchups coming up where he's going to see top cornerback coverage, you go out there and send the offer Brandon Cooks for Will Fuller right now. I think it's I think it's a good talking point, very interesting,
very interesting. Maybe if you trust that Will Fuller is going to get this target share and you you know DeShawn Watson's a gun slinger, You're just gonna throw it. So I think in a lot of state and he's not gonna see top cornerback coverage because Hopkins is. I think I'm doing that. I think I'm trying to get Will Fuller and trying to trying to shop Brandon Cooks. Right now. I think it's pretty even. I think it's I think it's pretty even. I do, like I mean
on this Will Fuller thing. Now, Will Fuller thing, Yeah cool? Four four, four, three, six, eight seven. Nins have a phone lines and hit up Steve in Denver. What's up, Stevie, Steve crap? Steve you you are unbelievable. Did you trade? Did you try to trade? Demarrius Thomas right now for Will Fuller, if someone's just still viewing it like based on like where they were drafted. Oh, obviously, you know Damarius Thomas was the fourth or fifth round pick. Will
Fuller war in a little bit later in draft. He was banged up before the season. I think that's a trade I would do too. I don't know if I do that, dude, Damarius Thomas for Will Fuller. Damarius got in double digit targets in both of his first two games. Score a touch you ont on one of them. Obviously. Last weekends Oglan, it wasn't good. Five dropped the ball a lot. What if Case Keenum loses confidence in him. Emmanuel Sanders seems like the go to guys, which we
Keenum as well. Not disagreeing, they're both like they they're both the two top options in their respective offenses. Like Fuller is the second option and his I'm not saying to Mary Thomas is the second. It's probably like one A and one B with Emmanuel Sanders. When I trust to Shawn Watson throwing the ball more so than I do Case Keenum, probably, Oh my god, I can do it. I think you'd do it, man, this is actually amazing. There's nothing to do with football, you have anything to
do with wolf Full at last? God damn it, tweet just came across my timeline. I'm really, I'm really in on this, like wolf full of You're you're buying it? Man, You're gonna share with me or you're just gonna I don't think you're gonna care. Probably not, especially if it's something to do with like Ed Sheeran close to be honest with you, Matthew's man with a three man band. Speaking of three man band, I was hanging out with Michael Floria last night? How was that? How did he not? Really? No?
He did? He said that, Um, he texted you earlier in the week and tried to get you to come out last night. Medo mediocre. I don't know that. It wasn't like a strong push. You weren't gonna come. Of course I stayed till the end of the game. I stay that. I stay. Speaking of which, what about my point? First? Are you were you gonna get to it? You know? Of course I need to get to it. Now. You have to wait because I'm going to go off on a tangent. Here we're in a bar, in New York
bar is channing Baker, Baker, Baker, Baker, Baker. I have Cleveland Browns fans heckling me because I'm decked out from head to toe in New York Jets gear. We're in New York. I'm getting heckled by Baker Makefield fans and Cleveland brown fans in a bar in New York. Doesn't that seem a little ridiculous to you? It's absurd? Absolutely, Yeah, of course it is. That the Jets are playing. The Jets are playing. We are Jenny Baker Fair. If Baker Mayfield was facing any other team, I would have been
channing Baker as well. So your pathetic as well. I mean, it's the first over roll pick. He came in like. It's an awesome storyline. The Browns haven't won a game. There's a lot of the Jets haters. You remember a couple of weeks ago, Frankie, we were singing that whole thing, the Poopil Poo Poo the Jets. We were singing this song um before or the Vandel Hurry up Tavy. I was going nuts with that. Isn't him right? Do you know how much I hate that song? That was the
point of it. Yeah, I think you said that your mom really likes that, like every Jewish mom loves that song. Correct because they don't pronounce the word remember, because remember exactly. I know I listened to you when you talk the twenty first night of September. Sure, do you know what that? Oh gosh, I'm looking around like all over my my laptop to find the date? Would you like to sing it? Would you like to sing? What? Today? Is? Great? So
I got a tweet that came on my timeline. They didn't even know how much I hate it, and it literally says, do you remember with the Apple calendar and today's date is all? I mean, that's not so bad the twenty first day of Septembers your mom and sing it? Well? So I texted my mom, I knew that was coming. That was a lot night. Give me Yeah, it's coming singing, texted my mom, proud you remember the twenty first night
up September. There you go. Every Jewish mother's fantasy at a wedding When that song comes on, it's like one more call before you start off. Eight four four A four three six seven nine. Our picks are coming up in just two minutes from now, Gavin Flora or a final call and this week thanks you guys. A quick
question um kind of a tough question. I think PPR my flex um my Tweather receivers are Hilton and Adams, so I can't bench them my Flex, Sanders or Holiday m H. I think this is a good one to Greggy because Emmanuel Sanders is expected to they They're going up against Baltimore, so tough. I think it is. I don't random Carr has been used as a shadow cover a corner to start the season. The thing is, I just don't know if he's going to be shadowing Emmanuel
Sanders or Marius Thomas. I have these guys back to back in my rankings. I'll go with Emmanuel Sanders just because there's one less mouth to feed. In Denver, it's really just him and da Marius Thomas. And in Detroit you have Golden Tate, you have Marvin Jones, you have Kenny Golladay. But it is a good question, and it's very very close. I have Emmanuel Sanders ranked once spot higher. Greg I also believe Emmanuel Say. I would start Emmanuel
Sanders over Kenny Golladay. I know he plays Sunday night. I know there's this love affair with Golladay at the moment, I get it. It's tough for me to mention right now with the number one wide receiver is in Denver and that's Immanuel Sanders. So I agree with you, Frank, I'm going with Manny Sanders. Yeah, I do. I like both a lot. To the matchup for the Lions, I'm going up against the Patriots. The Patriots just allowed six team receptions two hundred and forty five yards and three touchdowns.
