Three counts of attempted first degree murder charges for Ryan Aeron Stanley Hurst, 18, of Siloam Springs. He pointed a gun at Illinois State Police. Officers shot him in the chest, but the bullet just rolled out of his shirt. Well it went through a windshield first, and another round did go through his leg.
