All right, let's get it going right here, right now. This is Eyes up Here, and you're listening to a brand new Eyes up Here exclusively on our Patreon channel and also a simul Paths on the Creative Control Network. You didn't know by now. My name is Chad and every single week I'm joined here by my tag team partner, the host of this show, the one and only Queen of Extreme Francine. I'm gonna call you lacking of goofball qualities this week, lacking of goofball qualities? And why is

that you said you looked like a goofball before? Oh I am you know, I am so exhausted. I haven't got a decent night's sleep in I can't even tell you the last time I slept straight through the night. Like I am so tired and I don't know what to do about it. Like I just feel like a zombie. Do you ever get those days where you just you

can't kick out? Like you have your coffee, get a little something to eat, because I don't need breakfast, but on Fridays I try to put something in my belly because we work long hours, you know, And oh yeah, absolutely, I'm still sitting here like I could. If I lay down right now, I think I would pass out. I'm so tired. It's I would say. You know, for me, it's always Mondays, and I always start Mondays with a

full place. My big work day is Monday, but it always seems like I'm like half dead and I was, you know. I try to get to the gym as many day as I can, and on Monday it seems like I feel like I could be the guy on the treadmill that keeps going around and around and around and around on the treadmillon like George Jetson style. And it's just I know what you mean. But Fridays, I get jazzed up on Fridays because I just know, once

we're done. I said this a few weeks ago, once we're done, I just know the weekend has arrived and it's like party time and have some fun. Yeah, you have a lot of fun in your life, like you. You are the epitome of a party Like me. Me, I go, I have a salad when we're done, and then I just go hang out with the kids. That's all. We don't do anything. So you guys are out and about and going to parties. Safely, safely okay, wearing your

tip jar mask, wearing my tip jar mask. Social distancing, of course, but you know, not without any kind of drama. Because people we hung out with had the Thanksgiving and people they had at their Thanksgiving. Four out of the six people started to show symptoms. Oh my god, well they should have skipped it right, And they traveled. They came from all over the people. They had family from Florida, from North Carolina coming into Virginia. And see like that,

to me, that's starting to play the unsafe game. But you know, we had to hear during the week, the play by play. You know, oh, now the third person has symptoms out now the four. Now everybody's going to get tested and everybody is tested negative. Yes, that's wonderful, but you know, it's just it's it's one of the things I mentioned. My father in law had it. Two days of symptoms. I'm fine, seventy eight years old, God bless them. Yeah, it's uh, I don't know, man, this

this this country is going to hell in a hand basket. Everything. I'm reading the news and i am on Twitter and I'm reading all this stuff and my head's about to explode and you know, the franchise is texting me all yeah, two.

I'm just like, yeah, So, I don't know. It's it's a crazy world we live in, and it's it's a shame because my kids, like you don't want to raise your kids in this chaos, and they're you know, they're asking questions and they're they don't understand why certain things are happening, and it's just it's a lot, you know, it's a lot to explain to little children. Yeah, I don't like it. My my daughter's teacher said to them

last week. She told us this the other night. She said, you know, last week, my teacher said that she's gonna show us this exercise because we're probably not going to be in school after next week. And I was like, newsflash, it is next week. Like, you know, like there's there's don't don't. Don't fill the kids heads with fear. They they got it enough, you know, the kids that are in school, especially us. We wanted to where you and I were on occident. We had to do it for

family reasons and health reasons. We did. We we have school in the house, had to get the full out of the house. Yeah, we are trying to keep this kid out of your column. And you know, for a teacher to say that and then put it in the back of a child's head that again the rug can be pulled out from under them, back to the old virtual crap and all this stuff. It's it just sucks. But to go back to what you originally said, yes,

the chatster likes living the party lifestyle. To bring up full circle, I mean, look, I love having people over. I love hosting I loved I love cocktail parties, I love dinner parties. I love it. But right now, no one wants to do anything and I can't. I can't have I don't want to see strangers, but I can't have non family that I know are okay, I can't have them in here because of Mom. It's just very vulnerable to everything. So I mean, you know, we're we're

staying low and yeah, you've guys done a great job. Yeah, but I can give you all the credit. It's getting to the point where I just want to just break free, and I want to right outside and let the wind go through my hair with a cocktail in my hand, and I want to go somewhere and do something, and I can't do it. You know, it's frustrating, but you got to be smart. And that's one thing that I'll say, look at my vetting every person that I have come

in contact with. No however, I have been around my mom, you know those twenty minutes away. You know, I see my brother, I see my sister. You know, I've seen my niece. I've seen her boyfriend. And my neighbors. I know for a fact my neighbors work all work at home and they haven't seen family outside of the one that I said. You know, I had the people over

for Thanksgiving. You kind of get to know people's routines because they're home all the time, and that's where you kind of say, all right, I know this person hasn't gone anywhere. I know this person hasn't gone anywhere. You know, my mom did go to the physical therapist last week, so maybe we shouldn't see her for a few days. That's the kind of games you got to play to

to survive. Now. It's really freaking weird. I know it's it's tough, but we're just taking every precaution and I'm just looking forward to the day when you know this all ends, because it seems to happen. Every hundred years, something crazy comes about, and unfortunately we're involved in it this time, and I wanted to end. So I'm so ready to just be normal again. And I know everybody is.

