The rain Jakin Salats. They have their I Am the ball on two signed Sports Big yet, Fox Sports fourteen fifteen, Dreamy Live. I mean I heard radio wa they welcome back to one in the Bar. He Sports spourteen fiftee. I M Steve Rivera, He's Jackin's own. So I've got our guy Jason with some bricking news or maybe not golf. You gotta you gotta hit that button to be able to play. The leaded to it. Oh,

I forget it. Let's go on, guys. Okay. The numb Arizona Men's Golf wislot the gates in the first day of the Double NTA Morgan Hill Regional. They finished the day at ten over par and finished in twelfth place. UM. The walk As started their first round on the back nine holes of the Institute Golf Club and they were able to shoot nine and strokes better after the turn on Monday. Yeah, and that's that's not a good start. No again, I think some of one of those things were five

teams more. They in California. Yeah, are they? Scots Dale's up? The girls up? The girls with all men's um. They are in morgan Hill, Morgan Hill, California, yeah, California. Yeah, yeah, and the Wildcats currently says for Strokes fine se stayed and five Strokes Shire California for the Thompson of the leaderboard. Um. Yeah. And then moving on to baseball, Um, the Wildcats had a huge win against number four Stanford twenty. I'm like, they're playing football. I hope, I hope

the football game is How long did that game take? That one? Did you see anything on that? I had to be like a six hour game? Yeah, probably it was very very well. This has been the problem. I've saw them about a month ago, so go. They had the lead, the loss of lead, the head, the lead, the lots of lead, eventually lost the game. This time, at least in one game they didn't lose the game. But I guess, I guess late game pitching has been a problem. Yeah, well yeah, I pitching. It

has some good starting pitching, but they just can't hold them. They can hold I'm gonna I'm gonna look up the box car for that, because that that is that is an ugly score. And because they've moved into ninth place right right, they're trying to get into into the tournament, into the tournament. They don't let everybody in so you gotta finish in the top nine,

and they were currently in ninth place. Yeah, Um, Chase David he actually um catches Nick Fantana fourth fourth most home rider program history is about what how many home runs? Um? How many? Uh? Look us fourth most all the time. But I don't know that that's so a few. And also I know because I've been watching Twitter with the local kids. I guess there was the kids for CDEO. What's his name, Martinez? I can't remember local kids from CDEO who's done very well. Yeah, um,

do you remember the name? I will give it to you here in the second Um, it's done very well. And I guess the CHIP has been criticized for not recruiting locals. And with Corona, is that think you know, I don't think Bryan Peterson had this sin sort of Javier on their Twitter. I don't know. Um, Okay, that came took four hours and eighteen minutes. That's crazy crazy they were It was one inning, believe it

or not, or neither team scored. But you know Arizona had Stanford scored three in the bottom of the ninth to get a text training Arizona scored three in the top of the tenth and then Stanford scored two in the bottom of the tenth and that was the final score, twenty one to twenty ros. That's it. One collar builds. Yeah, that's it. Johnny on the spot, Bill, Thank you? Is that guy? Bill? Yeah, he's in Hawaiian He just kind of taking a tent aw maybe you know whatever

he is. He's listening to Bill's Life or Buddy pass from Bill? Oh god, Okay, okay, Um, the Arizona softball falls to the topsy to UCLA four three. Um, the kind of seasons over? Yes, it's over now, Okay, don't give you odds. I guess she'll talk to eventually to the media. Right when do you think? Um, maybe a bitch by the end of the week. Okay, kayle though, yeah, I bet you, I bet you there will be a meat you know, I mean, they can't just go away exactly. What's your question?

I guess your question? What the hell? What's your question? Um? What you know? What? What the hell covers it? But not I know, but you know what? What do you think was the key to you know? What? What when? Sort of what went wrong? Kind of question? But you gotta word it differently. Yeah, and then how how do you fix this? Right? So you gotta figure out how you're going to ask those things so it's not such a you know, see, you gotta you gotta ease them into it, you know, ease them into

an answer. The journalism. When you look back on your team, Taylin, what do you think were some of the keys to how things turned out this year? Well, well, you know we didn't do this, we didn't do that, and we need we got we're young yeadeah yeah, okay, Um, pitching, you know what, so much of them talk has been Yeah, looking into next year, you know what's got to be fixed?

