They have there on the ball on two Sons Sports station, Fox Sports fourteen fifteen. Hey, welcome back toying the ball here on Fox Sports fourteen fifty. I'm Steve, He's Jake. So we got a guy sid with breaking news. See on the ball breaking news. All right, So starting off here with Arizona football, Raymond Polido is good to go, according to Jeed Fish, So we'll have Polido out there. I haven't seen him yet,

so yeah, we'll see how a lot of promise with that kid. And you know, it's still kind of a mystery as to what really happened. So he said, Jed said that he was trying to get up on a curb or something like that. But what do we got the big man on the bike? Man, come on here? It was they said they took his bike away from it. Take it good this week? Any more I

need any more? There should be I don't know. I wasn't say there should be clauses, but I'm sure they should be in the NFL when you have Dud's getting round on a bike, man, you know he doesn't have a car or whatever. You know, what the heck Arizona basketball has scooters why not. Can we can we get some scooters out here for the for the A Lineman. Yeah, okay, they have scooters. Yeah, I'm sure they have more than cars and Lamborghinis. That was part of the issue

of the problems. MC murphy. I don't know if you guys know who bretmer. Yes, yes, he currently has Arizona and the Independence bol versus Oklahoma State. I don't know how you guys feel about the Bowl projections as as right well, hood big game Bloomer had him in the ball in Dallas. I can't remember. How do you feel, Steve right now? You pay you gotta win six games. I don't have him winning six games right now? Okay, okay, that would mean that here's the here's the issue,

here's the issue I have. It's like me talking about something that's happening in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. What the hell would I know about what's going on in Baton, Louisiana and Tusson, Arizona. These guys, have you seen Brett here at any press corfe him in town? Have you seen in the national have you seen big game Boomer here? In fact, we think the world of big game booms, right love. What was this thing about Arizona and Phoenix? He thought Tussona Phoenix. He thought it was hotter because

South. My point is sometimes you don't know what you know. No, you don't know what think you know, but you don't know you understand what I hear, I hear you, but you know, yeah, I mean, you gotta you gotta pair him up somehow. So I'm just happy that people are talking about don't due respect. Do they have a chance, yes, But it's it's like the NFL people talking about the NFL and this team's good, this game's bad, and the two and old Washington team. You

have two games they played really nobody. That sample size, you know, it's very small, and you make an evaluation after two games. I think next week, Well, if Arizona doesn't show up next week and gets gets run out against Washington, yeah, and if they play well, and then you think, okay, they have a chance. But once they be the NAU, Okay, weren't they supposed to be Stanford? Maybe hopefully we'll see if that, yeah, that's too way too early, way too early.

I know a lot of marriages who went in thinking, oh, we're gonna make it. They didn't. It always comes back to marriage. That's my best analogy. When you're trying to say something's going in the toilet always comes about It always becomes about marriage. You call it honeymoon for a reason, Paly Cow. Moving on to Dion Sanders, who stays in the news. I don't know if you guys saw some of the trademarks he filed for,

but yeah, he filed for. It's personal. Yea jet Fish was asked about it, and luckily jet Fish did not say anything negative about about Colorado. So when they play Arizona there will be nothing on the on their board hopefully. Yeah. No, he had two other ones too, right, Yeah, he had like some prime time coach Prime. Yeah, I'm surprised he hasn't hooked up with Prime Amazon Prime. But what did you see there? Was? I saw a thing. There's a like he's got like a

business manager. Yeah, but a woman female business fantastic. She was really they credit her with being the one who was sort of created. Read her story. She was fantastic pulling all the strings on all of this. Yeah, she was a master. She's Yeah, I read a story and I'm thinking I wish I could be her because she's just thinks of the box. She started some corporate thing and then she notched onto something and then now she's her guy. Serious respect for the work she's done right, very much.

