As Senior Vice President of Walmart’s Southeast Division, Glenda Willis Fleming leads operations for  nearly  1,000 stores and the training and development for 350,000 associates across eight states. Her stores serve tens of millions of customers a week, making her work critical to delivering on Walmart’s mission to help people save money and live better. An engineer by trade, Glenda joined Walmart more than 25 years ago after realizing her passion is for people rather than schematics.
