Hello, everyone, everywhere. Pastor Bob Thibodeau here. Welcome to the faith based business podcast for today. We're so blessed that you're joining us. We've been talking all week here about the, you know, the kingdom kingdompreneur business blueprint. Praise the Lord. And this is the study we're going through right now. If you missed any of the prior episodes, go back and catch up. Today is the end of. I believe it's the third week, but the maybe. No, I think it's the end of the second week.

It's been a long couple weeks. Anyway, today we're going to talk about validating your ideas through faith and feedback. Praise the Lord. And let's go to the and share this screen. We'll jump right into this here. Hallelujah. All right, so we're gonna start with prayer. I mean, that's what we should be doing anyway. Let me back that idea up there. Got ahead of myself because we've been sharing information on how the importance of sharing our faith in business, no matter what it is we do.

Okay, you could be a car mechanic. You can share your faith. That's where I take my car. We have a Christian car mechanic here in the town I live in. I mean, there's gospel music playing all day long and his business is off the charts. I'm telling you, he stays booked. Why? Because everyone's drawn to the word of God. They want it and all that. They do. And you know, Billy takes care of me. I share all about him with everybody I know in town. And his business stays booked.

If I call up, say I need to get, bring my car in, take you to get it, Usually it's a week or so before you can get to it. That was an emergency. Go drop it off. When he gets to it, he gets to it. Okay. But folks, he stays busy. He's got like four or five mechanics. They all stay busy. Praise God. But they do Bible study in the evening. One night a week, they do Bible study right there in the shop. Hallelujah.

Anyway, what we're talking about here is we've been sharing information on how to share your faith effectively. And there comes a point, though, when you need to evaluate if what we are doing is making a difference. Is it really working? Do not rely just on sales figures or income figures. That's not the main focus here. It's a point of value. Yes. But, you know, we also, we've been sharing throughout this training. It's just as important, if not more important, for you to share your faith.

In what you do, you got to do that as well. Amen. So we need to ensure that we are aligning with our mission, with our mission, the business mission and our faith mission through the business. There are always areas where we can improve. Always. Nobody listening to me right now. Regardless of how long you, I or anyone else has been doing what we do, where there is never going to be room for improvement. And in fact we need to strive for improvement each and every day.

Glory to God. And we can always do better somewhere. Can I get an Amen? Praise God. But we Again, as I started off, we need to start with prayer. Validation begins by seeking God's wisdom. Prayer for guidance, Prayer for clarity to ensure your ideas are aligning with his purpose. He put you in business for a reason. When you bring your plans before God, you acknowledge that he is the ultimate source of your wisdom and your success in your business. Amen. Next, Ask your clients for feedback.

You know your feedback from your clients is invaluable for refining whatever it is you do. Your offerings that you give. Ask open ended questions. Don't say did you enjoy this? Give me a yes down below or something. No. Ask open ended questions to uncover their needs, their opinions on things, their honest insights will help you to get better, help you understand what's working, what isn't working and how to make meaningful improvements as well. Next is reflection.

Reflection combines prayer and feedback to guide improvements in your business. Evaluate how your offerings align with your clients needs and God's purpose for the business. Make adjustments. Make those adjustments that enhance value and ensure your work consistently reflects Kingdom Print Kingdom principles. Amen. Then part of the validation also includes testing your ideas with small manageable steps. Pilot a service, share a prototype. Test marketing materials to gauge your interest.

I'm sorry, Gauge their interest in what it is you are doing. Use the results to refine your approach before fully committing to going all in on something. Okay. Ensuring your work is resonating with your clients and still aligns with your mission. Amen. Next, review the feedback you receive. Think about your prayer results. How are they being answered? Test the outcomes to determine the alignment with your goals and your purposes.

Ensure that each idea is serving clients needs and furthers your kingdom impact through your business. Amen. That type of careful evaluation creates offerings that honor God, that resonates with your clients. At the same time they can feel God through your business. Amen. I hope you've been getting a lot out of a lot of insight and ideas from our training that we've gone through this week in Fact. As we get ready to close, let's summarize today's training.

Also reflect on on this past several sessions. You know, just to bring you up to date and remind you what it's been all about. Now you review the feedback we talked about that the prayer results test outcomes to determine alignment with your goals and God's purpose. Ensure that each and every idea serves the client's needs and further impacts your kingdom impact through your business. Amen. That type of careful creation or careful creativity and analyze, analyze analysis.

I'll get it out one way or another of the feedback you're getting will just help to align what you do with serving God. Now today we learned how to evaluate ideas through prayer feedback practical steps you can take to improve by seeking God's guidance, listening to client input, testing your concepts, you'll always ensure that you're aligning with his purposes and still meet the needs of those you serve.
