This is I on the Ball with Steve Rivera and jagn Zaliz on Fox Sports fourteen fifteen powered by Nova Insurance Services. Hey, sure, your most prized possessions, katz R two, SAG and iHeart Radio station. Yet. Hey, welcome back to Fox Sports fourteen fifty. We are here. We had we we we he didn't hear the one that we did. We just came on for me. Nobody didn't hit the right button and it wasn't one of us. It was not a button. I don't even know what he did.

But well, yeah, we had to call our buddy Nick, who fired up our our our stuff because you guys were getting apparently getting the national feed. So something happened that we didn't come on. But we are on. Good, good, good, Hey, welcome back and I'm here. Welcome back. I'm pretty I'm glad to be back. I give you a lot of grief and I'm gonna get your tuesday overreaction to a lot of things. Okay, well, where do you want to start your Tuesday? Alba

reaction to Arizona football. Okay, so we had jed yesterday and I know it's kind of old news, but you weren't here yesterday, I have my reaction. Did you read my column? He probably didn't get a chance. Okay, So so here's I'll set this up because I already know where you're gonna go with this. So I saw the game. I went to the game Yadida a week ago before Saturday. They played Stanford. Didn't look so well, right, and they barely survived. But it's typical with Stanford.

But they barely survived, but they won. All's good. Uh, they don't usually win. Blah blah blah. So now they play against Washington. You were there in the stands, great crowd, right, fantastic atmosphere. They were in my mind they were one touchdown away from being blown out. They had them on the five fumble the ball game, and they scored and they paid close. Right, maybe even I'll play them at to some degree in the second half. Bravo, bravo. Okay, so what what do

you make of the last two weeks? Now from from from Arizona or I know, what do you make of the weekend? And then we'll put two weeks. Well, first of all, you know, with with what happened Saturday, you know at fourteen to nothing, right, everyone had got what are you thinking, blow out? They're gonna lose my fifteen? All right, Arizone goes down, scores, cuts it to, you know, fourteen

to seven. Washington keeps scoring. They go halftimes, twenty one to ten, right, uh yeah, twenty one, ten and a half time. Arizona had a chance to go down and they kicked a field instead of getting the touchdown, So they're down, you know, eleven instead of a touchdown. It took to the end of the game for me to realize what I thought I saw, which was a team that continued to fight, wasn't gonna let itself get blown out, was overmatched, was never really in there,

was never gonna win the game. I never ever, ever thought they were gonna even win. Arizona scored with a minute left. I thought, even if they get the onside kicked there, don't you know, I didn't think they were gonna win the game. I said, even if it gets into overtime, Washington's gonna win this game. Washington's a lot better team. But the fact that they continued the fight, they never you could tell the team

never felt they were out of the game. Right, They played admirably and so I'm like, okay, you know, if if you weren't gonna win the game, which they never were going to win the game, the best case scenario, right, No, actually a good way to put the best case scenario was exactly that they played well in spurts and they played well in the second half. Yeah. Just well, I mean similar to the USC

Colorado game earlier in the Colorado is getting blown out. They had no hope, but they got themselves up, you know, into the game and made the USC think about it. Let me also say this because I've seen a thousand times or maybe a thousand and one teams like USC or Oregon, uh, Washington and the bigger programs, the mager schools. Uh, they need a carrot, they need a carrot. And and when you're up twenty one twenty eight, there's no carrot. You know, they were mission accomplished.

Let's go to get out of here and get and take the plane at home. And I think that may have been a factor. I know it was that you was with USC in Colorado. Colorado had no no they were being blown out. That was a blowout, no matter what anybody says. And the Arizona here it may not have been a blowout, but it was not a was it was you know, it was what it was. It was encouraging for Arizona though exactly. Uh And in Washington media, I saw that

stuff and it was like, okay, it was a game. Maybe it was good to have him close because now you know, for them down the road right and you look and you had to feel that had Arizona kept it a little closer, let's say they score a touchdown, it right, at any point you felt Washington, Washington could turn on the gas. Sure,