Yeah, well we got pitch better, we gotta do whatever. So yeah, I figure a ways to ask these questions so if they don't just step on your neck, even though some coach will step on your neck no matter how you ask them. Sure, I don't think she's one of those. Yes, Chase Davis had thirty five home runs Okay, yeah, fourth most of all time program history. So UM Arizona Track and Field wrapped up the twenty twenty three Pack twelve Championships on Sunday. Um some medals if that

would award at the at the game was Tally Bonds. She claimed the victory in one hundred meter hurdles. Bonds also finished third in high jump. Any know she was a high jumper. We had her run the other day even talk about hid jump. Yeah yeah, yeah, did you see the races, the h hurdles, hurtles. She's unbo just girl, wouldn't know what and then she's particular. She just stop out of the mouth. It's like yeah, and that's hard to win by a lot in one hundred meter race.

Yeah, and then we gotta have geist done again. Yeah, because the dude continues to win. He won like six I don't know, or seven championships. That six or seven I think I think it's not six. Yeah. By the way, guys that I need to help move him, some rocket can help me. He did come move with his folder from his place. Yeah. Yeah, the UM, I guess mentioning guys. He also won first place for shot put at the UM at the Track and Field Championship, and then we had I think won the hammer too, right,

Yes, he also won the hammer as well. UM. We had a lot of people definitely different cases that one UM, different spots at the championship games, so a lot of the walk out showed out. So yeah, Um, the inaugural Cursor Classic has been to announced that Arizona we'll take on Michigan stage at the Curse Are United Palm Springs, California, on Thanksgiving the

day. Um the game starts out one thirty pampas at the time, they'll be tele eyes on Fox following the NFL game between the Lines and the Packers. Yeah that's another good game. But yeah, I think so that's that they were playing. But now we know that they're point where they're playing with Alabama and no them, and yeah it should be. It's gonna be a fantastic schedule. I don't know if it's gonna be fantastic for the people. Get well yeah, I mean you know and and okay, so Arizona's playing

all these teams, so now just relax. Okay, let's the games play, get to the tournaments. See whatever we wait, you ask you, the fans, verreroso to relax. What's wrong with you? What's wrong with you? Maybe if we keep saying that, they might always have hope. Okay, Okay. Some national news a group led by Josh Harris, the co owner of the NBA philadelf soventy Sixers and NHL's New Jersey Devils, reached an increment to buy the Washington Commanders from previous owners Dan and Tina Sites neither.

Yeah, that's been in the works for ones now it's just been official. Yeah. So they've made a fish I think like laughs like weekend. Um. So now as people ask him to, you know, change the name, change Commanders again, change the colors. They feel like the colors are a little different from what the Redskins were, so they want to go back to those colors and get a different name. Time. You sure the big people happy? I don't know. Man, So to the fighting chance,

you can't do it. You can't do it. Yeah. Um, there is a new record for most games seven points in NBA history, Jason Tatum with fifty one points in the game seven against seventy sixers. So yeah, he's like you said, he went on over, he took over. Yeah, you went on, you went on. That's what you need your starts to do, right, and that's what you know. Uh certainly what now what Kevin Durant and Devin Booker did in there, you know, in

their in their elimination game with the with the Nuggets. So that's what you need. Yep. Former Colts and Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan an now he's he is becoming a analyst for CBS. It's good to be a quarterback. Yeah, even when you know being a quarterback, you can be an analyst. Ton Brady just asked Tom Brady. Yep, so a report. So Giants Giants running back take on Barkley rejecting an offer worth up to fourteen million per

season um. Apparently he's looking for a offer worth up to sixty e mail per year, which is what christ McCaffrey is currently um getting. So okay, don't touch him. Don't touch him, Jay, you messed with his career. Yeah. I had Christian McCaffrey for two years and he was hurt all the way. Yeah, exactly. So Barkley is saying that, don't talk to him. I had Jordan speed tournament before last and he turned out he's he hurt his risk, he's probably gonna miss the PGA slow cruise you

did, yeah. Um. Then I also had the uh Monty Williams, who've already got to talk a whole talk more than Yeah, the Jamrane news, which you you know, start the show with. So that was all my breaking news quarter. Okay, so let's go to a couple in your neck of the woods, Jay the Sugar Scots. So I did a story on the quarterback, A good kid, great kids as well, from kind of my area. He went to school my area and thinking, well, how did you find this area because it's a small town in the actually goo

uh. And then then then I must have been the kiss of death because he didn't have a good game. Well, he just he had a bad quarter, right, he had a bad first quarter and you can't I can't do that. Yeah, you know, they fell behind nineteen to nothing, had a couple of picks in the first quarter, they're down nineteen zempos the whole rest of the game catching up and spend spend, spend the story because he went back to where he was last year, where he had a fanta.