It's it sucks. It just sucks. Man. That New Year's coming and it's coming quick, and that ball drops, everybody thinks in the ball drops, it's gonna be like, oh, well, we can put that one behind us. That was a weird year. You know. Joe Biden send out a message that said, uh, you know, if he if he becomes the president, like if the whole Trump thing doesn't work out and he becomes president, he wants everyone to wear mask for an additional one hundred days of his presidency,

so we would be wearing masks into April. Apparently, okay, well, I mean you know again, for me, I don't love it. I love to wear my tip jar mask when I go out now, not even just a cheap plug. It's it's been the best mask I've had. But I'm just doing it because I don't want a problem. I just don't want to fight people. And you know, I tell you, Liz and I always go down those YouTube rabbit holes

and shit and we're always watching random stuff. The mask police versus people who are fighting the mass release some of the funniest shit really you're ever gonna see, and I want to avoid that at all costs. I don't want you should have did that for a Patreon extra. I'll pull I could pull that up if maybe, if we don't come through with our other plan, we could do that one. I'm gonna do a segue because this kind of fits into what we're talking about. So we

usually do some Disney things. And there's a story right now going around that I read yesterday and I thought was really ridiculous. There's a reality TV personality. His name is uh, Spectacular Blue Smith. I don't know who he is. He's on Love and Hip Hop Miami. Okay, I'm assuming he's he's a rapper. He's part of the hip hop group Pretty Ricky, which I never heard of, but I'm

not into hip hop these days. So anyway, he's facing charge is now get this, after punching a Walt Disney World cast member while in line for an attraction at Disney's Animal Kingdom. Okay, okay, so as he's standing in line, didn't say what ride he was trying to get on, but as he's standing in line, he pretended to sneeze and he went corona and the cast member or, I'm sorry,

he went coronavirus. That's what he said. Now. The cast member who was there overheard him didn't like what he did, obviously, and he asked him to leave the line that I said, I'm not leaving. So he said, well, it's not funny, and the hip hop star said, well, I thought it was funny. So the cast member decides to block him and not let him proceed to get on the ride. Well, let's say what was his name again? Spectacular through two punches at the cast member and gave him a concussion.

Oh yeah. It was taken to a hospital as a precaution and he was found to have suffered a concussion. So Smith faces a misdemeanor battery charge for the incident, but he postpond So that's one of the crazy things. The second thing I heard about there was also an incident that happened. A Florida man was on LSD and he attacked a security guard and animal kingdom. Something's in the water. An animal kingdom right now? Literally, don't they always say that don't don't drink the water inside of

you know, it's a small world. I thought it was Mexico, but apparently it's a Disney world. So there's a guy, James Arvid. He's nineteen years old. He lives in Pampano Beach. He was arrested and charged with battery on a security guard, which is a third degree felony. It was in Dino Land, USA, in Disney's Animal Kingdom. There was a uniformed security guard Disney security guard. He was tackled from behind and taken down.

The guard had to radio inin for help, but was assisted by guests passing by who pulled the gentleman off of him and subdued him until the police arrived. And that guest was on LSD. Wow, apparently people are getting high going into Disney and beating people up. No serious injuries, No guests were injured or if it was taken to a hospital. And then he told the nurse, I'm on LSD. Now do you think like Donald Duck and like you know, Mickey Mouse and Goofy can call the hospital. See you

know how everybody's doing? You know? Is that the kind of thing they do? They have like ah, when a guy on LSD is getting taken out of Disney World, do they get like the cartoon squad, you know, with the ambulance. I don't know about that, but you know, I would rather these guys tackle the cast members that are in costume, because it would be funny to see Duck fighting back, and that would be security guard. You don't want to piss off Donald Duck either that Donald.

I'm telling you, Donald Duck is not the one to mess with. You think Victoria is not the one that mess with. Donald Duck is not the one to mess with. Let me tell you great reference damn. And I get it too. I get it too to mess with. So I just saw those stories as I was, you know, going through Disney, and I was just like, good lord, is this what we've come to now? So? Uh, that's so funny. Yeah, So that's that's what's happening in Disney

Animal Kingdom. Everybody's getting the ship knocked out of them. Apparently. I'm surprised that you know, Disney sells alcohol, you know, but like I wouldn't think alcohol, drugs and likes not so well, you know, if you go on that one corner of you know, frontier Land. There's that one guy you know underneath the trader, a shady looking guy. Yeah,

I mean I think alcohol. You know, Disney wants to attract more than families there, so you know Epcot drinking around the world is a big, big deal, and I plan to do that once my kids are older and I can partake in such activities. But I've yet to do that. You know, you get a drink in all twelve countries. It sounds like a party. It sounds like a real freaking party. That's absolutely now. Our guests will

be joining us in five five minutes. Okay, So I what I you know, and I was trying to think about this, So I be and you've met the guest a few times. It shows medic conventions. I feel it's a great pairing for the podcast because it's literally it's the eighties nineties in terms of the female you know, manager, Yes, and you both brought a lot of similar qualities to the table in terms of how you guys were portrayed.

But meeting on the convention scene is interesting and I find that fascinating because you guys find a kinship amongst the conventions that you might not know. The person, but you see them in high how are you? And you start to develop relationships that way. So that's what I think is gonna be cool about the connection here today

with our guests. It's really funny because, like you know, before I joined Twitter and I was doing conventions obviously, but you see these people that you you know because you're in the business, but you don't know them because you haven't met them yet. And I always say to myself, Okay, do I shake their hand, do I go in for a hug because I don't really know, and so I usually like it's usually one of these but then they'll go for the hug and like my hands there or

vice versa. But yeah, everybody, you know, it's a kinship. We all are connected in you know, some crazy way through wrestling, and it's like it is a form of family because we're all, you know, we're all in the same business. So yeah, I met her. I don't know where I met now. I know you were both at my Richmond convention, but I don't know if that that probably wasn't the first time that you met. I know I saw her at like wres were you before wresselid?

I don't remember in the timeline. But I just know that you guys are both in the same room. Yeah, I've encountered her. She's lovely, lovely lady to deal with, very very sweet, good head on her shoulders to very smart. So I'm excited to speak with her today because you know she's very opinionated. Oh she's great, No, she's wonderful. Now let me ask you this though, This is just

a funny question. So I've always heard you're when you're introduced to somebody by the name you're introduced to, that's what you call them, right, So if I if I was introduced to Adam Copeland as Edge, I would then call him Edge. Correct? Is this is? Thisn't a proper etiquette for for people in the business, all right? The thing it bothers me, but it doesn't bother me to

the point where I want to kill somebody. Right, If you're not in the business, if you're not a worker in the business, you are to call us by our stage names. Right. Uh? You know somebody calling Shane Troy for exance, Yes, which I've seen and it is very due. It happens all And you know what else I hate and people do it all the time. I hate when fans call me Franny. I hate it. It just it gets under my skin. I never say anything about it, but that's something that my close friends or my family

