JonBenet Ramsey

On the day after Christmas of 1996, 6-year-old beauty queen JonBenet Ramsey was reported missing from her home in Boulder Colorado. A bizarre ransom note found inside the home indicated that JonBenet had been abducted and ordered her parents to pay more than a hundred thousand dollars for her safe return. According to the note, the group responsible would contact the Ramsey’s between 8 and 10 a.m. the next morning to negotiate the swap. But 10 a.m. came and went without any word from the kidnappers. Unfortunately, it became clear why the phone never rang later that evening when JonBenet’s lifeless body was discovered in the basement of the family’s home.

25 years later, JonBenet’s murder remains unsolved.
