You know, Yankees are dealing with the Sevareino injury, but they bring in James Paxxon. I think the pitching will be better. I think they have some depth. They've lengthened

the lineup at DJ le Mayhew. So I think it's very close. I need this division is close, But I'll take the Yankees. Chris Venta same Frank too, Yankees. There's too many good teams. I think the Cubs are unbelievable. I think that one

of the best teams. Have no Cardinals, no Brewers, no Dodgers, Rockies. I'm doing San Diego is the backup wild card team. Probably aren't gonna make it past that walk all around though, and they got the Phillies, who I think so much better this yield. How could you have the padres over some of these teams, like they don't have pitching. You just buying it. I'm buying crazy construng like the fourth half.

mentioned that he was given. He just needs to stay healthy. He's best player in baseball. Could easily hit forty home runs with twenty seven basses, and you think you expect him to carry the Los Angeles Angels all the way to the wild Cards. So we'll see if that can happen. But that's obviously Mike Trout. I do think that, you know, it could be him and Judge battling out for the A L m v P. Again, Judge just needs to stay healthy, which I think he will. I think he'll

be fine. He has the upside to hit, you know, fifty home runs. We've seen him do it already in a great lineup in a great ballpark. Yankees are gonna win a ton of games, So yeah, I think he'll be up there for a L m v P. Lord Springer. To me, he's more of a compiler, right. He's gonna play me a lot, obviously, but he's gonna hit all right, maybe to thirty home runs, steal you know, eight to ten basses, you know, decent batting average to sixty seventies,

which means he's come back sooner rather than later. I was wrong about that potential, you guys by greg Planco. If he's available, I own him in a keeper league. Um. And it's what we told people to do, right, like draft him in a keeper league, because then you have him for a good value next year if he's here to play all season. But for Gregory Planco, I just worry about early on in the season. The shoulder is

gonna affect his production. The same thing happened to Michael Kinfordo last year, So I think he might be able to help us closer to the mid season. Greg maybe in the second half of the year. I just worry that when he first comes back, it's gonna it's gonna be hard him to lift the ball and and display some of that power that he showed last year because he is coming back from my shoulder. I worry about that when it comes to Yeah, it's hard to know

where to draft him. I've been talking to him in some drafts, like I want him because I know, especially keep like you said, but and he's honestly, he's worth it, like he could have a big, monster year where he has great value, Like he has that potential. That's why I want to talk to him. Problems. I don't know where to get him because I love Polanco last year because like you said, Yeah, you know, like you said, he might be out, you know, longer than we expect.

He could come back and not be effective for a good month or so before he gets back into things. Baseball is like that. You need to constantly be doing it to stay in the groove, you know, to stay in a flow and get momentum, and it might take him a while. So I'm worried about that. So I usually wait too long and he gets drifted over me, But I like Polanco. We also rated Gregory Planco in his career, so I don't know that we've overrated him.

He just hasn't. But you have to remember when you're drafting him and you're rushing to pick him up whatnot. There was that time in the middle of the summer you dropped him last year like that, like that's where we were. And obviously you regretted that because he went on towards second half of the most part. But he was so bad for a time last year that you dropped him. So coming back from this major, major shoulder surgery, how doing to get that power back? How do you

get back to playing every day? We said before Tempory the expectations, and I think you have to do so for Gregory Polanco as well. Yeah, and here here was his month by month production. I mean, Marks April last year hit one, but he also hit six homers, so he gave you some hop. But he was striking sight times and twenty six games that wasn't great. And then in May he had to thirty two and only hit two home runs and he still struck out twenty four

times in twenty three games. And then this is where everything started to turn around. Junie at three oh six July, three oh one, August only to eighteen and then September at four or nine. Did he come back from injury last year going into the season, I think he had a full I think he was hurt fully healthy. I thought he was fully healthy in the last healthy was like, finally he had a fully healthy off season. That's why

I was buying in last year. And so it took him two months just to get back into the group of things. Well, so what he was doing last year was he was trying to lift the ball too much. He really brought into the launch angle revolution. He's trying to hit a bunch of fly balls. But if you look at Gregory Polanco, his frame, he's not one of these guys fly ball is fifty percent of the time, Like that's Joey gallow that's Cody Bellinger, someone like that.

He's a guy that can actually hit. Blanco was a guy. All right, maybe he hits fort at the time, he'll hit fly balls. You want him like twenty drives, yeah, line drive and a fly ball hitter. If he gives you homers steals. Last year, early on in the season, was trying to lift the ball too much early on. Mhmm. Then I think everything kind of evened out and his production started to come as the season one of Yeah, I mean, listen, I think he even has power if he just hits the way he wants to hit. He

doesn't have to do launch angle thing. Because he had twenty two homers without using all that stuff. I think he has the potential of thirty on on his best year, and then he could steal bags on top of it. He has a lot of talent if he fills out, you know a little bit. He's gotta fill out a little more. And he's not he's not old. But I don't think he lived up to our expectations from when he came up, like he was one of these top prospects. Remember that group that they had, right, it was like

Jose To Taboa came up right away raking. He just came up king that kid that was remember that it was Remember Pedro Alvarez who That's who it was? It was Alvarez, Yeah, together, and then it was like Gregory Polanco and Marte came up. Yeah, and Alvarez was coming after better in his career. Yeah, Marte has been the best of the of the Pirates group of guys. Besides mccarton came before cutching game before. It was like oh eight or O nine came up around then. But I

remember alvare As. I was big on Alvarez when he was coming up. It's like the power of this kid. Yeah, this kid's power was crazy. But he struck out way too much and he couldn't survive, couldn't hit, and he couldn't play defense. You couldn't save. Were you a patrols guy, Greg, of course? And the power was crazy and guy's Vanderbilt. Yeah,

big boy, he's a power guy. Probably. I had him a couple of a couple of years, had him playing and uh that I was always like, hit a miss you know you're gonna hit a wrong, they're gonna strike out. a good game in Tai's still there. They have Mitch Keller coming in the organization to pitching is not bad, big name pitching prospect. And look they have some pieces on offense. Yeah, you know they still have They have to come together he still have you know, see what Gregory Polanco could give them, but Josh Bell ju Ho gong to. So they basically have to be really big overachievers. They have to be big overachievers if they want to

make noise. Basically super tough, super super tough division. As we wait for medlsin's the DL he has, right, I could. I can't do anything, So I can't move my line up around.