call me, not people that I don't know. And it's stupid it, I know, but it's just one of those I get it. It kind of gets under my skin. You know, if you're not if you don't know us, you're you're supposed to refer to us our stage names or our gimmick names. Right now with me, that's my real name, but I feel like for someone to call me that, you should you should at least know me, right, I agree. I don't know. It's just something weird, but every like so many people on Twitter just do it,

and I'm just like, okay, what it is? It is technically shorter to type. It is maybe those three letters. I don't know. It just it's something that gets under my skin. But I would never heal somebody for it. But since we're talking about it, I'll just say it here like I don't like it. I've only that's why I've only been introduced to our guests by her stage name. Yeah, so I would you know, But but when I you know, message. I don't I feel funny typing that. So Hi, how

you doing? Yeah? So, yes, that I think is funny. But I'll use a good example. Glenn Jacobs. I was introduced to him as Glenn, not this is the big red machine Caine, you know, like I was introducing him, is Glenn. So when I talked to him, call him Glenn. But I'm talking to other people, I say Caine because exactly they don't know who Glenn is. Well that's that's

the right thing to do. But you you know, you have a relationship with him now that if he if he's okay with it, you know, you can call him Glenn. I just like the consensus among the boys is you should call us by our worker names or her gimmick names. And you know a lot of guys get hot, like, you know, don't call me by my room name. You

don't know me, and don't say it. And the fans just standing there like shitting his pants, and I'm like, oh God, okay, I have been there for the Troy comments and it comes off so douchey, and he says the only people that ever called him Troy were Bam Bam and his and his mom I think he said that was it. Everybody called him Shane and I see and I see fans come up with Troy. I'm like, Oh, that's so douchey. It literally it gives you the chills.

It's so douchey. Yeah, you shouldn't do it. I don't know. I mean, that's just the way. That's part of the way we were taught. Yeah, you know, one of the things you're taught in the business. And like I said, I'll never call somebody out on it, but I don't like it. God, God, I love the old school. I love the rules. Is that's the part of the I love the rules. They literally don't I always talk. I was scared to death the first time I was ever in the locker room because I was like, you don't

know what to do. We're going to get beat up. They'll throw the smallest guy over here to beat you up, and you're gonna look like an idiot. Don't breathe. You'll get beat up. If you give the worker handshake, which is the worst handshake in the history of time. You get two fingers and the thumb and the little shake. Oh who created that? I don't that's not even manly

like don't shake my mind. I feel like when I shake like my family hands, like we have like an arm wrestling match, it's like I always I'm always how you doing? You know? But you get the little thinky oh, I hate it. So there's a lot of things behind the scenes that people don't know. There's just little little

nuances that again, you know, it could make or break somebody. Uh. You know, there was a story I think it was the Young Bucks, the Young Bucks, when they had a wwe tryout, like I want to say, maybe ten years ago or something. Uh, they had been in TNA. They weren't yet who they are now, but they did not shake anybody's hand. Yeah, And I was like, holy, don't you have to do the whole walk around the locker room kind of thing, like if you're a visiting guy,

you know, that's like the the etiquette if if. I think it depends on who you're taught by, because in this day and age, a lot of people don't believe in that they corona. But I mean when when I was, you know, the way I was brought up in the business, you had to go and say hi to every single and we did it every day. And we were on the road with these people like we always walked away. Buddy. Hey, you know, even if it was a wave by day four,

you're like, hi, buddy, you know what I mean. You're not gonna go hug and kiss everybody, but how you're brought up all right? So here's I guess you want to do a little introduction. I don't think she needs an introduction. This lady paid the way for me, and I am forever grateful. This is baby doll everywhere. High lovely lady. Hey, how are y'all? I'm good. How are you? I'm very well, Thank you very well. How is the virus in your area? We're just we were talking about

it here and we're fed up with it. How about you? Oh, beyond fed up? I mean for the first time, I'm gonna take and make sure my picture looks good here holding great sweetheart because they can't see with that glasses anymore. Maybe either, but it's just it started out really slow and every body was like, really cool with it. Now everybody,

we're having to wear masks here in North Carolina. We've got a really crappy governor that they re elected in here, and we're locked down or we've got a mask mandate until a week from today. And then the people. I've known several people that have gotten it, and they've all recovered. A couple of them didn't even know they had it until they were tested. And then a couple of them it was like a bad flue for two or three days and then they were up and going. So agreed.

I don't know, I don't I mean, I'm sure that we're all going to get it. It's kind of like the flu. We're all going to get the flu. We're all going to get colds. We're all going to get better. But if you're fat and overweight and have heart problems and smoke cigarettes, you're gonna die, and probably from COVID. But that's kind of your own life choices, I believe. Well,

I mean, you're tired of it. I'm really tired of it. Well, you know, and well, and then I've got a six year old that he threw up on a Sunday morning. So then they've got a twenty four hour deal where they can't go to school if they throw up her diarrhea within the twenty four hours. I call the school on Monday, told him they had thrown up, that he was perfectly okay, and I was going to keep him

up for that day because that's the rules. Well, then the nurse called me and said that you need to come get Rider because he needs to have a COVID test and it needs to be negative before he'll be readmitted in school. And it was like all he did was throw up, and he says, well, that's one of the symptoms of COVID and that you need to have him tested. So there was a week out of school waiting for the test. Well, then two weeks ago, actually

it's been three weeks ago. On November thirteenth, he rode the bus with a kid that had been exposed to it. So I get a call on Monday, you got to come go get a Rider. He was exposed to COVID supposed on the bus. So he's been out of school for three weeks because he had to do the fourteen day quarantine and then I have to wait for a negative test that he had on Tuesday to go back to school. So there's like a whole week, a whole month of school that he's missed because somebody else had COVID.

