Grace Luzcak is a World Record holder in Women's Crew, one current in the women's 8+ set in 2013 and former for the U23 women's 2-. She is also a 3x World Champion and 6x National Champion with USA crews. World Rowing has named her as one of the Top 10 Female rowers in the World.Grace enjoys exploring National Parks as well...She lists winning the 2009 NCAA team championship with Stanford and rowing with her sister in high school as her most memorable sporting achievements. Grace is working at Ernst & Young (EY) in advisory mergers & acquisitions. In this episode she talks about achieving goals over coming not making the 2012 Olympic Team and what it takes to be one of the best in the world and competing in the 2016 Olympics in Rio