sure, okay, sure sure. So on the one hand, yes, while it was a good feeling for air Zona to only lose to Washington by seven, Washington was gonna dictate what happened if they needed to step on the gas, and they could have done it at anytime. They could have. Okay, here's a perfect example, all right, I had I had to

get on a six thirty plane on Sunday morning. Okay, so I was gonna I decided going in, if they're getting blown out, I'm gonna leave because I gotta get you know, I gotta get rid of you know, I'm leaving down. So when Arizona turns the ball over on downs. With about four and a half minutes left, I get up from my seat and I sit on the west side. So I'm walking along the concourse, the north concourse, you know, leaving the stadium. I'm the only one in

my group who was still there. Everybody else had left, and so I get to the corner, so basically the northeast corner, all right, and I see Washington's got the ball. They're gonna run out the clock, and they throw a pass. Yeah, I'm like, what the hell are they doing it? They throw another path Yeah, I'm like, wait, what the hell, They're not running in any clock? What are they doing? So then they go back for another pass and they get and he gets sacked,

and I'm like, and Arizona costs time out. They've run fifteen seconds off the clock. So there's still like four minutes left in the in the game, and Arizone's gonna get the ball, and I'm like, down two touchdowns, yeah, down two touchdowns. I'm like, okay, well, okay, now I'm gonna stand here, you know, because I didn't have a I didn't sit in the seat. I just stood at the railing.

Let's see what Arizona then they go down and score, I'm like, well what And there's a minute left again, not thinking Arizona was gonna win the game, but thinking if something happens, I need to be here right right right now. And I think it was an admirable performance, you know what. I really liked though. Obviously, how could you not like t mac right, he's fantastic. The dude's gonna make a ton of money. But I do like Fafida. I do like Fafida in his role. You know,

they didn't make it complicated for him. They didn't need to. They just dinks and dunks and hid the ball move just the anti de Laura played gave him something he could hand good exactly. And he couldn't handle the long ball. He's not ready for that yet. And that's fine. But I like I like how he plays because he just manages the game right and and and you know it's funny because listening to Jet Fisher's press conference, yes, right, and I listened to what he had to say about it. But

they did him. Why they did it. The plan was to make if Washington was gonna score, they were gonna have to earn it. They were gonna have to move the ball down the field. They did not let Washington go along. Yeah, and they kept throwing these dnks and dunks, and I'm like, how are they gonna stop that? Right? Every time a guy got the ball, nobody was in the name. You know, they break a tackle it. But they had one long ball and that was the

ball to the tight end. And so Arizona was gonna make them. And it's funny because we asked the question on Tuesday or last Monday or no, it was Thursday, how many points do you do? You put a point total that's say, if we can hold him to this, we went Jed would not answer the question, said we don't really do that. Then today or yesterday says we thought if we held him to thirty points or less,

we could win the game. And that was the game plan. If they were gonna score, it was gonna take gonna have to take them a while to score. Yeah. And and really, you know, we've seen other times where you know, teams let a team dank and dunk their way down the field, because if you're at some point, they're gonna make a bad throw, You're gonna get a sack, get a penalty, you're gonna be able to stop and try. The problem was Washington didn't make too many of

those mistakes. No, because they're too good. I mean the quarterback is too good. Right, No, And uh, it was a good strategy on both ends. You know, Washington just came in to get to win and move on. They held him to thirty one points, which technically he gave themselves a chance to win the games. Sure, sure, sure, but you never really had a chance. I didn't think they Yeah, no, it was fine. I mean it was a good strategy from both sides.

