Vermont as been a wonderful, safe state for reproductive health since the Roe v. Wade decision, and following the fall of Roe, Vermonters are working to enshrine the right to abortion in their state constitution.
This coming November election, the Right to Personal Reproductive Autonomy Amendment—also known as Proposal 5—will be going on the ballot. The proposal aims to amend constitution to ensure every Vermonter has the right to reproductive liberty. Vote YES to help Vermont become a "super state" for safe and legal abortion.
