I wasn't always in a good place with my health and fitness routine- it used to be extreme, and it used to be messy.
But I can truthfully say that I feel like I'm in a really good place at this point in my life, and have reached a level of health and fitness I feel GOOD about, and that I can MAINTAIN - no matter what my circumstances.
It all comes down to 5 basic foundations that I have prioritized and automated in my day-to-day activities.