I do like Fefita and his in his role. Uh, my guests, My guess I don't know anything is that that dell Roy will sit out again and and wait, it sounded like it from the from the uh, from the press conference that you know he's he's still doing a lot of treatment and stuff like you know, your tea leaves right, You're you're certain to the tea leaves. Uh, and you're okay with it because Fefida, because

Sfida handled his his own and Arizona. I was on a podcast yesterday from USC and I was saying Arizona's good better, there's still only the eighth or ninth best team in the league. Their defense is so much better. But you know, you heard they don't have an interception this year. No, I know, it's funny because he said that yesterday. I'm saying, you know what, You're right, and they haven't taken the ball away fumble wise either yet. Just a couple of times. Yeah. No, it's just

a kind of not a bend but no break. But it's just it's just it's just it's a steady defense. Yeah. I like what I'm seeing. I feel like they let me, let me do something. We have a minute, we're gonna have let's talk a little quick. We're gonna have Monico, Jim Monico from our PEMA guys here talking about the soccer big tournament coming up. And then in the second now we're gonna have sau Bookman from talking

about the Suns from he's from p x PHS. But I was gonna go through the schedule and we'll do that after after because because it's a gauntlet, man, it's a gauntlet. We saw this, it was gonna be a gauntlet, but now that you really look at it in front of you, I know what you have. We'll see if it's gone right. Before we go to break. I'm gonna say right now, you can hold me to

it. This from what I saw this last weekend, I think Arizona can be both Colorado and USC USC oh because because USC's got zero defense, it's they now if they cannot score them. I'm not saying that I think they will. I think they've got a way better chance to beat in USC than they did of Washington because just because USC's defense is so suspect, they get into a shootout and start scoring points and they can't stop Arizona, and Arizona can't stop them. It's like, who gets the ball? We better go

to break because I think you sit this radio station on fire. No what you just said. I just think it's it's not out of the realm of possibility. Because USC's defense is so bad. It's so bad, I think it's not going to be close. Let's go, we gotta go, we gotta let's hit the road. We're gonna be back. Jim Monico, Pemacage

No, in fact, we haven't talked to you in a long time. Yeah, it's so enjoyable. It felt like yesterday. I'm a little worried that you're tired of coming on. You're not tired of coming on the show, are you never? Okay? Yeah, well you kind of make us laugh. You're kind of good at this. How do think? How do you think's going on

with there? You had some big news nothing we didn't know already, but you had big news. What the soccer programs you have? Yeah, yeah, yep, we uh we have that. We have that going on in November, and uh it's been great and and and actually it's been so great that they want us to continue to uh to go ahead and host things. Well, you just made the announcement, right, was it yesterday? Yep? And we did. And how did that go? You shaid, continue,

is it more than just this coming year? Maybe beyond as well? So excuse me. They asked me to why you go ahead and put in for future tournaments, and so I suppoke to the old chancellor who was not in favor of it. And when Dolores uh I'm service that took over, she was very interested in it. So we filed our application. And I don't believe it's going to be considered for twenty five because they'd like to pick a more neutral site. But the actual NJCAA was very interested in making Tucson

basically like the hub. So come back here for twenty six, twenty seven, go somewhere else for twenty eight, come back to twenty nine thirty, that kind of thing. I mean, we've also had interest. They want us to apply for the golf National Championships, and so there's a bunch of things, And I mean Tucson is a great place to have stuff, right well, because you can do stuff anytime of the year, right you coming, come in the winter time or whatever. You know, you've got a

chance against some great weather. I mean, nothing against Madison, Wisconsin, but they were against us. And you know, the University of Wisconsin was actually part of the bid and they said somebody wise it was incredible. But who the heck wants to go to Wisconsin in the second week in November. Yeah, no, you're right, visit Tucson must love you. Yeah, I don't know they're interesting. Nobody's saying anything but you guys. No, congratulations on a nice, nice big deal. So, uh and your team,

I don't know this in pardon me from being naive with us. It's both the men and the women are just the men. Oh no, it's vote its vote men and women Division two. Okay, No, So you have a lot of teams, a lot of people coming in spending some time here in Tucson, so that that must be and you and you have at least a men's side. I don't know how the women are doing. Are doing fantastically well? And hey that's breaking news, right of course they are,

oh right, and no, they're they're unbelievable. You know. I mean, being a football baseball guy my whole life, soccer was never a big deal. And when I watched this young team, and they are very young. They passed the ball it watching them play and the only trip up they had was against Phoenix College and you know, well we'll get him again