So staying with that, Dion Sanders received a parking ticket from the Colorado University Police, which I don't know how from his car for his bugs Lamborghini. Okay, yeah, don't you know who I am? Exactly? Oh the other hand, you know what he just he just reached between the between the seats in the car and he'll pay for it pretty much. That's too funny. Imagine who's this the license plates this Prime? Who's that guy? Yeah, yeah, exactly. I there's a Lamborghini with the license plate Prime.

You gotta know what belongs to for sure. Sticking in the PAC twelve, a SU loses another lineman. This one is just a senior for them. He's out for the year and Rashada is out four to six weeks. So this how long did you do we hear about Bourgay? I believe he's he's it's not as bad as they thought, but I'm not sure if he's gonna play still, he's not what you mean now? Yeah? So yeah, like like they they thought that the injury was worse than what it is.

But given that Jacob connerverse still might start the third string, I believe before ye. Well no, they said a kid from Notre Dame. Yeah he's that's the sources. Okay, I don't know how long he's out though, that's what your question was. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I don't know how So they said it was the knee, and they thought it might be an right, Okay, but injury injury bug. I mean, it's when it goes bad, it goes bad man. And I mean this is another

transition for them because it looks like Dellingham is gonna call the plays. He was going plays this this week in practice for the first time all years. So we'll see if they change that. But I mean a lot of chang they didn't score last week. Eight turnovers is yeah, anything over three is very very concerning. Yeah, sticking with the pack twelve injury news camera Rising to I know you guys made your picks, but it looks like it looks

like came Rising should should he's gonna play right? Should go? Yep? Okay, that's there, anticipating that he'll play. I thought you're going time you had turned around. No, so hopefully we can see that. I do want to see Utah with him back in there, because they're obviously a different team with him. Yeah. Well they got through it right there, three and out, so yeah, I mean that's Utah, right. They just find a way I guess they do. They do, including a win

over Florida. So you got to throw that in there, yep, yep. And then Alabama looks like they're going to revert back to starting Jail and Milrow. Yeah. Saban said that he played the two quarterbacks because he had he had promised them a chance, so he kept his promise, played him last game. But he said Milrose the guy going forward. I don't know if they're in the locker room, if there's any controversy or if they this

was this was scheduled. Well this is you know, this is where it can happen that you know, kids says Okay, I'm not gonna play, so I'm gonna leave right. I'm I'm at Alabama. I was good enough to get recruited to Alabama. I should be able to play somewhere. Yeah, right, you know, and that and it happens more at quarterback than than probably any other position. We'll see how that goes for them. I know they got a big one this week. They're at home against another assistant

playing Nick Saban. He's only lost once, I think, right, I think was it because he lost his Sarkis and he had lost to one one other time he lost one. He's lost. I think he's lost it took that was the first one. But yeah, Lane Kiffin has a chance to

beat him. We'll see him. There's a lot of I think that you know, Alabama's favored by I think six and a half, but there's a lot of people think that that not only that Old miss not only should win, they should be favored at Alabama, even though it's a six point spread. Yeah, okay, we'll see how that goes. There's obviously probably a lot of people in Mississippi Okay, yeah, okay, Jimbo Fishers the other

one who's beaten, who's gotten he's having a hard time. But Texas, and there's a lot of discussion that, you know, because they've got a game this week against Yeah, he's already lost him. If he loses that, they said they'll find the money to get rid of eight million whatever seventy million or something like that. They'll find the money to get rid of him. I should go help him. Look, you know what, I will help you. Just give me one of those million, and I'll help you

get rid of Yeah. They're they're waiting over there. They've been waiting for some years to make the job, but they just haven't. They haven't. What else she got, colts are going to start Gardner Minshew Washington State quarterback the mustache. Yep, I don't know if you remember that Minshew mania that Yeah, yeah, he's one hundred years old. He sure looks, yeah, he sure he His last year here, his last year at Washington State

was I think either rich Rod's last year or someone's first year. He was one of those games where they put sixty nine up on He's not that old. D You just find there's so many quarterbacks that now backup quarterback then, like Dalton the Red Rifle, they make a career out of be Daniels. I don't know if he's still playing. No, he retired. He did. He made the most money though, I think that cha. Yeah, I think he I'm pretty sure he. I thought he was a good college

