Okay, So the pairings for the PAC twelve basketball schedule are out and Arizona fans, Arizona and UCLA fans will be happy to hear that this was the year, this was going to be the season that Arizona only plays Ucla one time, but they went ahead being in it's the last year of the PAC twelve where with Arizona and UCLA both in it, and so realizing that, look, you have to fix that. So they are Arizona will play and Ucla will play twice home and home
this year, but the PAC twelve seasons. The last PAC twelve season starts the week of December twenty seven to thirty one. Uh. The Arizona schools are at Callen Stanford and then the next weekend back here taking on Colorado in Utah. Those single games that they've moved. You remember that early in December you would playing game Those are gone. Those are mixing good gigs. Then now into uh into the rest of the season. But that means there's some
weeks that you gotta play three games. So but uh so, but the they have and they haven't even said yet who's playing Thursday, who's playing Saturdays? Now they got to put the TV schedule together, but the conference season doesn't get started until until December the twenty seven. And do you realize, Steve, that we are two weeks away from the Red and Blue games. I know, I know we're gonna be in McHale from basketball in two weeks. No, I know, it's quick. Come on, man, I'm

Not that things slow down too much when football is not going or when it's over with, but it seems like everyone has interest in football and betting when football is now you know that that entails both college and pro.
And we play a lot of days a week now. We're playing four currently five, and we're going to be seven days a week when we get to November, right, So it feels like it's you know, when football rolls around at the start of a new year, right, Like that's like the sports calendar year. At least that's how I look at it. So what do you guys? What kinds of things are you guys doing to get ready
for when football does, you know, come around? New products? Uh, you know, take a look at what people have been doing, ideas, what kinds of things do you do spending what we would call the offseason basically the summer. Definitely new product. You know, we've got more offerings out there than we've ever had before. I don't know if you guys saw regular season wins with the sliding scale where you pick the number that you want
to bet over under. So you know, the team is constantly making enhancements and we're getting up all the bets on the NFL in college quicker than we've ever done before. We have a lot of the NFL up by you know, May April May. We've got a lot of content already up to the games and futures and regular season wins and to make the playoffs and things of that nature. I'm assuming that you keep track of a lot of different states and stuff. How is Arizona treating you? Very well? Loved Arizona.
Things are going real good since the launch down there. We're also opening up our new retail book at the PG eight course, and Arizona has been a great state for us. Are we are? We kind of like everybody else in terms of what what the the betters bet on here, what they're looking for. Do you see pockets of where there's different stuff that's more popular than in other places. Well, you know, when I look at the states and the teams that they bet on for future bets, they certainly like to
bet some of the local teams. You know, in the Arizona's case, it's a little difficult this year to the baseball team was pretty good, and certainly the sons of that put a quality team on the court. But you know, it's it's hard to play some of the teams to win it all, although they're getting some pretty big odds. But no, I think Arizona betters overall pretty savvy. They're used to betting coming up to Las Vegas to
play. They no longer need to do that. They can just stay home and make all those bets in the comfort of their home or anywhere within the state boundaries. So you use the word savvy. You know, it's been going a couple of years here, a few years here now at least legalize in different states for a feears some places are brand new. Do you notice or can you sense that that betters are getting more savvy all the time in
terms of what they do. Are they getting better at this? Is it or is it just kind of there's so many people betting it's going to come out the way it comes out. You know, basically, what you guys are shooting for is, you know, sort of fifty fifty. I mean, what do you what kind of sense do you get from how betters are betting and how they're doing. They're definitely getting better. They have more information at their fingertips. If they can go to the internet and look at local
newspapers from different states and different cities. They they listen to Your Guys show, which gives them a wealth of information. So they have a lot of different tools now to you know, make a decision on which way they want to go on games. Yeah, no question, Johnny, I told child the j here, I want to ask you what the heck are crowns? And I get these numbers and I have numbers? What what can I what can I use them for? Yeah? The crowns are you for? You
know, you're you can swag as we call it. You can use them for to cash them in for it. I mean, there's there's a whole array of ways to use those crowns. How many do you have? By the way, I'm a meager guy, so I don't I don't want to it's a few thousand, a few thousand, probably not enough to buy stuff, but but that's what it's for. Then you can get swag tickets and whatever. Yes, that's what it's for to cash them in at some point.