in the playoffs. But right now they've just done an incredible tier. So, Jim, when when you have stuff like this, you know, because we know recruiting is hard, you know, getting players to come to wherever you're at is hard no matter who you are, how much stuff like this help that? How much do the coaches appreciate having this kind of a spotlight on the program? Do you mean as in far as our actual soccer team or having the tournament here? No, having the tournament here? You know,

how does that help your overall soccer program? Well, I think it's great because it sheds a light on what we do in a national way, so it takes us across the country. But I'll be honest as far as the coaches, they're not in love with me when I get that here. They really feel a lot of pressure. Wow, Okay, Like I said, they have two options, you to win and playing it or you don't and work it so big one no okay, and you and so the season's

almost don't right you're getting to the tail end. Yeah. We actually I was talking to Race Wars earlier and the championships for our conference are the third week of October, so we only have a few more weeks of the divisional play and then we go ahead and conference play, and we go ahead and started seeing who's gonna go. So to pardon me, because I don't know how the women are doing it. I should be reading race stuff that he

sends. Are they in contention as well? They're working very hard. They've had they had a complete overhaul, a lot a lot of sophomore based players last year, and Kendra is doing an amazing job. She's had quite a few injuries. They're right in the middle of the pack right now. So the next few weeks are going to play very big for them. But they still have a shot to make the national they absolutely do. Okay, all right, all right, so the kinds of things going on around there,

some of the other teams get gearing up. We heard you guys, you lost a golf coach. What the heck? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, he uh. He was able to get a full time teaching job up into the Phoenix area, so he took the job at at South Mountain, So, you know, good for him. It's a great program, so he'll get to walk in and and have some tremendous players. But uh, you know, golf wives were doing fantastic, but a lot of young

people in and they're playing great volleyballs, been been doing wonderful. They had a rough couple of big games, but other than that, they've been doing dynamite basketball, going full swing. And I'll tell you, Brian Peabody had an absolute killer squad. So who did you Who did you hire to get to replace mister Smith? Have not yet? Don Yes was taking over the

program he was with with Marcus, tremendous golf coach. The sad part was is, uh he just got transfer the Phoenix also okay, okay, just today, so you guys are breaking that we just lost our golf coach. So we're gonna we got a couple of assistants that want to stay in that capacity but are willing to help out. And even Dawn from one hundred miles away is going to stay on as a volunteer to see what he can do to help and we'll see if we can bring somebody new in that's going to

continue to carry the torch because John has a big, big loss. He's a tremendous coach, great teacher. Well, that's the hard part for you, right when you got to do these kinds of things, you know, I mean, isn't the easy part just you're having these programs or playing everything's going well, then you know, when you've got to hire new coaches or you know, do things like that, that's that's your tough part of the job. Or am I it's very tough because it's not. It's difficult losing

great coaches, let me say that. But in considering that, out of you know, nothing I can do about that. The best thing I can do is try to find somebody who's gonna fit with what they've already recruited. And that's that's the key piece. You know, they've done their recruiting for the year, so these student athletes are going to have a new coach come in, hopefully sooner than later, and then we got to see how they

gell with this new person. So that makes it very difficult trying to find somebody that can maintain what they've already done on a personal level as well as

a coaching level. So let me ask you. I don't know if it's a complicated question or an accurate question, but I think Jay and I talked about this maybe two or three weeks ago, given the state of the NIL, given the state of the transfer portals, and I said, and I may may have not been may have been incorrect in saying this, that I think that the people that are hurt the most are the high school players and the JC players because now it's a swap meet pretty much at the Division one

level because everyone's swapping players, And now what did the JC players and the high school players go if it's all swapped at the top. You're absolutely right, you know, I'm thrilled that I'm going out not coming in. It's really difficult to be a coach. And hey, I'll be honest with you. You know, I a would say God knows what he's doing, because I could not sit and try to recruit my players every single year. And what's really hurting is, of course graduate transfers, the transfer quortal, the

NILS. I mean, the UFA lost the local kid last night. I mean, it's just it's it's crazier than it's ever been. And I don't think I could navigate those waters. My personality wouldn't fly. And it's really killing high school and JC and even more in the area of football because we no longer have JC ball here in Arizona. Sure no. We talked to guys our age and some of them are leaving because of it. It's complicated.

