Sometimes we find ourselves in social situations that make our insecurity come out in full force. Especially now after we’ve been so isolated for the last year, it can be hard to navigate social situations again. The problem with insecurity is that it can feel like a prison with no way out–it can make us feel hopeless. When we are feeling insecure, our focus turns inward and we can only see our weaknesses, our doubts, our fears and other’s opinions. We forget the ways that we are gifted and uniquely created to make an impact in each situation. In this episode, we will discuss how we can begin to navigate social life again and find freedom from insecurity.