Okay, cool, cool, Okay, So, uh, you know, the same game parlay is something that you guys, you know, push a lot with some of your specials and those kinds of things. Can you explain to me a little bit about what you can't do? I tried. I tried to go do a same game parlay on the game last week, and I could bet the over under. I mean, I could bet the spread, but I could not parlay it with the over under. How does that at work? Because some games you can and then occasionally run across the
game that you can't. There's some sort of a formula or something you can do it on every game. See what happens, guys. If there's I'll give you for instance, and if a team is a twenty one point favorite and the total is thirty nine, well obviously you can bet that you know, to cover to spread and over or the dog to cover and go under. And that's a correlation which kind of puts the advantage into the player's pocket, which is not a lot. Might be ten fifteen percent, but it's
still an advantage. And so what same game parlay is do it? They allow you to make that bet. Now, in order to make that bet, you have to go to the same Game parlay menu. You just can't pick and choose. You have to go to the menu because the menu already has those odds figured out for you. Whereas other operators won't let you parlay, we will, but you need to go to the the same Game parlague menu. Okay, So I just wasn't looking in the right place. So
you same game in all. Okay, God, I have one for you too today. Just for instance, you guys have these great promost tonight, and is one of them, you score seven, you go, you get get up seven, you automatically win, whether they cover or they don't. So I'm looking at that thinking I want to do that. So I put a little you know, I think it's like a fifty bucks total. I'm not going to do that, but some number. But it's not allowing me to do it in this market. Yet it allowed me to enter into that
market. It allowed me to enter into the bonus I think you have to what they call opt in to do that, and I think once you opt in, you can do it. That's a promotion guys, where if your team goes up by seven at any point, so then you win the bet. So if you're betting the younger dog in the game, they go up seven nothing, you won your bet. And if the favorite comes back and then goes up by seven at any point, those people have won. So it's just getting up seven at any point they're in a game. Yeah,
no, No, it's a great I've done it a few times. I like it a lot. Is there is there anything that's more popular by a lot than anything else? Or do people just do a little bit of everything because there's so much out there, Like you go on the site, you can almost do whatever you want. Yeah, you really can play. Your props are really popular, especially who's going to score the first touchdown in Pro football? That's really super popular in game wagering. It's also continues that's one

So this might be a dumb question because it doesn't apply to you, but the fact that Aaron Rodgers got hurt I'm sure you had some money on them winning or possibly winning the Super Bowl or going far. close to win the Division U Now they're fourth choice. Uh, they're over under season wins, which we keep up all year, we keep adjusting. It was like ten and a half. Now it's eight and a half. Everything's changed for them. You know, they lost the guy that was supposed to lead them to their promised land. Not that they're out of it, it's just that, you know, Aaron Rodgers has a reputation of and and stats to for that matter, to you know, to take teams far,
and he's not going to be the guy to do it. Well, well, they're they're not mathematically out of it, but they're out of it. That's that's you might say that it's gonna be a tough road. Hey, So when something like that happens, Okay, a big you know, a thing that really can change the board, how quickly do you guys have to jump on that to make sure that you you know that whatever odds are gonna come look friends, Okay, here's an example. Colorado goes and beats beats
up on TCU. They were an underdog to Nebraska. How quickly do you have to respond to that so that people, you know, aren't all of a sudden they're getting two points, you know in a game that later on in the week, you know Colorado was given up four or six or eight depending on where you picked up. How on the on the spot do you have to be to fix that time were on the Johnny? Do they have to be exactly? Yeah? Yeah, we're on top. Well, the
whole trading team, which is you know, as fifty plus guys. They're on top of everything, whether it's being watching the game live on Twitter, any form of information we can gather. Uh, Colorado was a team that we have taken a lot of action on the first two weeks, and we've actually got buried on him for two weeks in a row. Yeah. So yeah, So Colorado was five hundred to one to win national championship. After they beat TCU, they dropped out to one hundred. Now they're eighty and
they're still taking a lot of money. So the team is on every team in any sport. We have to be we can't make mistakes, we can't care sleeping. Yeah, no question, maybe last question. We don't have about a minute left. Colorado. You brought it up, Jay, They're they've been unbelievable so far. What do you think about them? And in the bedding scheme? I think they've certainly been underrated in the big book maker's
eyes. They were a little better than we thought. We knew what they had coming, but you know, could they could They actually beat TCU, who is down a little bit this year, no surprise in the second game against Nebraska, and they should win against Colorado State, although I think that game may be a little bit closer than with that line getting pushed up. Schedule gets real tough after this guy. As you start playing teams like Oregon