You know what it is, I really don't think these kids are going to learn anything until this whole thing is over with. Like, yeah, it's so I pulled my kids and we home school. Now. I couldn't. I couldn't take the system that we have here, and we just pulled them and now we are teaching them at home and it is such a blessing. It is. It is like a weight off our shoulders. But so you've got

other kids. See, I've just got a six year old. Okay, see that's I had to My daughters were young, you know, I had the two with Sam, right, so it was they were together and so they it was a whole lot different than having one child by himself. And we're out in the country and there's like no other kids and I'm almost six years old, and a six year

old needs to be around. Even though I'm amazing that that's the problem that we're having because we found all these great homeschooling communities, but we can't take them anywhere because of COVID, So no one's getting together to play. So I thank god they have each other to play with. But you know, by seven o'clock, they're like every night, it's like he touched me. He liked me. He did that, and I'm like, oh god, so oh yeah, I bet it's crazy. But anyway, let's let's talk about you, dear.

I was saying, I've had the pleasure to meet you several times now, and you are a delight Thank you, thank you, Yeah, I will. I always said I wish I could have just sat down and like picked your brain, because like, if it wasn't for your generation, then I wouldn't be here, you know. So I look at my career and I think ladies like yourself, who's you know, paid the way for me. So I know your parents were promoters, right, well, they were wrestlers also, right, Okay,

so but you had you had the bug. It wasn't like they pushed you into the you know, into the business. Do you you wanted to be a part of it? Right? Oh? I loved wrestling, I absolutely from if I wasn't born into a wrestling family, I would have been going to wrestling matches. And I was just fortunate enough to have been born, you know, like with both of my parents wrestling and seeing my dad on TV on Saturday afternoons

and meeting the guy. You know, when we were little, we didn't get to go to the matches except for maybe two or three times a year because it was very k fabe and my family and it was a business, and we sat on the back row ring side, and we might go back to meet the guys and things like that. But it was funny because it's God, this is gonna date me. Whenever cable TV came out and my townate came out in sections, so every month I was calling Cox Cable, Do I have cable yet? Do

I have cable yet? Because I wanted to watch TBS from Atlanta. I wanted to watch Georgia Championship Wrestling, And then finally when they got the wrestling coming in, That's whenever I signed up for cable, because I knew I just had to have it, so and then I'd be watching wrestling. My parents were like, why are you watching wrestling?

And I was just I liked it, you know, It's just something that I've always just really enjoyed, right, And so your parents let you, I read, they let you like do the programs, hand out the flyers and the program It was. It was a family business from the get go. My mom sold tickets in the box office, my dad ran the concessions and the booking and the

matches and everything. And then as soon as we got old enough, we were answering the phone on Saturday afternoons, taking reservations, telling what the wrestling was on, giving the wrestling card for the Because we ran every week for over twenty years. We we just that was that was our business. That was what we did. And then during the summertime we also did spot shows like a Lamisa and level Land play View Snyder. We would had we

had two rings. We had like the traveling ring and then we had like the rings set up at fair Park. We had six hundred and forty steel folding chairs. We had another car that took the concession stuff. I mean, it was like a traveling show. It was literally we took everything exactly exactly, going down the road with this ring trailer and another trailer carrying six hundred and forty steel chairs, and away we'd go. And as soon as

we were old enough we'd answer the phone. Then as soon as we were strong enough and could carry for steel folding chairs because that's how we stacked them and the trailer, then we were ring crew. My brother and I, Oh my gosh, we broke down and put up thousands, probably a wrestling ring. Talk about paying dues, I mean, you've done it all at a young age, right, right.

And then I sold programs and worked in the concession, and then my brother worked in the concession for years, I mean up until I went to college and went off to Dallas. I mean I worked for my dad. So let me stop you there. You wanted to be an EMT. Correct, Yes, I was actually going to school for I really wanted to be a ski patrol because I loved Snowski. So I was going to be an EMT and then a paramedic and then go to Colorado and do ski patrol. So I was actually in school

for EMT. Whenever I went to Dallas, I had like two weeks to go and quit. So tell me the story. Two weeks. Well, I was like in the top six of my class too. I was like at the top of the class, and I loved it. I thought that that would be so cool to like I'd be the one when someone got hurt to come up and skiing go and I hope you yeah right, sounds like a good movie, clot right, that's so funny. So yeah, this

is what I read because I do some research. Okay, I've read that you had a schoolgirl crush on Hernandez. Oh yeah, you made a phone call. Because this this story just cracks me up. He needed somebody to work with, so you go and you make a phone call and you end up being his valet. Exactly right? How does that happen? I my parents k Fabe me, I mean, I mean k Fabe was king in my family. So

I hate moving this around. But mys so, I had overheard my parents talking about that they were looking for a girl for Gino because Sunshine had had some addiction problems and had gone to rehab. They had brought Stella May French, her truck driving Auntie with a axe handle that was chasing Geno around at the time because of

just it was the time the girls. The guys didn't touch the girls, so they needed someone for Gino to kind of cover his back and then take care of him without him having to touch her because that was a no no. So I thought, wow, this is my workout, So I told I actually stole my dad's black book that had all of his phone numbers, and it went down to a boyfriend's house used his phone because I didn't want the phone number shown up on my dad's records,

like who's calling Dallas on Thursday of it? And so I called the Dallas' Sportatorium and David Manning answered. And when David answered, I was I gave him the whole spiel of like, hey, I heard you guys were looking for a girl for Gino and what about me? I'm smart, I'm pretty, and and maybe I'm like what you want. And they just happened to be going up to a meeting up in Fritz's office at that moment. He said, let me, he said, we're going to have a meeting.

