Jonathan Ibach-a phenomenal runner and just as phenomenal of a person. We talk all things Hellbender...from his past experiences to his most recent performance just this past weekend. One thing that stands out for me is how Ibach never wants to lose the joy of running, and this is a big part of his training and strategy.