He was at Duke City. He was the offensive rookie of the year last year, came to Tucson. Yes, I'm just gonna say he's been less than impressive. And it's really bloody here and over and it's been the turnovers. You know, he looks like a very talented quarterback, a big, physical kid, nice harm um, but he's just had too many turnovers. And now they after opening with three straight wins on the road, they've lost three in a row now, so they're back to you know, they're

they're even. Um. They got two home games in a row. They're gonna have to take care of business. But they got you know, a couple of good teams coming in, so it's gonna be hard. It's gonna be interesting to see what they can do. But he looks like a really good player. But you can't turn the ball over. You you can't give up stops, you know, you can't you give the other team stops like

that. You just I mean, in the end of football league, the the it's important to score every time you get them a few of the mistakes a bit, and whoever gets the most stops wins. And it's I know that that's you know, an easy thing to say. But you can't be you can't be turning the ball over. And that's exactly what happened. They could never catch up. They got it with it. They kept getting within a touchdown, give up a touchdown, and get another touchdown, and they

just fell too far behind, and they made a game. He last my touchdown, but I just couldn't get just couldn't catch up. So yeah, and here's another one breaking news. Uh my my colleague forgets. I had a pretty good story and a fun story at least Sean Elliott. I was so upset with myself that I didn't get on that zoom with him. Uh you know, he graduated. I just would like to have had a chance to talk to him me. Yeah, you know, you know I've seen

him a few times. I've seen so him in a couple of packed off tournaments, and you know, chatted with him a few times. But you know, um, I'm really sad that I so we're Bruce and I and then I think he was a couple of TV guys. So Sean looks like Sean. He's like twelve, right, he looked he looked at he did look twelve anymore. He looked like he's older now. Yeah, and I don't want to tell him that, but he looked like he's older now and

forever. He's always been that fresh faced game. He's late fifties. Yeah, he's fifty five, is I think? Yeah? Fifty five And I'm thinking Sean, what happened? Ye feels like you and me at old You think he's still dunk. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah. He had a limitation of his memorial shot against the coyote recently, and no, the duke

could still probably play. But uh, but we're all getting older. And he kind of his degree, which is good for what that's so good, you know, I mean, I'm congratulations, right, congratulations are shunning out forget. I'm not surprised it took this long. I'm not surprised he didn't

get it. Make a point to get it before his mom passed. Yeah, right, because he had promised, he had promised, he had promised me he was going to do that, you know, even after you know, I mean, that was one of the reasons he didn't leave after his junior year, right, I mean he specifically told me that, and he said that, you know, I gotta get my degree and he stayed extra he didn't get it. So, but you know, circumstances are what they are. Now that you can do things, these things online, you know,

more people to go back and do that. Did you read the stories? Did you in mind read? Okay, so, Bruce, the one thing that there's a few things that he said that was interesting. But he said, now that I'm older, he's that he's older. He says, you know what, going to school is probably an old person's type of thing because you thrive to learn and probably pay attention more. As you're older, you learn more. It's and you appreciate it more. I think I would

be and you, I don't know if you think this. I think I would be a hundred times better student now, yeah, yeah, than I was back then. I wasn't awful. I wasn't awful because I did graduating four years, but you were in a very good student, you know. I mean, I did enough to get my degree, and that was that was the max that I you know that I could actually listen to him because

you're still paid off, don't don't you know? But you know, I I you know, like I there was a fair time that I came very close to going back and getting my masters, but they didn't let me in. That's exactly why they didn't let me in. I don't know. And I asked that question. Hold with the fifty five year old Sean tell the young kid. He said, well, I don't know, because now I know more. But you would tell you, don't screw it up exactly right, be more serious, right, Yeah, And I've told that. I've

said that to my kids. I said, you know, if you think you're gonna need to you know, to get something beyond beyond, yeah starting out, No, don't wait until you're done, because and that's precisely why I didn't get in. You know, I would have had to take a couple of make basic math classes to be able to get you know, to go to go get an MBA. And it was going to take me too long just to be able to start the NBA program. So I didn't do it right. And he was great. Wish I had. He was great.

