Jonathan Liao is the Managing Director of the International Talent Taiwan Office and the Taiwan Employment Gold Card Office, a national-level service center initiated by the National Development Council to recruit and retain foreign talent in Taiwan. 

Jonathan talks about the evolution of Taiwan's Employment Gold Card program since 2020. He shares how it has grown from supporting visa applications to helping Gold Card holders and other visa holders integrate and settle in, making it easier for newcomers to call Taiwan home.
