Neelam Chohan - Global Inclusion & Diversity Leader, Honeywell

Neelam joined Honeywell in 2011 working out of the Dubai, UAE offices as a Regional HR Leader before taking on a HR Functional Excellence Director role where she was responsible for program managing HR Functional Transformation initiatives. In 2017, Neelam moved into her current role as the Global Leader of Inclusion & Diversity and is currently living in New York. In her present role, Neelam has built a corporate-wide Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) strategy to help successfully embed I&D into Honeywell’s cultural DNA. Partnering with the Businesses and Regions, she has been driving key initiatives including business led I&D Councils executing strategic initiatives to attract, promote and retain diverse talent. Her ultimate goal is for Honeywell to have one of the world’s most diverse, and globally-minded workforces, where all diverse talent has an equal opportunity to grow and succeed and making Honeywell a great place to work.  In this episode of Fairygodboss Radio, Romy sits down with Neelam to talk about the importance of knowing and understanding your worth.
