Since the death of George Floyd in May, law enforcement faced increased scrutiny. In La Crosse County, the Criminal Justice Management Council released a survey to determine whether or not there needs to be a Resident Police Advisory/Oversight Board. La Crosse County Republican Party Chair Bill Feehan takes a closer look at that survey and calls into question the legitimacy of its responses.
