Player Development Comes First

In light of a recent video that revealed how a women's basketball coach at the collegiate level treats their players, it is important to emphasize the importance of the athlete's experience and treatment during their journey of sport. In this EP, I'll be speaking on how sports has shifted from the focus of the player to winning and why that is an issue. Athletes are people first and the approach regardless of sport, should exemplify that perspective in all areas.
