Rush Limbaugh has died of cancer, a month after his 70th birthday. 'The Rush Limbaugh Show' has been carried on WIZM in La Crosse since he launched the national show in 1988. He's credited with single-handedly starting the trend of conservative talk radio on AM stations in the U.S.
