Sandra Oudkirk is the Director of the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT), the United States’ representative office in Taipei. Oudkirk is a seasoned diplomat who has served in Turkey, China, Jamaica, and Ireland, and is the first woman to serve as AIT Director.
