She initially joined XPO as head of human resources for the company’s last-mile business unit. Prior to XPO, Ms. Jacobs led organizational development initiatives for global public companies, including Delta Airlines, The Home Depot, Turner BroadcasOng, and Georgia-Pacific. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Clark Atlanta University.
