Action Hour, Frank stanfle Gregson, as I mentioned, Frank, what's happening? Hey, what's up? Man? Our to Action Hour? Does that mean we should no dress up or anything? Why would do that? I don't know, liketle Arnold or something like an action movie could be like our thing or stick. That is that the plan here? I don't know. That's why I was asking, you know, I was throwing it out there. I'm gonna be out on that idea. You're gonna be out on that one. Okay, all right, Well that's out there.

Maybe you know, we'll think of something hopefully. All right, So the majority of the action hour today we'll be breaking down the whole run derby. Have all the odds in front of me, so we'll see what we can do with that. We're also gonna take a look at the NBA team totals going forward as well as there's been a lot of change in the NBA, so how does that affect team total? Is the betting market. We're

gonna break down all of that as well. Before we do, Frank, I want to wrap up what we're talking about ean our number one, and that was in regard to the Dallas Cowboys Frank and Dallas Cowboys from a fantasy perspective here, not too much to talk about. Was why I kind of say it to the end. I think we can get it done right now before we hit our our first break, and that is you know, Zeq l's top four running back. You mentioned earlier in our one Fantasy

Hour that kind of interchangeable one through four. No issue there. He's pretty awesome. Big I think is twofold. There's two of them. Number one, Mark Cooper's the only wide receiver you're drafting here. We're not messing around you drafting Cooper? Where are you drafting him? How good can he be? I think that he can be more consistent, more reliable than he ever has before. We've seen some monster games out of Amari Cooper. There's no doubting that the talent

is there. We saw some big games last year in that second half with the Dallas Cowboys, So I think there will be a little bit more consistency. Uh, does he have you know, the biggest upside on a game to game basis? Maybe not. I don't know that we're ever gonna see, you know, another two yard three touchdown game or whatever he did a couple of years ago with Oakland. But I think, you know, he can be the Dallas Cowboys wide receiver one, a consistent option for fantasy.

What I won him as my wide receiver one? Probably not? I mean his ADP right now is anywhere it's in the third round. I've seen him go anywhere from you know, the two three turn to the three four turns. So he's in the third round, and I think that's a good spot for him. But what I want him as my wide receiver one? The answer is probably not. I would probably want a running back in the first round and then take a wide receiver in round two, and then come back and take a Mari Cooper in round three.

H And that's not really a knock on him. It's just that, based on where fantasy football is going right now and the wide receiver position as a whole, I think you need someone better than a Marie Cooper to be your wide receiver one. And Fantasy Greg okay, I I think that's interesting. I think, to me, running back running back is a way to go, and if you do that and you have running back running back, I think you could do worse than Mark Cooper as your

wide receiver one. I don't think it's horrible. It's not horrible. I'm probably just being greedy here. We haven't and for transparency, Frank and I both not made a rankings yet, so I have no idea where Cooper could fall. Like he could be right outside my top twelve for instance, if he's that thirteen and he's my wide receiver one. Okay, I literally have no idea. I haven't started by ranking.

He's totally being honest with you. You started running back running back, and you wind up with two really good running backs. I think I'm okay with it. Yeah, look, that's a viable option as well. If you ended up with you know, a Levian Bell and David Johnson Melvin Gordon in round one, and then round two you get a Nick Chubb, a Dalvin Cook, Joe Mixing, something like that,

and then you end up with Cooper. Yeah, like that can work out because you know you're weekly floor in terms of production from your running backs is going to be really high. And the wide receiver position this year is something that I've noticed so far is very deep. There's a lot of really really talented wide receivers going into rounds four or five, six, seven. Uh. You know, there's a lot of talent out there, so you're gonna be able to find a few wide receivers that have

some breakout potential later on in your draft. I think it's just me personally, I would feel better with a Marie Cooper as my wide receiver too, But more often than not, that means that you know you're gonna take an RB in round one or or two, and then you're not gonna get your second running back until round four, So you know you're gonna have to weigh where you want to be a little bit weaker. But I would personally like a Marie Cooper Moore as my wide receiver