in USA, they're gonna have to really show it. They're gonna really have to show us everything they've got to beat those teams. One last one. I know that the Chiefs are still the favorite to win the Super Bowl, but do you feel like it's kind of tightening up a little bit up at the up at the top with you know, some other teams, you know, the forty nine ers, looked really good last week. We're both picking Bengals of Ravens today. Yeah. I struggled a little
bit with all this stuff today. Luckily I'm doing Okay, I'm gonna jinx it with that. So I'm gonna go college first. I'm gonna go LSU over Mississippi State. Uh. It was obvious that Mississippi State can't score. I can't score, and I'm not saying Arizona's defense wasn't the reason, but LSU was overpowering. They're nine and a half point favorites, so I think ten points is not that bad of a number. So LSU, all right? Is that? I mean? I mean, is it because you what
you saw last No? I think she was better than what they showed last weekend or two weeks ago whatever. Well, they got beat up by Florida State. Yeah yeah, and then wait and again one, that's one of those things we don't know how good Florida State is, right, Yeah, all right? You know I bad mouth these guys all summer long. Wow, and uh, but you know, from what I've seen so far, I gotta kind of stop doing that. So I'm taking organ State. Yeah, okay, Yeah, I like that game. Too, did I do
it? I don't like the hook on the twenty four and a half. But San Diego State got beat up at four, they got they got beat up at home by uh. San Diego State did by Ucla last week, and I don't think Ucla is that good organ State at home they're playing, they're playing for you know, they're playing to show everybody what you know, what the hell they are and why why they got left behind. I think it extra motivated all season long. Twenty four and a half just doesn't seem
like enough for Yeah, I thought it was twenty eight. So I liked the twenty four. Yes that's said. I hope you hit that game. Oh thank you, because I have with them too. You took or you got them to Oregon States as well. Let make sure because I'm certain I saw, yeah, twenty four and a half, I like it. Collect a number twenty and I was a little skeptical with twenty four. I like it. Yeah, So all right, so we both got that. All right. My next game, I'm gonna stay on this bandwagon that I can
jumped on. Last week, I'm taking Oklahoma. They're giving twenty seven and a half to Tulsa Tulsa got beat up by They were at Washington and got beat up there. Now they got to take another road trip and go to go into Oklahoma. Oklahoma scoring a ton of points. They covered for me last week at the last second beat they beat SMU. Back to back games against Washington and Oklahoma are tough when you just don't have the personnel. So
I'm taking Oklahoma giving twenty seven and a half at home. Oh no, they're at Hell's up, but it doesn't matter, you know, I think they beat him by forty. Okay, I did not go with that game. So now I'm gonna go as you know, I go to I go to NFL, and I do more NFL than a new college. And I had a little struggle here. But I'm gonna go with Miami minus three over the Patriots. I think that that was not a one off. Miami's pretty good. Patriots are okay, but not in Miami, and so minus three
over the Patriots, right. I didn't even look at that, cause I just looked at a couple of games because I'm you have to vic the Bengals Ravens game, and then I decided I was going to jump on the band Wagons. I'll tell you what that one is in a second. I'm gonna go through college again. I just love the college ones. I'm taking Duke. They're they're they're playing Northwestern. Spread there nineteen. Okay, Duke's at
home in this one. They're they're giving nineteen. I know Northwestern beat up on on UTEP last week, but they look really bad uh before that. So they and Duke has scored seventy points in two games, so I think Duke is just gonna run up a lot of points and covered the nineteen. I like the fact that it's under the under three touchdowns, so that's why I'm taking. I'm taking the Blue Devils over Northwestern. That's a Saturday afternoon game for US. Okay, that's not a bad pick. I like that
too. I'm not picking it though. So now I go to the NFL and I'm gonna go with with San Francisco over the Rams MNUS seven and a half. And that's gonna be my best bet. Yeah that was, you know, Okay, that was a toss up for me because I like San Francisco. I watched them. I was very impressed with them. They looked really, really good last week. But I you know, I thought the Rams looked pretty good too. So I'm trying to decide between this game and
another game and the one that I'll give you here just a second. And I went with the other game because I want to get before it gets really crowded. I want to get on the Lions bandwagon. And the Lions are at home. They won at Kansas City last week. You got a home opener. The place is going to be bonkers because they think they got themselves a team now, especially after beating uh after beating the Chiefs. The Seahawks are coming in after getting lit up thirty to thirteen at home by the Rams,
and so I feel like the Lions are just set up. I'm number five and a half the Lions and minus five and a half at home they went by two touchdowns. So I'm all over the I'm all over the Lions. I'm gonna stay on the Lions bandwagon until it goes into the ditch. So, and I think the Seahawks may be really bad. Okay, So I really like the Buffalo game over the Raiders. I had that you talked about that earlier in the show, but then I said, well, we
can't do that game. So Cincinnati. I wouldn't take Cincinnat over Baltimore because Cincinnati can go lay two bad games in a row. They just can't. They just can't. My note that I wrote, My note that I wrote next to that work, you know it says Bengals won't lose two in a row. I'm taking them for the same reason you are. Again, the Bengals are at home. I don't. They can't get off to an O two start. Uh. You know that it's a it's a great rivalry gain.
