You can become stronger in your spiritual life. Spiritual training is like physical training, progress follows training in faith and holiness. Let’s look at six steps to follow and enjoy greater spiritual strength.

1.  Feed on every word that comes from God's mouth. This means reading, studying, and meditating on the Bible, as well as listening to godly teachers and preachers.

2.  Pray without ceasing, have constant communication with God, expressing your needs, desires, praises, and confessions, as well as interceding for others.

3.  Exercise your faith muscles.  Put into practice what you learn from the word and prayer, obeying God's commands, resisting temptations, serving others, and sharing the gospel.

4. Remove all weights and sins, identifying and eliminating anything that hinders your spiritual progress, such as bad habits, wrong attitudes, worldly distractions, or unconfessed sins.

5. Have a positive attitude be hopeful and grateful in your outlook, trusting God's promises, rejoicing in trials, and celebrating every small victory.

6.  Never give up.  This means persevering until the end, following the example of Jesus, who endured the cross and overcame death.