quarterback. Yeah, and then Aj what's his name, AJ with with the with the Brent Musterburger Burger wife, AJ McCowan McConnell. Oh yeah, yeah, Alabama, Yeah, Alabama guy. Yep, yep, yep. But yeah, that's all the news I got out of them. I have something real quick. So I got an email yesterday or this morning, I think

it was this morning about some group of Melissa Stevenson I think seven. I think they did a study for universities that produced the most NBA champions and they said, do you know Arizona ranks number five for colleges that produced the most NBA champions with the eleven alumni who have won at least one time. Arizona State ranks thirty four with U with five. Arizona ranks sixth for colleges with the most NBA Championship total rings overall with twenty one. Arizona ranks thirty two.

Arizona ranks fifth for colleges with the most NBA Finals appearances with thirty nine. And I think that was it in terms of Arizona, so we can be kind of known that they've had. Obviously, Steve Kerr has a polo. Both of those, you know, all though you know Richard has And and Elliott and Channeluke Walton, Channel Fry. Yeah, and well Brian Williams and Judd because they were part of the Chicago thing. Yeah, so this, I mean, it's a factory. That's why you come here. Yep,

exactly, exactly, Okay. The forty nine ers announced that they've extended contracts for both John Lynch the GM. Well, he's a that's that's there's scaring department. And I mean the GM included Lynch and all those guys. They they just have the identity now and they know who to get. They get these guys that just fit them all. You know, I watched that game last night. By the way, I hit a little fourteen or less or leg for money leg I had. I had. I had money line

on the Niners. I had McCaffrey to score touchdown. I had Brock Purdy. Oh, I had the same kind of thing. But I missed rock Purdy to throw over one and a half touchdown pass. And then I didn't realize I had added this. So I go to I knew I had one created yourself. I did, okay, So so I didn't know I had added this last one. I forgot about it. So I thought I had one, like, you know, just you know, a three legger, and I had McCaffrey over seventy and seventy eight and a half yards rushing.

I hit a four legger last night. I had the same thing A long time since I hit one of those. I had the same thing, except that I didn't create a day created it for you know. I had those three and then I had Kelsey touchdown and he didn't and I didn't watch. He was the only thing I missed. Did him come close at I didn't even know kettle Kittle? Yeah, that's what I didn't see the game.

So I had to go find it. And I hit it late the second touchdown because I had I had McCaffrey's touchdown, I had a touchdown pass, and I knew the Northern nine was gonna win games. I had those three legs I've forgotten about. I'd completely forgotten that I had added the other McCaffrey rushing yards. But I got the second touchdown past later. Yeah, that debot the long touchdown. Yeah. The Giants are not good. The Giants just not good. Yeah. Yeah, that tells you how good the Arizona

Cardinals are Yeah, they're not very good. They're they're yeah, they're terrible. So yeah, all right, okay, okay, well let's go and take our break. We'll get Wilder on the line here in a minute, and uh we be talking about some Pac twelve stuff as well as what's going on up at Stanford. So stick around for John Willer and then our Fab five Friday picks at the U in the last segments, Let's stick around.

They have their eye on the ball on two Psalms Sports six chef Fox Sports fourteen fifty streaming live on the iHeart Radio wab Hey, welcome back to I on the Ball here on Fox Sports fourteen fifty. I'm Steve Rivera. He's Jakins. Also. Now on the phone, we have John Builder from the PECBO Hotline. John, how are you doing? I am good? Thanks? How you guys? We're doing well. I have a question, what are you gonna call yourself when

the PAC twelve isn't the PAC twelve anymore? Uh? Probably just go to with Wilner hotline, which is much Twitter handle. Yeah, pretty simple change. I don't know for sure, but who knows. Maybe it'll be the PAC two hot move. You won't be as busy as you've been, No, I'll be a lot busier if because I'm gonna keep covering all the schools. So I got four leagues to cover now or three or five. I

don't know what it's gonna be yeah, yeah, seriously. I mean, and we still don't know, right because we don't know where those were Washington State in the organ stating gonna wind up, We don't know. I think those schools really would like to keep the PAC twelve alive because they think that there's some some financial well there's certainly some some assets like MCAA tournament money, but there's also you know, the intellectual property value of the Pack twelve.

