They're rehashing everything and it's just like, I just went the jury to decide and let us all move on with our lives,

because this is a big investment. I've been invested now for many weeks, and quite frankly, I was looking for something to watch and this filled the void. And now what am I going to watch? I needed to watch, you know, Yeah, what's six weeks or something? Right that? Yeah, it was a six week trial. I got into it a little bit late. I didn't do it from day one. Yeah, but I mean it's like the last week was fire.

Like they were like, there are some good stuff. And then Kate Moss came on and she was short and sweet but perfect, and Johnny's face lit up like a Christmas tree when she came on the screen, and I was just like, Ugh, get back together, please, we love you. What about what about Ellen Barkin? She was first of all, I didn't even know they did it, but I know I didn't really like what she said very much, you know,

I mean it was her recollection. I wasn't there for any of this, so I don't know what's true or what's not. I only know what I believe. But I'm telling you, like Camille Vasquez, the one judge is phenomenal, phenomenal. If you ever need a judge, that's the one to get. I'm sure she's quite expensive, but man, her closing arguments, I don't know if you listened to her this morning, they were fantastic. Absolutely, she hit the nail on the

head for everything. So if I was a jewer, I would I would definitely vote Johnny Depp in favor of Johnny Depp for sure. The Ellen Barkin thing was just funny because they did a lip read like there's a you know, recaps on YouTube they do, like the TikTok style videos, and he nous the words. She looks like she could be my grandmother. She's I think I believe she's ten years older than him. I think she's sixty. She looks it. She her hair is more of a

grayish color. She's still an attractive woman. But I never I never knew they were. I didn't know that. Yeah, I don't know that. So when she popped up, I was like, oh, interesting. Of course Google is my friend. So I went on and I googled and I but it's just interesting. It's interesting to see all these different people and you know, stars and some people. I didn't even know what the hell they were talking about, but I still watched it religiously and just I don't know what.

I mean, I had such a great time talking to him. He's just come on the show sometimes. He's so he works during the day because even though he's retired, he works with special education students and he is he's very tired of during the day. I gave him the whole pitch, the whole nine yards. I thought

he'd be great. Yeah, and maybe if you have contact and yeah, you don't want a weekend because he's very busy. They're doing the i think the thirty fifth anniversary of Demolition or something like that. They're touring that's important. And so I was talking about people you know, were coming up to me about Winchester and this show. It's a two day show. We're there on the Sunday and it's there was a lot of buzz about it. I'm looking

forward to Yeah, me too. I have not been in a Virginia quite a while, like I said before, and I love signings. They're my favorite thing to do. So looking forward to this a lot. We'll see what happens. You will absolutely see me on Sunday, that is for damn sure. We had because of rain. We've had this incredible amount of reschedulings this season with our softball team.

And the thing that was implicated the most was like the team day right pictures, you know, the families come out and they do all that crap, and they reschedule it for June fourth, So there Saturday. The times are conflicting. If I'm the the goal is to like race out to Winchester as fast as I can. But I mean it's you know, I'm the I'm the key cog to the to the team, so it's kind of kind of hard for me to leave. But that's the thing that's coming up. And it's also our last regular season game

of the year that morning. So okay, we're good, damn good team. You've be impressed. If you're not there, you need to directly to where you'll be. You're in good hands. You got no thing. You'll be managing both of those guys and they're facing off with Heath and Rhino.

So that's a big match. But you know, another one of our big matches that night is actually a dream match, a match that the whole wrestling world is talking about right now, and that's FTR formerly The Revival versus the Wolves, and that match has never taken place before, and it'll happen right there in Beckley on June the eleventh, the Bash at Beckley Bash and Beckley what a name. I love it. I love it. It will Stephen p You will be there probably all night long. You'll be seeing

him in and now the ring all night probably. Is there any possibility of Steven new wait, wait for it, any possibility of Steve he Knew managing Heath and Rhino. You know we could make that happen. Absolutely, we can, you know, get something galling with him, and I absolutely that would be great. We can do that. I don't know, I don't want to put you on the no, no, no, no scared. She's scared of me, right, Yeah, I know, all right, I would take it easy on you, Steve.