He says, I'll call you right back. Let me let me rune it by him. Sure enough, forty five minutes later, David calls me back and he said, Fritz loved it. Fritz absolutely loved the idea. You'll be perfect. We'd like to get you started. The only problem is who's going to tell your dad? So let me let me interrupt you one second. Are you trained at this point? No, you have no heart? Honey. It gets even better, Okay, So I start the Sunday. I started the Sunday before

Labor Day. It was in San Antonio at the Joe Harry Coliseum. Gina was wrestling Mike Van Eric. They came into my dressing room. I was getting ready. It was Ken Mantell, I believe, Gary Hart, Gino Stella, and myself, and they go over everything that they want me to do. I was supposed to come down the aisle, Stellar was going to be standing like right at the first second

rower ring side. I'm supposed to hit her on the back of the head with like the loaded red sox and beat her up, then go to the ring, and then I had about seven things to do in the match that I had to be on point at the right place the whole thing. So they gave me the finish and they were like, are you sure you can do this? Do you do you understand? I was like yeah, And they said, what is the main thing we want you to do? And I said, look like I could

kick somebody's ass and they said, that's exactly right. So when they left the dressing room, I was like, oh my god, that's how they do it. They actually smart me up, and they had no idea they had smarted me up. I kind of knew on the you know, I knew that everything was kind of pre determined the whole thing, but I didn't know to the extent and the dance that we were going to do. So when they gave me my first finish, they smarted me up.

And they had no idea they had done it. See, I love it because you're you're such You're picking up on it as you go. But you I had no idea you were made for the business, though, because you had not only did you have you know, your family's in it, but you just had the mind for it. Right. I just loved it, and I loved being a heel, and I liked the psychology of it that I could make people hate me and they didn't even know me,

and it was just little gestures. And I was so fortunate because when I did TV the Friday and when did promos, Jake actually opened up the door for me. We both started in Dallas at the same time and we just hit it off. We were like buddies, friends do the whole thing. We travel a lot together, and I was so fortunate that I was able to travel with him because he taught me how to be a heel.

He taught me that little instances of the slowness of it and the look, and just little things that you could do that just would kiss people off right, and it I was so blessed. I loved being a heel more so than a babyface because there's so much more that you could do with your character exactly, and babyfaces you always have to be nice, and you always have to make up on and you you have to be

cordial otherwise, Oh she's such a bitch. Well, you don't want that reaction, you know, you want people to really like him, be happy, and and that's just not me. I'm more the it just worked out. You are a street shooter, which I love about you. And we're gonna put your Twitter over at the end of this the end of this interview because your Twitter is on fire. How if you don't mind me asking, how did you

and Seam get together? Oh? Wow, it was I was actually seeing a married man at the time, okay, And Jake called me. I was in Ocean City, Maryland, and Jake was like, what are you doing? Get away from him? He's no good. All the boys are talking about it, and they're talking about it not the way that you want him to. And he says, you have so much more to offer. He says, if you want to hang out with someone, why don't you hang out with my little brother. He's a good guy. He'll treat you all right,

he says. Even if you just go out as friends and have someone to talk to, that's your own age. Check out my little brother. So then Sam and I kind of talked, and this was like April of eighty five, so we kind of talked a little bit and just kind of nothing really, But it was when we had the thirty days when Tully won me or when Dusty won me and the match at the Great American Bash and Charlotte and I had to ride around with Dusty for thirty days. Well, Dusty had the two cedar Mercedes,

the convertible Mercedes, and Magnum had the two seedar Porsche. Well, there wasn't room for me, and they weren't going to have me riding the roads by myself, so Dusty actually put me with Sam, and Sam drove me around for that thirty days. Well, during the thirty days, we just hit it off. I mean we smoked some pot and drank and talked of I did a bunch of road trips and the first kiss we ever had was July thirtieth of eighty five, and we got married a year

from that, in eighty six. I love you, you know, it's Dusty's fault. Dusty was the one that well, why are you doing? And it was just like his fault you put us together in the first place. Dusty actually called Grizz when he found out that we were getting married and told Griz, or maybe asked Gris asked Griz to talk to us so that we wouldn't get married because he had other plans for us. Well, I love the angle where Dusty steals you. Oh yeah, I thought I thought it was great. I love Dusty. I mean

he doesn't you know. I've learned a ton from him just working with him. And I worked with him, you know in ECW when he was you know, older and wiser so to speak, but he was he was just so great. He made a lot of legends, didn't He

absolutely did. Was that one of your favorite angles to work was that hole that was rough because it was rough with well, because at most of the finishes of the match, Dusty would wrap the bull rope around my neck and then pull me back to the dressing room because I didn't want to be with him well, in the meantime, I'm like fighting with the bull rope and people are just beating the crap out of me when I'm trying to go back to the dresserom right, So

it was rough. In fact, the last probably six seven days of the angle, Dusty talked to Crockett and told them that we need to give her some time off because the fans are going to kill her. And that's when we did de Floyd the horse thing, and I rode off into the sunset and went to White I actually went to Lubbock and went and saw my family for like forty n love that so much. I can't even being a woman in the business, Like it's it's hard enough as it is, because you know, it's a

male dominated sport. Did you find I mean, it sounds like you know, you and the guys hit it off right away, but coming in, I mean, your parents you had you probably had the respect because your parents were promoters as well. But did you find and you don't have to name names, but did anybody like sort of rub you the wrong way? Or did you I mean, the whole me too thing is so hot right now, and I'm blessed because I've never really dealt with that to the extent of a lot of these girls, right,

you know what they're going through. You got people that slapped you on the ass or pinch you or stuff like I just used to shrug my shoulders and just tell them to get the hell off me. And that was that. You know, I never made a fuss about it. Did you being a woman, did you have a problem getting into Well, I kind of had the reputation that I could kick some ass, and even like interviews now, everybody says, you know that they were so afraid of

me that you know they were afraid that. You know, Barbarian was rough, but baby Doll was tougher, you know, So I love it. I think it's all in how you handle yourself. I mean I had the reputation of my parents, and then I also had the reputation where I didn't want anyone going back to my dad and telling them that I'd misbehaved or that, you know, I was anything other than stellar, because I didn't want to disappoint my parents that way. So I think it's all

in how you carry yourself. I've run into dressing rooms now and girls are just buck naked in front of all the guys, and then they kind of wonder why they're not respecting It's kind of like, well, you're not respecting yourself. And it's hard for the girls that are doing this, for the good girls that are trying to work and trying to get a name and trying to do the right thing, when other girls are doing stuff that makes everybody look bad. You can only be responsible