If you keep that brand alive, you've got all the history and that's that's worth something. And I think that they really are to do their best to essentially conduct some kind of reverse merger where they keep the brand alive and other schools come to join them. Maybe it's the entire Mountain West, I don't know, but that is going to play out over the next month or two. What's going to become of George you think, I mean, at some

point he's going to get fired. His contract. I think they haven't released it, but I'm pretty sure it's a five year deal, so he's got, you know, three and a half more years left. At some point year, the schools will just say, all right, that's it, we're paying you and you're out of here. They need somebody to run the day to day operation or something conference though, so you know, if they're paying them already, just keep him on to do that. He's not involved in

any of the strategic decision making for Washington State or Oregon State. In some ways he's a figurehead. But they do need to keep the operations going for the next seven or eight months. Yeah, you know, I want to go too deep into the weeds on this, but you know, what about you know, the people who are part of the PAC twelve networks and stuff. No, Yogi Roth, Ashley Adamson, all of those people. Has

there been any discussion of what's going to happen to them? No, you know, I think some of it depends on whether Washington State in Orange State keep the conference alive, and if they do, what form what the Pact twelve networks take, right, I mean, it's not going to be the same company that it's been. All the distribution agreements with Comcast and Dish,

you know, those all expire next summer. But they could keep if there is a conference, they keep the Patrol networks talent and production and do a streaming service for Olympic sports or something like that. I don't know. I don't think it's definitive that all of it is going to kind of go away, but certainly it's not going to be media company the way it's been for the last eleven twelve years. All Right, So Arizona is going to Stanford

tomorrow or they're there probably by now, but they're playing Stanford tomorrow. You know, as I mentioned to you, you know off air, I mean, two teams that went in completely different directions are going in different directions right now. You've got Arizona is a couple of years ago. It's what Stanford seems to be, you know right now. Stanford was going to rose balls and stuff not that long ago. How did Stanford get to where it got? You know, it's not just one thing. Certainly that David Shaw,

the end of the David Shaw era. They I think they got a little bit sloppy and lazy. They're recurring. Certainly they don't have the same players they used to now, but that's also partly because of all the external factors that are happening. The transfer portal is very difficult for Stanford, and I it's very difficult for Stanford, so they can't overhaul their roster the way the other schools can. You know, if they miss on a recruit that they're

not they can't replace them. And so it's a combination of some breakdowns internally and also the school not willing or able to adjust to the new the new world. I mean, you know that's not unexpected. Right. Stanford values it's academic brand immensely and that brand is worth a lot. That's why they're in the ACC really. But they certainly have got to kind of restart their football program the same way they did when Jim Harbaugh was hired sixteen years ago.

It was they were kind of at the bottom then and they they found a model that worked for them and they got into the same thing now with Troy Taylor. How long do you think it's going to take? Well, I mean some another team, you know, would take one year or two, right, because you could bring in thirty forty transfers or if you're Colorado you could bring in seventy. Uh. But Stanford, you know the transfers they bought in this past year, like Ivy League and FCS, Right,

they can't go get guys from the SEC and the Big Ten. So for Troy Taylor and I don't think Troy Taylor really wants to do that because that's not going to fit with Stanford's model. I think they're gonna need three forty years. They're kind of on the the rebuilding path that everybody else was also on before the transfer portal happened. Right, all right, what do you

know about Troy Taylor? So all right? I asked Judd Fish. Then he said, I really don't know anything about it, but you know what we I mean, we know he's the Pac twelve quarter or Pack ten quarterback. What have you been able to glean from what he's doing so far and how he'll I think he's a good coach, and I think he's got a good staff, and I think he's going to get the program kind of turned in the right direction in a few years. But he just doesn't have players

right now. And you know, they just lost the Sacramento State his old team. I mean, he recruited the sacrament Of State team that just beat Stamford. They lost to sc I don't even remember the scores, like one hundred and fifty and nothing. But they don't have a quarterback. They don't have the lines of scrimmage that you need, they don't have their perimeter speed. I mean, it's really it's really down. The talent is really down.