It is complicated, and I'll be honest with you, I think because at the Division one level, the NC double Division one level, they have loads of folks who can help. I don't know if it's if it's as

much complicated as it is tiring, right. I can't imagine recruiting a kid that you're high on, they love you, you have a good season, not a great season, and all of sudden somebody walks in and says, we lost two guys to the transfer portal, we want you and we have nil money and they just leave right you know, it becomes it's very I've always told my guys here it's a business, and that's the hard end of it when you have to treat it like a business and maybe tell a young

student athlete that it's their time's up, you know, and they're no longer going to be part of the team. But I just can't imagine you know, and people always say, well, coaches do it. You're right, coaches do do it. But you know, it's just it went from one

extreme to the other, right, it is my opinion. No, that's I mean, that's really the essence of it is that you went from zero to one hundred miles an hour and no time flat, and now you have this atmosphere where as you said, you know, you develop a relationship with a guy. I'm sure you know with the football player that Arizona just lost.

You know, they thought they were locked in with them. All of a sudden you wake up and you decide to go somewhere else, and you've got a hole in your recruiting right, and you know realistically that the early signing period comes up and then you have It's just it's like I said, I don't know. Uh, as well as I've been able to do,

thank god, I don't know if I can navigate these waters. Well, let me ask you in terms of you know, because you talked about how tough it is on the high schools and the jac's, so you know, what is the future then I know this is gonna be a really hard question, but or what do you see in sort of the immediate future for you know, athletes who come to junior college a lot of times it's to come and get their academics in order. You know, they've got an opportunity to

play somewhere. Maybe they're close to home, whatever reason, they go to Jac's. You know, are they are they you know, kind of on the outside looking in more often than they used to be. Absolutely, absolutely, And I think JAC transfers have the hardest job because if you're looking and being strictly honest, and I'm telling you, you know, a few years ago, I called our baseball team, right, I said, watch watch coach hacking me, watch our baseball program. I'm telling you this year,

Mike call is going to be really watch our men's basketball. Our women's basketball is always going to be great. But Brian P. Buddy has put together a squad. Now. Answering your question, you know, you look at things like this and would you take a JC fans for from Tema who was very very good, or would you take a JC transfer from Toledo if you were a Division one, you know program, And that's that's really how do you look at it? Right? He was playing against JC competition this guy

was playing in the MAC. Yeah. I mean it's just it's you know what's it's whatever the coach fancies. And to me, I think, if you're going to roll dice, your roll dice and a kid that's already a Division one player, So where did that leave a great Jac Way No, that's why he said, it's it's gonna they're gonna be shut out more and more, which is unfortunate. Uh. Jim, always good talking to you. We love hearing from you. Oh, you guys are be fantastic.

I appreciate you. And hey, November we got that tournament coming up, and then December ten, we're doing our second induction into the Pima College Hall of Fame. So well, a lot of people turn off of that. Yeah, well we well we know a couple of those guys there, we do. Okay, Yeah, well and there'll be a few more coming up in two years. Whatever that might go, we gotta call give. I do have a life. I have a good life. Well take this call. He you're on the

R and I on the ball. Hey, this is Bill. How you doing Bill? What's up? Hey? I just I've been looking at your picks this year for football. Please don't And I just want you to say, Jay that you're picking the Dodgers to win the World Series, spoiling. That's all I want. And then I'll go, Well, here's the thing I've got. I'm threatening people to take that I'm going to take their teams, right, I'm saying if you don't, if you don't leave me alone,

I'm gonna take your team. And it seems to work well. Bill. I want to hear you on the radio say you're picking the Dodgers win the World Series. You guys have a great Bill Bill last week, So he didn't do well last week because we all know. And the first logic, the first pick, he goes with Utah and Oregon State. For the reason why, the reason was because I thought Utah would win, and so I took Oregon State and that's the only one I hit. So the double

reverse reverse doesn't work either. But I will say Bill that for a while, and not not just recently, but even during the summer, I've been saying that I don't think the Dodgers are a World Series championship team, and I don't know who's gonna beat the Braves, So I'm taking the Braves. Uh. Well, now they're all right. I'm hoping. Thanks Bill, it's you know, well, then think about it with you. You've you've embraced your curse. I am who I am, I am who I am.