for yourself. But then how some of the other girls act, the other girls, the other the guys kind of expect you to act that way. Also, I didn't have that much problem because I kind of stayed by myself. And then I want to say, it's all in how you carry yourself. Also, you know, it's you don't put up with it from the start, and then it never gets started. You know. Yeah, that's that's a really really good answer. You've been to so many different territories and worked so

many different places. What happened with the WWF tryout? I didn't know it was a tryout. It would have been nice if they told me it was an actual trial. I was. I trained up at Nelson Royal's camp with Robin, with my sister in law. Okay, well, part of the summer, and we were doing really well, and Nelson's great, and I had no idea that Nelson had actually worked with my dad as much as he had, like in the early sixties, and they were like really close there for

a long time. And Nelson was rough on us. I mean, I remember a couple of stingers and just being so sore I could barely walk, and Robin was up there with us, and I forget where we were at, but we were at at a WWE show and still I think WWF at the time. And Sam came back and said, uh, Leilani's here and would like to get in the ring with you a little bit. Get your gear and go in the ring and work out with her, and she wants to see you know, how much training you've had

and how you're doing. Sure, that's it. So I just went in the ring with Lalani and took some bumps and did some stuff and just kind of just farted around because I didn't I didn't no one told me it was a try out. It was just kind of just getting in the ring and playing around with Leilani, is what I thought it was, and just you know,

doing just some little stuff. And that was it well, then I found out, and then Robin got in the ring with her and they did a lot more, and I'm like, okay and all right, and and then I found out that it was a tryout and that people were watching because it was like one two o'clock in the afternoon. I thought we were just taking bumps, you know. Did they smart a jobbing? Huh? Did they smart? I think I think Robin knew more, you know, like it

was a tryout than I did. But well not really, because Robin had a run with with Sherry and she got the title, and there for a while, like Jake, Robin, Griz and Sam were all working for the WWE. I had already gotten my spot, you know, I'd already done all this stuff with Kronk and the whole thing, and then she had her spot, so I am perfectly okay with it. She was such a good wrestler, and and

I was so big. It was going to be hard for me because being five foot ten and big girl, you know, it was hard working with the little girls. And I'm more like, I want to be really serious, I probably would have hurt somebody, so it's probably better I didn't work as much as you know, like what she did, because Sherry and Robin had some amazing matches, but you were Andrea the lady giant, right right right, And I can do a heck of a ddt. Well, I'm sure you can. Any good ribs that you remember

from back in the day, Oh my gosh. The best one I think was when Arn Anderson first came into Crockett and we're in Charlotte and we're all getting ready and it's like an afternoon show and everybody's happy because we're home, and I think we might have had the night off. You know, it was like an afternoon show, so we were going to have the night off, and everybody's getting ready, and all of a sudden, all these

police officers come in the dressing room. We're all kind of like looking around, and they said, is there Marty Lundy in here? And we all kind of look around, like who's Marty Lundy? And Aren kind of you know how Arn looks over his glasses and he's like lacing up his boots. He says, yeah, that's me, and he says, we need to talk with you, and right here would not be the good place. He says, you need to come out outside so we're all looking, we're all like owls.

We're like just sitting there. Okay, here's this new guy, and all of a sudden he's getting arrested. Okay, what's

going on? So you hear kind of this muffled we're all being like really quiet, like mice like because we're trying to listen, and the police officers are going on about how Arn had been with like an underage girl down in Florida, and that the girl's dad had called and made a complaint, and that they'd investigated, and that they were trying to get some answers and that what did Marty know, and and the whole thing, and you can hear Arn the whole time was like I saw

her driver's license. She's not sixteen, seventeen, whatever age was, and I saw her driver's license. I know she was and I know that girl, and da da da da dah, and I don't know what you're talking about, and you must have me mixed up with somebody else, or it might be some other girl and that wasn't me, and you're just you could see him like really starting to get desperate, and then all of a sudden you had said flair fuck you flair. Claire is set up everything.

That's great. Oh my god, he probably oh absolutely, yeah. Well we were all thinking that, oh my god, this underage girl and this is serious and yeah that's a good Yeah, that's that's a good one. What was your favorite your favorite time? What promotion would you say was your favorite to work for? Oh, the year that I worked with Tully, Absolutely, that was. We only had fifteen

days off the whole year. Wow. We just it was constant, just work, work, work, work, and just the money that we made, how much fun that we had, the road trips it was. I remember calling my mom from like Norfolk, Virginia one one night and I was just like, Mom, I have no idea where I'm at. I'm in Virginia and I was just I have no clue. I said, I've driven six hundred miles today and worked. And I said I think we've got like five hundred miles to

drive tomorrow. And if I had to find Norfolk, Virginia on a match map, I couldn't find it. Mom like are you And I was like, yeah, I'm good. Those are making towns for sure. You go, oh yeah, I uh? And you and all the old school it's amazing. Do you regret not finishing those two weeks? Uh? You don't. No regrets, No, absolutely. I kind of look back at the mistakes I made in my life and the whole thing,

and it would change where I'm at today. And even like with Sam and the marriage and the whole thing, if I didn't marry him, I wouldn't have my daughters, and my children mean more to me. And gosh, I'm gonna cry, but my children mean more to me than anything. And the place that we're at right now in our lives is so good, and my kids love me, and I love my kids, and they're college graduates and they're working and just so smart and so pretty. I'm so

proud of my kids. I wouldn't want anything different because then then our situation would be different, and I couldn't do that. Agreed. I love that answer. Well you again, I thank you for all you've done for the business. Well you just took you just took what like Sunshine and Felicia and Precious and you just took it to another whole nother level because you did some crazy bump.