And then we got a big battle royal that night that we're doing in honor of a local high school basketball player who was murdered actually, and we're doing enough him and his family comes and we enjoyed doing that for him. Steven's been frozen now and his facial is just hilarious to me. That's why I'm just gonna focus on Gary. There he goes. Jake Roberts will be there, Jake the Snake Roberts will

You can actually meet them, so right, So it's a good thing. And I will be in full baby face mood for the meet and greet, but then I'm gonna switch the script up and I'm gonna be

a full heel for that, you think. So, you know, if if you want to meet nice fraens, and you have to come early and you have to meet me before the show starts, because when it starts, forget that the bitch is gonna be coming out. And I'm super excited. I haven't been able to play this role in a really long time. So it looks good on paper. Let's just hope it continues and into the ring. But I can't wait for this. I have been doing it now for sixteen years, going on seventeen, okay, And why can I just ask why? Well, you know

a funny story. I started out promoting gospel music and I did that for probably about ten years, and I found out that Ted Dibiassi was a preacher, and I bought him into one of my concerts and it all just kind of developed that night. He was telling me about how, you know, booking some of the old legends and stuff that he you know, ran the roads with, and I thought, man, I've always I grew up loving wrestling, you know. Wrestling was always just something I adored and

I still to do to this day. So I thought, well, I'm going to I'm going to try this out. I'm going to promote so and it just I started it, and I had some ups and downs of course, just like everybody else. But yeah, once it got going, we just keep moving right along. We've never taken time off. We've always you know, So, how many shows have you promoted over the course. Last time I counted, it was one hundred and fifteen. Wow, okay, so I'm not sure

how many we're at now. That's been probably about a year ago, so I'd say we're about one one hundred and twenty two. Yeah, okay, well that's very impressive. Yeah. I worked with you at a wrestle Caid last year and it was wonderful and yeah you were you were great and you know, no complaints on my end anyway, hopefully not on your end, but you were great to work with. So when you guys asked me to do this, I was like super duper excited and again, can't wait

to see you guys. Can't wait to come there to West Virginia. And uh, if you can't make it in person, please please please watch us on pay per view because it's going to be a hell of a show and you're gonna regret it if you don't see it live. I'm not gonna wear the same thing that I'm wearing that evening, so I had to buy like i'd buy two outphas, which I ended up buying like six outfits. And I don't know what I'm wearing for either. I don't know. And the guys could just come out in their T shirt, yeah, many shorts with their you know, balls sticking out the bottom. You know. Oh, well that's

the look there going. Let me tell you something. Heath with that cocky look in his chest hair, is just looking magnificent right now. He's a baby face. He looks like such a douche. I might be on the wrong side of the cart here because look at the see I thought you guys were the baby faces. I think we're the heels. Yeah, I thought you were the baby faces. But you know again, how you Heat's got key. It's man, he's got key. He's not kids, you know. Rhyino, Well,

I'll I'll be happy. Now. The guy I worked with last week in addition to Billy Toy, the ballplayer was coming from Oklahoma, Okay, Oklahoma City to Norfolk was two layovers. One was on the way back. The guys are there like every other month. Oh it's there. I don't I don't understand. But anyway, so we were trying to figure out a and he was saying, like Moss would say, are you available this date? Well, no, I'm gonna be here. Okay, Well, Shane can't do this date. It's an ECW day. That's the whole theme is ECW or you know, and Hack can do this date. He can't do this date. So I we were gonna do July second, and then it was like, wait a minute,

that's July fourth weekend. There might be a lot of traffic. We don't want to do July fourth weekend. That was a consensus from the guy. So I was like, okay, whatever. So we decided on July thirtieth, and everybody was good. And you know, I gave Chris my price. Whatever, Okay, mark it down July thirtieth, I said good. Like two days after, I get a text from Chad Nashville, Chad Music City Toys and he's like did you hear? And I'm like what And he goes podcast and I go, oh,

when is it? I'm gonna have to you know, I want to come. And it's the same weekend. And I was like, what like two days and I'm like when is it too? It's two months away. Why did they wait so long to announce it? I guess I know a week a week prior I would have been able to adjust the dates. I'm so upset about that some sarcast. He knows he can sell it out, he knows he's gonna whatever you get announced it the week before. I'm so shit. I was like what And you know, I

will never cancel on somebody or double book myself. That's unprofessional. I don't do that kind. But I was pissed. I was just like, Maan, I could I could have. I could have had an extra booking weekend and it would have been a good one. I know it. I know because Chicago was great for me. When I did it didn't work out. But you know, in the same token, I'm getting a really nice payday. I'm only going there's no overnight with this. I can get in get out.

