Episode description

In this episode, you will learn how much Teacher Mina loves giving baby names and how much Teacher Marilou loves oat milk. Expressing your likes and interests is one of the most common things we do when we are conversing in someone may it be with someone you already know or someone you just meet for the first time. In this episode, you'll learn more than just saying "I like (something)."  Teacher Mina introduces using "intensifiers" to make your expressions more impactful and more effective. The grammar point for today is "I (intensifier) like (something)." This concept might be simple but really effective. You will sound more natural in speaking in English with your English-speaking friends after understanding this. For the pronunciation practice, you will add your own intensifier in each of the sentences so that you can apply your knowledge on the grammar point. The teachers also play a fun game of Read My Lips towards the end which made the teachers' stomachs hurt from laughing. Go check us out on our website for more! exl-english.com
