Luke 4:14-30

After his temptations in the wildernes, Jesus returns to his hometown in the power of the Holy Spirit, reveals in the synogogue that he is the messiah, and confronts his hearers with their sin. Engaging in spiritual matters with those that we're closest with--family and friends--is one of the most challenging tasks for a believer.