to Greg fair enough. Alright, last question with Dallas is their quarterback? That's Dak Prescott. A lot of people like Dak coming in the last year. Uh, I don't feel like he was like whatever last year. I don't like have any like good or bad feeling about him. What do you think of these performance last year? What do you think of him this year? Both single quarterback and

super flex leagues? I think that there are still question marks and when it comes to Dak Prescott in terms of as an actual NFL quarterback, Like if I were a Cowboys fan, I would be a little bit skeptical about giving Dak Prescott a monster extension, like you know he obviously wants and you know, if he performs well and they make it to the playoffs again, he might get it. But from a fantasy perspective, Greg, he's been really consistent. You know, each year he's been in the league,

he's been a top twelve quarterback. I don't know that people realize that, and I think that he slept on a little bit too much. Uh. In a one quarterback league, I might want someone with a little bit more upside. But if I play in the two QB league or a super flex, I love Dak Prescott as my second quarterback or even as my you know, my starting quarterback. And then if I have a super flex that that's going in a similar range of him as you know, maybe like a Jamis Winstein or a Lamar Jackson or

something like that. If I have two of those quarterbacks, I can live with that. I I could. I would be all right with that. He's had exactly six rushing touchdowns in each season he's been in the league. Greg, I don't really see why that would go away now. Helen Moore is the offensive coordinator for the Dallas Cowboys, first time offensive coordinators, so we don't really have anything

to go off of here. We can read about things that he wants to implement in the offense, but we don't have any history when it comes to Kellen Moore. You know, I'll talk about this with other teams, like when it comes to the when it comes to the Baltimore Ravens, and who do they bring in as their their offensive Greg Roman. Yes, spoke about this a little bit earlier on the fandal hurry up. But we have history of Greg Roman, and we know, you know, things

that he's done in his tendencies in the past. We don't have that when it comes to Kellen Moore. So it's it's a little bit harder to to project this Dallas Cowboys offense moving forward. But all in all, I like ka Marii Cooper a lot. He personally rather have him as my wide receiver too in fantasy. Like Dak Prescott, I think he's a low one quarterback on high end quarterback to Ezekiel Elliott. He cemented as a top four pick in fantasy. I have some question marks about the

a lot happened over this weekend. Whre Quhiet Leonard finally made his decision, we found out how manipulative Quiet Letard really was. He pulled the clippers. I'm there, but I want Paul George with me, the st Paul George that decided not to go to l A last summer when he had the opportunity. Okay, see he said, Paul Jorgy talked, Paul Jordan said, let's do this together. You're the guy I want Paul George want. Okay, season trade me to l A now. And it worked. KWHI Leonard managed to

screw over three franchises in the process. Ain, he screwed over the Lakers. That's not fair. You didn't screw the Lakers. Yeah, I guess you're right. I mean, we don't know what happened behind closed doors, but a lot of people were talking about like he was closer to signing with the Lakers at one point than he was the Clippers. So if he gave them any indication that he was leaning towards going to them and then backed out of it, I would kind of count that and screwing them over.

But we don't obviously know what screw the next and all he screwed the next That sucks, but I don't They didn't even get a meeting, so I wouldn't even Uh, I wouldn't really count that and screwing them over. But I'm prettyure Kwaile Leonard didn't meet with the Lakers though, so anyway, but he definitely screwed over the Thunder. It's definitely screwed over the Raptors. Fans are gonna say that they screwed them over, but we want them much, Fabian.

I don't understand did he screw over the Thunder or he just expedite the rebuild because the Thunder as constructed, we saw it last year. Let's start out in the first round. Yeah, but that was flukey. They're a better team than that, Craig, and you know that. I don't know how much better they are. I guess. Look, your question is valid that as constructed, were was that? Okay? See Thunder team ever going to compete for a championship?

