Plagued by "inept policy" USMC Col. (Ret.) Andy Milburn says US military aid to Ukraine is not getting to the front lines. Milburn, a former Marine Corps Special Operations (MARSOC) Regiment commander and is now in Kyiv assisting Ukrainian forces.