And what made Stamford really good for so many years was that they were different, right. I mean, they'd run the ball forty or fifty times a game, and they had good tailbacks and terrific linemen and fullbacks and tight ends. Right. Rick Nuazo called that football in a phone booth. You know, they put out all those extra linemen and and they just run the ball right quite up the gut. They don't have the personnel to do that. And Tailor is that kind of coach. He's much more of a spread

offense. Throw the ball around forty times a game. They don't have the personnel to do that. Though. They don't have the quarterback, they don't have the receivers. So they are really not much of anything right now. And the only way I think this game is close is if Arizona turns the ball over a bunch, right. I mean, Arizona's defense to me, has been more impressive than the offense relative to what I had expected this season, and so I don't think Stanford's gonna go up and down the field.

But if Stanford has you know, short fields because of turnovers. Then it's or pick sixes or scoop and scores. You know, then it's a whole different field. Stanford situation reminds me of Arizona's went three years ago and as shoes right now. Well, yeah, but those schools can overhaul their rosters quickly with the transfer portal. Stanford can't do that as situation. I mean,

that's kind of unlike anything we've seen in a while. And when you factor in the new coach and the transfer portal and the bull band, uh and now all the quarterbacks injuries, right, it's kind of like their quarterback situations like the forty nine ers in the NFC Championship game. But uh, in terms of just like how good you know, the overall quality of play, Yeah, they're they're they're down like Arizona was down a few years ago.

For sure, Arizona lost to NAU just like Stanford lost the Sack State. But those two schools have the ability to get it turned around much quicker than Stanford does. All Right, So a lot of talk about the Pac twelve and how good it is and how how how good it's been this year, and then it's going to disband. But first talk about the Are we

surprised at how good? You know? I mean, there's a lot of talk going in that with all these quarterbacks that the league was going to be really good, and it's been good so far, And what are your thoughts. My thoughts are that it has exceeded the hype, and it was the hype was considerable, you know, ending last year when I look six teams in the APE poll and what were They're five and the preseason poll, and the league's done even better. Right, Colorado was better than we thought.

Washington State is better than we thought, so that has added to the quality depth. It is the best. I think it's the best league in the land. I mean, the non conference record of twenty nine and five and really one bad loss. When you think about it, Stamford to Sack State seven and three. I think it's seven and three against Power five opponents. There's only two games left Stamford and USC playing there Dame, so you figure

it's gonna have a winning record against Power five schools. No matter what. I think it's the best league in the land, especially when you consider that, you know, Alabama's down, Ellison's not great, y SEC a little bit down. It seems like so PAT twelve has been fantastic because it's just

very on brand for this conference to finally produce a terrific football product. And it's dissolved because if this had happened any previous year, it might have helped the conference, you know, get a media deal done that would have salvaged everything. Oh that said, do you think they'll find some way or somehow to find a team like Washington or USC or whomever to get into the into the playoff mix? Well, I don't think the Pact twelve is going to

be the first conference to send a two lost team to the playoffs. So somebody's got to get through thirteen and oh or twelve and one. See, I like to reverse engineer. Is anybody good enough to be thirteen or twelve and one? And I'm not sure anybody is because there's so many good teams, right, I mean, and because of the the way the schedule broke with your taw USC, Oregon, and Washington, they all play each other this year, right last year, USC and play Oregon and Washington. So