It was funny, you know, it is Sinnahan. He that I couldn't make it here. But I think that's it, right, I think that was it for everything. Yeah, Okay, So I've got an answer from it from on the junal court issue. Okay, So let's well we'll take that after the break. We're after after we talked to Ken Summers. But I have an answer, and it's about what you would expect. Okay, all right, we'll be right back with Ken Summers talking about Monty Williams.

He's taking off down the phone. We have ten summers retire free ancers. So pretty cads enjoying a nice U actually kind of hot brutal Phoenix afternoon. Uh yeah, not doing too much

today. And you said the retirement would be fun or no other correspondent and you're ready for It's been great. It's been great. I've been able to travel without consulting a sports calendar or a sports editor, so both of those things have been very nice, so very nice. And you've got off the bench. And he wrote something about monkey you said it was kind of surprising. But I like some of the lines in your in your story that the

will and stuff happens. Yeah, you know, and I think to an outsider who looks at what the Sun's accomplished and Monnie's four years and where they were before he got here. To think that they got fired seems incredible, And I get that, but you know, you can't lose in the playoffs like they've lost the last two years. You can't call a whole summer without talking to your young center DeAndre eight and who you had a very visible disagreement

with in Game seven against the Mavericks. And you know, basically you can't get out coach from X as another standpoint, and you know in the playoffs consistently and and really expect to keep the job. Yeah, but well a council, I mean, people just said he was, you know, Demone Williams was, you know, a great guy, somebody you know that you know, was doing a lot of great things with the players and whatnot. But so how does that not turn into something or how did it turn into

what it turned into? Right with what everybody thought about the guy? Yeah, I think he got these guys in this group of guys to a certain point and couldn't get them to go further. Why that is, I don't know. I know, you know, from a from a strategic standpoint, his team's always seemed to be reacting in the playoffs rather than dictating strategy to the other team. And we saw it happened, you know, a couple

of years in a row against the Clippers with Tyr and Leu. We saw it happen, you know, at last year against the Mavericks, when against Jason Kidd and the Western Conference semi finals, and and I think you know, at some point, you know, we all know, you know, around professional sports, at some point, you know a significant number of players start to tune coaches out sometimes and they're not listening and they're not responding. It's like been there, hurt, this, hurt, this speech a million

times. And you know, whether it's a conscious thing or a subconscious thing, I don't know, but I think that's the that's the point A lot of players were with money. So no, I totally agree with you. What would be the number one issue you think of all the issues that you kind of so you just spoke about and wrote about it, what's the number

one? I think number one was being not being ready to play in elimination games and consecutive years getting getting blown out at home, you know, against the Mavericks a year ago, being down know what, forty two points in the first first half against that team and losing by thirty. And then last week, you know, basically the same thing, barely being able to score in the second quarter and you know, you're you're down by you're down by

thirty and the second half it's just not competitive. And I get that. You know, Chris Paul wasn't playing and DeAndre Eighton wasn't playing, but you know, you can see that the effort wasn't there. Defensively, it wasn't a cohesive group. Um. You know, I think you've got to be better than that. And especially in elimination games at home, it's it's embarrassing.

And you know, owners don't like to be embarrassed. And Sons have a new owner, Matt Shba, who's you know, anxious to push his own stamp on the organization and you know, and that's that's what he's doing by making this change. Well I wanted it to go there. Do you think this change happens if Robert Sarver is still the owner? Uh? Probably not? Probably not. You know, I think I think Manishby has taken this organization in a different direction. You know, it's multiple reports have said

he was the driving force behind the Kevin Durant trade. I don't know if general manager James Jones, left to his own devices, if he would make

that kind of deal. He's his nerves over the years with the Sons have been more on the side of, hey, I'm going to create a balanced roster with a which a bunch of a bunch of guys who can do different things, and you know, and have a deeper team and in a sohat younger team, so you know, probably probably not, you know, And I also think, you know, what contributed maybe to Monty Williams being shown the door was you know, the inability to reach DeAndre Ayton and to get

him to be a better player. You know, I think he had. DeAndre had shown progress in each of the years under Monty, and this year it was a regression. And especially when Durant came to town. It's it's like beca more of an afterthought than he'd ever been before. I mean, they never ran place for him. His going to be after a pick and roll and you know, sort of going to the basket. If Chris Paul read it, read it that way, and you know, a lot of

that falls on DeAndre eight and two. I don't know if any coach is going to be able to reach and he's just up and down and you know, and after five years in the league, I think you you kind of are what you are so but but I you know, I think that was that was definitely part of uh HPM deciding there needed to be a coaching change. Yeah, no question. I agree totally with with with Joshua. He was only here for a few months and we saw that he rarely got up

