Today I focus on a topic that I get asked about quite a bit. Creating a routine you can stick to. Our topic is all about habits and daily schedules that are not only productive but also attainable and healthy. I share some personal experiences when it comes to trying out routines and discuss the importance of BALANCED routine. This one is slightly more serious but I think it's a much needed epsiode.
