Your clients do not want you to dumb shit down for you. Your NEXT level clients, you know, the ones you are MEANT to lead, support, mentor and inspire, DEFINITELY do not want you to dumb shit down for them AND they do not want you to SPEAK TO THEM AT THE LEVEL THEY ARE AT NOW!!

I know this sounds weird ... but if you want to elevate your OWN results and also allow your people to shift to where you know they must and can - you have to speak to the HIGHEST aspirational version of them!!