Oh my god, I thank you. And you were and you had the body and you were like, because my whole deal was like the perfect ten because I knew it wasn't, you know, nowhere near your ten And that was a whole But you were so pretty in the outfits and just walking in there with that attitude and that sass and that you're like, I may not can kick your ass, but he can, and yes, I can kick your ass. So it was it was great. I

love you. You know what it is. If you believe it, they will believe it kind of deal, right, And I'll tell you what. I didn't believe it, But when I went through the curtain, something clicks, right, you know, behind the scenes, I was a blubbering idiot mess. Didn't think I could do anything once you walk through. And I know it's a lot of people say the same thing. Once you go through that curtain, you become a different person, right, Well, yeah,

I mean Nichola is totally different than baby Doll. And people like, well, do I call you Nickler? Do I call you baby doll? It's like Nichola conversation, baby doll is baby Doll's the money? Yeah exactly, Well that's it. You were beautiful. You're beautiful inside and out, and I would love next time to sit down and pick your brain and you know, have more than a same Galen are you conversation? Because every time I see how are, we give each other a hug and number off to

our tables. And it's right. We never never get to socialize with people. So and what's crazy is who would have thought, you know, because in your time, and even because you're about ten years after I was, that we would be selling pictures and making appearances like what we're doing now, we had no clue that this is still going on, you know, especially being almost sixty years old. I never knew that I would be back doing this. You're you're back. We're I know. My husband hates it.

My husband actually like, why do they still keep calling you up? Oh my goodness, I'm a good question. That's hilarious. Where can people find you? I have a Facebook? Oh I lost you there? You are over in the corner. Okay, I'm pretty face up there. So I can be on Facebook or Twitter are the main things. I think. I've got Instagram, but I'm never on there. I if you just google nick Law and I see KLA, you'll bring up all my social media, Okay, because I want people

to follow you. You have a real good opinions and I like reading what you write, so I'm a fan. I'll always wait, and I thank you so much for coming on here. And like I said, the next time we see each other, we'll have to get a drink or meal or something. Oh absolutely, absolutely before we say goodbye. I just want to say the December nineteenth, the Captain's Christmas Party, Baby Doll's going to be doing a virtual signing with Nick from Captain's Corner and all that is

on Facebook. Facebook, you know, just search Captain's Corner, Captain's Christmas Party. It's gonna be magnet a Baby Doll. They're gonna be doing the virtual signing. Now, have you done a virtual signing yet? Have you experienced this? Yes? I did one with Team Mark with Marty a couple of weeks ago with Oh, I can't remember the Ken, the a w A announcer Ken Ken Resnick, and I'm trying to think of who else. Steve Kirk was there. I liked him a lot and I've never met either one

of them. So it was really cool because I got to actually meet people that I've never met before. So it was very neat. So what do you think of the virtual concept? You think is it? Do you like that? You like being able to connect like that? I love it because people like like in North Dakota or Montana or Kansas or where where you know, because up and down the East Coast there's so much wrestling that you know,

you can go to fan fest all the time. But let's say if you're in Colorado, you may never get to go to Charlotte then go to the gathering or or to Wrestlecate or something like that. So this is great because they can actually the fans can actually see the stars sign their their item and talk to them for a minute. I love the concept. Who would have thought that this is probably the best thing that came

out of COVID was a virtual science. Yes. Yeah, I always say I'm busier now then when I was on the road because I've found all these things to do from the house, right, you know, Cameo and Patreon and all this stuff that I'm doing, and I work like almost every day from home. I'm home, which is a blessing because I'm still with the kids and stuff. But you know, they're good. If they see the doors closed, they know mommy shooting cameos and they'll knock really gently.

Are you done yet? Well, I'm watching my little six year old here. He's playing robot buddy, he's got his mask on, he's ready to go outside, exactly. He's over here doing a robot. Dan's trying to be quiet. Well, good luck. We you're signing. I thank you. Hopefully twenty twenty one is better for all of us, and I'll get to see you next year. Oh I'm sure, so this will all a year. Is no telling where you're from now will be, but it's it's gonna be crazy,

that's for sure. That's it. Well, we'll keep in touch. You're lovely. Thank you so much for coming on. Thank you, thank you so much of her, And there goes. She's the best. I love her. I would love to see a heel fran scene attack a baby faced baby doll with a kendow stick and see what happens afterwards. Too much. I don't want to hurt her, hurts. She's very insightful.

She she's got a good mind for the business. Oh yeah, I really enjoyed speaking with her, and I didn't want to ask the same question like so I tried to pull a little bit of stuff. That's why I love you the people in the business that talk to one another. I just said, because I can absorb like a sponge. I've interviewed Baby Dolls. She's fantastic. She she tells such great stories. And I always say, the people who have the best details are the ones that are telling the truth.

And that's what I love about her stories. Yeah she I mean, you know, to tell us that she was seeing a married man, It's like, whoa, Okay, we all make mistakes. No, shade, No, not at all, not at all. I love her honestly, she's she's great. I really really admire her. So happy to have her on. Yes, and please check out that virtual signing. My my buddy Nick Captain's corner. He does an amazing job with how he's

he's traveling all over this globe throughout this pandemic. And and and really now this is Magnum Ta and Baby Doll on the same day. I mean, you can't get any more Crockett than that crocket. Yeah you can't. And a TBD guest in the middle. Uh, it's Magnum ten am Baby Doll at eight pm. Somebody at four I shud her to think who else he's uh, he's gonna come up with? But I do have I have good news for you news. The good news is that we have new copy from Manscape that has just arrived. Because

deal with. So a smooth ball is something that women look forward to. So I think if you're a man, you need to go to Manandscape dot com. Use my code Francine save twenty percent. Do yourself a favor. Maybe the reason why you're still single is because your balls are crusty and stubby and nasty. Maybe if you get Manscape in your life, you'll find that special someone. Right, 'tis the season? I think it might be the deal. It's a it's a it's the way to go. Nanscape

is the way to go. If they could give you a red little Santa caap to put on your buddy after you're done with your clean shaving, then maybe they should add that up on for the next holiday round. They have banana hammocks that you can use to uh, to put that over, I believe. But yeah, Manscape's great, and you know what else is great? Tip jar mask? Now do you know what we just purchased this week, and I tried it inside of my tip jar mask. A. It's a. It's a. It's a it's a face shield

for the mass protector. She slide it in. Okay, it's going back to mansket. It looks like a cup. It looks like a men's protective cup. It looks like a jock like a like literally the cup that you put on your balls. Like it literally it looks like that on your face. Have you ever worn one of those? Of course I have? Yes. Like sports, Yes, are they uncomfortable? They're extremely uncomfortable. They shift, they move. What do you

think guys during baseball always shifting themselves and stuff. Not because they're in the moment, but got a little tingle down there. I tried it underneath my tip jar mask and it fit very well. And that's not even because I needed to. I love the way the tip jar mask is and feels right. I don't feel like I can't breathe. But I tried it out inside the mask and tip jar mask. Man, it's the best one that

I've come across since this mask mania that started. Yeah, and again they come in this beautiful, shiny plastic coating, which you know your mask is going to be sanitized every time, and they have such a wide variety to choose from men, women, children, Your whole family's covered with tip your mask. I bet you can even get one of these on your dog if you need it to.