I don't know. I don't think so. I think if Hawaii Leonard ended up in l A by himself, or he was in Toronto, they might have had a fair shot in the Western Conference, made Maybee, I think, I think the West is I think the whole NBA is pretty much wide open right now. This is really excited what we wanted, which makes me want to get into these odds now. Right because the favorites to win the NBA Championship at about three to one, it's the Clippers

who now have Kauahi Leonard and Paul George. Should they be I think the answer is yes, I don't. I don't think they should be this so then who should be the favorite? And the Milwaukee Bucks should be the favorites? Why is that? Because you have the Buck at six to one. They're the third favorite right now, behind both l A teams, Clippers and the Lakers. I don't want to talk about this from like a value based perspective, because I have a few that I like in terms

of value. But I do think that you think that the Bucks should be the favorite favorite to win the NBA because to get to the NBA Finals, you gotta go through an entire conference, right The Clippers have a lot going on in that Western Curnference, a lot of teams at the face. In fact, you look at the odds and one, two, three, four, five out of the top seven teams according to the odds. The Vandal sports

book cover the Western Conference. The books don't have to deal with that the Bucks were in the Eastern Conference finals last year and lost to a Kauai led Toronto team. Not to say that Philly didn't lose fairly, argue that the Eastern Conferences past year in the playoffs was even tougher, and Kawhi Leonard and I think the Eastern Conferences here was tougher than the Western Conference this past year. Maybe I don't know that you can guarantee that, though, like

the Rockets were really good. The Warriors are obviously really good. The Nuggets were awesome. I don't know you can make that argument. I mean you can think the argument. That's a clear I would make that argument. That's fine. But I think the West uber competitive. The East, given that Kevin Ruant still a year away from returning. Boston is interesting. Philadelphia loses Jimmy Butler, Vick gets Alt Horford, that's that

whole dynamics interesting definitely. But Milwaukee is the same team, and they lost Malcolm Brogden, but everybody else is back. It's the same team. We're running it back, we doing it again, and that team was good enough to have the best record in the NBA. That same exact team had the best record in the NBA last year. I don't really want to discount losing Malcolm Brock. He missed the entire last month of the year into the playoffs, but he was still a big piece of them having

that record for most of the season. I mean what he provides defensively and his efficiency offensively as well. I don't want to downplay Malcolm Brogden being gone. They basically brought back every one and they have solid depth. They bring in Robin Lopez to back up his brother Brook Lopez as well. Um yeah, I mean they're rightfully so the favorites in the Eastern Conference. I think that makes a lot of sense. There might be some recency bias with these odds, just based on what we just saw

with our eyes. I mean Kawhi Leonard literally take over the playoffs and be as amazing as he was. I mean he really put the team on his back. So yeah, there might be some recency bias there. But I think the way that this Clippers team is constructed right now. I understand it's the Western Conference is tough. I agree with you in that regard, Greg, but you have two top five players in the NBA right now, and Kawhi Leonard and Paul George who are going to be able

to hold their own create their own shot. And then you have Lou Williams off the bench, who is perennial sixth Man of the Year. You have a really good defender in the middle in montros Harrold as well, and then you have Pat Beverley, who was a bulldog himself. I don't I don't know how teams are gonna score against him. Seriously, the defense is gonna be amazed. Awesome. Look, it's a cliche, but defense wins championships. We just saw

it in the NBA Finals. Definitely, So I think the Clippers being the favorite is warranted based on the roster that they've put together so far. Okay, I stick by what I said. Obviously, for me, I would go, um, yeah, I'm going with the Milwaukee Bucks. In between the Clippers and the Bucks six to one of the Bucks about three one of the Clippers are about five to one, four and a half to one. Uh, it's the Los