for games. That was his criticism here in twenty seventeen when he was here. Nothing's really changed. In fact, it should be a party played more defense on a big man against you than I just had to say that that was you that right sport or something well you don't do. I think some of the tuck was either either it's going to be Monkey Leavid or Aden leaving. Do you think eyten and Chris paulsty I think it's I think Eyton will be gone. I think they'll find a way to deal him and they'll they'll

trade him and he'll be gone. Chris Paul, It's it's up in the air. I mean, it's a it's a very top heavy team. There's not a lot of depth there. I don't know who they would play at the point if they you know, traded Chris Paul and you know, a salary is still thirty something million, but only half of it is guaranteed,

so they definitely could could move on. But you know, they may just run this back another year and think, Okay, if we get Chris Paul, Durant and Devin Brooker time to work together, you know, we're still in a championship contender. I think that's debatable when you look at the rest of the roster because you know, their lack of their lack of depth was really startling um in the series and against you know, and against the Nuggets. So it's a roster that really needs a lot of help, and James

Jones doesn't have a lot of tools with which to do it. And I don't know that his job is safe either. You know, he's he's also you know, hired by Robert Sarver and and ah. By the way, Isaiah Thomas has been hanging around matt Ishbia and all a lot range sitting next you mc games, et cetera is insistent that Thomas isn't going to be part

of the organization. But you know, you'd be naive to think that Ishpa is not listening to Isaiah Thomas and that that's that scares a lot of sunstand because they look at Isaiah Thomas's career after as playing days and you know, there's been basically failure everywhere. Yeah, without question. Um, I was going to ask you, oh, so you've been I don't know if we've ever asked you this what I've been? Arrest you this? Okay, you've

been in the valley for forever cover a variety of different teams. Now as a columnist, who which franchise is the most snake bitten if you will, because there's been a lot of them and Sons are right there too. Yeah, snake bitten, I would I would say that. I would say the Sons because of the franchises here in town, they've been by far the most well run over the years, except for that ten year period under Server where

they were awful. But you know, when Clanjelo was running things, that was a class organization and you know they were often contenders and just couldn't get over get over that hump. There was always a Michael Jordan in their way, you know, on the way to a championship. You know, the Cardinals have been terrible, you know, mostly because of their own indeptness. The Diamondbacks haven't been very good because they've been cheap since Clangelo's spent a ton

of money and they went to a championship. The Coyotes another organization that can't get out of its own way. So I would, I would. It's not even it's not even close. Wow. So if you bring up the kind is real quick and there's a there's a big election tomorrow to uh, I think it's tomorrow, right, Yeah. For that Coyotes arena that they want to build in Temp, what do you think is going to happen? That's a good question. I haven't seen any holding. It's interesting that the

Temp City Council was unanimously in favor of a city leader. Think it's a great deal for the city. They get a landfill cleaned up out of it. There's you know, according to them, little to no risk to tax taxpayers um in making this deal. But you know, Americans increasingly over the years have gradually said, hey, we're tired of you know, building arenas and stadiums for you know, billionaires who own sports teams. You know, there's not a lot of public you know, sentiment in favor of that.

So we'll we'll see, we'll see. But you know they do have chance to you know, build something nice on what's a you know, a landfill you know, sort of near the airport on the Phoenix tempy border ish um, you know the thing that would give me pause? Up, I'm the city a temp is you know, Alex Morello hasn't been you know, a shining example of what a great owner should be. You know, he didn't didn't pay a tax bill in glen Daley. He stiffed some other vendors over

time he left the city. But you know, people who run the city earlier basically couldn't stand in. There was a lot of animosity on their part. You know, I think that is going to give some voters and temp pause. But when they go vote tomorrow, yeah, well nosing stuff. So so what now, can't um you know, what do the Suns do? I mean, are they it? Does? More stuff have to happen in the front office before it starts to clear for what they're going to do

player wise, I guess is what I'm asking. Yeah, I think I think that's the first step. I think the first step is, you know what what what SHBA do with James Jones is at a relationship that's comfortable because he trusts James Jones, and as James Jones comfortable in his role with with Ishbia and you know, with Isaiah Thomas working, and if that's the case, then they will find a coach. And I think it'll be a coach with with an NBA resume as a head coach. I don't think with you

know, Kevin Durant or Devin Book or whoever. I'm not sure you can go with the young assistant Ralph who's never coached in the NBA, you know, been a head coach in the NBA. So, you know, I think there's I think there's something too their interest in in Tyrone Lieu of the Clippers. Um if he can get out of his contract there, I think, you know, Mike Bludenholzer makes a lot of sense for this team.