They'll be up for it. They look bad last week against against the Browns, but I think they take that as well. So we've both got the Bengals and the Ravens in our special game. So who just say you were locking? So let's just go San Francisco. Okay, all right, A lot of times, a lot of time left, So let me let me go over these again before and we'll take it. I've got the Lions. I'm locking the Lions minus five and a half against the Seahawks. The Lions are at home and their home opener. And then we've both got the Bengals
over the Ravens. Your other three games, You've got LSU giving nine and a half to Mississippi State, who probably a lot of people in the SEC think they should have lost last week to Arizona. You've got the Dolphins, who looked really good last week and beating the Chargers. Oh, You've got the Dolphins minus three against the Patriots. And then the very what I thought were the very impressive rant forty nine Ers giving seven and a half to the
Rams. And you've locked that one. Yeah, right now, Steve is Steve's got seven points in our contest. He's got me up seven to one right now. I'm just off to a horrible start again, But a lot of season left. Steve a lot of seasons. We got seventeen more weeks, and I try to put as much distance as I can. And when I when when you get up to me owing you twenty bucks, then I'll give you a twenty dollars right now, I only owe you. It's gonna
be in two weeks. I've already spent the money, so it's gonna be in two weeks. Yeah, you know, my conscience, my conscience in terms of, you know, I technically or sort of cover the team. I wanted to take Arizona. Yeah, yeah, I was gonna go there too. It's rare that I do that. But I'm with you on that. I hear you. I So I'm gonna go on the record even though I didn't take it in my bis. Plus, if I picked it, my daughter would yell at me because especially if they don't cover. So I
believe Arizona is going to cover the eighteen points bread io. Yeah, and another one I wanted to take and then I didn't. And I told you I never take ASU games because if I lose, it's a double lot. It's gonna beat the hell out of them. You know, I think I think that the you know, I think they got a little demoralized by the Oklahoma State loss at home. They're home again, but Fresnol State's pretty damn
good and they can't remember who they beat last week. But if I would call it was pretty maybe it was in the in the opener, it was relatively impressive. Yeah, but yeah, there's not very many sexy games. Very findable winners, but not very big games. Yeah, no, it wasn't the Tennessee Florida game. Florida is a good one. You've got Washington at Michigan State. That's a that's a decent game, but just not but the next week, man, the schedule is crazy. Fresnol State beat Purdue
at Purdue in week one. Okay, so that again another reason why, you know, I think that they're gonna go in there and they're gonna handle as you they're not certainly not gonna be intimidated by it, and they don't tend to be intimidated by anybody. But I like I like that. I like that game too. That's one that I go again. I just I just stay off of Arizona and ASCU because too many others, too many other things they get into my head when I fixed Yeah, it makes you breaks
your weekend in terms of happiness, and you're already unhappy. I'm already happy. Didn't we talk about this? We gonna say, Texas, give me twenty and a half to Wyoming Bright. Yeah, and then there're maybe they're regression for Texas. It's a big game. They went to Alabama or not. I don't know. Twenty twenty is not a big point. Listen to you. I don't feel like Texas is a bandwagon I want to be on. Yeah, yeah, there was something else I wanted to tell you.
College games, Okay, Colorado Colorado State. Now that we've had all this other stuff, that's Colorad in Colorado big. I've gone on the last two weekends. I like I like them, keep riding that horse. Yeah, I'm not here elsewhere. I didn't look at that because I didn't really go that far in terms of looking at games. But I would go Colorado. I would go Colorado, Arizona, and I don't know my third I might
get another one. Get give the fans a three team parlay the Beavers, Colorado, Arizona and Oregon State. Yeah, there's there's Steve's Steve's Parlay feature parlay of the week. I think organ State's pretty good. I try to stick to home teams on stuff like that. Yeah, you know, I mean I still like the Oklahoma game. Oklahoma at Tulsa. Tulsa is not an intimidating place,
so I don't think that's a big deal. But in Organs State, at playing at home, you know, they're they're just gonna want to kill everybody this year and say and say why did we get left behind? Because did you see a clip I guess I just saw now on Twitter where Riley from USC when he left Oklahoma, that he announced it that he was leaving, that his house was pretty much attacked by the Oklahoma Sooners because they were so pissed that he was living. That's the level that fandom is going. I
get mad because of Twitter. Yeah, that's kind of real life. Yeah, you know, people, I understand they have this passion and we and I see this for basketball, Jay, you know this, it's a wee wee we How much money are you giving to the program to make it a wee wee if you're aside from your ticket, well mostly involved. That's on you see remember when when when USC when Arizona lost to US scot he got and he got deaths right, it's crazy. Yeah, all right, we