That's a positive for me. So I'm okay with that. But I just couldn't believe, like, yeah, how fast he They announced it right like boom, there it is, and then boom, here's this, here's that, and they throw all the panels and now Rick Flair is having his left pro match ever on this No, Ricky Steamboat declined he did oh. He did not feel as if it would be right for his fans to see him at this age competing, so he respectfully declined. I saw a video

either today or yesterday. Flair was on the rowing machine, just on the row machine, and then he's pushing the football gimmick down the you know, pushing the weights down the field, and all I said, Oh my god, I hoop the guy. He doesn't take a heart attack before before the big match comes, because he's working his ass off, he's training. What would you do if they were, like the concept was supposed to be, you know, the final encounter between Rick Flair and the franchise. Shane, Well, they

need Francine in the corner of the franchise. Well, it would work out because she's booked with me and Queens, so we would imagine that, like that's the one they wanted on paper, but francis not available, so we got to scrap the plans. Either Shane Douglas either Shane. Yeah, but you know what I mean. Yeah, it's me, Shane and Hack and they're getting I think they're getting more people in so we'll see. Well, yeah, that would be a good that'll be good for New York. You know,

it's a good it's a good time. Look, I'm grateful, listen, I'm fifty years old. And this is my busiest year so far, and there's a lot of stuff coming up. And I just got uh signed for the Baltimore's Celebfest. Okay, very well, I'm doing that. I believe that's in October. Okay, you know the gathering is in August. I'm doing that for the first time. There's stuff happening, and I'm just

thankful people want me. Yeah, So Baltimore has grown. I was a little weary at first because I wasn't sure if it was kind of too close for other territories. But they have blown it up. Billied he was talking about it last week. He was saying how he was impressed with the presentation and I know people in the structure and yeah, it's it's a great show. It's taken on a life of its own. So that's that's a great one. Absolutely. I heard the c Fest is a good one to do, so I'm excited about that. And

it's myself and shock boy. Oh, I'm exciting it to see Dean and that'll be a good time. And you know, as they come in, if it's a good fit, I take it and I'm excited. it's fun. I love, Like I said, I love these conventions. I love working and you know, now, there's some weekends where I literally just want to stay in my house and not see a soul besides my family. It was yesterday when the news came out, and she said she called him my Ray, and she said everybody asked her what was the best part of filming Goodfellas, and she always said my Ray, my Ray. So they were very good friends

and she was very heartbroken of the news. The only thing I read is that he was sixty seven years old and he died in sleep, which I mean, thank god he didn't suffer. That's a good thing. But sixty seven is so young. Yeah, and I wonder what was going on with him. Something had to be wrong. Yeah, I don't know, but God, what a great actor and so sad. But yeah, what makes me sad is that over the last few years people have made fun of him more because you know, the Chantic's commercial and his

voice being so late. Yeah, but the like his smoker's voice, you know. And there was that one guy I think he's on a YouTuber that does like, you know, impression of him, and it just it wasn't I didn't like it when I saw it originally. And it's just a shame. People don't think of him now. Well, now that he's passed away, everybody loves him, But yesterday or two days ago, they didn't think of him in the same vein as maybe we did ten to fifteen years ago. But I've

loved Rayleiota. The Good Fellas for me is the pinnacle of films and the other stuff he's done as well. I mean eight man ouse. He's phenomenal in that. I mean, anytime he popped up on something, he had to be the bad guy. I hated when he was like a good guy. He always he just played such a good bad guy or bad dude. And you can't say that Henry Hill and Goodfellas is a good guy by any stretch. He's a bad guy. That's why he played him so well. Right, Yeah,

it's such a great actor. He will be missed for sure. But yeah, I thought of, yeah, let's do some good Fellows trivia today in honor of Ray. So that's what we're gonna do. And then we continue the saga from last week's uh just tragic incident where you were the recipient of a d d T at the hands of a blinded Raven.
