Episode description

Most parties who are going through a divorce prefer to settle their case.  To settle a divorce, the reality is that parties have to agree on a comprehensive settlement on all issues.  For most, they assume this is easy.  But in many cases, this is not easy at all.   In this episode, Kirk Stange, from Stange Law Firm, PC, talks about two contested issues that often result in a trial in a divorce.  These two issues are child custody disputes and cases where the parties have differing viewpoints on spousal support (also known as maintenance or alimony). As a follow-up to this episode you can listen to an article on Family Law Headquarters titled: Two contested issues that can result in a divorce trial.  You can also call 1-855-805-0595 for more information.