Um so Nick Nurse, you know who led Toronto to a title a few years ago with Kawhi Leonard, you know, would would make make some sense that they're looking for that kind of guy. How much of influence will Booker and Durant have on this, you know, because I mean these guys come and go right, I mean, another guy, I would think a lot, a lot, and especially especially Booker. You know, he's only twenty six. He's been through a lot here. You know. I THINKSHBA probably

consulted those guys when he decided to fire money Williams. I don't think he would have done it if he thought there was going to be any backlash at all from players, and there apparently wasn't. But yeah, you know, that's the way sports works these days, you know that. You know, even in the NFL, you know, as if there are a lot of

zero, there's a lot of zeros on your paycheck. You're you know, you're you're going to have a say and who the next head coach is going to be and that, And that makes sense in the NBA because we've seen what happens when players aren't happy with a coach. It just all falls apart rather quickly. Well kept, it's really hot summer in Phoenix. I know you will be there forever. Are you to become a snowbird? Do you think you got somewhere to go outside of Phoenix, you know, for the

And you know, so uh probably do. I've got to find a way to get out of here in a good part of tune. AND's why ye will canceling. Just two things to say to you, Will said, and we'll done. I'm Steve Rivera. He's Jacme's oscar guy, Jason at the studio helping us out. What do you have? Okay, so we must we kind of let this because it's happened way back

at the end of last week when we were doing our show. But um Jade Delora's attorneys UH issued a statement regarding the whole thing about the sexualication from the about the sexual assault, the lawsuit as well as as well as the juvenile case. And so let me read the statement and then I've got some stuff for the You know, our legal experts that we have people who trust,

can trust yet so the statement from from from Delora's attorney. Reports from certain media outlets involving Jade Delora are inaccurate and have inflicted unnecessary dress and reputational harm to numerous individuals and entities. The allegations against Jaden stem from when he was a junior in high school, a minor, and we're handled in the

family court under Hawaii law. The records and files and gennal cases are sealed and all parties are prohibited by law from releasing them or we are unable to release details of the case. Is important to correct misinformation that has been reported or we can share, is that report that Jaden pled guilty and was convicted

of sexual assault are not accurate. Further, when the civil lawsuit was brought well after the general matter and family court concluded, Jaden chose to resolve it quickly with no admissions of guilt, so he could focus on his academic and athletic career and all parties could move forward with their lives without the stressors of

a lengthy litigation process. So you had the girls attorney or not. The attorney in the in the lawsuit against Jade de Lawyer said that he and the other player pleaded guilt just sexual assault in juvenile court, and James De Lawyer's lawyer saying no, he did not. So somebody is either incorrect or just flat outline, right, I mean, that's we have to conclude from that, right. So, um, you know the question we had is you know, the only way you're going to settle this, the only way will

know as if the junal court records are released. And so one of our legal experts said, at least in Arizona, and they think that the same applies in Hawaii. That you cannot get into juvenal court record filed. You cannot get into jingal court files without the express written order of the court. You would need to file a petition identifying the documents you're seeking, the reason the documents are material to whatever task you are pursuing, signing the legal authority

that supersedes the court order or statute sealing of the documents. So I'm actually saying, even if all the parties agreed or unseal the documents, the courts still have you stop to petition the court, and the court has to say okay, which is unlikely to happen, and says it is not easy to unseal documents, especially juvenile court. But it's okay for them to talk about it. Well, according to the according to the statement from Dolores attorney,

they're not he said, but he just denied that they plied guilty. They're talking about it, right, he said what he said? How we're unable to release details of the cage? He sails, yes, but they're still talking about it correct misinformation which they're saying that he played. And that's the next question I've asked for our guys. So how much can you talk about

documents that have been sealed? Saying one party is saying guilty, which he's not supposed to say, and this party is saying not guilty, which he's not supposed to say. Yeah. Yeah, one party said he pleaded guilty, one party said he didn't. Somebody's not telling the truth knowing to talk about it, right, right, So what can you what can you say? You can say somebody or how much can you right, so they can talk about finance, okay, so they can talk about it. That's who

do you believe? Yeah? So you know and and I mean the question is, you know, let's let's say, okay, let's say you know, based on the on the on the civil lassit okay that there was some