Probably could your dog. You know there was a monkey that had corona that Yeah, there was like a monkey a and like a like a tiger that had corona way at the beginning. But it's always very weird, like what happens to the animals? Do they catch it? Do they does it? Just? Do they crap it out? Like what happens corona when it hits an animal? I can tell you, but that's very unfortunate. Yes, so tipjar mask dot com. No, just there support then support workers and

help us be great. So we have a little bit of time left. Are you doing anything festive for the holidays with the kids or I doubt you're having a party which I didn't get an inter party, I get an invite. Invite, come on, come on. You know when people say, oh, open invite, that means forgot to invite you. I like traveling there, You're not traveling anywhere. I would love to have you. If you walk to my front I would have a heart attack. It would just be

nice to get an invite. You know, we've been now, we've been fronts for a year. We've been doing this for a year. You think, Hey, I'm gonna ask my partner to come over for some Christmas cheer. I might listen. I know she might not make it, but I'm just going to put the invite out there I can get. I would get to your house before you got to mind, only because I'm obviously the free wheel and traveling man. I'm I'm heading down to Crozette, Virginia this weekend for

a signing with a a former baseball player. And uh, you know I I would love to grace the the the uh, the Queen of extreme Well who's party neighbors? You know, we have a good little community in here. Uh. And then this weekend, it is next weekend, okay? Is this this weekend? We will be doing hot pictures at a little farm that's right around the corner from the house. They have a setup for everybody to just come and take your own pictures and be on your very way.

That's cute. Well, but y'all, we're looking to take the kids to lights. Okay, the drive through. You know, there's so many drive through gimmicks that they have going on. So because of Corona, now there's more options to do. So we're we're investigating that. And uh, we usually do one round around the neighborhood just to see what's going on, look at lights, you know, in the area, and uh, but we wanted to do something, you know where it's miles miles of so we're going to take them there.

And I don't know, they're shutting things down again, so there's really not many options. Yeah, it sucks, it does, but that's what we're looking at. So I don't know, but I think this weekend is going to be kind of a quiet one and we're just going to hang out and get some food and maybe maybe mommy all have a cocktail. I don't know. Oh, let me know if you have a cocktail. I am. I am going dry for the tiding. So are you No drinks this weekend?

No drinks for the foreseeable future, Bye bye bye alcohol. Blame it on the elk alcohol. Oh I was singing, No, I did don't want to feel the way I did a couple of weeks ago. You're still feel in the after No, no, hey, no it was. It was down three pounds today, So very happy with that. Okay, so we are, we are, We're all good. Why don't we talk about what's going on on Tatreon? Why don't you look at your phone real quick? I don't have to. I'm already one step ahead of you. So we are

going to do a couple of things. We're going to finish out our fan appreciation week this week. We're going to welcome in our newest member is going to be joining us. Yeah, let me just finish typing this in since it was so fresh. Did I even spell appreciation right? I don't even care. But there's a fan appreciation months I've put week. We're extending in another week to welcome

in our newest member who will be joining us. Yes, and I want to welcome I don't know if I did this, and forgive me if I had, but Rob, Isaac and Matthew are our newest Patreon so I want to say welcome to the family. Guys. We appreciate you and we're glad to have you on board, and I'm excited to continue to meet you all. So looking forward to it. Then we're going to play a game that we mentioned I believe we ago on one of our fan appreciation shows. We are going to finish the lyric. Now,

am I the only one finishing the lyric or? I'm not sure yet. I think we might go with you first, just to see how how your chops are you are you boast about your non singing abilities, but you do it all the time, so we want to hear you. But I can't sing, and I'll be like this, you gotta do the hand movement. That's what I'm gonna do. So yeah, that'll be fun. And then for the watch along, I had a trying to find something good thing to

do with Dusty Rhodes because of Dal. I'm trying to find you and there's something I just couldn't find it, But I'm gonna come back to it because I ran out of time. Yeah, well i'd be Dusty up. Yeah, I'm just on the I just gonna find it at

my timetable, so I will come back to it. But this was one that also popped on my radar because this guy is not ae W every week and now is thrust into this major storyline with Thing returning we're gonna look at Mike Awesome versus Taz when Mike Awesome had to go to w CW and Taz had to leave the WWF to come in and save ECW. Yeah, Taz is thrust into the main aw storyline right now. So that's why Taz is on my mind. Yep. He's doing well for himself, so good for him. So we're

going to talk about that. But obviously the backstory of Mike Awesome and everything going on in the locker room, that's what we really want to The match is three minutes, so it's not going to be anything uh, you know, too crazy to watch, but it's a story behind it that I think would be pretty interesting. So that's what we got. All right, want to find me, It's at Chad E and B. Go to my website. Ibexclusives dot Com.

Got a lot of cool signings up there. Just announced one with the guy we had on two weeks ago, Jimmy Wang Yang Fun Gotta do. We're doing a private sign with him where you can send in items to get signed by Jimmy. He doesn't do a lot of stuff. He's out in Ohio. He doesn't really have many consions on East CO kind of like Baby Doll was talking about, where people from all parts of the country and all the world. My first order was a guy from England, so this kind of stuff that they want to check

it out. Go to ibexclusive dot com. I would love to have you okay, and across the board, I am at ACWD for Francine. Anything I have going on will be listed on Twitter, So just check my Twitter and hope you're always staying safe and healthy. And that is a wrap.