it's gonna be really hard. I think nobody's gonna go and defeat it. Uh, can anybody get through with one loss? Man? I think it's gonna be tough. And I am very skeptical that the Pac twelve will be the first conference to send the two loss team in there. I think if that's gonna happen, it's gonna be the SEC in the Big Ten. Well, and you mentioned those four teams, and you know, then there's the next four teams who can all beat those guys that you know on a given

day. I mean, yep, like you know, Washington's got to come here next week. I don't expect Arizona to beat them, but I think they can. You know, if if they put it all together, and you know they're they're not Stanford, they're not you know, they're not cal they can or they're not a sc they can. They can win a game at home against one of those teams. And there and all those teams are facing that weekend and week out when they go play Oregon State, Washington State,

Uh, you know Colorado, now Arizona. I mean, you can lose to those teams no matter who you are in this league, right yeah, no, for sure, I mean get into the playoff. Parody is the is the enemy of the playoff, Right, you got to have a couple of good teams and a couple of really bad teams. The pack twelve might have too many good teams. Yeah, I don't know. We'll see how it plays out. You know, there's still some questions, like UCLA. I'm not sold yet on UCLA. Well, we'll learn a lot this

week. At Oregon, I don't know. Or at Utah. I don't know that Colorado is capable of, you know, finishing in the upper half yet. Washington State, Oregon State, I still have some questions right the three teams, and even Utah just because the quarterback situation. I'm I feel

confident that Washington, Oregon and USC you're gonna be really good. I'm not sure anybody else is going to be really good, But I think the middle is going to be you know, thick and stout, and that is going to make for a lot of tough games for the teams at the top. Just real quick, we don't have much time. We've been talking about this the last couple of days, the USC situation with the reporter. You've you've worked down there previously. What do you think would you make of it?

I thought It was a turtle overreaction by USC. You know, it's like your spot a fly on the wall and you call it the exterminator if you would get the house right, just not necessary. And Lincoln, it's a clear case where you know, the head coaches are they're all paranoid, and to some extent I understand it. But this was a case where Lincoln Riley

paranoid, did not have any internal There was no administrative balance. There was nobody because you know, the athletic director has been on the job for a week or two and I think she didn't even know what was going on. But internally, like in their media relations department, there was nobody to kind of stand up to Riley and say, you know what, let's let's take a step back and have a punishment that's appropriate for the crime, so to

speak. I'm not even sure there really was a crime, but they thought there was. Once the President got dragged into the situation publicly with with you know, uh, the USC apparently was upset that the president was called by her first name. Once she got dragged into it publicly, knew it was going to end immediately because she's not gonna put up with with the public humiliation, and so she put an end to it and they had to backtrack.

It was it was like somebody told me, uh, they backtracked and they reversed course faster than Reggie Bush. You know. Analogy. Yeah, yeah, it is a great analogy. So you know, it is what. It's over and done with and hopefully USC has learned learned its lesson. But I think it was the head coach case of a head coach just you know, with with no internal resistance. Well, well that's what we've been talking about. This whole thing is that the football office is have taken charge of

their media and they tell the sids what to do. I know that goes on here. I'm sure it goes on in a lot of places now because, as you say, you know, controlling the narrative, that's what they want to do. I had a big argument. I had a big argument with my kid about this again last night. We've been arguing about it all all week. You know, he was an SID and he feels like, you know, the guy did something wrong and should have been here, should

have been funny. I thought it, Well, Tesselon was still there. That's sort of never would have happened. Well, no, that's that is that is definitely true. But at the same time, if there is a clear violation of your policy, then it's possible that a punishment is in order. But but suspending a credential reporter for two weeks is a monumental overreaction. Yeah, that would be that would be my point. Yeah, totally agree.