Angeles Lakers with Anthony Davis and Lebron James. The question is you said before, Frank that Kawhi Leonard kind of screwed over the Lakers, and then I said, I don't know if that's true. Lakers definitely waited out Kawhi Leonard when he didn't sign. They signed all these other pieces, including DeMarcus Cousins, including Danny Green. They bring back Rajon Ronda had been bringing back Javann Legee. He's had enough around Anthony Davis and around Lebron James to win an

NBA championship. I think it could be. I could see them being competitive and going deep into the postseason, what I'll say about the Lakers is I think the roster construction is kind of weird. They're based leave the New Orleans Pelicans for from a couple of years ago. With Lebron James, that helps obviously very much, you know, having the best player in the world maybe, but I just

think that their roster construction is odd right now. What I will say is they have a lot of death and I like that because I think them not getting Kawhi Leonard actually was the best thing that happened for them greg because getting Danny Green, you get a two way players still, a very solid defender, a good shooters and that's exactly what Lebron needs around him. He needs

good shooters on his team. I think getting Danny Green, I think bringing back k CP, someone who could come off the bench and he can play two ways as well. He could shoot from the outside, he could he could defend as well. They brought in Quinn Cook, which I think is an underrated acquisition for them because he could shoot from the outside. They still have Kyle Kuzman, they signed to Marcus Cousins, who can help. Overall, I still think it's a weird roster construction. But they have a

lot of depth on this team. I like the way that they rebounded after not getting a superstar player. They brought in a lot of interesting pieces and they compete. Yes, I don't think that they're gonna go to win the NBA Championship. Now will we come back? We'll take a look at some of our favorite bets right now as it stands to win the NBA Championship. All right, Frank, We took a look at the favorites to win the NBA Championship. That was the two l A teams and the Milwaukee Bucks. But you said there's a couple of teams at their current price, it really stand out to

you name your favorite. My favorite one as of right now would be the Utah Jazz at sixteen to one to win the NBA Finals next year. I really like what they've done in the off season. We knew that they needed offense. They're already really good defensively. They have Rudy Gobert, who is the reigning defensive player of the

Year in the NBA. They sign Boyan Bogdanovitch, who is a twenty point per game score in the second half last season without Victor Aldipot on the Pacers, so we know that he could get buckets, and we know that he could shoot from the outside. And they also traded for Mike Conley, just a really really underrated trade here, because he's really good on both ends of the court and he could set other people up, he could create his own shot, and he could play a little bit

of defense as well. So I really really like what the Utah Jaz have done, and I like their odds at sixteen to one. Greg how about you. For me, I'm gonna go even a little bit lower because it's crazy to me. I talked to the books being a similar team and realized they lost again and maybe I underrated that, and that's fine. But I once again look at a similar team, and that's the Denver Nuggets, who

are bringing back everybody. I also like the Denver Nuggets a lot is they are bringing back everybody and not missing anything there. And they're adding Michael Porter Jr. To their me he was already out for some relief. We hope he did trade with Jeremy Grant earlier today, I traded away next year's first round pick for Jeremy Grant, which would be defense on the wing. Absolutely, it's awesome. Twenty three to one for a team that finished second

in the West last year and changed nothing. The chemistry is there? These teams really really good, went to Games seven with Portland last year? Are you getting them at to one better? To me? I like them better than Golden State. I like them better than Utah. I love the Nuggets here one better than Utah. Gregs. Come on, I'm sorry. There was three that really stood out to me, and I would actually sorry cut off I also kind of like the Rockets sporteen to one, fourteen to one.

