323. BREAKDOWN: Daniel Holtzclaw - Is He a Serial Rapist or is He Completely Innocent?

Daniel Holtzclaw made an odd traffic stop in which he violated several policies on what he thought was a drunk driver. Hours later he would find himself in front of detectives being accused of sexual assault and rape. In the following months 19 more individuals would come out with allegations of being sexually assaulted by Holtzclaw.
