- Use your phone. Also, your tablet, computer, and smart watch if you have them. Try to use the same operating system, like all Apple or Android, so that everything flows seamlessly together.
- Set reminders. For everything! Appointments, taking the trash out, anything you need to do will be beeping on your phone.
- Eat healthy. Your brain needs healthy food to do its best work. Yes, you're tired & it's hard, but do the best you can to feed your brain.