In your apologize, all right, I mean, look, we've talked about we we just spoke about the thunder before and we said were they ever going to really win the way that their team was constructed? And I think that you can have the same questions about the Houston Rockets. Are they really ever gonna win the way that their team is currently constructed? I'm not so sure. There were three that really stood out to me that I liked in terms of their value, and I would be willing to,

you know, play some wagers on these myself. Utah Todd the sixteen and one to Denver Nuggets to twenty three two one, and the Portland Trailbazers a thirty five type of thing. It's just really good odds. They bring back everybody and they add Hassan Whiteside. The reason why they did that is because Yusuf Nurkics had a serious, you know, leg injury last year. They don't know how he's going to return, if he's going to be himself once again, But even if he does come back, that's just added

depth to this team. They would have Nurkics, who was a really good offensive player, and then Hassan Whiteside, who is a really good defensive player. So I like what the Portland Trail Blazers have done. They also brought in Kent Baysmore for that team, Greg, who was a little bit of a three n D player. They need a more defense on that team, and I think that they have added that in both Kent Baysmore and Hassan Whiteside.

I'll throw something sneaky out there right now in case a trade were to happen, Greg, if Russell Westbrook were to be traded, there are three situations that make a lot of sense to me. The Detroit Pistons, the Orlando Magic, and the Miami Heat. That's the only one out of the team's you name is Miami Heat right now are

five to one to win the NBA Finals. Now, I'm not saying a team with Russell Westbrook and Jimmy Butler is ideal team in Paul George and Russell Westbrock probably better than that, but they're in the Eastern Conference, which we have already established is an easier road to the NBA Finals. So maybe that's your bet. Like to come out of the Eastern Conference. You get the Miami Heat at thirty to one right now, which if they trade for Russell Westbrook, that that number is gonna shoot up

a ton. So I'll just throw that out there right now. They did read about this and they said that the Heat just don't have much to give, that's the issue. Yeah, it would just be a ton of draft picks. They've given up a lot already. Yeah, they would. You know, it would probably be like drag and maybe you justice Winslow to make the salaries work. There's no way the thunder A taking drug back. They have to move him somewhere.

I know Simmons today on Twitter. Bill Simmons was going with three three team trade to send drugs to Dallas, but they were trying to get him. Yeah, Jimmy Butler signing correct drugs to Dallas and and lift some protections on picks and the whole thing. But I've seen Miami thrown out there. Orlando. They are what they are. But they're starting point card right now is DJ Augustine. We'll

see what happens with Markuel Fults. But if you had Russell Westbrook to a team with Vouchovich and Aaron Gordon. the Eagles defense. But you know, as we said in the first hour, I think their offense is gonna be amazing. Assuming that Carson Wentz can stay healthy. That offensive line, coupled with those wide receivers and Zach Earth and Dallas Goddard and bringing Miles Sanders and training for Jordan Howard, that offense is gonna be electric. And I think the defense should be able to do enough. So if I had to place a wager, it would probably be on

the Eagles. But there is some downside, like if Carson Wentz gets hurt, Greg, I mean, the Dallas Cowboys can easily take over this division. I was looking at the Dallas Cowboys schedule before the show. They do have some tough out of division matchups this year, like they have to face the Patriots, they have to face the Vikings, the Packers, so I think they have to face the Saints as well. It's not the easiest schedule for the Dallas Cowboys. They have a first place schedule because of

where they were at last year. But I do think that this is a two team race. I think the Eagles probably win the division assuming Carson Wentz stays healthy, but there is some downside because he couldn't legitimately get hurt. What are you thinking for me? But the way that the NFL is trending right now, it's who has the better offense right now, at least in the regular season though, that's the team more often than not that's going to win the most games and and more than likely win the division. I understand what Vlad is capable of doing. He has the hardest hit ball so far this season, so he's probably gonna put on a show. And we've seen the videos of him doing batting practice, and he hits the ball extremely hot, hard, he hits

the ball extremely far. So there's a reason why he's the favorite at minus five. But I agree with you. Out of the all the matchups, here's my favorite one to sprinkle on the underdog. It's Matt Chapman. Chapmans in better, like you said, and what is he? I think he has twenty home on in the season already so far this year, and he was someone who was consistently over

thirty home runs in the minors. Now he's sacrifice a little bit of power at the major league level to improve his batting average, Greg, but we know deep down he still has that power in him.
