Abraham was fully persuaded that what God had promised, He was able to perform. You could say he was fully assured, convinced, and confident. So, understanding that, confidence is a word that is used interchangeably with faith. Faith is confident. Whether we ask confidently or waveringly determines whether we receive or not. Uncertainty is an enemy of faith, so keep your confidence!