Without don they realized that to realize. Okay, John, as usual, thank you very much, Thanks a bunch, John, have a fun weekend. Alrighty, guys, thanks a lot, right, appreciate the time. See later. I wanted to ask him, I just space to think of this now that how much life is better, because it's kind of over all the all the Yeah, he's still dealing a little bit with you know, the Washington State, Oregon State stuff and what happens through the pact,

but it's more about the football now than anything else. He can sleep, he can't sleep. All right, let's take our break. We're going to come back and we'll have our Friday football picks for you and such as they might be, so stick around. Very busy weekend with that, right, right, right. So I have a couple of quick things. I was remiss in the in the breaking news that it's the eighty ninth birthday

of lude Olsen. Wow, eighty nine. I pumped into my memories in my Facebook memory so I st September twenty second, so he would have been eighty nine today. Yeah, passed away three years ago. And I also want to say this, I just found out to just saw that John c. Scott has passed away. Uh, and let me say this. Without John cy Scott, Jay, you and I wouldn't be doing the show. He brought me on at ten thirty. He thought we'd be I'd be a

decent host doing sports. For whatever reason, I was a frequent show guy. And he says, if you can come up with sponsors, you could do this, and I said, okay, let me try and and then I brought you on a couple of years later, and here we are, and here we are. So he's kind of a not kind of he's a legend, legend in the radio business. In the radio TV. You know, he was a TV guy too. I remember, you know a few times when I was the PR guy at Tucson Electric. You know, we

were going through some financial stuff. I was on his show, a bunch of stuff on a bunch of stuff, you know, would have power outages, and he'd want me to come on and explain. I went on his show a number of times back during that time. Good guy big you know voice, the voice, you know, a guy who just well known in Tisson And yeah, I don't know how we're going to hear it. Yeah, I just well you heard me said, And then through the show I didn't notice. But I owe him a lot, obviously. Know we are

where we are at because of him. Thank you, Thank you, John Scott. Okay, so now we get to the picks. We have all right here we are five picks. We got it. Seven minutes. We gotta get out of here. We got ripped through these do I got it all right? Stee you you still have the honor. Okay, Okay, I'm gonna go three and two. As you probably know, I don't know the spreads, so i'd like the teams. I'll give them to you. Green Bay, Green Bay over New Orleans. I think it is okay.

Okay, I think they're gonna do okay at home against an iffy New Orleans. They're giving they're gay. They're giving two to New Orleans. Only two. That's good. I like that. You like that? Yeah, yeah, okay, it's not three. You want to push me? All right, Well, I'm gonna start on the college side. I'm staying on the Sooner schooner bandwagon. Yeah, Oklahoma has covered for me two weeks in a row. I like that, and so I'm just gonna stick with them.

They're giving fourteen and a half at Cincinnati. Cincinnati got beat by Miami of Ohio last week. Uh, this is Cincinnati's first pack I pack a big twelve conference game. But I Oklahoma scores a lot of points, and I think they're gonna jack it up against against Cincinnati. So I like, uh, I like this. I like the Sooners again. Okay, I'm gonna stay. I'm gonna stay with the pro and go Miami. Who they play? Dolphins have I can't read my reading. I think it's Miami. They

have the Broncos. Okay, giving six and a half to the Broncos in an early game. Okay, I'm taking Miami, Ami, Miami. They're looking pretty good. Broncos are what they are. Yeah, in the twenty six and a half, you're getting you're you're getting me to change my pick, but I'm not gonna do. I've I've already got mine. I'm gon Okay, I'm gonna back on the college side, and we just celebrating. We both have to pick Notre Dame Ohio. Stay, that's our special of

the week. I'm gonna go to the PAC twelve. I like Utah came rising his back when you brought the breaking news up. I'm like, I thought you were gonna say he's out. I picked that game because they're they're at Utah. It's camera rising. UCLA is coming in with the true freshman quarterbacks. The line is four and a half. I think you're tap beats and by a couple of touchdowns. I liked that. I looked at that too, and I like that. I think the PAC twelve is gonna be

the all eyes on the Pack round this week. Yeah, yeah, a lot of great games. Yeah, Okay, my my lock, my first lock is gonna be Buffalo, uh playing in Washington. The Paper Tiger Washington. So I think that's that's not a big number either. That's uh, let me see where where is that. That's uh, the Bills are at the commanders that they're giving six and a half that number because a nice little spreads there, you know, all under a touchdown, all right or any

of those your lock yet, that's that's my law. That's my other law. The Bills are, you're locked. Yeah, okay, all right, okay, going going to the pro side. I'm going based on two teams that have lost their quarterbacks for the week, taking the Ravens against the Colts. Anthony Richardson is out. The Ravens are giving eight and a half. They're but they're at home. They probably would have beat him mate by eight and a half with Anthony Richardson. I like the Baltimore team this year.