sort of money admission, okay in the juvenal court record. But maybe the lawyer's lawyer can say, well, we're gonna say we didn't because nobody can go in nobody can go into the file and know that, and so we throw some doubt as to whether or not or on the other side, you know, yeah, you made this claim in a civil lawsuit because you know that nobody can go into the file and verify that. You know, so some who who's saying something because they know that the actual information can't come out

because the case to seal. And here's the problem, because we don't know

the toothpises out of the tube. And we assumed whether incorrectly or incorrectly or you know, increctly or correctly about Jayden right now, he has that with him, right, start hanging on him no matter what, right, good, right, no matter what happens, even if some I mean even if they put even if they release the juvenal court record, there's gonna be some people who don't see it or don't hear about it and say, I think that he, you know, was guilty of keeping another example, it's not

even close to this, but h okay, so back five six years ago when he was playing the senior years year one year and Sean was still the coach, he got grief about one hundred thousand dollars, right, and people still believe he got it, still exactly this day, and he denies never got it. And then nobody's ever found a record, but he did direct to that degree. You know what I'm saying. It's not to this degree, but it's still out there where No, it's a it's a similar thing

again, Steve, I mean how many you know? I mean I covered a million of these, not a million, but you know somebody's case where you know, there's a divorce case and one wants to get it the other and so somebody says the dad's a chammelain. Yeah, no matter what happened somebody that there's gonna believe that the dad was fil Yeah, we see him

on dayline all the time. And I don't mean to make to make light of it, no, but that that's a tactic that people, you they'll they'll make the making accusation knowing that no matter what, once I've made that accumulation, some of it is going to stick somewhere no matter what, you

know. And you know, no matter what the media does. Let's say all the media comes out and says Jade delora Is, you know, did not believe guilty, there's still gonna be people out say, you're gonna believe that, I know, very unfortunate that's admitted that he committed this sexual assault, no matter what. No, very very very unfortunate. And it's a it's a you know, and it's a tough thing. And especially in this day of you know, social media, where everybody's got a platform and whatnot.

You know, uh, you know, the the the attorneys for the alleged victim, you know, put something out and now there's a certain segment of people who are going to believe that no matter what. Yeah, but then you know, then you you you you pile on top that Dolaura settled with with the girl, gave her whatever money he had to give her.

We know was at least forty thou dollars because it was the lawsuit was handled at a level of the court that doesn't handle cases for less than forty thousand dollars, so you know, was at least that um And you know, people say, well, why did he get rid of that if he didn't do it, you know, and how many times have people done that? You know, I just want this to go away and here's money and go go leave me alone. But you know there's gonna be people who believe that

as well. Yeah, no, it's such a saying it's unfortunate. Uh he said, she said, this is what's been done. So tough case, you know. And again we're not sitting here saying that this didn't happen. We're not saying that there isn't a victim in this. All we're saying is what's happened for after the fact is he has created some uncertainty about what's

the truth, right because we don't we don't really know the truth. We think we might know it, but we're not sure that we know it right, Okay, okay, anybody want to call me up seven minutes please do just whatever it is you want. About five minutes too long for Can we just go home? We already did that for three days. We'll be here the rest of the week, but I'm pump But next week we're gone for a minute Memorial weekend. So be prepared for some absence next weekend because I

know I'll be gone. You'll be gone after that too, right, you're leaving. I'm out, I'm sure thirty first to June six, Yeah, week so, and I'm not you know what, I'm just gonna tell you right now. I am not doing any any portion of the show from Rocky Point. Okay, Yes, you're not posting anything. I'll do it. I'm gonna post that stuff. I'm just not gonna come up. Oh no, no, no, you gotta enjoy this. You gotta get more dark.

I gotta get my summer color. R Yeah. Here I got an answer from one of our again, one of our legal experts, regarding how much can you okay say, Sez don't know the answer, and I'm unsure whether there is a sanction for the purported improper disclosure of a Sea juvenile court record, particularly in Hawaii. So basically he doesn't know. They don't know.

But because we do know that there are different rules insurance. As you mentioned, had the Laura been convicted of a sexual assault or accused of a sexual assault in Arizona, that case would have been handled an adult court, not in jennal court. As he was sixteen years old when this happened, so it would have been automatically moved to adult court, which everything might have

been different there. So that's all we have. Hey, look man, we're providing a good legal, uh interpretation of all of this only at I'm the ball read that on a Nickels. But no, that's good because people have questions. People look and whether those there are people who want to know, I mean fans want to know, and that fans are going to decide whether than that they're ready. Lauren, Look, this is the weirdest thing.