Don't don't don't touch me. And if you say they good or bad and there's lightning, don't even come close to me. And I think of the way I've lost some of these games. Like I was telling you, I you know, I had preside stake and there was a backdoor cover on on that game by Nevada with eleven seconds left in the game. You know you had that. You know, I had the Broncos, who fell completely behind, you know, they were twenty eight to seven, come back win

the game, but don't cover by two. I had the Eagles, didn't you know, they didn't cover and they didn't have the decency to also lose, you know, I mean you think you take the teams like the Eagles, the Lions, Okay, the only time they're three and one and the only time that they're the only loss they have as the time I took him. Makes sense, It makes sense to me, makes sense to me. That's going on. Okay, I want to get back to this because you

sounded so incredulous when I and I said that. I thought, go, I think Arizona, I would oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I think you're smoking something. Probably Hi, you're on there and on the ball. I was it going today. What's up, Brian, This is Steve Junior calling you. You're coming my way. I like it. I like it. Yeah, yeah, you know it's pretty pathetic in my life. Now, this is this is what I have to look forward to. Welcome to my world. Welcome to my world. I want to hear what

I think. You know. I was at the game and it's one of those games here some there and go, well, at least we're not getting blown out, right, I mean, we still got to figure out to score a point in the first quarter, and I thought the defense played pretty well. I would have thought I would have liked to see more pressure on

the quarterback. Wouldn't been nice, you know, I mean that guy just I mean, he didn't have to do much, you know, just a lot of outpasses, short passes pretty quick, you know, you know, because we didn't put any pressure on him. You know, he didn't have to throw along. Well again, if you if you heard, if you

heard that Fish's press conference on mistake, that was the plan. The plan was to not let them beat them deep, score quickly, make them earn it, and make them make you know, keep them underneath to keep their point totally down to a point where Arizona would have a chance to you know, to outscore. They only gave up thirty one points. They could have won the game. They didn't because Washington had the ball sold so much. Yeah, we just well we could, you know. I mean, I

thought the quarterback did a pretty good job. He made that one huge mistake on the interception, right, you should have just run the ball or just taking gone down instead of trying to force the ball, because he wound up making them terrible pass. They got the ball back, but they went off six minutes off the clock. Yeah, and even though they didn't score, but they ran six minutes off the clock and I killed us. Yeah.

It was funny when when when fafited through that pick, I fully expected to see like Jaden Delora's like aura come out of his body because that was a Jaden. That was a bad Jaden play. That was from the y Classic, that was from the Jydon Delora collection. Yes, exactly, So let me ask you what it was. It was. It was a terrible call, I mean on his part trying to force that play. I mean he was off balanced when he threw and it was a terrible problem. Yeah,

you know, just real quick. Did you listen earlier to the show. Did you listen to Jay talk about this weekend's game, this coming weekend? Yeah? Jay on drugs again. Well, well, thank you very much, because that's perfect segment. I resent the again part of that. Well still it's still sorry. But but every time you make a prediction, I'm going day, did you hit your head a lot of job? By the way, it's not again, it's still, it's still, He's continued.

So I'm sitting there, go okay, okay, USC had a great offense, so we know that they don't have a very good defense. We know that, but I shall I don't you know? It could be one of those thirty nine thirty seven games. Who knows. I'm gonna explain myself. I'm gonna figure out how to score early. Yeah, I'm gonna explain myself behind on this team because we don't have the offense to play catch up.