I like them a loft, yeah, and I'm gonna lock that. I lock them a lot. So I'm taking the Ravens for the first time. You know. It's it's hard to get it's hard to go play without without quarter and they're good. Baltimore is good. Yeah, So I'm taking uh, I'm taking the Ravens, okay, out of my college ls U. I'm going with l s U. Okay, who they say Lsu? Let me see, I wanted to do a lot of the Pac twelve. I would take Arizona for any guts, but I never I rarely pick Arizon.

The air's on a game, I should say yeah, yeah, No, I again stay It's always a stay away for me. I mean I may throw something down on them in a you know, on Draft Kings or something like that. Alice, he was giving seventeen and a half to Arkansas. Okay, that's a big number. Yeah, but if they're at home, I think so they're not. They're not, never mind, but I'm taking

You're still taking it anyways. All right, Okay, my the pro pick again and going against the team that has lost their quarterback for the week. I'm taking the Seahawks giving six to the Panthers. They're in Seattle again, So if these I might have changed my mind on both of those games if the if the favorite team wasn't at home. But the Seahawks are at home.

They're coming off a big win over the Lions last week, who they play, and they're playing the Panthers six minus six, So I like that, you know, uh, you know it's I just think that it's hard to go into Seattle and win, and then it's hard to go to Seattle and win without a starting quest. Sure of course. Okay, it's another big game, right, big game? Another Notre Dame, Ohi State. I have no interest in this game. I what do you mean it's a

great game. It's no Ohio State Notre Dame. Come on, that's here in Tucson. I'd rather watch I'd rather watched the Colorado game in Oregon, all the other big games in this PAC twelve. The Utah game was I thought was good. I'm going with Ohio State, okay, minus three? Right? Minus three? Uh yeah? At at Notre Dame, remember you right, I'm okay with it? Okay, all right, Well then I'm on the opposite side of this one. I've got Notre Dame. So what

do you think you because you talked about that game earlier. I do like Notre Dame. I think this is probably their best team as far as when it comes to, uh, the hype that they've had recently. I think this team lives up to the hype, mostly because the quarterback position. I think Sam Hartman Sam Harmon been really good you know, this team getting points at home, you know, a night game, it's gonna be nuts there.

Going into the week, I was thinking Ohio State, But as the week has gone on, I'm thinking I've been thinking Notre Dame State quarterback. I mean, played last game, but they haven't looked great. Yeah, they haven't looked great at the quarterback position, and they have weapons. So in order to win, they're gonna have to switch me, switch me. No, who's your lock? Who's my lock? Is the Ravens? All right, So we gotta get out of here. I've got Oklahoma, Utah,

Notre Dame, the Ravens, and the Seahawks. Steve is taking LSU, Ohio State, the Packers, the Dolphins, and he's locked the Bills. All right. I feel good about him. Steve again. Why I know, I told you I didn't feel good about my picks last week. Last week, I didn't well for my reason. If they were off, I thought they were pretty good. We were both awful last week though. All right, right, all right, hey, it's a great week. Was a lot of fun. We had a lot of great stuff. Go

back and listen to the Bruce Hill interview. I thought that was one of our best interviews in a really long time. That was that was really good. I had a good time with him yesterday. And thank you for John Wilner joining us today and how your morales for stepping in. So we will be back on Monday. There'll be some Tommy Tommy Lloyd press conference. Yeah, so you're here Monday. Yeah, all right, we'll see you on Monday. Stops altering that