Because the Jaguars wide receivers. I get Stafford and and this group of wide receivers that has looked absolutely dominant. I just trust Emmanuel Sanders a little bit more about it, But I do like Golladay a lot. That's gonna do it for us. On the YouTube stream today, the Fantasy Football Frenzy, one more hour of it comes your way next. Chris Vancher, Jim Day, and a Fantasy executive Corey Parson will have you there. Of course you're listening to the
podcast or on the radio. We'll go over another five minutes and make our picks for the week. Also give us like five stars, leave a comment. We appreciate all your support day in, day out, weekend and week out. We we love you and we appreciate all of your support. Frankie. Five minutes ago is Friday. Then it's time to do our picks, our favorite three picks of the week. I was two and one last week you were oh and three.
I believe that's correct. I keep trying, probably keep track of all of these, right, keep track inside of a little notepading now as well. No, just keep track of mind to see how much money. By the end of the season, I've lost our gain, my net gainer loss. So keeping track of you want to keep tracking my Okay, so I'm all right. Week week two, Greg, frank So I was two and one, you were owing three. We do this in week one. I don't know if we did.
I don't remember if we did. Well. I'll just give you the picks that I actually bet on that week, and I went I went to in one, but I didn't probably mention those if the Falcons on Thursday night and then I had the Browns cover in the tie. I'm sorry, I don't starting week two because you went to one and I went Sorry, you know, but I went to in one and one, and you're going to completely gloss over it is what it is, all right, I'm wait, I'm putting this. Come on, you're so calment.
Come on, come on, Greggy's picks. I'm putting the spreadsheet together. I'm not handicapper, Greg. This is not working, he's telling me February first night. Right, No, it's the twenty first night, September. Alright, let's steal it, all right, get before I get some music for this, please, I want some like serious music, serious how serious? I don't know, like for like wants to be a million near type of stuff. All Right, I don't want that. I don't. I don't. I don't
need you. As you just play earth Wind and Fire there, we'd be happy. You can just place the temporary and that's fine. Yeah, you know you just put that away. A little bit underneath is underneath bed. Alright, first pig, I've been talking about it all week. I'm gonna lock it in. I like the Redskins plus three at home against Green Bay. I think Aaron Rodgers um certainly beat up. Redskins defense has actually been pretty solid. I know we
wanted a really good last week, not so much. I really liked them plus three this week at home Jeopardy, Dude, come on plus three against Green Bay. He just put September on. You don't even you have the cojones if you were throwing some shekels down Greggy. Redskins money line, Yeah, they would a chance that Aaron Rodgers doesn't play this week. That's not true. He'll play. Um alright, So I like I like the Eagle. Sorry, I like the Redskins plus three.
I'm also going to take this week what's tough one, I'm going there. I like the Steelers plus one and a half, minus one and a half on the road on Monday Night. I think they put there get they think they get their ske together, and then they get their s together on Monday Night football. So I like the Steelers and then give me the give me the Raiders plus three in Miami. I just don't know how good Miami is. Oakland could have won last week in Denver.
Tough place to play. I think they're getting there. They're asked together as well. I like Oakland plus three, so I'm gonna giving Oakland Washington and Pittsburgh. I'm surprised you didn't go with this one. Greggy. They've been your team before the year. They've been your team week in the Chiefs Chiefs minus six and a half. M they just need to win by a touchdown. I think that's certainly doable against the San Francisco forty Niners. I don't think
their defense is very good before the Niners. That is well, actually neither defense is very good. But I have a lot more trust in the Chief's offense right now than I do. I will also take the Battle of Los Angeles the Chargers Argers bro at plus seven and a half. I think it's perfect. You're getting that that touchdown there, uh the seven points, even if it's garbage time. I could see them getting the back door cover here, uh, scoring late to make this a I don't know, type
of game something like that. So I like the Chargers at plus seven and a half. I'm torn here. I could go against you and take the Dolphins because I kind of like the minus three. I'll take the Seahawks. I bet against the Cowboys last week. I know Corey is probably gonna kill me for this, but must win Game four the Seahawks at home in Seattle minus two. They just need to win by a field goal. I'll take Seattle there. You gos are done for the week.
Good luck to you. We appreciate your support and listen Fantasy football friends. You a day. Parson Ventra, He's up next. We'll be back to the hurry up later on. Thank you so much for listening. We'll do it all again on Monday, we hope.
