The Exeter Underground #64 has the news of George Bell stepping down as chair of the BOS, and the recently uncovered emails from the Supervisors that show that they are colluding to keep information away from the taxpayers, and managing info with their vendor, RHM. They redacted info to Dave Hughes until the legalities became apparent to them, then called the vendor in, ILLEGALLY, to work out the way to manage the debacle that they created. Why are they working so hard to conceal information?