Yeah, okay, I'm gonna explain myself. You're in the second hold when we get to when when we when we end this call, because I have a very rational reason for this very reasonable reason. That's not even you should even use that word rational. We should even that's that's a foul. That's a fifty yard foul. Yeah, that's an unsportunately one. Yes, well, thank you Colin Man. By the way, I did get your text

during the game, and I just ghosted you. I just want you to know that I did see Okay, I just wasn't gonna respond to you. Okay, we'll talk to you later. Bran, thank you, Bye, Thanks Brian, thanks for being I'm sure you feel good beating Steve for a little bit. So okay, my point, My point is I still believe Washington is a much better team than than USC. I think Washington's got a better offense than USC, and they've got a better defense than USC. So

I've based on what Arizona did. I get it. We were saying that Washington was gonna was gonna dictate the score regard. You know, if Arizona got close, they were gonna go down there and score again. But I just believe that USC's defense is so bad that it gives anybody who's got any kind of offense a chance to beat them. On a given day, you can go out there and outscore them. You know, if Colorado hadn't you know, gotten so wasn't so bad at the beginning of they win that game.

But the point, the point is that you know, Colorado ended up putting forty one points up on USC. That was that was garbage time, and that was okay. So now there was three minutes left. I owe you a lunch for were the stupid dumb ass bet I made at the beginning of year with the Padres and the Dodgers, Right, okay, so let me get even with you. So what do you want? What do you want for the because you're predicting a possible win, a possible win, not a win. What do you need for the u of a USC game?

What do you need? Yeah? The spread? No, God, I could go to I could go to the Draft Kings and do that, and I'm gonna take the fewer points. Could you. You're sitting in front of me saying that there's a possibility that they could Someone someone said to me the same thing you said to me two days ago after on Sunday. I don't know if you know him, but he's a friend of mine. He says, I'll take Arizona even Okay. No, I gave him ten. I gave him ten for twenty one and a half. Okay, I'll give you

back one of those fourteen and a half I'll take. I'll give you I'll give you thirteen and a half. No I want Okay, let's go fourteen. Okay, and if it pushes, the push pushes and push. Okay, okay, I'll give you fourteen. All right, Okay, this is stupid, but okay, because because you don't be why, because I do think Arizona is gonna give a game I do. No. No, what's the stupid part of it? Then that I'm giving back points. That's dumb. Oh, I wouldn't bet you otherwise because you signed here. Okay,

okay, I'll do that. I wouldn't do that. I don't think they're gonna win. But I think what you just said, there's a chance. I said there's a chance. I don't. I never said I think they're gonna win. So I didn't say that. I said I think they've got a better chance of beating in US Sea than they had a beating. Oh, I don't think. I don't think. So they're on the road there, I don't think. So. I don't think. Man, my ten point lead on you in this thing that we're doing is my is my resume,

Sir. I hate fact, in fact, your credibility is getting killed. You know, I didn't, you know, because of this wedding and stuff, I didn't bet on a single football Lucky for you. Lucky for you. I've told you I'm doing really well on draft kings. I'm just you know, but I'm not taking the games I'm taking when I pick, when I pick with you, I'm taking other games. I'm gonna tear.

I don't know. I don't know what it is. It's like, well, we look forward to everything that I think is gonna happen doesn't happen. It's called the reaction Monday Tuesday. I know, I know. I can't believe it's already Tuesday. All right, Okay, cool, we're gonna have you gonna have breaking news, right, yeah, I got some breaking news stuff, stuff going on, a lot of you know, a lot of

things happening right now. You know. Okay, we've got all this overlap, right, we got the NBA about to start, you got you got Major League Baseball playoffs. You're very barely really in the middle of I still feel like the football season just started, but we're in the middle of the right, Arizona's three and two. You know, they're coming to the halfway and they are thought, we're gonna be exactly where we thought they were gonna be recordized. There was a chance to be used. Yeah, so you

know, we'll see what. Look, USC's gonna lose to somebody that they shouldn't lose too, because that's because their defense is gonna is gonna fail them completely. Possibly, well who's we'll talk about that later because we don't know who the I really. You know, they just they they do not look like a a national championship team to be. They just don't because they they don't have the defense that they're gonna need to do that. Somebody's gonna abuse

them. A good team, we'll abuse them. All right, Let's take our break. We're gona be back breaking news here at the top of the hour, and then we're gonna have South booklet finish. We'll talk some sons. Maybe it's some Dimond back fook. We'll stick around. Hold