So I'm I'm Channel Sor and I come across the last five minutes of the is on a football game this year, Yeah, you know, and I put it on and I looked at Jake Delora differently then I did you know? You did? I just I just like god, I just went this was after this came out, right, do you have a already knew about the lawsuits and stuff like that. I'm looking at me like I just saw him differently than I did before. We didn't know any of this. That's human nature. I get off. You know, I'm like, am

I rooting for him? Am I not? Yeah? Well, you were there with me and some of the other guys for the Spring Priest springing, right, he was sitting there. He had been weight, he's looking for the year, and everybody's rooting for ultimately very much, very positive. You know, I don't think it's gonna change. I mean, he's your baby. Change for some people. Oh no, no, no, no, no, hey, I don't doubt that it's going to change a lot.

We can or should treat him differently in terms of, you know, totally ask him, you know, total in the end, we still got to ask him about football and stuff like that. And nobody's gonna sit there and you know, rip rip on him at every press conference or stuff like that. But I think we'll look at him differently. Yeah, no question, I think we I think we solve their problems full for them. Just get it out there, get it done with mon We're done. That's what we

said. R yeah doing. I don't know if they're going that's advice. And again how much can he say? Right? I don't know how much he can but say it, but say but say that you can't say it right? You know what I'm saying is what does this move on from that? Ye? Anything you will you have with Jason on top of your head? Go nuggets? Yeah, let me go nuggets. So Jay, you're not allowed to touch the game. That's seriously, you know, I am, I know you are. How many games do you think it goes?

Six? At six games? How many games do you think it goes? Jay? I'm thinking game the game? You know what? I honestly I think it's the seven games series seven. I really do, because because the Lakers are playing really well, Anthony Davis has decided to show well yeah, um Lebron, Lebron can taste it? Right? Another one? Another one? You know there's still people out there saying, well, are you you one win with the Lakers in the bubble? This one's not you know,

go go in a real one. Isn't it also funny? Here's that? Isn't it also funny that the four teams in the Eastern and Western Conference finals with the same four teams, the bub bubble is crazy. So that narrative that it was the bubble is easier in a weird year where the Seeds look at the Seeds, but Boston's ball. The Nuggets are number one, yeah, but the other the whole year has been kind of crazy exactly, and the Lakers are seven, Like, does never happen about the heat get a

seat? I never heard about him? Shot. I think they will make it a competitive series, but they're losing I think six games, but I think I make a show. Tell me the Nuggets serious, mister, So I think Lakers winning six Lakers and so okay, so are you feeling someone on? He don't look who the Nuggets of play to get to the conference finals. Gotta be honest. The dismember Wolves like like the there was the dotal competition matters right, then he had the Sons with no depth, right,

and then rush of the Lakers Warriors, and then um Memphis. Right. You know Janet Jacksons Junior Defensive Player of the Year. You know Clay Curry, You're in a Draymond right aggress Draymond so like I thought the Lake is more battle tested than the Nugg guitar. So like you just punched him in the I'm actually wrong, you know, could the Nugets and six five way you could be wrong? You are wrong? Yeah, that's my king.

I do like the way you can analyze that. You look. I try to be I trying to be on buy when he said that, I looked at you, and you looked like somebody just I just I don't like young people, young people who are smarter than nature. Wrong. Yeah, he's my two sons on it. Well, give you another recording. Yeah, I think the Nuggets and I think the Nuggets are the best team just from what I've seen. Yoki is just like he's no one talks about this

reason why no one talked about him? And I told you this months will ago when I talked to him and then Murray, Yeah before the last two three years when he was hurt, no one, Oh, dinner is gonna be Denner and no faith? Right, Well he's back, yeah, he's healthy. Yeah, and then Porter's been good. They've got to cast the characters and they won a lot of games for a reason they did. Yeah, I mean, no one talked about They are, you know, record

wise, the best team in the left in the playoffs. Yeah, they should be, fam that's the whole thing. Yeah, there's gonna be four games and Denver goes to seventh. But the Laders are awesome. And if he did at home, so and they've you know, one road of games. So Jack Nicholson, all right, man, let's get out of here. Yeah, all right, hey, Jason, thanks a bunch of course. All right, man, we'll see everybody tomorrow, all right,
